Our heroes are continuing on with their journey towards the Centros League. On their way there, they are about to encounter some fun and good times ahead.

"Hey, check it out of there." Tetsu said as he noticed something. They all had a look and saw some sort of performance going on at a stage of a local town. It looked like there were a lot of people. "What's going on?"

"It looks like there's some sort of performance." Cletus said.

"Let's check it out. This could be fun." Davis said as they all had a closer look not knowing they'll be getting quite the entertaining experience.

A new adventure, another day

One more challenge that comes our way

Its up to me and you

I know what we've got to do

We are together now

Friends forever now

Whatever comes our way, we won't run away

Standing tall

And one for all

It's our destiny

Pokemon

(Davis' voice) Dance the Bird Away

"What do you think this is all about?" Imperialdramon questioned.

"I'm not really sure. There must be some sort of performance going on." Cletus said. They were all rather curious as to what this was about until the show started. They all looked and saw a woman with tanned skin and wore a tropical blue dress with white flowers and had wavy brown hair with a flower crown.

"Welcome! I thank you for attending out show." She announced. "My name is Ala. My dancers and I have travelled from Alola to entertain you all. I am glad you could show up to see our performance. So, please welcome the Four Oricorio!" The show was starting with the spotlight shining down one one Oricorio.

"Ori! Ori! Ori!" It danced around like a cheerleader and even had the pom-poms to go with it. Then, the spotlight changed to a pink Oricorio with it dancing like a hula dancer. Then, there was a red one that danced like a flamingo dancer. The last one was purple and danced with a couple fan-like parts of its wings.

"Amazing! They're all Oricorio and they're all the different styles." Cletus said.

"Those are all the same pokemon?" Davis questioned as he pulled out his pokedex.

"Oricorio Pom-Pom Style, the Dancing Pokemon. An electric and flying-type. The energetic and cheerful dance makes it favorable to children."

Oricorio Pa'u Style, the Dancing Pokemon. A psychic and flying-type. The dance movements of this style helps elevate the mind with its gentle steps."

"Oricorio Baile Style, the Dancing Pokemon. A fire and flying-type. This pokemon can whip flames to go with its passionate dancing."

"Oricorio Sensu Style, the Dancing Pokemon. A ghost and flying-type. It's dance movements can cause spirits to arise."

"Awesome. They're all the same, but they're all different too. How can they all be the same pokemon yet look so different?" Davis questioned.

"I've heard of this pokemon. It's because of the nectar they drink." Cletus said.

"The nectar?" Tetsu questioned.

"Oricorio can change their appearance, style, and type based on the nectar they drink." Cletus said. "She said their from Alola, and I've heard Alola has nectar all four kinds that Oricorio can have. Seeing all four together like this is a rare sighting." It certainly was interesting to see all four styles of Oricorio together. Everyone was enjoying the show as each Oricorio was given a fair and equal chance to show what they can do. Each one of the Oricorio were fabulous and it kept going until the show ended.

"Thank you all for coming." Ala said as she and all the Oricorio bowed to them with the audience cheering.

"Quite a show." Tetsu said.

"Yeah. Each one of those Oricorio clearly love dancing." Cletus said.

"That was great, but let's get going." Davis said as they were ready to hit the road again.

"Hold on." Imperialdramon said as he stopped. "I think I hear something coming from backstage." That sounded rather interesting. All of them hurried backstage and tried to see what was going on. What they saw was the opposite of the show. It looked like all the Oricorio were fighting and arguing.

"Please calm down. You were all great." Ala said, but none of them were listening. "Oh boy. Not this again."

"Hello? Excuse us." Davis said as he and the others stepped in.

"Can I help you?" Ala asked.

"We heard the commotion. Is something wrong?" Tetsu said.

"It's my Oricorio...again." Ala said as all four of them kept arguing.

"Imperialdramon, do something." Davis said.

"I got it." Imperialdramon stepped in as he got between them. "Okay, ladies! You're all pretty! Break it up now!" He said as he tried keeping them all apart.

"That's weird. They don't seem to get along, but that's not what we saw earlier." Davis said.

"Thank you for helping, but who are you?" Ala said.

