Tokyo, Ueno - Kageyama home, night

Ueno is known as a vibrant neighborhood located in the heart of Tokyo, Japan. Many tourists choose it as a destination for its rich history, cultural richness and numerous attractions. At the same time, it is also the place of residence of Hiroshi Kageyama. A well-known elder in the neighborhood, even though he lives alone, he is always a man willing to help others.

Helping with the activities that are commonly organized in the neighborhood, he also owns a small Kendo school. This is how he earns his living and has been his daily routine for most of his life. Everything was like that, until he came into his life.

It was a snowy night. Hiroshi remembered perfectly how unusually cold it was that day. He heard loud banging on his doors late at night accompanied by screams. Worried about what might have happened, he went to the call. Finding a woman with light green hair in a mess, kneeling in front of his door.

- Miss, are you all, right?! - Hiroshi rushed to her aid. His gaze rolled as he looked down at the small boy in her arms. He seemed to be unconscious, but she clutched him with what little strength she had left. The boy's life was more important than her own.

- Please! Help me save my master, I beg you! - That was the day Hiroshi's life and that boy's life changed. That was the night that Hiroshi's quiet life would take a 180-degree turn... The day Minato Arisato entered his life.

After a long day, he returned home late that day. The reason, he made a trip to Shibuya to buy something very special for his son, who knew that his 70 years old would be a father? He could only think how ironic life was.

- Minato! I'm home - today was a very special day. He hoped that, with this gift, he could lift his spirits, even a little. After all, you only turned 15 once in a lifetime.

The scene he encountered was not what he expected. In the dining room he was with a sad look on his face, which gave much to be desired. Hiroshi immediately went to see what had happened.

The first thing he noticed was a bruise on his right cheek. Hiroshi knew immediately what had happened. One more fight, and all because he couldn't fit in at the school where he was. He didn't understand what was the need of the kids nowadays, to humiliate or denigrate the weakest in this way. If he could change this world he would, but he knows he was not some kind of Messiah, the only thing that mattered was to know how his son was doing.

- I'm fine... - Minato apparently read his mind. But the tone of his voice didn't convince the old man in the least.

- May I know why it came to that? - Hiroshi went to see the medical kit in the house. To treat the bruise

- You know, the usual... That I would be better off accompanying my parents, who are two meters under the ground - Arisato sighed with anger. No one gave them the right to talk about their parents that way - Then I found on my desk, written that famous word, "pariah of death".

Kageyama noticed the look he was giving him. He knew there was something else he didn't want to tell his. With that look alone, Kageyama told his that he could trust him.

- After today's incident. The principal called me to his office... He wants you to sign my expulsion... - Minato hung his head in shame. He felt that he was just a headache for his foster father - I'm really sorry...

- I have no problem. After all, it didn't meet my expectations - Hiroshi's answer caught him off guard.

- You're not angry? - Minato was confused

- Why would he be? Minato, you are a good man. It's just that this world doesn't deserve you - Hiroshi before attending to his punch. He gave him a warm hug - I love you son.

At first Minato pulled away a little in reaction. An act that did not surprise, knowing his history, it was to be expected. It was a long process for both of them to digest the word. The boy was so scared that every movement he saw, he thought he was going against him.

- By the way, I want you to have this - Hiroshi handed over the box, for which he made his odyssey.

- What is this? - Minato wondered strangely, opening the box. Revealing an mp3 player accompanied by a pair of Audio-Technica ATH-EM700 SV headphones.

- Happy birthday Minato! - Hiroshi said with a cheerful smile - I hope you like them, that's all I could think of.

- I... I don't know what to say - It had been a while since something like this had happened - How much did it cost you?

- How much did it cost? That doesn't matter now, it's your day and we have to celebrate it. It's a pity you don't have friends, or else I'd invite them over for the best meal of their lives.

- I'm sure I'd end up poisoning them - words that hurt his adoptive father - Hiroshi... Thank you.

Even though it lasted so little. Kageyama was able to see it, a small, innocent smile. So cute and fleeting, making the whole trip worth every damn yen he spent on it. He was already starting to like this parenting thing, now all he was missing was grandchildren.

- Come on, try them! - Hiroshi encouraged his son to use his gift - I even think that with a leash you could take it everywhere. It could go with any outfit you want.

Minato noticed something strange about the mp3 player when he turned it on. Hiroshi immediately noticed his look

- It has a music - Hiroshi didn't expect that. The salesman had told him it was brand new, hopefully he hadn't been scammed or he would be able to use his kendo techniques against him.

- Do you recognize the music?

- No. It's called Aria of the Soul - Minato clicked the play button.

Beginning with piano notes accompanied in the background by what seemed to be a violin. Then there was a little silence, until a beautiful voice began to sing to the rhythm of the instruments.

