The World of Toa Part 1
The scene opens to the white rooms of Castle Oblivion. Emerl and co had climbed up the stairs from the first floor where they faced off against Brutaka aka Psycho Claw. Like the entrance the room had a small platform with a large blank door. As the group walk to it, RiCO appeared from the camera on Emerl and looked deep in thought.
"Something up RiCO?" Lilac asked.
"Well, the thing is, what Brutaka has me worried." RiCO admits.
"You mean when he said, 'You may no longer be who you are'?" Doom asked.
"Exactly" RiCO said nodding.
"I may no longer be me? How can I be anyone else?" Emerl asked.
"Well, you were Hercules before, then you became Emerl" Togami points
"Yeah, but who is to say I wasn't the same person with both Hercules and me now?" Emerl points out.
"Well either way, we should still be careful" RiCO said.
"Indeed, seems to me anything can happen here in Castle…Oblivi…Oblivi…Oblivi…." Hiro said and thinks, blanking on the name
"Castle Oblivion!" J told him
"Oh right! Yeah, I remember now!" Hiro said smiling.
"I am sure we'll all be okay" Emerl said confident "Whatever it is they're cooking up, we'll be able to handle it together, even is J doesn't help us."
"Hey, they're testing me as well, so I have no choice but to help you" J points out
"Well maybe you'll warm up to us by the time we come to near the end" Doom said.
"Either way I know we will handle it" Hiro said smiling "Just like at that other creepy castle we explored together, the one with all the weird contraptions."
"Hmmm…when was that again?" Lilac asked and she and the others think.
"I am known for having a good memory, but I can't recall that." Togami notes "What was that place called?"
"I think it was called uh…. Holla….Holly…Holler…" Hiro said trying to remember "Dammit, I can't remember it."
"This is all new to me, so I obviously don't know what you're all talking about" J said
"I'm pretty sure it's possibly Hiro made it all up" Doom said shrugging.
"No, I don't think that's the case" Hiro said thinking.
"Either way, we'll figure out later, but we should press on" Emerl said looking at the blank door "What world card did we get?"
"Actually, I got it from Brutaka but we have five world cards" J said showing the stack "All are interesting looking"
"How do we decide which one to go with?" Togami asked.
"I got the idea" J said and shuffles the five card and then fans them out in her hand face down so even she can't see which card was where "Who wants to pick?"
"Lilac, why don't you?" Emerl suggests.
"Okay…" Lilac said and takes one and holds it up to the blank door.
"I will hold onto the world cards for safety" J said placing the remaining four away.
"Good idea" Doom said nodding.
Emerl takes the picked card and holds it up to the door and it opens in the middle and envelops them in a bright light.
As the light died down, Emerl and J found themselves in a new location of the castle. They stood there in an alley of a deserted looking town that looked medieval but the creatures they see flying looked mechanical. Standing in the heart of it was a large council building that overlooked it all. Even though this town was forged from his memories, Emerl couldn't recognize this place or ever coming to this world.
"Where are we?" A voice said behind them making them jump and they turn to see the others there, Doom being the one who spoke.
"Hang on, I thought I was meant to go through these alone with J." Emerl asked.
"Well, they still travel with us, they just return to card form when they have to" J said sighing and looks out the alley "Great the sun…I am going to be overheating like crazy"
"Really?" Hiro asked.
"I have a very poor cooling system, only way I keep it cool is consumption of oil" J explained.
"That sucks" Emerl said "Oh wait I know" Emerl said and takes up RiCO's camera badge "RiCO could maybe integrate with you and maintain your cooling."
"Can she do that?" J asked
"I think so, she is a digital being" Togami said thinking.
J takes it and puts it on her outfit, and she feels her systems being scanned and access and soon she got notification saying 'Sun Shield active' She then steps out and found her cooling levels being stable
"Wow…." J said in awe but seeing the group she composes and said "It is acceptable. We should keep moving."
"Alright then" Lilac said as they move out of the alley and look around.
Hiro seeing something calls out "Hey guys! Someone's in trouble!"
The group look and see a red robotic like being in a gold mask and armour wilding a fire sword and a golden shield who was fighting his way through many Shadow Heartless. He seemed to be quite skilled fighting through them, but he was still outnumbered.
"We have to help him!" Togami said.
Emerl nods and the group run in to join the fight. Emerl jumps and knocks a Heartless away and lands next to the warrior, J dashes in slicing a few
"Mind if we lend a hand?" Emerl asked.
"I am not sure who you are, but I welcome the help" The warrior said panting "These things nearly put me out."
The engage the Heartless, as the battle begin for some reason along with their friends the warrior was gone too leaving only Emerl and J. Emerl blocks and counters one shadows attack. J changes her hands into machine guns and fires at multiple of them. So far it was easy but soon reenrolments for the Heartless arrive, some of them were black mettalic looking ones like the warrior with the Heatless Emblem on their chests
It was close to be overwealming but Emerl managed to get an ally card which was the warrior ally they had. Choosing to use him he summoned him who slashes and laser blasts some of the Matoran heartless away.
J meanwhile dodges and summons up Lilac who does a whirl wind to knock many away and J blasts them to pieces and Emerl uses All Might to finish the rest of
"That's all right?" Emerl asked
"Nope…" J said s she hears rolling as some Air Soldier Heartless arrive with a Bohrok Heartless in toe
"Geez…." Emerl sighs
They work together to wipe out the other Heartless but the Bohrok Heartless proved very devensive, Eventually Emeral used a combo loaded cards to perform a sliding dash defeating it.
