"Where do you stand on dragons?" Vasquez asked.

"Sorry what?" Kara asked looking up.

"Dragons." Vasquez repeated.

"Is this an interview for your DEO quiz team?" Kara asked excitedly.

"No, there is a dragon in the desert. Do you want to take it or do you want one of the squads to take it?"

"I'll go." Kara said standing. "Where is it?"

"The training facility."

"Is it Spike?" Kara asked recalling previous dragons.

"No. It isn't ours and we have no idea where it came from."

"On it." Kara said flying off as Vasquez returned to the control room.

"Where's the feed?" She asked seeing static on the screen.

"The dragon went nuts and took out some cameras."

"Deliberately?"

"I don't think so." Rose said. "But overheads will be in position soon."

"So will Supergirl." Vasquez said. "Make sure we have somewhere to house it when she stops it."

"Yes Ma'am." Rose said.

"Wow." Kara said on the radio a moment later.

"What?" Vasquez said.

"This has a real Smaug vibe to it. That breath is really hot."

"Back up will be there soon." Vasquez said.

"I'll keep it busy. We don't want this getting out into any populated area." Supergirl said before gasping.

"What's wrong?" Vasquez asked.

"I'm okay, it just had more of a swipe than I was expecting. And those claws are razor sharp." She said, the sound of wind coming through in the background. Before anyone could respond they heard another grunt, followed by a large thump and then nothing."

"Frax! You're back." The teenager greeted when she saw her uncle by the school.

"Hello Alex." He smiled. "I'm sorry I was away for so long."

"It's fine. Are you staying or do you have to go again?"

"I have finished the business that sent me away so I am back for awhile, if you are okay with that."

"Of course. I missed you." The teen said.

"I missed you too." He replied before asking. "How are you?"

"Okay I guess." She replied before noticing how much he was fidgeting and asking. "You okay?"

"I'm fine, I just forgot how strange Earth garments felt." He explained adjusting the sleeve. "But I did not think wearing my normal clothes would be appreciated."

"Probably." The teen said. "Are you doing anything now?"

"No."

"Can we go do some training?"

"I was assuming you wanted to. But what about your mother?"

"I'll send a message, and I'll tell Alex. So can we?"

"I'd like that." He said.

00

"You okay?" Vasquez asked over the radio, only to be met by silence. "Supergirl can you hear me?" She asked, only to be met with the same result. She then turned to Rose and asked. "When are we getting video feeds?"

"A minute. And Ruby's team should be there around the same time."

"What about the other teams?"

"They are setting up the defensive shield, but they need another couple of minutes."

"Tell them to hurry it up. And keep trying Supergirl." Vasquez said pacing.

"First feeds are here."

"What have we got?"

"The dragon is flying round looking crazy." Cork said.

"Where's Supergirl?"

"No idea." Cork said scanning all the feeds that were starting to fill up the screens.

"What the hell is that dragon doing?" Rose asked. "It looks super ticked." She added as Cork exclaimed.

"There."

"There what?" Vasquez asked moving over to him.

"It's Supergirl, she's down." He said pointing to the screen.

"Ruby's team is on site, but they can't get past the dragon." Rose report. "Good news is the forcefield is up so the Dragon is going no where. We hope." They added as the Dragon flew towards the transporter Ruby's team were in. Just as it was about to claw at the helicopter it suddenly started to turn white before dropping to the ground. Looking at the screen they saw a scorched looking Supergirl blowing her freeze breath on the dragon."

00

"You okay?" Vasquez asked when Supergirl returned.

"Yeah. Just a little more crispy than I was before. That fire breath was super hot."

"We guessed." Vasquez said. "You sure you are okay, you had us worried."

"I'm fine." Supergirl said. "Although it did bring back some traumatic molten Kryptonite memories." She added glancing at her arm, but before Vasquez could react she asked. "Where did it come from and what was it doing there?"

"No idea. I mean it looked like it was looking for something. But we have no idea what."

"And you sure it wasn't an escapee?"

"Yes." Vasquez said. "But why it was at our proving ground I don't know and I don't like it. But that is my problem, you should get home."

