As the teenage Alex sat in a coffee shop drinking coffee the following weekend she heard her name being called. Turning she saw Jane, Stan and a child approach.

"Hey!" Jane smiled as she sat opposite Alex.

"Hi."

"Hi Alex." Stan smiled.

"Hi. And you must be Molly?" Alex guessed looking at the toddler who hid behind her father.

"She's a little shy." Stan said.

"And super protective of her uncle Matt." Jane added.

"Well, I have something for you." Alex said reaching into her bag and pulling out a small wrapped box which she held out to Molly.

"You didn't have to." Stan said. "But thank you."

"No problem." Alex smiled as Molly cautiously took the gift and started to unwrap it.

"Sorry we are late." Stan said. "Molly decided she wanted to come, which delayed us. We could have picked you up from the airport."

"It's fine, it gave me a chance to see the area." Alex said as Molly waved her toy in front of her father.

"What do you say?" Stan asked his daughter.

"Thank you." Molly said as she started to play with it.

"Matt will be stoked to see you." Jane said.

"Might knock him out of his funk." Stan said.

"Funk?" Alex asked concerned.

"Dad said he's a lovesick puppy." Molly said playing with the doll before looking at Jane and asking. "What is that?"

"You'll figure it out one day." Jane smiled.

"Why do I feel like I just walked into an intervention?" Kara asked when she returned to her apartment and saw Sam, Lena and Alex.

"You have." Alex said. "We get you are always going to put Alex first, but she isn't here right now. Which means you can put you first."

"There's-" Kara started to say only for Sam to jump in.

"Steve is working nights so you have no excuse not to hang out with us."

"Guys, I appreciate this, but I am actually doing okay."

"Have you ever considered this isn's just for you?" Sam asked. "Alex and Lena are still struggling. They saw you blown up, they relived loosing you all those years ago. And yes Lena has a boxes, but does anyone actually believe they work?"

"No." Kara conceded.

"No one wants to lose you and they need as much reassurance and recovery as you do." Sam said.

"Rao, I am a horrible person. I have been so caught up in my issues I ignor-"

"Kara, you have taken what I said too far." Sam said feeling guilty. "What I was trying to say is the three of you all need time to recover. And you all do that quicker if you do it together. So we are all going to a health spa."

"Don't they ban all things good?" Kara asked.

"Well, no. They do have some restrictions." Sam replied.

"Such as?"

"No smoking, drugs, alcohol, caffeine, sugar, junk food-" Sam listed.

"Yeah, that doesn't work." Alex, Lena and Kara said having heard the list.

"It's good for you." Sam said.

"You always tell me being miserable isn't good for me." Lena said. "So how about instead we have a night in?"

"Fine." Sam said. "But if I think any of you are internalising, I am dragging you to the health spa."

"You must be Alex." The older woman said before pulling the surprised teenage Alex into a hug. "It's so nice to see you in person."

"You too." Alex said relieved when she was released from the hug.

"Sorry, should have warned you, Alison is a hugger." Stan smiled.

"Not everyone has your aversion to physical contact Stanley." Stan's stepmother said as two more people emerged from the house.

"This is my wife Sarah and my dad." Stan said pointing.

"Or to the rest of us Andy." Alison said to Alex, before noticing her husband was looking strangely at Alex. "Andy."

"Sorry what?" Andy asked.

"You okay?"

"Yeah. Sorry, you just look really familiar." Andy said to Alex.

"Don't worry about dad, he's a little strange." Stan said before asking. "Where's Matt?"

"He's still in the workshop." Allison said.

"I'll take you." Jane said.

"I'll take your bag in." Stan said to Alex. As Alex and Jane walked off Stan noticed the strange expression on his father's face and asked.

"What's wrong?"

"I don't know. I'm just sure I've seen her somewhere before." His father said as he continued to look at Alex.

00

"So how are you doing?" Jane asked as she walked Alex towards the workshop, unaware of Andy's stare.

"Fine, why?"

"Matt is convinced you're not fine. I don't know what happened to you, but he's worried. Which means I'm worried."

"You don't need to worry." Alex said. "I'm fine. And I told Matt that."

"Well he doesn't believe you." Jane said as they got to the workshop.

"You done yet?" Jane called as she opened a door.

"No." Matt said from the back.

"Want dinner?"

"No."

"Guess we'll go back without him, Alex." Jane said. "Which is a little rude after you came all the way from National City."

"Alex?" Matt asked looking round. On seeing Alex he jumped up and asked. "Alex? What are you doing here?"

"She's your birthday present." Jane said. "I'll leave you to it." She added slipping out of the workshop.

"Hey." Alex smiled.

"I've missed you." He said hugging her. "But when did you arrange this?"

"Your mom called a few days ago."

"My mom?"

"Yeah. Jane was on then call as well."

"Did they force you into this?" Matt asked looking worried.

"No. They invited me."

"And you are really okay being here?" Matt asked.

"Of course. Besides, it's not as if it is hard to get here for me."

"How long can you stay for?"

"Just four days."

00

"They asleep?" Kara asked walking into her apartment and seeing Sam and Lena sprawled out on the couch.

"Yes." Her sister confirmed.

"Why aren't you asleep?"

"I haven't had a bar's worth of whiskey." Alex replied before asking. "Is that ice cream?"

"Yes, your favourite flavour." Kara said. "Want to go to your place?"

"Yes." Alex said gratefully. "You can even pick the movie."

"Want to leave a note for those two?" Kara asked.

"They're smart, they'll figure it out." Alex said leaving the apartment with Kara.

"They'll be mad." Kara pointed out following her sister down the stairs.

"They'll be hungover." Alex shrugged. "Besides Chewie is at my place and the kids might be making him eat normal dog food."

