(A/N): Hey Guys! This is me... bringing you a thing. A thing shorter than the last thing. I have at least ten chapters prewritten (some of which have been for about six months...) I just don't know exactly how many because there are like, four titled 'Chapter Two Hundred and Seventy Three' and they're all different.
Disclaimer: I own nothing you recognize.
Brooke
Leo appeared appropriately taken aback to see me here, but it was what I had found him doing that threw off my carefully rehearsed plan entirely.
Not only should it really not be that hot for me to see him all trussed up with his nails painted, but I also knew he wouldn't want to spend much time away from his dorm room when he was supposed to be playing to role of Lily's pretty little puppet.
Which is why, as much as I didn't want to go in there after what had happened the last time I had been in there, I didn't have much choice but to suggest the bathroom.
"Sorry about th-" He started to say as we made our way into the bathroom, and as soon as the door closed behind me I jumped at him, smashing my lips to his.
"Sorry," I said as I pulled away. "I had to do that." He blinked, looking very confused.
"Wait, aren't you still like... Furious at me?" He questioned, and my smile slipped slightly.
"I was never... 'furious' at you, Leo, I was just scared. You're one of my best friends, I love you, and you're just... trying to destroy yourself. I couldn't stand the thought of losing you, so I thought..." I shrugged weakly, and he arched an eyebrow.
"So, you just thought you'd avoid me for a week?" I shook my head sharply, and he slipped a hand to the side of my neck, thumb stroking my jawline. "I get it, Brooke. I can't always explain the things I do because of my emotions, that's just part of having them." He took a deep breath. "If you forgive me, then don't worry about it, I'm not going to hold it against you." I smiled slightly, leaning up so I could kiss him on the cheek.
"As long as you promise not to do it again, I forgive you." He paused, frowning.
"I promise not to... Unless it's a choice between hurting myself and hurting someone else." I scowled at him, whacking his arm.
"Leo!" I objected, and he smiled in a somewhat sad manner.
"That's about the best you're going to get." He told me, and I bit my lip, pulling out the big guns.
"Promise me, or I'll tell your friends and have them put you on Suicide Watch."
(A/N): So, what did you think?
The start of this chapter was supposed to be Brooke getting slightly turned on by Leo wearing makeup, and then kissing him to know what it felt like to kiss someone wearing lip gloss. Given the edit of the last chapter, however, I had to make some... adjustments. The rest is pretty much the same though.
