Skara had been excited about the possibility of visiting the Human Realm for ages, ever since Amity had returned from her trip there back in March raving about the abundant wonders of the other dimension, such as airplanes, heavy metal, and the internet. And, of course, her increasingly intense friendship with Gus had only amplified Skara's interest in visiting the Human Realm. The boy was a fountain of human facts. She wasn't sure how true all of them were. Some of them seemed highly suspect, such as humans having gills or discrimination based on something as arbitrary as skin color. But if even a fraction of them were true, the Human Realm was a pretty darn cool place.

But her parents had resisted the idea of her visiting the Human Realm for ages. It was just too dangerous, in their opinion. There was a great deal of hostility between the Demon and Human Realms and they were waiting for things to calm down. But with the presumed death of Mrs. Blight and the arrest of her partner, things must have calmed down enough for them, because they announced not too soon after that Skara's father would be visiting the Human Realm on a business trip and that he was bringing his family with them.

Skara's parents weren't anywhere close to being as bad as Amity's were, but they were pretty distant. They were there for her on truly important matters, but when it came to less important matters, they, well, weren't. It wasn't as bad as it sounded. They loved her, genuinely. They weren't cruel or neglectful to her. They just…didn't really know what to do with her sometimes. Skara was left to her own devices a lot of the time, and her time in the Human Realm was no exception. But she considered it a good thing, because it gave her a lot of time to get used to the strange new world.

Another thing spending all that time alone, wandering the streets of Seattle, gave her a chance to do was reflect on her strange relationship with Gus. At first, Gus had been just another friend, but he'd slowly evolved into a lot more than that to her. Skara just felt comfortable around Gus in a way that she really didn't feel around anyone else, and certainly not with the boyfriends she'd had. In a way, Gus's complete inability to be interested in her physically was a weight off her shoulders. She never, ever had to worry about dressing up to impress him, or forcing herself to act in a way that wasn't her. Skara felt like she could confide just about anything in Gus.

Gus felt the same way about her, Skara knew, so he'd proposed the idea of them entering a queerplatonic relationship. In a way, a queerplatonic relationship was like a romantic relationship, but without the romantic parts. There would be a great deal of emotional intimacy, but no physical intimacy. Skara was still a little fuzzy on some of the details, but she knew that there was time to hammer them all out if she was interested.

At first, she rebelled against the idea. It seemed like a poor witch's substitute for Gus being her boyfriend. What was the difference between them being queerplatonic partners and them being just really good friends? Besides, Gus may have been asexual and aromantic, but Skara wasn't. True, her relationships had all crashed and burnt, but that was because of her boyfriends, not her. She liked the physical aspects of those relationships; Gus wasn't going to give her that.

But honestly, Skara had been miserable with her boyfriends. She hadn't been forced into the relationships, but her past behavior, despite the fact that most people had forgiven her, had made the dating pool available to her rather slim and the number of really decent boyfriends even slimmer. Skara had tried to conform to what they expected of her, because she didn't want to lose them. Gus would never ask that of her. Gus would always be there to comfort her when she needed it, share in her triumphs, and just be there when she needed a shoulder to cry on. Sure, making out was fun – a lot of fun – but in the end, wasn't the other stuff more important?

It was time to address those issues head on, so when Gus invited her to an afternoon at the Museum of Pop Culture, she had accepted. That seemed to have been a mistake, she realized the moment she actually saw the building. "Good Titan, that thing is hideous," she said with horror dancing in her eyes as she and Gus approached the building. "What is wrong with people in the Human Realm to think that this is good architecture?"

It was literally the most horrifying building she'd ever seen in her life, and this was coming from a girl who had spent a full ten minutes straight talking to Hooty as the result of an extremely ill-advised dare. Someone had just smashed a whole bunch of sheets of metal together and warped them in eldritch angles. It should not have existed. Skara was certain of that.

"Don't worry, Skara," Gus said with a winning smile. "It's much more normal looking on the inside. Amity had that same reaction, apparently. But you're gonna love this place, because really, only half the building is about human pop culture – the other half is about music. In fact, it used to be known as the Experience Music Project!"

Skara was half convinced that the building would eat her before she had a chance to see anything inside. But Skara was fascinated by music of all kinds and especially the huge diversity of styles. She didn't just go into the bard track as a means of rebelling against her parents (though that had been a very nice added bonus). She'd been chomping at the bit to learn more about the music of the Human Realm for ages, and this seemed like a very good place to start. So she allowed Gus to lead her inside.

