Hope
Sev talked to his mother that night about what had happened at Lily's home. She comforted him and told him many times that he was brave. They looked at the guide of the lakes and the Druid Magic book together and then he left it for her to continue enjoying it and went to bed early, exhausted by the emotions of the intense day. His last thought was, Luckily not every day is like this… I couldn't take it.
Eileen stayed magically copying out the homework for Remus and dictating all the rituals they could perform at Hogwarts for the next two months and the places to perform them from the guide of lakes, and the next morning she asked Sev, "Did you buy more ink and parchment, so that I can make copies for all the allies? Otherwise I'll go to Diagon myself after lunch for them."
"We have plenty, at noon I'll bring you most of it," he replied.
Lily also talked to her parents after dinner and told them how she had fallen in love with Sev and how much it had taken for them to understand each other and change the face of their relationship, sparing, of course, the snakes, the fight they had, the training with the Guard, the Mental Arts and that they met at night.
But she did tell them about the Haven, the protected letters and the complicity of Cecile and Remus, who had fallen in love thanks to sharing that secret. It was the first time she had talked to them about these issues, and they did not inquire beyond what she told them.
They only reiterated what they had told her before, that they had realized since they were children that he was head over heels with her, that they had always hoped that she would fall in love with him too, because they knew that such an early and deep feeling it would be for life, and that she would never falter, that the bad times would pass and that it was helping her to harden herself in waiting and patience.
Also that they take the remaining two months of the school year calmly and concentrate on the exams. They would have all summer to be together, Ugh… calmly. With the damn letter about to arrive.
The next morning they finally read together the annexes on the Magic of Love and the Moon, and dedicated the rest of the time to follow the steps of the initiation in the Magic of Love referring to the Couple that they could perform without magic in the order that came, a bit like a game, since the truth is that they had already experienced most of them since they were children.
They ended up making love. Lily again let Sev go first. This time they got completely naked and she loved his whole body, from head to toe. Then she let him take her to the limit with his hands and when she was almost ready they repeated what they had done the day before, with him on top of her, and they exploded together.
The little time they had left until one o'clock they spent in each other's arms, half asleep, setting the alarm clock just in case.
Returning home, Sev was pleasantly surprised. His Mum received him dressed in the clothes she had bought, she was wearing a long patterned skirt, a loose-fitting white blouse, and over it, a fringed vest. He thought, She looks like a hippie, but because of her condition as a witch, more like a gypsy sorceress of those who cast good fortune, she only lacks the headscarf and accessories, bracelets, necklaces, earrings and so on.I don't remember ever seeing Mum so pretty, it suits her personality perfectly, she looks ten years younger.
Seeing her son's face, Eileen asked, "Do you like it?"
"I love it, it is perfect for you. You finally look like what you are."
"Don't you think the Evanses will find it daring?"
"Not at all, you are showing them your true personality," Sev replied.
"I have bought the coat and the shoes more classic, so as not to show off on the street and to be able to use them daily."
"Sure, but keep wearing these clothes when you're not working, they're good for summer. And buy yourself more, everything you need, Mum. You already saw that I already have a way to earn a living, and I already told you last night that Violet is going to help me."
In the afternoon they finished their Potions homework and started on Transfiguration, which they also finished. This time they rushed the time until dinner. Sev had brought again the Druid Magic book and was choosing uncommitted spells for Peter to look for a translator at the university, while Lily continued with the Defense theory, which she studied in short periods because she found it tiresome.
Shortly before leaving, Sev went downstairs to talk to Peter and explained what each spell was for, since he hadn't written it down, and it seemed to the older man that he had chosen them well.
Again they had dinner and slept at home, and that night they took the opportunity to study theory each on their own. Sev taught his mother how to wand out thoughts, so that the next day she could show the Evanses their Hogwarts memories in the Pensieve, and then, while he studied, Eileen went on with the Druid Magic book, so she could explain to them also more rituals and show them some spells that had changed their invocation to Latin.
When Sev went to sleep, Eileen went through all of them, copied them in Latin at dictation with magic, also adding how to make them with the hands, and later made several copies with it as well, four more, for her son, for Lily and the Gryffindors, for the Guard and for Sev's friend, and she protected them with the spell that Sev had explained to her taken from the book of warding spells that Remus gave them. In the afternoon, when she returned from work, she had done those of the rituals that she had copied the night before.