- It sounds like opera - Hiroshi commented as he listened to the music - It's not much to my taste, but this one has something special.

- Yes, it seems to calm the hearts of those who listen to it. This melody comes through quite clearly - There was a strange feeling in Arisato, which he could not explain - By the way, how do I add music to this?

Hiroshi shrugged his shoulders. That was one of the many questions he didn't ask when he bought the gift.

- Why am I not surprised...

Iwatodai Dormitory - Minato's room, Tomorrow

He knows he should be studying for the exams that are coming up. He promised Yukari he would, after that picture was taken. After all, he has been absent for several days without going to school. He was sure that would generate a wave of rumors.

He didn't know how to explain it, but after the goodbye with his Shadows. He felt good about himself, was that how he should feel after a session with the psychologist? He didn't want to think about his past for the moment. The vacations were near and he thought about making the most of it.

Besides, he had that obligation, he promised Naoto and Hiroshi that he would visit them during that period. He also felt that need to see them again. He knows that, if he said it in front of them, they would not stop bothering him with that... He missed them.

He now stood with a small notebook, tapping his pencil steadily on the pages of the notebook as he hummed. Minato had returned to music once again.

- Well Orpheus, what do you think so far? - I would never have thought of this day. He would take up his projects with music again. With the help of one of the best musicians in history, he would be able to play music again.

His relationship with the entities in his heart had also changed. Yukari was right, something had changed in him. And he owed it all to his Shadows...

- I see you made the arrangements I asked for... Well, now the lyrics make more sense. Remember that the interpretation you want to give to the audience is very important - Orpheus seemed so different when it came to the music. It was nice to hear him that way, and not a love maniac.

- I really like that last verse of the chorus - Sakuya openly commented, as he floated around the room. It was a surprise for everyone when they saw her maneuvers. The laws of gravity didn't work on him - Dream of a summer knight…

The reason for his presence, he was doing some tests together with Makoto. They were very interested in the fact, of the soundproofing that Priestess created for the room.

- Well, can you hear anything outside the room? - asked Sakuya when he saw Makoto returning to the inside of the room.

- No, we can affirm that every secret that is told in this room. It will never get out of here - news that only made Sakuya's little boy happy - I never thought that something could exist... The power of the Shadows is out of our comprehension.

Makoto was right. There was so little they managed to know about the strange world around them. Every time they managed to find an answer, more questions arose.

- Just imagine all the things we can do with a room like this... - Orpheus' laughter gave away what he was thinking. The only one who couldn't understand it was Sakuya.

- I'm still wondering, how did someone like you become our facet? - Makoto still couldn't believe that fact.

- Well too bad, you'll have to live with that. Besides, I'm much better than Phobos. You can't deny it - such words were a declaration of war to the God of Fear.

Makoto only sighed at the appearance of Phobos. For the God of Fear, he took things very personally. Things that only succeeded in putting him in a bad mood.

- See what you cause? Now I have to start calming him down - Makoto wasn't afraid to say such things in front of him - Come on Phobos. Let's leave this pervert alone.

- And I find it hard to believe, that you were ever like that - Orpheus had no better decision than to act offended. Knowing clearly that he started the whole little quarrel.

- All that stupid fight aside, do you have a basis for the song yet? - Sakuya was more interested in the song they were writing.

- I forgot, how's it going? - Makoto suddenly appeared. Scaring Orpheus by the speed he solved his issue.

- I was thinking that we could use instruments like drums, piano and guitar. Something simple to start with - Minato answered. He was very focused on his work - For the guitar case, we could use distortion.

- Ummm... A mix of pop and rock. I propose that the piano only be used for the chorus, with this we can generate more emphasis on this part and cause a furor in the audience - all three agreed with the suggestion. Orpheus felt forgotten

- Am I not supposed to be the master of this? - there was no answer. Each one was giving his suggestion, putting more salt in his wound.

This day was proving to be one of the strangest for all their Persona. For the first time they saw them so calm, talking about things they liked. Even the unhinged Makoto, who was only devoted to revenge.

- They look so cute like that - Jack Frost couldn't help that comment. Getting all three looks from the guys who had a poker face - Okay, I'll shut up...

- You know, there's something that intrigues me Minato - Makoto caught everyone's attention. Minato for his part was drinking a glass of water - What is your relationship with Yukari-san?

As if it were a hose, he dropped everything on Sakuya. But it was actually on his bed. Sakuya didn't have a body after all.

- What's with that question? - asked Minato recovering

- I mean... It's that you two look like a couple - the rest of the Persona supported that deduction. They were starting to like his better - I'm just saying, how many women haven't made food besides our mother?

- If we don't count Shiori, who did it for her job... He's got a point.

- Are you hiding a relationship from us? How bold you are Minato - Sakuya couldn't help but show a mischievous smile. Making Minato even more annoyed.