She was very relieved to find that Gus was right about the building being much less intimidating on the inside. Skara felt very self-conscious about going around the Human Realm with her ears uncovered, but Gus assured her that there was no danger, and if anyone gave her a hard time, he would punch them in the face. Sure enough, while quite a lot of people in the building gave her a second glance when they saw her ears, very few of them gave her a third one. One guy looked like he was about to give her a hard time, but then Gus used an illusion to make it look like a security guard was nearby, and he backed off.

Skara and Gus went through exhibits about genres such as grunge, punk, and hip-hop. Skara particularly enjoyed the exhibit on the band Nirvana. They looked like a band that would have been very popular in the Demon Realm. After looking through the exhibits on music, Gus showed Skara some of the exhibits about science fiction and fantasy movies, and the two of them discussed, as they frequently did these days, the many ways that magic could be used to make those entertainments even better.

Finally, the two of them ended up in a part of the museum called the Sound Lab, where there were a wide variety of human musical instruments available to play. Skara used her bard magic to augment the experience and it was just absolutely magnificent. Human music, in Skara's opinion, was even better than the music of the Demon Realm. The creativity of music in the Demon Realm had atrophied considerably under Belos' rule, where the only music that was appreciated was music that glorified him and his system. That was slowly, very slowly, changing, but the music scene of the Boiling Isles was still somewhat stagnant. Human music, on the other hand, seemed to cover the entirety of the vast emotional experience of humanity, from the depths of utter despair to the pure transcendence of love.

After they were done visiting the museum, the two of them went to a local food court to have lunch, and that was when Skara finally had the guts to breach the subject of the QPR. "So I've been reading that stuff you gave me about the queerplatonic relationships," she said.

Gus looked interested, but also quite nervous. He may not have been asking her out, per se, not in a romantic sense, but he was still no doubt worried about being rejected. "And, honestly, I never would have thought about doing one…before I met you," she went on, and Gus's eyes lit up. "I just…feel so safe around you. And I really, really want to get closer to you, because you're just such an interesting person to be around and really smart too. You have a ton of great ideas! And you're really, really creative and your enthusiasm about human stuff is contagious!"

She cleared her throat before she embarrassed herself with gushing too much. "So the answer is yes, Gus. I'd love to be your…okay, I really don't know what to call each other. QPP sounds weird, queerplatonic partner is a mouthful…"

"I think the human term is zucchini," Gus suggested.

"Right," Skara said sarcastically. "And humans totally have gills too."

"I was making an educated guess!" Gus complained. "How was I supposed to know I couldn't have been more wrong? We could just call ourselves partners. Best friends? Besties? No, Gus, that's silly…"

Skara snapped her fingers. "No, I like that. Besties. It's a perfect term for us."

"Hmm," Gus said contemplatively. "This is Skara, my bestie. Yeah…yeah! I think that'll work out well! Wow, that's awesome! Just wait until Luz hears. She's gonna go through the roof!" Skara hoped not. That sounded painful.

"I do have some questions, though," Skara admitted. "So…what if I wanted to kiss you?"

Gus stroked his chin. "I don't know…kissing sounds kind of weird to me. Like, why would you wanna press your lips against someone else's? Sounds unsanitary to me. But…I'm game to try it out!"

Skara leaned forward and kissed Gus on the lips. She liked it, but not really liked it. Sparks weren't flying, but it wasn't exactly anywhere close to terrible either. Her boyfriends may have had many negative qualities, but they always made her feel special when she kissed them. By the looks of it, the experience had been underwhelming for Gus too. "Yeah, I think we can cross kissing off the list," Skara decided.

"Hey, it wasn't your fault. You…your breath smells really good," Gus offered, and Skara couldn't help but give a grin at now nice Gus was. Even though he'd clearly not enjoyed himself, he was still trying to make her feel better. "Yeah, it didn't really do anything for me. But it's good to test these things out!"

Skara nodded. "What if I wanted to find someone to kiss with? What if I wanted a boyfriend that I could do physical things with in addition to being besties with you?" Not that Skara was really very interested in dating anymore right now, but she could definitely imagine that changing in the future.

"Then I'd do whatever I could to help!" Gus said immediately. "I've never really understood why humans are so big on monogamy, honestly. If it takes more than one person to make sure all your emotional needs are met, then why not? So, yeah, Skara, I wouldn't be bothered if you had a boyfriend too. I'll be your wingman!"