Lily got a response from Cecile and Remus at dinner, but she didn't read it, she would wait for Sev to do it. That night she thought a lot about the little wolf, he was on a full moon and she knew that he was having a very bad time. She thought that she and Sev should become Animagus too, Cecile could teach them when she got it, and then Remus wouldn't have to hang out with the other three toerags anymore.
The first thing they did the next day was answer the letter from their friends. In the postscript they were told that they were going to send them another owl from the castle so they wouldn't exhaust Puck, so they waited for it to get to the task and not interrupt them. They took the opportunity to copy the part of the annex of the Magic of Love referring to the Couple and send it to them as well.
The owl arrived at mid-morning, they fed it and sent it back, with the answer, the annex, the Arithmancy homework and two other berries. They had two hours ahead of them, probably their last, since it was the last day that Lily's parents worked.
The annex was not specific about the art of loving, it did talk about it, but very subtly. Sev had already guessed, one of the last nights at school, something very interesting that they had yet to try, and Lily understood it when she read it.
As soon as they sent the owl they looked into each other's eyes, still sitting at the desk, and they didn't need to say anything to each other. They stood up and undressed each other. This time he started with her, with his hands, but watching her carefully, to learn all her intricacies.
When he had her on the edge it was his turn. She ran her tongue and teeth over him starting with his ears, his jaw, biting his lips until hurt him, and down his torso and belly, continuing to rub against him, so that her own desire would not falter.
She reached the key place, but did not rush. From bottom to top with the tip of her tongue and a slight bite at the end. She repeated it several times, he was incorporated watching her do it and thought, I'm so sorry I'm not in the Haven to be able to scream…
She finally caught him with her lips, just the tip, stroking him with her tongue and pulling away from him with a sucking motion. He had already closed his eyes and thrown his head back, panting. She repeated it two more times, and guessing from his contorted expression that he wasn't long away and she didn't want him to hold back, she took the last step.
She took him to her throat, pressing him with her lips, and as she withdrew, she repeated with her tongue what she made. Again on the third, Sev stopped her. It was her turn again.
She rolled onto her back. He repeated what she had done to him, but without taking so long. He too greedily bit her mouth and the buttons of her breasts. It's like casting curses that turn pain into pleasure, he thought, and moved down her belly with kisses of fire, and when he reached the red garden, he parted her legs and folds again with his thumbs.
She was sitting up, to see him do it and make room for him on the bed. He buried his face between her legs, breathing in the scent of her open flower, and still parting her greater folds, ran his tongue over her hidden ones, basking directly at her luscious taste at last. He was slow to get to her pleasure button, which she was looking forward to as he was driving her wild once again.
When he did, he circled around it and at last used his tongue to press into it, driving his longest finger into her cave, slamming. She couldn't suppress the cry. Fuck Petunia, Sev thought.
He continued to penetrate and lick her. She was no longer looking at him, gasping with each thrust. He searched for her secret spot inside her and stroked it with his crooked finger. She soon grabbed him by the head, pulling him away from her. She was looking at him again.
With one hand, he parted her folds and slotted his snake into place. He lay down on her and grabbed her, digging his fingers into her, biting her mouth again, she did too. She got there before he did, but he continued at his own pace and caught up with her within seconds as she bit him until he bled.
This time, she, farsighted, had already set the alarm clock and they stayed like that, without ever falling asleep, enjoying the warmth of their bodies until another two and a half months.
Finally Lily spoke, "I don't know if it was the best ending, because they are all fantastic, but what came before was the best we've done so far."
"Yes I agree."
Sev didn't wait for the alarm to go off. He covered her body with small kisses, to transmit that adoration that he continued to feel and that desire had not altered at all. The last one he gave to her on the threshold of her secret cave. Which I know she'll keep for me… if we get out of this.It is like a farewell, to our bodies, to our warmth, to our skins, to pleasure.
"I love you, Sev, with all my being."
"I love you, my Lily."
They dressed up.