Minato couldn't help but think that this only resembled his early days. All kinds of rumors that he was Yukari Takeba's famous boyfriend. And to think that he was now living this all over again, with his past lives.

- So, are we having a wedding? - Orpheus wanted to be the best man at the fictional wedding he just made up.

- You're misunderstanding everything! - Minato lost control. He was thankful that his screams were not going to be heard by anyone. A nice gift from Priestess.

- I guess I'll have to be cupid in this new life - Makoto found the idea amusing. Provoking more shouting from Minato.

- Can we continue composing the song? - Minato prayed that with this they would forget about the previous song. He didn't want them to turn into some kind of Hirai.

- Now that I remember... Shouldn't you be studying? - Sakuya had in mind the danger posed by an angry woman. A great example, her mom.

- Right, I forgot... I'll do it tomorrow - he had a plan to pass the exams. And Makoto and Sakuya were involved without their knowledge.

Though he wasn't sure if he could fully rely on them for that plan. So, when he had time, he would study something.

Gekkoukan High School - Classroom 2-F, after classes

The end of classes had finally arrived. For some it was so satisfying until they remembered the week of exams that were about to arrive.

Causing fear in most students. There was always a wave of rumors generated when looking at grades. Yet another fear was added to Junpei who slept through all the classes...

- How envious I am of Minato... He must be sleeping peacefully while I find myself in this prison palace - was the leader an important operation to pass being again. An ordinary student to most people.

- I thinks of all people. You are the least indicated to say something like that - Junpei when he raised his gaze, he met the archer of the group - Aren't you enough to sleep during all the classes?

- Says the person who was late for class, how's your prince charming? - If anyone had a shred of sleep in him. I'm sure it vanished with the blow he just received - I see that some things don't change...

- Serves you right for saying those things - Yukari didn't want to admit that Minato was right. She arrived with the last ones to class, things that no one is used to see.

And the first thing the archer saw when she entered the classroom. Was Junpei's playful smile. He knew exactly the reason for her arrival

- So, how is he doing?

- According to him. He'll be ready for exam week, how come he has so much energy left? - Considering the things, he's had to do, it's pretty impressive. His stamina is supernatural - After I said goodbye to him, he promised me he would study.

- Since when did you two make such promises to each other? - Yukari was holding back the urge to hit him again - It's like you two are a... Couple.

As usual Fuuka was going to see how the team were doing. It felt good to be back in high school. After all the events that happened.

On her way she met Yukari and she swore she saw a little blush, what happened to her?

- Yukari-chan, is something wrong? - Fuuka was always looking out for the welfare of the whole team.

- No, it was just Stupei... Fuuka-san, I need to ask you a favor - the navigator was attentive to her request - I have a meeting at the archery club and I will be late to the dormitory, could you give Minato-kun his lunch?

- No problem... However, do you want me to make lunch? - Fuuka's cooking skills were not the best.

- No, don't worry! I already made lunch and keep it in the fridge. That's another reason why I was almost late for class - Yukari replied. It never occurred to her that she would make a meal for a man.

Fuuka at such an answer could only observe her. In addition to the change, she has managed to observe in his leader regarding the color of his emotions. She also caught something interesting and it was regarding Takeba.

During the return to the dormitory, she could notice it. Her colors had changed between violet and red... Colors that evoke spring and romance.

Fuuka as well as Junpei couldn't help but show a mischievous grin

- Since when are they so close? - Yukari noticed the change in her tone.

- Please don't... You too? Listen, just because I care about him. Doesn't mean I'm in love with him.

- Yukari-chan... At no time did I mention that you were in love - Yukari fell into Fuuka's perverse trap. It seems that her plan succeeded

- It's not like that! - Fuuka could only laugh at Yukari's emotions.

While in the classroom. Kenji was trying to revive Junpei, for the blows he had received. His time as leader was over and so were his benefits.

- Who sent you to be teasing her too? You know how she reacts to jokes... rather, your jokes! - two people with the Magician Arcanum. Trying to advise each other in life

Junpei wished deep down that Minato would return to school. He was the only one who could calm that beast down. He still wonders how he was able to calm her down when they returned to the dormitory that night. Feats no one would believe

Gekkoukan High School - Archery Club, Afternoon

All the members of the club were gathered together. Listening to what words the sensei had to say at that time. It all had to do with the sports festival that was getting closer every day. Choosing the most valuable members of this team to represent the institute.

This year the festival was to be held in Inaba. A remote town that not many knew about, at Yasogami High School.

The sensei started to comment also about the possible candidates from the other clubs. No one was surprised when they mentioned that Akihiko would represent the boxing club or Mitsuru the fencing club. That last name made Yukari boil, things between the two were not on the best of terms...

She was thankful that Minato didn't know what happened that day, she was going to make sure that no one would tell his about that night. And by making sure about someone, she meant Junpei. Now that she remembered better, she was sure she heard a click during the confrontation, or was it just her own thing?