"It might be hard to find a boyfriend who was cool with us, though," Skara pointed out.

Gus shrugged. "I mean, seems to me that if this hypothetical boyfriend of yours got jealous over a relationship that explicitly isn't physical, he's probably not worth your time anyway. Sorry, Skara, but I've seen how crappy your choice in boyfriends can be and…it just ticks me off that those guys can't see what a wonderful person you are." Skara couldn't argue with that logic. She did want to find someone in the future that she could be physical with, but she wasn't in a rush to find one. Not when she had a bestie like Gus.

"Okay. Okay, I can live with that. So with all that in mind, Gus Porter, you still wanna be my bestie?"

"Nothing would give me greater pleasure, Skara Melodia."

For once, Camila's hopes had been answered. After the rather spectacular confrontation at T-Mobile Park that had resulted in Eduardo's murderer finally being brought to justice, things had genuinely cooled down. Public opinion seemed to be turning in the direction of the Demon Realm now that everyone was aware of the depths of Havik's treachery and his evil plans. Of course, it would be a long time before they were accepted by everyone, but they were certainly getting closer than ever before.

And finally, Camila had been able to live something at least resembling a normal life for the first time in months. She didn't have to worry about custody battles or how to get Amity's memories back or her daughter being targeted by unstable lunatics. She'd continued her work at the Pacific Northwest Parapsychological Library, gone on dates with her partners, and helped Amity with her schoolwork. Amity had eventually recovered psychologically enough to return having Edric as a host and Willow returned to staying with the Nocedas. Life was quiet and mundane and that was something that Camila had not realized how much she had missed until it was returned to her.

It also felt extremely good to see Havik very publicly charged with a plethora of crimes, including commissioning Eduardo's murder, though that paled in comparison to the various other charges against him, such as committing war crimes, attempting to assassinate President Lake, and attempting to overthrow the American government. He had not yet been charged with anything pertaining to his plans for the World Series, however, because those crimes were just so out there that it was uncertain he could even be charged with them. It didn't matter. There was enough evidence arrayed against him – including evidence Luz had helped acquire – to send him to prison for life.

Camila was extremely proud that Luz had chosen to be merciful to Havik, even if her mercy came from a place of spite. Eduardo would, himself, not have hesitated to put a bullet between that miserable slime's eyes, but he never would have wanted Luz to do it, and neither did Camila. Killing Havik in a one on one duel was one thing; executing a defeated and powerless opponent was quite another. Camila wasn't sure that it would have been all that wrong in the grand scheme of things, but it would have been bad for Luz's mental state in the long run, and that was enough for her.

As the weeks went by, Camila settled into a routine and she was happy for it. She was a woman who was most comfortable when she was participating in a routine and did not like changes to it. That wasn't to say she wasn't adaptable. She'd proven that over and over and over again with the seismic changes to her life. But Camila liked stability and if there was one thing that had described the last few months, it was definitely unstable. The return of stability to her life was welcome.

But there were always two things she'd eagerly make exceptions for when it came to breaking her routine, and they were both her partners, whom she loved with all her heart. So when Eda and Raine had randomly shown up on her doorstep one afternoon, she knew that they had some sort of mischief planned, just by the expressions on their faces, and she was very much down for it.

"What do you two hooligans have planned?" Camila asked teasingly.

"I'm not a hooligan!" Raine objected. An outside observer would have fallen for it, but Camila knew her partner inside and out. They may have given off the impression of respectability, but there was a troublemaking part of their core that Eda had coaxed out and they were better of for it. The same was the case with Camila. She'd put that part of her away when it started dominating her actions too much back as a teenager, and not even Eduardo had gotten her to put it back out there. But Eda had. They were all perfect for each other.

Eda just smirked at her partner. "Yeah, sure, Raine. We all totally believe that. Anyway, Cammy, we've got a special surprise for you planned. Just come with us. It's gonna be awesome."

"It's not going to be dangerous, is it?" Camila asked. Both of them laughed, even though she'd been absolutely genuine in asking that question.

"Not at all," Raine assured her. "Not unless I collapse from nerves or something." Eda nudged them, looking irate. They gave a nervous laugh. "Uh, I mean, me, nervous? Why would you say that? It's not like I have anything to be nervous about!"