However as the friends return it was daunting as more Shadow Heartless appear to combat them.
"They just keep on coming!" Doom said as he fires at several of them.
"Grrr…where is he?! When I need him more then ever." The warrior said frustrated.
"Sorry I'm late!" A voice called out as jumping from a roof was another armoured warrior but this one was gold in silver armour and wilding a staff like weapon. He lands with the group
"About time Takanuva, get rid of these guys for us already" The fiery warrior said
"On it!" The one called Takanuva said and jumps up and his glass glows as he fires a beam flight from his weapon that destroys the heartless and wiping the field.
"Wow…" Hiro said amazed.
"Yeah…. note to self-staying clear of him" J said nodding.
"It's good he got here but he was cutting it close" Togami states
"That is like him though but better late then never." The fire warrior said.
"Sorry but I had my own lot to deal with before I could come to back you up Tahu" Takanuva said revealing the other warriors name "However with all the darkness it is really draining my energy. I should get somewhere to rest but call on me if needed" With that he jumps up and goes to find somewhere to rest.
"I see, so he is a secret weapon to the darkness here, but he is already been tired out?" Emerl asked
"Yes, the darkness grows we need to regroup with the rest of those standing against it." Tahu said nodding "I need to get to the council building, but with all the Heartless between here and there…"
"Say Emerl, we're heading that way, shouldn't we lend a hand to Tahu?" Lilac suggests.
"Sounds like a plan" Emerl said nodding.
"Agreed, safety in numbers after all." J said nodding
"That will be helpful, thanks" Tahu said smiling and nodding and shakes there hands
With introductions and promises done, Emerl and co made their way through the alleys, Emerl acquiring a gold card for Key of Beginnings in the process.

The group made their way through the Plaza but it was surrounded by Heartless so they head to fight their way gathering new cards and earn experience.
"This is so difficult but rewarding" J said with a smiling.
"Yeah, but should keep our guard up" Emerl said nodding
Soon he uses the Key of Beginnings card on a door and they enter it. They meet back up with Takanuva and keep moving through the streets.
"So, is there like your leaders at the council building or allies?" Doom asked them.
"Maybe close by but the only one in the council building is that no good Piraka, Zaktan." Tahu states "During the war with the Makuta, Teridax we thought he perished but he managed to survive, probably due to his body being made of Protodites. He swarmed the city with Heartless and seized the entire town."
"Sounds like a wannabe tyrant if I ever heard one" Emerl said shaking his head.
"Maybe but he isn't the worst villain we ever faced." Takunuva said "Teridax is way worse especially since he always manages to return somehow, though hopefully after that final battle he's gone for good."
"While Mata-Nui did have a major role in doing that both of us did our best to see it through" Tahu said to him smiling
"So you have no other allies?" J asked
"Well, there is one who may have been able to slip away in time before getting captured." Tahu said "Gali, one of the Toa's of Water, she is the smartest of our team."
"You have been thinking a lot about her since the war ended Tahu" Takanuva teased
"Keep going and I will burn you" Tahu said embarrassed and annoyed
"Oh, sounds like a little romance between fire and water" Lilac said giggling
"Can we not talk about this like that, I just think she is a skilled warrior" Tahu said firmly
"Alright, come on, let's get to the council chamber and if Gali is nearby we'll know she's okay" Takanuva said
"Right, let's go save Tahu's girlfriend!" Emerl said and hears a frustrated growl from the Toa of fire and they move out and Emerl gains a Key of Guidance card.
They move through the streets with Emerl and J do their best not to get overwhelmed as they go through doors to other areas of the village. Emerl also gained new access cards to use and even got a card for the spell Gravity as well. Eventually they find the door for the Key of Guidance.
"I guess they want to make it so we earned the way to the area as we fight our way through" J said
"Possibly" Emerl said as he unlocks the door and they enter through it
They enter into the street just before the council building and stop as they on a roof top
"Wait! Look their!" Togami said "Someone is their!"
They look and see a blue being in silver armor with two aqua axes lying on the floor surrounded by Heartless.
"It's Gali!" Tahu called out
"She needs help" Hiro said concerned
"But we won't make it in time" Emerl said worried.
"I can get them from here!" Takunuva said ready to jump
"Then go! We'll catch up" Tahu said to him
"Understood" Takanuva said and uses his light to wipe out the Heartless with ease.
A while later the others make it down while Takunuva rests back above. They check on Gali
"She's fine, just unconscious" Tahu said checking her pulse
"She was lucky as were we to find her in one piece." Doom said with a nod
"Well hopefully we have some breathing room" Emerl said "Takanuva isn't looking so good, I think he used up to much energy"
Suddenly more Heartless appear before the heroes ready to fight
"Damn it! Sorry Takanuva, you need to pull off one more blast today and…" Tahu said ready to fight but hopeful the Toa of Light had one more in him
"No, let him rest!" Emerl said to him
"Yeah we can handle this lot" J said smiling
"Alright, I understand, let do it" Tahu said nodding "Taknuva, you rest."
"Alright" Takanuva said and sits down to watch the fight
Little did any of the heroes know that behind Takanuva two figures were approaching, one of them was smirking
Things aren't looking good, Takanuva is exhausted but our heroes have to hold back the Heartless but who is secretly watching?