It was time for the mention of the kendo club. The club had not yet defined its representative. Whether it would be the current leader Kazushi or the new star member Minato. Name that caused Yukari to come out of all thoughts to pay as much attention as possible.

- Wait... - Yukari was starting to realize something very important - We are starting to behave like a couple!

Her big comment escaped, being heard by every member. Causing the color of her face to resemble the color of a tomato. She was dying of embarrassment, and wanted all of this to be just a bad dream.

- Yukari-chan, is everything okay? - one of her classmates was worried about her condition.

Everyone was expectantly waiting for an answer, they were sure they heard the word couple and it came from her. Not only was she popular for her beauty, but also for her coldness when it came to rejecting dates; an unbeatable record that Hirai had.

Speaking of Hirai. Yukari had no idea what had happened to his, his face was swollen and his arm was bandaged. He seemed to have gotten into a fight. At first, she was going to ask what had happened to him, but knowing how he was. He was capable of mistaking her kindness for something else, and that just meant putting up with it more.

- Yukari-san! You finally admitted it! It took you a long time, but you're finally able to see it - Hirai misunderstood the situation. Yukari had forgotten that they were in the same club after all.

- Who are you? - a question that seemed to pierce through Hirai.

The rest of the students couldn't feel sorry for the rejected one... Actually, it was a lie, it was funny to see him lose hope.

- Why must my confessions always end this way? - Hirai lamented, but his hopes were not yet dead. Many were considering Hirai to be a mental masochist...

After all this misunderstanding was over, the meeting returned to normal. But that was not the case for the archer, her mind was her worst enemy right now.

As weird as it sounded, she would like to have Junpei by her side. Just to be listening to his bad jokes, as a method of distraction. She knows they've been through a lot together in a short amount of time, but that wasn't reason enough to think of him as a romantic interest...

- What am I thinking!? - Yukari mentally slapped herself at the thoughts that popped up.

Considering how popular she is, anyone would know how she would react to such an experience. However, the reality... That she didn't know what to do in these situations.

She has always rejected every guy who has confessed to her, and has never been interested in love. Considering, in the events she is involved in. She was always faithful to that ideal, that love was not made for her.

Memories of Shirakawa Boulevard came to her mind. She had no control of her body at that moment, the Lovers' Shadow was playing with them. They all got hurt some more than others... And that was the day, when she had her first kiss.

The color of her face was sure to rival Mitsuru's hair. Her mind wasn't helping her at all, she has no idea why... But she remembered, that also for Minato, that was also his first kiss. Something else that connected them both besides knowing the pain of losing their loved ones. And Minato's lips...felt so good during that time...

The topic of love was not a priority in Yukari's life. However, from the deepest recesses of her being, she was a high school teenager. And she'd lie that she hadn't dreamed of such a moment. But over the years, she never found a worthwhile man. A great example of this, was Hirai.

- I don't know what to do! - Yukari shouted to the four winds. Leaving everyone in the club stunned.

The Lovers tarot card also represents choices on a grand scale. A dilemma will present itself and you will have to think very seriously about the consequences of all possible choices. And if one thing was certain about her, that she was lousy at making decisions unless you piss her off.

Iwatodai Dormitory - Minato's Room, Afternoon

I had lost track of time composing this song. It wasn't that he didn't want to study, but he enjoyed doing this. He had forgotten how much he liked music.

Both Makoto and Sakuya were with him composing it. Sakuya sometimes performed rhythms with his mouth, to get an idea of what they wanted to achieve. While Minato and Makoto were dedicated to the lyrics.

Each one transmitting their experiences through the lyrics. How they are ready for a new battle that they don't plan to lose. After all. Fate was in their hands.

Who's bad?
All on me in the end of the day
Bottom line I've got to paint it my way
Like Shakespeare, Picasso like Monet
Battle goes on in this midsummer night
Against the unknown I'm ready to fight...

After singing those verses, you could see it on Minato's face. There was something missing and it was killing him inside.

- Mmmm... I think that verse should be sung faster. Before entering the chorus

- Minato... Hey, answer ... Fucking answer! - Makoto was still trying to get his attention. Next to him was Sakuya completely pale staring at the door of the room - Holy crap. He's so focused it's scary.

- Haven't you seen yourself in the mirror? The three of us have the same expression - Sakuya commented without believing Makoto's words.

- Minato, look its Hiroshi! - Orpheus was shocked. Even that wasn't able to break his concentration. He looked like a maniac when it came to music.

- Let me try Orpheus - Jack Frost fixed his hat. Ready to execute his plan - Master Minato, look its Yukari.

Minato turned his head sharply to the door of the room. Jack Frost's idea was a total success.