Camila sighed. They were almost as bad at lying to people as Luz was. "All right, shall we go then before Raine makes an even bigger fool of themself?" Raine's face flushed red, but they didn't bother denying it either.

It really wasn't much of a surprise to find that her partners were bringing her to the Demon Realm. It had been a while since she'd been in the Demon Realm, not since Emira's wedding. All of their dates had been in the Human Realm out of convenience, since it was where both Camila and Raine had been living. It was nice to be back without anything hanging over her head this time around.

It was, however, surprising when Raine and Eda led her over to a tree on the grounds of Hexside. "Is this where the two of you hung out as kids?" Camila asked them. She wondered if it was tradition in the Demon Realm to carve names into hearts on trees too, and she wondered this to distract her from the usual worries that despite her partners' love for her, their relationship with one another would always be stronger than their relationship with Camila.

Eda shook her head. "Nope! This tree wasn't here until Luz's first year at Hexside. In fact…she made it. She and Amity, they fought Grom together." Camila frowned. She did not like to think about that battle, since Grom had taken her form and it was a reminder of how bad her relationship with Luz was back then. "Oh, you should have seen the two of them dancing! It was like the two of them were made for each other. Anyway, they used plant glyphs and Amity's abominations to defeat Grom and create this tree. While dancing the whole time."

"Really?" Camila said, genuinely surprised. "I was under the impression that the two of them were just friends. Luz told me Amity had a crush on someone else at that point."

Eda guffawed so loudly she was struggling to breathe by the end of it. "Oh, Cammy…I love our kid, but she's got blind spots a mile wide. Nah, it was always her Amity had a crush on. Maybe one day she'll realize that…but I doubt it."

"We didn't bring you here to talk about the past, though," Raine said. "We brought you here to talk about the future." They made a spell circle and so did Eda and four small boxes appeared out of thin air, two by each one of her partners. Camila's mouth dropped open. She had to be misinterpreting this…there was no way this was really happening to her! But, no, they opened the boxes and four rings were inside.

Raine got down on one knee. "Titan, I hope I'm doing this right…I wanted to do it the human way, you know?" Camila was glad. She did not have it in her to fight her partners. "As you know, Eda and I were together before we knew you. Twice over. But it didn't really…work the way it should. It was like a symphony that only had part of its notes…sometimes it was beautiful but other times, it wouldn't hold. And it's only recently that I realized why. It was because what we needed to make it work was in another dimension. It was because without you, we're nothing. You make us complete. You make me complete."

Camila could feel herself crying. It was taking all of her might to not break down entirely. "I love you, Camila," Raine said. "I love you just like I love Eda. I love everything about you, your good qualities, your flaws, your stubbornness, your practicality…all of you. And it would be the greatest honor I could think of if you would agree to be my wife."

They stood up and turned to Eda. "Eda…"

"Put the damn ring on my hand, Raine," Eda said. "I don't think I'll survive a sappy speech like that directed at me – it was just too good!"

"Okay," they said with a gentle yet chiding smile. "I love you, Eda." They slipped the ring on her finger. They didn't make a move to put the other ring on Camila's hand yet. Camila surmised that they were waiting for Eda to give her speech before that happened.

Eda cleared her throat and got on her knee. "Yeah. I wish I'd gone first. Kind of hard to top that. Cammy, you're just…incredible. Anyone else wouldn't have given me a chance after putting your kid in danger, after turning your whole worldview upside down. But you did, and I'll always be grateful for it. I'm not really good with words, but…I love you. For you, I'd do anything. Even tie myself down in the chains of matrimony!" The three of them shared a good laugh as Eda got up. "So will you marry me? Oh, shit, she's crying! I made her cry, Raine!"

Camila shook her head. "It's not…no, búho, it's not like that. These are tears of joy. I love you both too." She twisted her fingers nervously. "It's only been a few months since we started dating, and ordinarily, I'd be very against just rushing into a marriage like this. But it doesn't feel like just a few months. It feels like I've known you all my life. I have a connection with the two of you that I've never had with anyone my entire life except Eduardo. And I'd be a fool to not do something about that." She gave a dazzling smile. "So, yes, I'll marry you both."

She held out her hands and, both of their hands quivering with awe, her partners – her betrotheds, she supposed now – slipped their rings onto her hands. "I am so happy right now!" she shouted at the top of her lungs and gave both of her betrotheds a kiss, one after the other.