"Today I will wait for Mum to come here," he said. "She finishes at half past five."
"Then you will arrive later than six."
"Yes, more or less, maybe a little later, she'll want to get ready."
"Sure. I will take the opportunity to continue with Defense," she said.
He gave her a long, deep kiss of his, like when they said goodbye at the Haven.
"Until forever, my life."
"Until forever, my love."
. . . . . . . . .
Luckily, Sev stayed home that afternoon, because as soon as Eileen left for work, an owl arrived that looked familiar. The one that Ariel got for Christmas, it is Jack's owl.
He opened the window and let it in, it had the letter tied up, and when he took it off, the owl waited. He tore the envelope unceremoniously. The parchment note only said:
Prince! We are ten Slys. They are to death with you. Celebrate it in style.
And I've found a way to be more if we have a little more time. Saturday where always.
Return the owl to know that it has reached you.
It concluded with his address. Sev cried with relief and happiness. Jack… I gave him permission to tell them my full story.Merlin... Two other warriors and good ones, they won't dare with us anymore.I wish I could tell Lily or Mum right away, I already have sixteen friends, I can't believe it.
He responded immediately.
Understood, Commander.
I had thought about studying, but I am going to stay dreaming in front of the fireplace, I already imagine the scene.Five good Sly warriors patrolling the castle just so I'm seen with them. Wow... we the ten are not going to fit in the space that is free at the Great Hall table. He laughed.
I imagine that scene too. The faces of the snakes when I slap the owl without detaching the letter, my standing up suddenly, my warning look at the Guard, who will do it in turn. And directing all of us to the end of the table furthest from the teachers. The conversations that will go out before the expectation of the moment and the subsequent murmurs that will go up in tone. The stunned looks from the snakes, from all of Sly, from all of the Great Hall… A moment in my life that I will never, ever forget.
When there was little time left for his mother to arrive, he heard an owl call again. Maybe more news from Jack? But this one was unknown. Lauren… He opened to it. Yes, it is her handwriting. Ugh… we have less than two weeks left. The letter will arrive now.
This time the owl left as soon as he took the letter from it. Of course, I can't answer her without risk, poor girl. She would have been so happy… I suffer for her, I barely care what her letter says anymore. She is alone and continues to watch over me, and I want to reciprocate her love and make her happy. He cried again, this time in real grief.
He finally opened the letter. A single word written on a small piece of parchment.
May
The last trip to Hogsmeade, in view of starting my training in the summer, they don't usually mark Death Eaters until they finish school. Once again I am relieved because even if it means more than another month of tension and everything is revealed shortly before the exams, the Guard will have time to swell their ranks.
What way will Jack have found to do it? I'm dying of curiosity. Hopefully Anthony will tell me about it in Arithmancy on Wednesday. I'll check with Lauren if I can tell Jack when the letter will arrive, she must have already talked to her parents about it. Hopefully they have given her permission to contact him.
I'm going to show the two notes to Lily, to give her a chance to talk about Lauren's topic and probe her out, now that she already knows the Magic of the Moon and it certainly interested her a lot. We have until Sunday to solve the problem. With still more than a month until the letter arrives, we can risk meeting in the clearing or the Haven, to read her thoroughly and check that she occludes well, but first I must convince her not to betray Lauren under any circumstances.
Her Mum arrived. I would have loved to show her Jack's message, but there's a sentence that prevents me, 'If we have a little more time.' It means that there is a deadline set and she will smell everything. So he read it to her, skipping the sentence. Eileen was close to jumping for joy. Of course, I won't tell her anything about Lauren's.
She showered, changed, and even put on some makeup. She kept some products from her good times. She outlined her eyes with a black pencil and put some color on her cheeks.
"You look beautiful, Mum."
She had bought a bundle of violets for Violet, which she put a spell on to keep them intact. They walked for the first time together, through the suburb, the park, and the residential streets to Lily's house. Eileen took her son's arm, who was already the same height as her.
Two black figures, for she, too, had bought a black coat, from which only the hem of her skirt peeked out, with their raven hair, under the black umbrella, set against the eternally gray landscape of Cokeworth.
But that afternoon, despite their dark appearance, their hearts were full of light and hope.