- I'm surprised you didn't think of that Orpheus - Valkyrie thought if there were times when Orpheus made a fool of himself on Junpei's level.

He'd be lying if he said he hadn't heard the shouts of the others. But he chose to ignore them. There were a few times when they would behave that way for no apparent reason... And it was just this one time, where he was absolutely right.

His pupils shrank sharply when he saw the navigator of the team standing in the doorway of his room. As with Sho, he hadn't noticed her introduction.

- Fuukaaa?! - Minato was hoping that his passion for music wouldn't be discovered.

Not because they didn't know he liked to sing. It was rather, because of the embarrassment he still felt about teaching those skills. A process that would take time. Again, and again he mentally cursed himself for not listening to others.

- How long have you been here?

- Since you started singing... - Sakuya sighed at being caught in such an absurd way... - Well... Who's hungry?

- Minato-kun, you were singing, weren't you? - Minato had no choice but to admit it - That was... amazing!

With a breakneck speed that resembled him during operations, she quickly approached him. The introverted Fuuka that Minato knew, no longer existed at that moment.

- Since when did you know how to sing like that?! - Fuuka's dazzling innocence at that moment was too much for Minato's heart.

Even Makoto and Sakuya felt affected by that. They weren't able to lie to an angel like that.

- For as long as I can remember... - Minato answered truthfully, even though he didn't remember much about his life. Fuuka's aura got more glow, which seemed to be illuminating the room even more.

- Fuck, my eyes! How can there be anyone so innocent in this world?! - Makoto was screaming in pain due to his eyes being burned by the navigator's aura.

Minato had no choice but to talk about his "relationship" with the music. While Sakuya attended to Makoto, after all. A small plume of smoke was coming out of his eyes.

- There are three reasons why I don't show it... The primary reason is because I don't want to embarrass myself, the secondary reason is because I don't want to draw attention to myself. And the tertiary reason is because I think I suck at singing compared to others.

New horizons just opened up before Fuuka. She never thought she heard that Minato is inferior to anyone in skills.

Her arcane Priestess represents the secret knowledge, hidden wisdom, aspiration and dreams of every human being. And she has been the lucky one to hear all that from his leader. This day couldn't be going any better

- I see... It's understandable. It's not easy to take away that fear of the public - Fuuka was sympathetic to Arisato's situation - Still, it was amazing. When I opened the door, I seemed to have arrived in a new world.

- Don't you think you're exaggerating? - Minato couldn't let out a small smile. Causing the navigator to blush.

Fuuka had no doubts. Their leader has obtained a character development

- If I may, whose song, was it? I've never heard such lyrics before

- Well... I wrote it... - Fuuka was thankful that she didn't have any plans for that day. Today she was a lucky one for her good deeds, seeing a slight blush on his leader's face.

- Praise God - Fuuka murmured to herself. Clasping her hands together for such a glorious day, something told her that Yukari has yet to see that side of his

When that time comes, she will be prepared with a camera to keep this moment for the rest of her life. Like Junpei, it could be a weapon in her favor. The navigator of the group also knew how to play dirty.

Location: Tree of Life - Sakuya's Home

Since Makoto had arrived back to this place, he was greeted by Sakuya's screams of frustration. It was rare to see him like that, whatever he was doing. It meant he was serious.

- What are you doing? - Makoto asked showing a bit of concern.

- Trying to see the problem of this core... Damn, at this rate. Minato won't be able to summon his Personas - Sakuya's frustration only grew stronger.

- Well... I'll leave all that to you. Right now, you are the mastermind - Makoto wiped his hands so elegantly.

- How funny... - Sakuya wanted his sarcasm to show - The core of all those who have the potential. It represents how the heart and soul take the form of their other self. Or also how the Arcana are related to each person.

- Are you sure about the latter? The meaning of the Fool Arcanum is someone pure and naive -Makoto knew that this description didn't fit him at all...

- The Fool is the person who does not yet know that he knows. Under the protection of his innocence, he embarks on a path with no ties or baggage from the past - Makoto knew what Sakuya was referring to by that smile.

- Hey Makoto, why didn't you tell the whole truth to Minato? I mean about my Persona. You know it's not only good for analysis.

- Oh, about that. It turns out that about the offensive part he has knowledge. Most likely he forgot it - now the surprised one was Sakuya - Chieko is helping us.

An expression of pure happiness was present on Sakuya's face. He made a big jump as a celebration.

A very important fact that Kurosawa overlooked. Chieko was also a very close friend of her parents. They were quite a lively group at that time, who managed to remember SEES. The Arisato family as always at the center of everything.

When Sakuya returned to land, Makoto noticed the change in his expression. From total happiness to sadness. A very sudden change

- Let me guess something... Minato, you don't remember her, do you? - Makoto nodded. Sakuya's reaction seemed like he was "fainting."

- I find it hard to believe that it all started with you... - Makoto sighed at the behavior.