Then she held up a hand. She cursed her practical nature for forcing her to do this, but it had to be said sooner or later. "That said, there are some things we need to take into account. While I'm happy to be engaged to you, I do want to wait until I can be absolutely certain our marriage will be legally recognized in the Human Realm before we actually tie the knot…get married," she clarified, noticing the confused look on her betrotheds' faces. They both nodded. "Even if I can get that handled quickly, I also want to wait until the beginning of summer, so I can spend the whole summer with my spouses."

"Okay," Eda said. "I can live with that."

"I also draw the line at drinking your blood," Camila said. The comment was meant jestingly, but she was also telling the truth. She found that whole ritual to be just unsanitary and disgusting, and she also didn't know if witch blood was safe for humans to drink.

Eda laughed. "Don't worry, you won't have to do that! That was a very traditional wedding Emira and Viney had. And as you might have noticed, I'm not a big stickler for tradition."

Neither was Camila, when it came down to it. If you had told her two years ago that she'd find love again at all, much less with not one but two members of an entirely different species, she'd have called you utterly mad. But she'd let her barriers down and because of that, she was happier than she'd ever been. She couldn't wait until the day she had an awesome wife and an equally awesome spouse.

Fate had a nasty sense of humor, in Luz's opinion. After all the effort she and her friends had put into ensuring that the World Series didn't result in an epic bloodbath the likes of which had rarely, if ever, been seen before, one would think that fate would be kind enough to reward them with a victory for the Mariners. But, nope, when the Mets and the Mariners finally got around to starting a new final game, the Mariners got utterly trounced. The Mets were the World Series champions, and Seattle would have to wait for another year to finally attain the crown. Eduardo must have been laughing from beyond the grave.

But on the bright side, with Havik in prison and Odalia enduring a fate worse than death, she'd been able to finally concentrate on one of the most important things in life: writing Good Witch Azura fanfiction. True, having her account doxed had been a difficult experience for Luz, but she wasn't about to let that get her down now. She'd finished the WIPs she had on that account and then promptly moved to another one. She got Sean's hacker friends to install all sorts of protections on her computer to prevent the doxing from happening again, and once more immersed herself in the joys of writing coffee shop AUs and slow burn enemies to lovers fics.

She'd also started writing about her experiences in the Demon Realm, just as she'd planned to do before its existence was exposed, except instead of writing 'fantasy books,' she was writing her memoirs, as ridiculously pretentious as it sounded. Luz was founding it very therapeutic to put her experiences down on paper. She'd also realized that maybe, just possibly, some of her ideas back in her early days in the Demon Realm hadn't exactly been as well thought out as they should have been, like challenging Amity to a duel knowing only one spell. Thank goodness she was so much better at planning now!

Speaking of therapy, at Luz's repeated begging and pleading, Dustin had agreed to help Amity through her issues. He decided to collaborate with a member of the Healing Coven interested in studying human therapy methods to ensure that his advice was tailored properly for witches. The two of them switched out at being Amity's therapist. Amity had been very silent about her sessions – as it should be – but Luz knew that they were helping her.

During winter break, Camila took Luz and Willow on a whirlwind vacation to some of the Human Realm's most important tourist destinations, in thirteen countries on five continents. Luz had been sad about leaving Amity behind, but she had to admit that it was nice to spend time with her best friend one on one. Besides, Luz could tell that Amity was planning something – she wasn't quite as oblivious as people said she was – and if everyone wanted her out of the way for it, then it had to be something good, right?

Her instinct proved to be absolutely correct when, the day after returning from their vacation, Camila announced that they were going to Hexside to deal with some "paperwork issues," which did not at all explain why Luz was supposed to be dressed in very fancy formal wear. Luz knew that paperwork had nothing to do with it, but she genuinely had no clue what her friends and family were trying to keep from her. She just knew she was very excited to find out.

The fact that Willow and Camila were equally dressed up as the three of them approached the gymnasium of Hexside only lent credence to the theory that something was happening. Still, Luz was surprised in the extreme when they went into the gymnasium only to find that a dance was in full swing! And not just any dance. This was almost exactly what her homecoming dance would have looked like! Her family had made another homecoming dance for her!

"Hey, batata," Amity called out with a wink. She was dressed in a purple dress that matched her hair and made her look like even more of a cotton candy haired goddess than usual. "Surprise!"

"It sure is!" Luz admitted. "You put all this together for me?"