"They wouldn't be so mean." Kara said as they left the building.

"They probably think they are being kind." Alex pointed out.

"One look at his innocent face would prove they aren't." Kara argued. "But we should definitely rescue him." She added as they walked up the driveway.

"How is Chewie not fatter?" Alex asked.

"He gets a lot of exercise. He is like the ultimate family therapist. Whenever someone is stressed he gets taken on long walks and there is a lot of stress in this family."

"Yes there is." Alex agreed. "Everything okay just now?"

"Just a routine robbery, or attempted robbery. Bad guys locked away." Kara replied as Alex opened her front door and entered the house. Hearing voices from the kitchen the pair walked into the room where four teens were raiding the cupboards.

"Mom? I thought you were out with Lena and Sam?" The younger Kara said.

"We were, they can't handle our level of fun." Her aunt said.

"You ditched them?" MJ guessed.

"No, they fell asleep so we came back here." Kara said. "What are you guys up to?"

"We were about to play Twister if you want to join us?" Mel said.

"Ye-" Kara started to say only to see her sister's face. "No. We are going to watch movies."

"We'll be upstairs." MJ said grabbing some more bags and leading the group out of the kitchen.

"How do they have so much energy?" Alex asked.

"What do you mean?"

"It is after ten and they are playing Twister." Alex reminded her.

"You are sounding real old right now." Her sister said.

"I'll let that slide." Alex said going to the lounge.

As the teenage Alex lay on the bed she suddenly saw something above the bed. Seeing the something fall she used her powers to gently bring it down onto the bed as her brain started to register the fact it was Molly.

"Molly? Are you okay?" Alex asked.

"That was fun."

"How did you get here?" Alex asked looking round.

"Can't say. Secret."

"Okay, well we should get you back to your parents."

"No. I'll be in trouble."

"Pretty sure if you aren't in bed when they look, you'll be in trouble." Alex said grabbing her phone and messaging Matt. Moments later Matt entered the room.

"Is everything okay- Molly? What are you doing here? How did you-" He then paused and looked at Alex. "I probably should have mentioned that. Let me take Molly to bed then we'll talk." Matt added.

"No." Molly said launching herself at Alex and holding tight just as they heard Molly's mother calling for her.

"In here." Matt called.

"Molly, what are the rules?" Sarah asked.

"To play with Alex?" Molly tried.

"Nice try." Her mother said. "Come on bed."

"But-"

"No cake tomorrow if you don't go to bed."

"Fine." Molly said releasing her hold on Alex and moving towards her mother who lifted her up.

"I'm sorry." Sarah said to Alex before leaving.

"I would like to say it won't happen again, but knowing Molly, it will." Matt said when they were gone.

"Isn't it dangerous? I mean she appeared midair."

"Really? Normally she appears on the ground." He then paused and said. "Sorry."

"For what?"

"Not telling you."

"Why would you have done?"

"Well your have kinda been revealing your secrets." Matt pointed out.

"Technically this wasn't your secret, it was Molly's." Alex shrugged.

"So we're okay?" Matt asked.

"Yes. But any other members of family likely to spontaneously appear?"

"No, Molly is the only one with powers." Matt smiled.

00

Noticing her sister wasn't watching the movie Alex stopped the film and asked.

"Want to talk?"

"No. Yes. Maybe. I just – there is so much we don't know. I don't know what I should focus on."

"What did Cat say?"

"Do what I could. Rescue cats, or repair bridges."

"So focus on yourself?" Alex translated.

"Yes."

"So why don't you? Alex is away, so why don't you and Steve go somewhere for the weekend? What about that pudding restaurant in Vegas?"

"Steve is working." Kara reminded her sister.

"Okay, well why don't we go somewhere?" Alex offered.

"Because you are working."

"Well I can take Sunday off." Alex said. "And you can pick where we go?"

"So even Disney Land?" Kara asked.

"Sure."

"This is why you are the best sister." Kara smiled.

00

"You going to be weird the whole weekend?" Stan asked his father that evening, once Alex had gone to bed.

"What do you mean?" Andy asked.

"You have been staring at Alex all night."

"No I haven't. I was just trying to figure out where I had seen her before." Andy said.

"And?" Jane asked.

"I don't know." Andy sighed. "But I know I have seen her. But not recently. Like a long time ago."

"Like before she was born?" Stan asked.

"Of course not. Actually -" Andy said jumping up and walking to his study.

Confused Jane and Stan followed him and saw him going through some drawers before pulling out an old newspaper clipping with a picture of Supergirl.

"I knew it." Andy said waving the picture.

"Dad, this whole thing Supergirl obsession is getting way past weird." Stan said.

"Just look at this and you'll change your mind." Andy said handing the clipping to Stan.

"Pretty sure we won't." Jane commented.

"Just look and tell me I am wrong."

"Fine." Stan said looking at what his father was trying to show him.

"Okay, I'll admit there are similarities." Stan said seeing the resemblance to Alex.

"More than similarities." Jane said.

"It pains me to say it, but I think you are right." Stan said.

"You think Alex is Supergirl's daughter?" Jane asked.

"Yes." Andy said taking out his phone and searching for more pictures from Supergirl's first appearances.

"I mean they look the same, but Kara is so …" Stan started.

"Approachable?" Jane suggested.

"Precisely and well normal."

"And disappeared at the same time as Supergirl, only to reappear when Supergirl did." Matt's father said.

"You think Matt knows?" Stan asked.

"No. He'd have a melt down." Jane replied as Alison came into the study.

"What are you guys conspiring?" She asked before seeing the photo. "Is that Alex?" She asked confused.

"Told you." Andy said smugly.