- That's where you're wrong - Sakuya said in a more serious tone - Remember that we weren't chosen... This all started with Naoya. We only provided help.

Both of them still remember it perfectly. How they tried to run away from that life, but in the end it was impossible. They had to face their destiny, there always came a moment... where there was no escape and they had to give it their all.

- Do you think Naoya is involved in this? - Sakuya wanted to be optimistic. But deep down he knew that it was very unlikely - It's weird... But I feel good in this place... I understand.

- I understand you. I've never known a feeling like this before - Makoto knew what he was referring to.

The term of friendship for both of them was not something they were familiar with. After awakening their Personas, their lives changed radically. The truth about the world, the loss of innocence, the death of those they loved most, the search for truth and revenge.

They both made mistakes along the way. Just like Minato would hate it if someone started comparing them to the term "Mr. Perfect".

- Makoto, I want you to remember something - Sakuya dropped in all over the white roses that adorned his home - Our actions in the past. They don't define who we are

- If you're trying to sound philosophical, well it backfired. I'm sure that phrase has already been mentioned to Minato - Sakuya only got sadder at that news - Although... The gesture is appreciated.

- Do you think we are doing the right thing? - Makoto's question that managed to put Sakuya in confusion - Don't misunderstand me, it's just that... We are both already part of a past. We shouldn't be here anymore; our time has passed.

Makoto had his gaze fixed on him. One thing these three lives shared in common just like all people around the world. Death.

- Sometimes I wonder. If our lives couldn't have been different... Why couldn't we have been ignorant once in our lives? It would have been perhaps. Our best decision in life

- Come on man, don't try to depress me - the best advice Sakuya could give - What we have done in the past, there is no way to reverse it. We can only move forward.

- Sometimes I hate my Arcane - a comment that made Sakuya laugh. Makoto had a good point if they analyzed it thoroughly.

- Alright, let's stop with the depressing thoughts and let's catch up - Sakuya took the lead of his responsibilities - We have more than clear that our dear friends from the past are involved in this

- For the moment we only know about Maya and Sudou. Although I can assure you that Lisa, Jun and Eikichi are not involved - Sakuya was about to ask the reason. Until he saw how Makoto pointed to his head, understanding what he meant.

- It's a pity, do you remember how we loved Lisa? - Sakuya asked with a smile that reminded his of the Magician's Shadow.

- Hey, this isn't the time to remember that! - Makoto felt embarrassed to remember that. He couldn't deny that she was a very pretty girl... - Damn, look what you're making me think!

Just like Fuuka as with Yukari. Sakuya was always looking to exploit Makoto's most embarrassing parts. It wasn't that hard; he knew perfectly the things that achieved that effect.

But Makoto wasn't going to let his pride be hurt like that.

- You want to play dirty? - Makoto was serious. His seriousness was the same, like when he was going to fight a Shadow, he only lacked to wield his scythe.

- Hey come on, you know perfectly well that I'm not able to defeat you in a fight - Sakuya opted for mercy. He knew the potential of his counterpart that was to be feared - Although... I wouldn't mind trying it.

Their menacing looks were the same. There was no doubt that they were the same person. Sakuya now held a dagger in his hands. It seemed that both of them at any moment were going to launch into a fierce attack and in the process destroy the entire home Sakuya had built.

- You... - Makoto started saying - Did you stop wetting the bed? - he asked with a smirk

- You don't talk about that! - Now the embarrassed one was Sakuya. Who was covering his face with both hands. This round he had lost it

Iwatodai Dormitory - Minato's Room, Night

Junpei had no idea why he was showing his one of his most sacred treasures, his secret weapon to overcome any adversity in the bedroom and with a certain pink archer.

- Junpei... What is this? - Minato couldn't help the shock on his face and in his voice.

- I know we were locked in that tower for a day... But how is it possible that so many things happened - Makoto had the same astonishment as Minato in this

- They just fought with you and almost started kissing - Junpei smiled mischievously, seeing the full range of Minato's emotions. - Fortunately, I stopped them as the leader. They didn't cross paths again.

- No, no, no, no, no, no, no! - Orpheus echoed Arisato's inner state, racing through his subconscious in a fit of madness. - It can't be true! I can't! I paid the karma debt, why is my so-called son suffering?

- Karma? - Makoto asked, already sensing something was wrong.

- He-ho-ho-ho-ho! Orpheus hides the truth; Orpheus hides the truth! - the Jack brothers mocked the Master of the Strings.

- What are you talking about, Orpheus? - Minato asked, hoping to distract himself from what he saw. Memory erasure was now more desirable than ever.

For a moment, the singer was silent. His head was lowered, his face was unusually somber. But he found the strength to say

- The secret always becomes clear. It is unavoidable.

- If you don't want to, don't tell - Sakuya hurried to stop his friend. He already regretted having started asking questions.

