After arriving back in the Pokemon World, Davis and Imperialdramon have decided to set out on their own journey. Wanting to get back in the action, Davis has decided to head to a region that not even his friends have gone to called Centros. This is where Davis tries to stand on his own feet.

"Davis, I think I can see it!" Imperialdramon said as pointed ahead. They took a look on what was ahead of the boat. They could see land, which must be Centros, and a town ahead, which must be Columba town.

"Centros... A whole new adventure lies just ahead of us." Davis said as he can't imagine what might be in store for him.

It's a big big world, but you know where to find me

We'll be together and we're gonna do it our way

We'll discover we believe in each other

On adventures with my friends like every day

And we're already on our way

The journey stars today

OHHHHHHH Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh

OHHHHHHH Oh Oh Oh OH OH Oh

The journey starts today

OHHHHHHH Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh

OHHHHHHH Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh

The journey starts today

(Davis' voice) Centros of it All

The Centros Region appears to be like any other region. According to Professor Oak, the region was a diverse one with pokemon found just about all around. One example of that would be a Tentacool and a Kingler at the docks with their trainer. This trainer had a light blue shirt with waves on it and wore short sleeves and navy blue shorts. He also had a teal backpack sitting next to him and had brown spikey hair. He just sat at the docks and doing some fishing.

"You two enjoying being out in the sun?" The trainer asked with it looking like both of his pokemon seem just fine. It was then he noticed the ship pulling in down at another pier. When the boat pulled in, Davis and Imperialdramon didn't wait around. They set foot right in Centros ground.

"We made it! So much to see! So many places to go!" Davis said as he could barely contain his excitement.

"I know! I can barely contain myself anymore!" Imperialdramon said as his excitement was just building. "I need to feel like my pokemon self!" He was so excited that he needed to release some of it. He took aim and just launched a Dragon Pulse. However, it was right near where that other trainer was. "Oh yeah. Still got it."

"Oh my. That certainly seems like a powerful Dragon Pulse." They both took notice of someone coming there way. It was a woman wearing a white lab coat with her having a lavender shirt and lime green skirt. She also wore glasses and had brown hair tied back that reached halfway to her back. "You must be Davis and the special pokemon named Imperialdramon that Professor Oak told me about it."

"Are you Professor Maple?" Davis asked.

"That I am." Professor Maple said. "Professor Oak called me to come get you. Why don't you come with me and I'll take you back to my lab."

"Sounds good to me." Davis said.

"Just one thing. Can your big friend here even fit in a car?" Professor Maple asked. That was a tough question for them to answer. Meanwhile, the trainer was still recovering from that Dragon Pulse coming out of nowhere.

"That was bizarre. Are you two okay?" The trainer asked.

"Koki." Kingler appeared to be fine, but he took a look in the water and saw his Tentacool got hit by that attack. "Oh man! Tentacool!" He didn't like that his pokemon just got attacked out of nowhere, but he does intend to make the person who did it pay for it.

...

Davis

Davis and Professor Maple got a ride in her red car. For Imperialdramon, he was just flying close to them. They were on their way to her lab and soon arrived with it on a hillside.

"Here we are. This is my lab." Professor Maple said as they arrived and pulled in. "Well, don't just sit there. Come on inside and take a look." The two of them followed her inside and had a look like she said. There were other assistants helping out, but it looked like it was just a normal lab.

"Cool! The tech here looks much more advance than what Professor Oak has!" Davis said. "What exactly do you study? Different professors study different things about pokemon, right?"

"Right, like how Professor Oak studies the connection between pokemon and humans." Professor Maple claims. "What I study is the biology of pokemon."

"Their biology?" Imperialdramon questioned.

"You see, I study what makes pokemon so different from each other." Professor Maple said as she gave the two of them a tour. "I study why some pokemon are found in some regions and not in others. Take you for example, Imperialdramon."

"Me?" Imperialdramon questioned.

"I've never seen a pokemon like you before. Where do you come from?" Professor Maple said as she was already trying to study him.

"Uh... I guess I'm special." Imperialdramon said as he doesn't know how to explain the truth of the situation. "Uh... You're making me a little uncomfortable."

"Oops. Sorry. When I see something interesting about a pokemon, I can't help but want to learn more." Professor Maple said as she backed off. "That's why I set up here in Centros. In Centros, you kind find pokemon from all around here. Well, except for regional forms."

"Regional forms? What do you mean?" Davis asked.

"You mean you don't know. Some pokemon adapt to the climate in other regions. In doing so, they change their types and forms." Professor Maple said. "However, it's not like that here in Centros."

"Sounds like it could be fine. At least you get to see all kinds of different pokemon." Davis said.

"So, what brings you to Centros?" Professor Maple asked.

"Well, I'm looking to start out fresh, from square one." Davis said. "I was hoping I could enter a Pokemon League here, take on all kinds of challenges, and see all kinds of pokemon."

"Sounds like you have an adventurous spirit, and I like it." Professor Maple said. "In that case, I can help you register for it. I just need your pokedex."

"My pokedex?" Davis said as he wasn't sure what to do about that. "Uh... I don't really have one."

"Oh? That's okay. I got one you can use." Professor Maple said. She reached inside a drawer and pulled out a red pokedex that could flip open like an old phone. "Here we go. A Centros Pokedex." She said as she handed it to him. Davis took it and checked it out.

"Cool. Feels kind of...retro." Davis said.

"It might be a little old school compared to some more modern stuff, but what's wrong with old school?" Maple claimed. "Now, let's use that to get you registered." She took the pokedex and input it into a computer with her helping him out with registration. "Wow. It seems like you've done some traveling before. You've caught tons of pokemon, and you even won the Hoenn League. Even competed in the Kanto League, but it seems like you've been quiet after that."

