Welcome back to Uncharted Beyond Realms. Last time, Spyro, Nathan Drake, and Sully arrived at their destination. And Spyro's hypothesis was right, the second pendant was indeed hidden in the Well of Souls. Sure it took Sully lighting the place with his lighter, but they found the thing. But just as things appeared to be going well, the Malefic Order arrived, taking everyone by surprise, and holding them at gunpoint for the pendant. Will our heroes make it out alive? Read on to discover...

(Our scene resumes just as we left it, with Nathan Drake, Spyro, and Sully being held at gunpoint by the Malefic Order, threatened with the loss of their lives if they don't hand over the pendant they just recovered.)

Malefic Order Assassin: Now then, are you going to hand over the pendant, or are things about to get messy?

Spyro: Anybody got a plan for getting us out of this?

Nathan Drake: I might have one.

Sully: Does this involve getting us killed?

Nathan Drake: There's a risk of it, if this doesn't work.

Sully: Then we need a better plan.

Spyro: Well have you got a better idea?

Sully: To be honest, no.

Spyro: Then let's see what Nate came up with.

Nathan Drake: Well, here goes everything.

(With no hesitation, Nathan Drake holds his pistol to the pendant's coffin)

Nathan Drake: Nobody takes a shot or I blow the pendant to pieces!

Malefic Order Assassin: Even you wouldn't do that. How could a standard pistol round even do that?

Nathan Drake: Who said this was standard pistol ammo. I loaded this thing with incendiary rounds before we left. So either we get out of here, or this thing burns in splinters. You willing to take that risk?

(The Malefic Order Assassin takes a few seconds to think about this, and doesn't put his gun down)

Malefic Order Assassin: If it stops you from getting it, I'm willing to risk it.

Nathan Drake: (Realizing his bluff failed) Well, shit.

Sully: Anybody got a Plan B?

Spyro: Sprint for it?

Nathan Drake: Just about the only thing left that I could think of!

(With little hesitation, the trio sprints for the exit, with the enemy in hot pursuit firing their weapons all the way. Nathan Drake barely misses getting shot in the leg at least three times, but eventually, the group comes to a dead end, with the enemy pulling up right on them.

Malefic Order Assassin: End of the line.

Nathan Drake: (Trying his best at a terrible bluff) For you, maybe.

Malefic Order Assassin: Oh please. What on earth could possibly save you now?!

(And just like that, the wall behind Nathan Drake and company breaks open, revealing Cynder and a few other guards are there)

Malefic Order Assassin: You've got to be kidding me.

Nathan Drake: (Turning around) Wait, that actually worked?!

Cynder: (Looking to Spyro, and either jokingly or menacingly) This is why I can't leave you alone. You always manage to land yourself in trouble. (To the Guards with her) Take them out.

(Before the Malefic Order members can even fire, the Guards have swooped in and detained them)

Nathan Drake: Thanks for the save Cynder.

Cynder: I told you I would be here if I were needed. (Sees the miniature coffin in his hand) It actually was here?

Spyro: It was.

Cynder: (Clearly pissed) No need to gloat. (To the Guards) Take them back to Concurrent Skies. I'll see if I can get anything out of these guys.

Nathan Drake: I wouldn't be so quick to interrogate.

Cynder: (Now turning her anger to Nathan Drake) Why not?

Sully: Nate, what are you getting at?

Nathan Drake: Somehow they figured out we were here. And the only time I can think of when they could have learned from any of us is...

Cynder: (Now infuriated) ARE YOU ACCUSING ME OF RATTING YOU OUT?!

Nathan Drake: I'm... not sure.

Cynder: This is a serious accusation, if you're making it.

Sully: We should probably at least get back to Concurrent Skies first.

Cynder: (Now really pissed off) Agreed. Let's go.

(With the rage still present on her every motion, Cynder flies off with the Guards, as the boys follow behind her)

Spyro: Nate, I hope you know what you're doing. Cynder does not take accusations of treason lightly.

Nathan Drake: I really hope I'm wrong.

(And as the group awkwardly flies back to Concurrent Skies, our tale ends for today)

And that looks like a good spot to end for today. So, Nathan Drake is throwing out a rather serious accusation here. Could this be true? Would Cynder honestly rat out their location? Is she that pissed off at Spyro as to do that? Or is Nate just putting himself on Cynder's bad side? The answers will be coming soon. So be sure to tune in for that! Same time... same channel!