- Too late - Orpheus smiled sadly. - When I lost Eurydice, my whole world collapsed. I didn't know what to do and tried to cope with the loss in every way. I made music and made everyone cry. I founded my own religion and gathered many followers.

- In other words, you made a cult - Sakuya commented openly.

- Now it's clear why you are this guy's Persona - laughed Makoto, appreciating the singer's accomplishments

- I also practiced manliness and spread it all over the world - Orpheus' next words literally destroyed Minato's inner world.

- WHAT?! - A universal cry pierced Arisato's ears. It was something very hard to imagine, considering that this was Orpheus, who couldn't stand jokes about "swords."

- He couldn't look at other women! - immediately began to justify Orpheus.

- And in boys is it possible?! - the Pale Rider commented sarcastically.

- I was drunk and it seemed like a good idea!

- What else don't we know? - Makoto couldn't contain himself despite the unwillingness for additional revelations - If there was partying in your time, it meant that Dionysus was present, what did you do with him?

- Well... - that silence was the answer no one was expecting

- Sir, Orpheus! How could you? - Hua Po's concept of Orpheus was destroyed in just a few seconds.

- He was dressed as a woman! And according to him: I don't remember anything myself! And I don't want to be honest...

- Now I understand Orpheus' reaction to the swords - the happy Pharos rubbed his hands together, smiling a sweet smile - Maybe the best day of my life has come for me.

- Don't trust that, you bastard! - two scythes crossed Pharos's neck. Makoto and the Pale Rider. The boy didn't react.

- Can you leave Orpheus alone? - Minato finally gave his word - The millennia have passed, it's time to put this behind us. After all, we are friends and we must accept and understand each other.

Personas, Makoto and Pharos had no arguments against it. Orpheus kept silent, but real tears flowed from the scratches near his eyes.

- Yes, and it is hypocritical to condemn him, I myself did many things after the breakup with Kotone - Arisato admitted, deciding to be honest to the end.

- For example...? - Pharos' joy was immediately spoiled:

- Working at the Shinjuku host club, running away from the police, rioting with thugs in Shibuya, burning down the school, being in the One Ok Rock gang, dressing up as a maid in a maid cafe... Stealing a motorcycle from bikers - answered Arisato receiving the shocked look from everyone - Okay I didn't do any of that... I wanted to sound cool

- I can't imagine the things I could do with this picture in my possession - Minato had forgotten about Junpei's presence - Do you have any suggestions?

- You'd better delete that picture before the girls torture you until the end of time. I remind you that Yukari has skills that can sweep the floor with you - replied Minato fearing for his friend.

- That's the best advice you could have ever heard Junpei... - a voice they both knew well, that caused both of them to scream hugging each other - I'll only say it once. Erase that picture, right now!

- Yuka-tan! Wait! I can explain! - Minato immediately moved away from him, he didn't want to be maimed in the process - Traitor!

- I see you're not going to erase that picture. I'm quite glad I brought this with me - referring to her Evoker that she had hidden - Run!

Shouts were heard throughout the dorm when not one of them was in their room anymore. Minato wondered if Junpei had a curse, why always when life seems to treat him in such a nice way, they have to torture him in such an atrocious way.

Someone started knocking on the door of his room, he thought it was Yukari who already finished with her execution. He couldn't have been more wrong

- I didn't expect to see you here - at the door of her room. The person with whom he spent so much trouble and now they had a common agreement - What do you want?

- I have managed to discover something Arisato. It has taken me some time, but I have succeeded - Mitsuru had new information.

- I'm all ears - Minato welcomed her to his room. Making sure no one saw them.

- Does the name Kaoru Saga ring a bell? - name that caused Makoto to appear faster than Minato formulated a question - From your reaction I gather not. He was a Japanese prosecutor who was originally thought to be dead.

- Thought to be?

- Until now... A few days ago, he was last seen in Taiwan with a woman who was identified as Ulala Serizawa.

- What?! Those two are together?! - Makoto couldn't believe his ears - And I thought they hated each other's guts!

- Reminds me of us when we first met

Mitsuru went on to show pictures of both people. Kaoru looked to be a man in his early 30s. His hair was incredibly long for a man, reaching down to his abdomen. With blue earrings and a pair of glasses.

On the other hand. Ulala wears purple lipstick, bright red hair and winds a bun on the top of her head with locks that resemble a star with white highlights. She has a beauty spot under her right eye.

Faces that caused a wave of emotions in Makoto. No need to ask, these people... They were also part of his story; one he doesn't remember. Life couldn't have been more ungrateful to him.

- How are these people related to Maya Amano? - Minato asked

- Amano... She contacted us saying that these two people, will be with her in a meeting she wants to schedule with the Kirijo group - answered Mitsuru, making an impression on everyone - And not only that. Yesterday I got the news that she went to the Kirijo group's facilities.