"Uh... I was taking a break..." Davis said as an excuse. Keeping the fact that he's from another world might be tougher than he thought.

"That should do it." Maple said as she finished up the registration and handed him his pokedex. "You're all set."

"Great!" Davis said. "I can't wait to get started on my journey. I'm guessing I'm going to need a total of eight badges to get in the Pokemon League, right."

"You really have done this before." Maple joked. It seemed like everything was on track for Davis.

"Great! Next thing for me to do is catch a new pokemon or have a battle! Let's go, Imperialdramon!" Davis said as the two of them just ran out of there.

"Oh my... Maybe those two are a little two eccentric." Maple said as she was starting to get a bit concerned. Davis was so excited to start his journey again. He just ran right out the door, but he ended up bumping into someone: the trainer from before.

"Hey! Watch it, buster!" The trainer called.

"Sorry. I didn't see you." Davis said.

"Of course you didn't because you weren't looking where you were going!" The trainer said. Then he got a good look at Davis. "You! You're the guy I came here looking for!"

"Me?" Davis questioned with Professor Maple coming out.

"What's going on out here?" Maple asked.

"I'll tell you what's going on. I came for this dope with the goggles and whatever that giant pokemon is!" The trainer said. "I've got a bone to pick with you."

"You do?" Davis said.

"Yeah. I was at the docks when your launched a Dragon Pulse for no reason! My Tentacool got hit by it!" The trainer said. It was then that they realized what they did.

"Oh... Sorry about that." Imperialdramon said.

"Sorry. We didn't know you were even there. We were just so excited to be in Centros and start a brand new journey that Imperialdramon just couldn't contain himself." Davis said as he felt bad for it.

"Well, someone could have gotten hurt either way. That was just careless. Luckily, my Tentacool is going to be okay." The trainer said. Davis felt really bad, but he soon had an idea to fix all of it.

"I know. If you want payback, let's have a battle." Davis said.

"A battle?" The trainer questioned.

"I just arrived in Centros, and I'm looking for a battle. You can get some payback, but I don't intend on loosing." Davis said.

"Weird, but I like the sound of that." The trainer said as he agreed to it.

"My name is Davis Motomiya by the way. What's yours?"

"You can just call me Tetsu." Once they agreed to the battle, both of them took their positions and got themselves ready for this battle.

"Davis surely doesn't wait around. This should be interesting." Maple said as she hung back and waited to see what this battle would unfold for him.

"Here's the pokemon I'll be using. Kingler, let's go!" Tetsu said as he released his pokemon.

"Koki koki!"

"That pokemon is a Kingler..." Davis said as he took out his new pokedex and tried it out.

"Kingler, the Pincer Pokemon. A water-type and the evolve form of Krabby. It's giant claws are very powerful, but mostly used just for battle. Other than that, they are usually in the way."

"Time to see if we still got it. Ready, Imperialdramon." Davis said.

"I'm all set." Imperialdramon said as they were all ready for battle for the first time in a long time.

"Let's see how tough you really are. Kingler, Bubble Beam!" Tetsu said as he started the battle. Kingler held out its claw and fired a barrage of bubbles. Imperialdramon held out his arms and blocked the attack.

"Let's do this! Dragon Pulse!" Davis said. Imperialdramon fought through the bubbles and launched his own attack right at Kingler.

"Kingler, Harden!" Tetsu ordered. Kingler harden its shell, but the blast still connected and Kingler was pushed back pretty hard. "That thing's got some power!"

"Harden might have raised Kingler's defensive power, but that Dragon Pulse still caused some damage." Maple explained. Tetsu could see they were tough, but he wasn't backing down.

"Kingler, Crab Hammer!" Tetsu ordered. Kingler jumped right at Imperialdramon with power being stored in its claw. It smashed its pincer against Imperialdramon, but endured that as well. "Now use Vice Grip!" Kingler pinched down on Imperialdramon's hand and it hurt a lot.

"Aw! Let go!" Imperialdramon shouted in pain as he flailed around and tried to shake Kingler off.

"Now use Bubble Beam!" Tetsu said. Kingler fired another barrage of bubbles and blasted Imperialdramon up close. "This battle will be almost over."

"It will be, but not the way you think." Davis said as he was still confident which surprised Tetsu. "Use Brick Break!" Imperialdramon raised his arm that Kingler was holding and smashed it against the ground. "Now use Focus Punch!" Imperialdramon stored power in his fist and smashed it right against Kingler. Kingler knocked back and was knocked out from that.

"It looks like Kingler is unable to battle." Maple said.

"Yeah. We still got it." Imperialdramon said as everything about battling came back to the two of them like it never even left them.

"Kingler!" Tetsu called as he hurried to his pokemon. "Are you okay?" Kingler might have lost the battle, but it looks like it was getting better.

"Is Kingler okay?" Davis asked as he walked on over.

"I believe so." Tetsu said as he stood up. "That is one tough pokemon you have there. You two are strong."

"You bet, and it's that kind of strength that's going to have us win the Centros League." Davis said as he was brimming with confidence.

"You're a weird one, but you are quite the battler." Tetsu said as he was starting to warm up to Davis.

"Well, after that, let me help take care of your pokemon." Maple said. "Tetsu, I be more than happy to take a look at your pokemon as well."

"Thanks. That would be nice." Tetsu said.

"Thanks for the battle, Tetsu. I just know I'm going to love traveling through Centros." Davis claimed. Davis just arrived in Centros and already had his first battle. He can't wait to see what more Centros has to offer.

Davis has just arrived in Centros and his journey is already underway. What more can we expect? The only way to know for sure is for you to stay tune and find out.