"My name is Davis."

"I'm Tetsu."

"And I'm Cletus."

"What did you mean earlier? Is there problem between your Oricorio?" Davis asked.

"They've all been at this for a long time. They fight and argue with each other and I'm not sure why." Ala said.

"Imperialdramon, talk to them. Find out what's going on." Davis said.

"No problem. Talk to me." Imperialdramon said with all of the Oricorio tried explaining themselves. "Okay... Yeah... One at a time here!" They all kept talking and Imperialdramon soon got it. "Okay. Basically, they're all divas. They each think they're the better dancer." He claimed, but the Oricorio took some offense to that as they all attacked him at once.

"So this is about their egos." Tetsu said.

"Ala, do you mind sharing with us your story so we have a better idea of what is going on?" Cletus asked.

"Of course." Ala said as they all had a seat. "You see, all of us are from Alola. I love to dance and put on a performance for others and I would like to share that with the rest of the world. I added pokemon to it and I went with the best pokemon I thought was for performing."

"You mean Oricorio." Tetsu said.

"That's right. With all it's different styles and abilities, there is a variety of ways to perform with Oricorio." Ala said. "Each style is great, but I've never seen anyone use all four styles at once. I decided to capture all four styles."

"How does one get all four styles?" Davis questioned. "It has something to do with nectar."

"That's right. Alola is comprised of four main islands. Each island has a set of flowers that bloom in different colors." Ala said. "Those flowers provide nectar and the different nectar changes an Oricorio's form. Each island basically has one of the four styles. So, I traveled to each island and got an Oricorio or the nectar of that island. After that, I started travelling around and the five of us began performing together."

"Using all four styles of Oricorio is a bold and ingenious idea." Cletus said. "You get to see a variety of different dances."

"It seemed like a great idea at first, but I didn't realize how stubborn and prideful each of my Oricorio was." Ala said. "I managed to get an Oricorio of each style, but it seems like they all have creative differences."

"Creative differences?" Davis questioned.

"That's when people have different ideas they want to try, but they can't agree." Tetsu said. "That's one reasons some music bands don't stay together."

"We managed to pull off great performances, but what I would really love is one where all four of them are dancing together rather apart." Ala said. "Otherwise, it's going to get boring."

"That part I get." Davis said. "My girlfriend Kari and an old friend of mine named May are both coordinators. They both always try something new and different rather than the same thing since a coordinator is suppose to impress the crowd and show off different sides of their pokemon."

"Is there really no way to bring the Oricorio together?" Tetsu questioned.

"I do have something that I thought might help." Ala said as she went over to a cooler and opened it up to show jars of different colored nectar. "I managed to get nectar from all four islands. In other words, I have nectar that will transform Oricorio to all the styles. I'm hoping if they drink it and share a style, we could put on a great performance. The problem is that each of them are too prideful. They each love the forms they're currently in."

"I can see why that would be a problem." Cletus said.

"If I can just get them to understand the other style..." "Hey! Knock it off!" Imperialdramon shouted as all the Oricorio kept attacking him. It seemed like the Oricorio were so mad and tried to leave.

"Hold on!" Imperialdramon said as he grabbed the Pom-Pom Oricorio, but the others flew away.

"Wait! where are you all going?!" Ala called.

"They're so mad at each other that they don't want to dance with each other anymore." Imperialdramon said. That was when the one he grabbed pecked at his hand. "Ow! Hey! Cut it out!"

"I can't let them break apart like this!" Ala said.

"Come on! We better get those Oricorio back!" Davis said with the others agreeing. They split-up and chased after one of the other three. "Venomoth, catch one of those Oricorio!"

"Venomoth!" He called out Venomoth and got in the way of the Baile Oricorio.

"Use Supersonic on it!" Davis ordered. Venomoth unleashed a sonic wave and used it on Oricorio. As it fell out of the air due to confusion, Davis was able to catch it. Tetsu chased after the Pa'u style as it tried flying away, but Tetsu had an idea.

"Tentacool, grab that Oricorio!" Tetsu called as he released his pokemon.

