A/N: Thanks for the reviews.
Baratta jennifer - Kara will be getting plenty of help.
"Hi Steve." The older Alex greeted answering the door.
"Hi, have you seen Kara?"
"Yes, through here." Alex said leading him to the lounge. As they entered Steve saw how miserable Kara looked and asked.
"You okay?"
"Steve? I'm fine."
"Not convincing." Steve said. "And I may be about to add to your problems."
"What is it?" Alex asked.
"I was at the clinic today and no one mentioned food trucks or vitamins."
"But the woman from your clinic she-" Kara started to say.
"Yeah, about that, that description you gave me didn't remind me of anyone. And the people who said they were going to talk to you were men."
"So it was a trap?" Kara asked looking at her sister.
"Maybe." Alex said.
"Don't get me wrong, one of the other patients could have overheard our conversation, but not one of mine." Steve said. "That said, I asked around and no one recognised a woman of that description."
"Thanks for warning us." Alex said.
"She named you." Kara said to Steve.
"Sorry?" Steve asked lost.
"She specifically named you." Kara said.
"Probably to make it more believable." Alex said.
"Yes, but doesn't that put Steve in danger?" Kara asked.
"A better question is how did they know you were expecting people from the clinic." Steve said.
"Could they be bugging him?" Kara asked Alex, feeling more guilty by the minute.
"More likely they overheard your conversation. Also we don't know what information Dodd's passed on." Alex reminded her.
"I'm sorry for getting you involved in this." Kara said to Steve.
"I'd rather be doing something than sitting back and letting Indomitable get his way." Steve assured her.
"You still have the watch?" Kara asked.
"Of course."
"If anything happens, and I mean anything. Please use it."
"I will, but I'm sure it will be okay." Steve said.

As Diz walked back from college a van screeched to a stop in front of him. Moments later he had a sack thrown over his head and he was thrown in the back of the van.
Despite his hands were cable tied behind his back he managed to bend his hand enough to activate his watch just as the van zoomed off.
Moments later the van can to a sudden stop, causing him to roll across the floor and hit the front wall just as he heard familiar voices panicking before the door opened and Supergirl ordered everyone out.
Lying on the floor, the sack still on his head Diz heard shuffling then felt the van lift up and down as the his captors left the van. Moments later Diz felt some gentle hands on him helping him sit up before the sack was removed.
"You okay?" Supergirl asked.
"I think so." He said as she ripped off the cable ties and helped him out of the van.
"The rest of you, take off the masks." Supergirl said. When they didn't she demanded. "Now."
Reluctantly they removed their masks and Supergirl said.
"Wait, you are DEO recruits. What's going on?" Met by a walk of silence she ordered. "In the van."
"What?" Rice asked.
"In the van." Supergirl repeated. "Not you Diz."
Nodding Diz stayed by Supergirl's side as the rest filed in. Supergirl then secured the door and turned back to Diz.
"You okay?" She repeated.
"Um, yeah, I think so." He said sounding confused.
"What happened?"
"I was walking home and I was thrown in the back of the van."
"Any idea why?"
"No."
"Okay, let's get back to the DEO. We'll let Alex get to the bottom of this." With that carried Diz in one arm and the van in the other back to the DEO.

"It is late, I am tired and I have far bigger concerns than you right now. So someone talk and talk fast before I throw the lot of you out of the DEO and revoke your scholarships." Alex said prowling in front of the assembled group.
"It was just a joke." Ward said.
"Kidnapping is a joke?" Alex asked. "Whose idea was it? Ten seconds until you are all thrown out." The threat resulting in a chorus of the name.
"Rice."
"Speak." She said looking at him.
"We wanted everyone to know where they fit." He said.
"Where they fit?" Alex asked. "This was hazing." Alex said. "Not to mention stupid." She added. "And it has gone on far too long." She then turned to Diz.
"As for you. You have been asked several times if things were okay and despite the bruises you said yes. Being part of a team also requires you to be honest and to recognise you need help and to ask for help. You could have stopped this, but your decision to remain silent means you didn't. And now here we are."
She then turned her head slightly.
"Ward, Silva, Castle, report to Vasquez who will ensure your Spring break is filled appropriately." She then turned her focus on the other two. "Rice, Diz. The DEO requires you to work in a team, to do that you need to trust each other. For the next two weeks you are going to go through some very, very special training where you will learn to work together. If you don't you are out."

"Here." The older Kara said passing Diz a paper bag. "I call it, 'just been chewed out by Alex food'."
"Thanks, but I'm not hungry."
"You need to eat." Kara said holding it until he took it. "You remember when you first started dating Kara and Alex was on your case?"
"Yeah."
"She was like that because she wanted to make sure Kara was safe and happy. The thing is, now she has kind of grown to like you. Which means she not only wants Kara to be safe and happy, but you as well. Which means she is twice as hard on you."
"How long do I need to avoid her for?"
"You don't need to avoid her."
"You saw her. She was super mad at me."
"She's been madder at me." Kara said. "And if you want my opinion, I think some of that was for show, to prove to the rest of your cohort you don't get special treatment. At least in a good way."
"So avoid her for two months?" Diz said picking up some fries.
"She doesn't want you to avoid her." Kara smiled. "You see if you avoid her, she'll see less of Kara and she definitely doesn't want that. Also, don't you have your very special training with her?"
"Wasn't it very very special training?"
"Yeah, I didn't want to scare you." Kara said.
"Any idea what it involves?"
"I'd assume pain and misery." Kara said.

"How's Diz?" Alex asked when her sister entered the lounge an hour later.
"Wondering how long he needs to avoid you for."
"What did you tell him?"
"That if he avoided you, you'd see less of Kara and that would make you even more grumpy." Her sister said. "Plus I reminded him, he can't avoid you as has training with you tomorrow."
"You think he is okay?" Alex asked.
"He will be." Kara said. "Besides Kara is back in a few days, that will help." She reminded her. "What about the others, you think they are really just jealous or is there something else going on?"
"You thinking Tycho or Indomitable?"
"Not the first time someone has tried to get Diz."
"I know. And I am looking into it. At the moment everything looks like it is Rice trying to assert his authority. But he will be watched from now on."
"Does this kinda a thing normally happen?"
"Can do, but normally in the first or last year of college."
"Why?"
"They are convinced the best recruit gets fast tracked."
"I take it they don't?"
"No. When they start formally everything that has gone before gets forgotten."
"So what are you going to do?"
"See how quickly they reform." Alex said. "I just wish I didn't have to deal with this right now." Alex said as the front door slammed.
"One day, MJ will learn how to shut that quietly." Alex said as her son and niece appeared.
"Hi mom, aunt Kara." MJ greeted.
"How was bowling?" The older Alex asked.
"Awesome. I won again." MJ said.
"I take it you didn't use your powers then?" Kara asked her daughter.
"Didn't want to show MJ up." The teenage Alex shrugged.
"You wish." MJ shot back.
"On that note, it has been a really long day. I'm going home." Kara said before looking at her sister. "See you tomorrow."
"See you tomorrow." Alex waved.