Amity nodded. "Well, I did have some help from Principal Bump," she said, gesturing at their principal, whom Luz hadn't even noticed standing next to Amity.

Bump stroked his chin. "Yes, I'm afraid I still don't understand the point of having a dance that doesn't involve fighting a horrible fear monster. But in the name of fostering interdimensional understanding, I was happy to acquiesce to Miss Bright's suggestions." A somber look formed on his face. "I was sorry to hear about the death of your own school's principal, Miss Noceda. At least he died a warrior's death."

"Yeah," Luz said somberly. She hadn't thought especially highly of Principal Weiss before his death, but there was no doubt he died a true hero. "I guess he did."

Bump cleared his throat. "In any event, many of your peers were surprisingly eager to attend this event." Now that Luz was looking closer, she was shocked to find that a lot of people from her high school were indeed attending the dance. "I look forward to seeing the differences between this human-style dance and ours." His attention was caught to a couple dancing far too closely on the other side of the room and he ran over to chastise them.

"I promised you that I'd be your date to homecoming," Amity said. "A Bright doesn't break her promises. So I made this dance just for you, so you'd have the chance to dance with me after the awful way I treated you before the last homecoming dance."

"Hey, no, I told you, that wasn't your fault."

Amity shrugged. She didn't agree with Luz clearly, but she wasn't going to press it either. "One thing I regret is that I had to get rid of that amazing promise ring you gave me," she said. "Unfortunately…I don't think I'd be comfortable getting a new one. It's…tainted for me. So instead, I did something different to signify my commitment to you. Edric, if you would?"

Edric snapped his fingers and the illusion that had covered up Amity's new hair color dissipated. The bulk of it was still purple, but there were brown highlights in it now, not the brown of Amity's natural hair color, but the exact shade of Luz's own. "Do you like it?" Amity said shyly.

"It's gorgeous," Luz said and she ran her fingers through it. Amity giggled. The DJ, Skara this time around, put on a human song that Luz recognized instantly. It was one of her favorites. "Well, I believe you owe me a dance."

"It would be my pleasure, mi valiente defensora," Amity said with a courtly bow.

The two of them headed to the dance floor and started dancing in a rhythm that just felt totally effortless, unlike any experience Luz had dancing before. (Okay, there was literally just last Grom, but still.)

Cause you're a sky, cause you're a sky full of stars, I'm gonna give you my heart

"This was the best present anyone's ever given me," Luz told Amity as she twirled her around with the greatest of ease. "Fitting, since you're the best girlfriend ever." Amity grinned.

Cause you're a sky, cause you're a sky full of stars, cause you light up the path

"Ah, Luz, you always know the right things to say!" Amity said.

I don't care! Go on and tear me apart! I don't care if you do!

Luz looked around her and she just felt a contentment the likes of which she'd never seen. All her family and friends were there. Willow and Clara, fawning over their significant other and trying not to be jealous over the attention xe was receiving from the human exchange students. Gus looking over at Skara like she had hung the stars in the sky. Her moms and soon to be stepparent watching Amity and Luz dance with immense pride. Her human friends enjoying the chance to have a real dance where they were seen as cool. Avery, she noticed, was dancing with Gus's cyclops friend Eileen and enjoying the hell out of it. It was all amazing.

Cause in a sky full of stars, I think I saw you!

"You've made my life so much better," Amity told her. "I saw what it would be like to not have you in my life and it's just…no. I can't do that ever again."

Cause you're a sky, cause you're a sky full of stars, I wanna die in your arms

"You will never have to," Luz vowed.

Cause you get lighter the more it gets dark, I'm gonna give you my heart

Luz leaned in for a kiss and Amity eagerly reciprocated. Luz had experienced so many miraculous things since her arrival in the Isles, but having a girlfriend who loved her more than anything else in the multiverse was still, in her opinion, the most miraculous thing of them all.

I don't care! Go on and tear me apart! I don't care if you do! Cause in a sky! Cause in a sky full of stars, I think I see you!

The two of them just stood there, swaying together, two bodies moving as if they were one, for quite some time. There were no more words that had to be said.

Cause you're a sky, cause you're a sky full of stars

And to think, someone else could easily have been in her shoes right now if Amity had had the guts to give her note to her. Well, not anymore! Suck it, Amity's Grom Crush! She was all Luz's now. And Luz was all hers.

"You're such a heavenly view," Luz whispered, and the two of them kissed once more, and the kiss felt like it had the taste of eternity.