"Tentacool!" Tentacool was able to reach Oricorio and wrapped itself around Oricorio and kept it from flying away with Tetsu catching it. That just left the Sensu style with Cletus going after it.

"This should work." Cletus said. Since he didn't have a pokemon to catch it, he tried something else out as he took food that flying-types like and threw it out for Oricorio. Oricorio noticed it and couldn't help itself. It went down to the food and ate some of it. "Gotcha!" He said as he was able to grab Oricorio. They were able to prevent the four of them from breaking apart, but they need to make sure it stays that way.

"You four can't go off on your own like that." Ala said once they were brought back. "I understand you all have some creative differences, but there must be a way the four of you can work together."

"She's right. Ala wants to perform with all of you, but you can't be fighting and arguing." Cletus said. "Surely, there must be a way you can all work together."

"Come on. Hug it out." Davis said as they tried bringing the four together, but the Oricorio started fighting and arguing with each other once again. "Oh boy. I've heard of chicken fights, but this is ridiculous."

"Please. All of you stop fighting." Ala said as she didn't like seeing this, but it was getting out of hand. The Pom-Pom Oricorio even tried giving them a little shock, but they all moved out of the way. However, the jolt it unleashed ended up hitting Ala instead.

"Ala!" They all shouted with the Oricorio realizing what happened. It's all fun and games until someone gets hurt. That's why Ala couldn't hold it back anymore.

"I've had it!" Ala shouted. "I don't know what I'm going to do with all of you!" She called in anger and just stormed off. Ala seemed really mad. The four Oricorio might have their differences, but one thing they do agree on is that they all care for Ala.

"See what you all did now? You made Ala real mad." Davis said. "I think she's been more than patient with how you all have been acting, but it looks like she's run out."

"You all are unique and great dancers. Does it really matter who is better than who?" Cletus said.

"You're all being a little too prideful." Davis said. "Ala wants to put on a show where it feels like all four of you are really together, not apart. That means you need to work together. Isn't that more important than your feathery pride? Just think about what Ala would want." All four of the Oricorio love to dance and are quite proud of their styles, but they all care about Ala. They need to be willing to put pride aside for their trainer. There might only be one way to prove that.

"Oricorio."

"Ori..."

"Oricorio..."

"Ori." The four of them knew what to do as each one grabbed some nectar and hurried over to Ala. Ala noticed them and saw that each one was holding a nectar of a different color.

"Hold on. Does this mean you four will try the other styles? I really do think if you try the other styles, you'll have a better understanding of each other." Ala said. It looks like they were willing to do just that as each one took a sip of each nectar and ended up changing into a different style. Ala loved seeing that. That means the show can go on.

...

Later

Now that the four Oricorio were putting their pride aside for the sake of their trainer and the show, a new show could begin.

"Alola, and thank you all for coming to see the debut of our newest performance!" Ala announced as she was putting on another show. "Please welcome the Four Oricorio!" She announced and showed that all four of her Oricorio were in the Pom-Pom Style.

"Oricorio!" With that, the music started playing. The four Oricorio started dancing like they were cheerleaders. Even formed a pyramid together. However, Ala added something to show. There was nectar on the stage for them. Once they each had a sip, they changed to the Pa'u Style. Of course, Davis and the others were going to help with the performance as Cletus began playing the ukulele and the four Oricorio started dancing like Hawaiian dancers with them moving their arms and hips with the breeze. They then drank nectar again and changed into the Baile Style. Davis hit a recording and that's when Mexican music started playing. The four Oricorio were in sync with each other as they stomped their feet around and swung their bodies around perfectly. Finally, they drank the last set of nectar and they all became the Sensu Style. With help from Tetsu, they all started dancing like they were geisha dancers and moved their fans in a sense of poetry. Seeing all four styles and the four Oricorio dancing together was a great thing to see, and it looked like it was a big hit.

"I hope you all enjoy the show, and I ask you all to join us in the dance!" Ala said as everyone started dancing together, including Davis and the others.

Our heroes have been reminded how important teamwork is. Sometimes, you need to set your own pride aside for the good of the team and for others. That way, you can make something amazing together. Now, before they hit the road to the Centros League, they're going to dance the day away.