"You sure you don't need more help?"

"The dragon is locked away and under control."

00

"Hi, I'm back." Kara called as she walked into her apartment only to be met by emptiness. Confused she went over to her sister's house where her sister was sitting on the couch with Chewie.

"Hey." She greeted.

"Hi." Her sister said turning off the TV.

"Where's Alex?"

"Out with Frax."

"He's back?"

"Yeah. Alex said she sent you a message."

"Oh, well my phone is less heat resistant than I am." Kara said showing her the melted remnants.

"What happened? Are you okay?" Alex asked eyes wide.

"I'm fine. I was dealing with a fiery alien dragon thing in the proving ground." Kara said.

"We don't have any fiery alien dragons." Alex said frowning. "Where did it come from and what was it doing in the training ground?"

"All good questions that your team are trying to answer." Kara said. "How are you doing?"

"I am so bored." Alex complained.

"Yet it looks like you have been working." Kara said pointing to the laptop.

"Nothing wrong with my head." Alex countered.

"Welllllll-" Kara started only for Alex to throw a cushion at her. An action that caused Alex to wince in pain.

"Can I get you anything?" Kara asked sitting next to her sister.

"No, I'm fine."

"Have you eaten?"

"Not yet. I was hoping MJ would be back."

"Where is he?"

"Out with Jess. Or at least that is my assumption. He hasn't actually told me. So he is about to be grounded."

"So what have you been working on?" Kara asked.

"I have been bothered about how everyone knew what had happened to Alex. I mean you said the day after it happened Steve knew right?"

"Because Martin told him not because he is a criminal mastermind before you go there." Kara said.

"That's not where I was going." Alex said. "My question was how did he know? My original guess was MJ told his friends and it spread from there. Only when I asked him he swore he didn't tell anyone."

"So you think some one from the school was responsible?"

"Or there's a video." Alex said. "So saw the CCTV footage, they were filming it. So if there is a video and we can find it we may be able to figure out where it is from by looking at all the meta data and that will lead us back to whoever was responsible."

"So we need to find that video?" Kara asked when they heard the front door open and then shut.

Hearing footsteps head upstairs Alex shouted. "MJ!" For a moment there was silence and then they heard footsteps come down stairs before the lounge door opened.

"Where have you been?" Alex asked.

"Study group." He said, the answer throwing Alex who tried to work out of he was lying.

Getting impatient of watching the two stare at each other Kara said. "We need your help."

"With what?" MJ asked.

"We need the video."

"What video?"

"The one that showed what happened to Alex." His mother said.

"Why would anyone show me that video?" He asked.

"But there is a video?" Kara asked.

"I don't know. There's loads of rumours flying round. What difference does it make?"

"We can use it to find those responsible." His mother explained. "So who has the video?"

"I don't know. Everyone knows who you are so no one is going to be stupid enough to tell me anything." He pointed out. "If there is nothing else I'm going to bed."

00

"Hi." Kara said when she got home and saw her daughter.

"Hi."

"How was Frax?"

"He was good."

"And training?"

"We didn't really do any. He said I was lacking focus so we just talked."

"About what?"

"Dakran mainly."

"Learn much?"

"Not really, but I think Lena would like it there."

"Probably." Kara smiled.

"Seeing we didn't actually train today, can I meet with Frax again this week."

"Of course you can." Kara said. "You can meet him whenever you want."

"So you're not mad?"

"Why would I be?"

"You ignored my messages."

"Not deliberately. I broke my phone." Kara said.

"Are you okay?" The teen asked frowning.

"It was my phone that broke not me." Kara pointed out.

"Then why do you look so serious?"

"I want to talk to you about something."

"What?" The teen asked.

"The rumours that are being spread about you -"

"Technically they aren't rumours. I mean I did almost drown."

"We were trying to figure out people know that." Kara said.

"There's a video apparently."

"Do you know who has it?" Kara asked.

"It's not like they are showing me the video."

"I know, but do you know who might."

"I could make some guesses." The teen said. "But I might be wrong."