- What did they want?

- Amano wanted information about the current investigation of the Persona and Shadows. But, above all, she wants information about SEES - Mitsuru was just as lost as Minato. I didn't know what her plans were in all this - You must know that she doesn't know the identity of any of us.

- It's something we can use to our advantage, what should we do Makoto?

- Why are you asking me? - Makoto didn't understand Arisato's intentions.

- Isn't it obvious? She's talking about your story Makoto. Even though you're the same person, you're the only one who knows all this - replied Orpheus.

Makoto sighed at their intentions. It seems that he once again could no longer run away from his past. What an alliance he has formed

- What do you say, we ignore the danger? - a suggestion that only made Sakuya jump as high as a hare.

- Tell them everything. Except for me - was Minato's answer to Mitsuru - Before you start refuting this decision. We must know why they consider Phobos so dangerous, especially their User.

- As you know, my wild card power allows me to possess several Personas. The process to obtain a Persona is somewhat complex. It is through those cards in Tartarus or fusion as you observed in Shirakawa Boulevard.

- Should we hide this from the chairman? - Mitsuru had her doubts whether to keep hiding all this information. But something in her, told her it was the right thing to do.

- We're taking a big risk Mitsuru-san. But it's the only thing we can do... I want you to remember, that I'm trusting you...

Reason enough to keep hiding all this.

- We'll do whatever you say. Although it will be somewhat complicated to convince my father, but I will try - that was enough for Minato - I must ask, how do you feel?

- Amm... Much better I guess - Arisato did not expect such a sudden concern.

- I know it's against my ethics, but it's the only thing I can do to alleviate some of your pain - Minato arched his eyebrows at such a choice of words.

- I want to believe that's not what I'm thinking - Orpheus also had the same thought - If that's the case, Minato get ready to cut your balls off!

- What do my parts have to do with this?!

- Remember! Always faithful to your first love! - replied Orpheus

- Idiot! I remind you that my first love was Kotone!

- Then I take it back! One should never go back to a place where one was happy... Except for certain occasions, like a restaurant...

- You two, every word you say. You just get everything misunderstood, now I understand why you two are so connected - Makoto sighed, while covering Sakuya's ears.

- Since when did your sense of paternity become present?

Makoto seemed to be Sakuya's older brother. Preventing against all odds, the child's purity from being tainted by such "grotesque" remarks.

- I need you to sign this - Mitsuru handed her a document.

- Oh... She's not going to rape you? Perfect, then nothing happened here - Orpheus was happy.

- Sometimes I can't understand Orpheus' mind, how come you can stand it Frost? - asked Hua Po

- This is nothing. We used to have a talking brain - answered Jack Frost. Remembering the times, they spent with his old colleague.

- What is this for? - Minato asked examining the document

- As president of the student council. I need a reason or "excuse" for your reasons for missing classes - answered Mitsuru - In this document we have written about some family emergency, so you had to make a trip to Tokyo. In spite of that... Your presence is required on the last day of the exams.

- I am surprised that they believed that, I don't want to imagine what arguments you used - Minato was surprised by the great favor they did him.

- Officer Kurosawa, it was a big point in our favor - Minato showed a subtle smile. He was not surprised that he was involved - Another thing I forgot to mention to you. During all these days, you won't be able to leave the dormitory.

- Are you kidding!? I'm already getting tired of being locked up here, I already look like a guinea pig - this was one of the worst news Minato could receive.

- It's either that or give all the exams in one day... - an argument Minato didn't think to refute. Giving his signature instantly

Iwatodai dormitory - Akihiko's room, at night

- Thank you senpai, I hope I won't cause any inconvenience - Minato was relieved to change the routine a bit.

- No need to be so formal. You can stay as many times as you want - said Akihiko finishing his routine with dumbbells - How are you feeling?

- I'm much better now, I thought it would be a good idea to exercise my body a little bit - answered Minato.

Actually, it was a lie, he was getting tired of seeing the same four walls during these days. And regarding the creation of the lyrics of his music, it was a process... Not really, he had a mental block and needed a rest.

- Although I must say that I am surprised that you wanted to train with me. At this rate, I'll have to try much harder to catch up with you.

- Senpai, this is no competition.

- I'm going to the kitchen for more protein, will you? - before Minato could answer. Akihiko had disappeared. He had no choice but to take that protein one more time.

A whistle from Sakuya caught his attention.

- I had no idea you knew boxing - said Minato when he saw Makoto.

Arisato was amazed by the footwork he observed. He was performing lateral displacements, forward and backward steps, and pivots to keep his balance and change positions efficiently.

When he felt more comfortable, he worked on maintaining a steady pace and smooth transition between movements. Trying to maintain a combination of speed, accuracy and power in his strikes.

He started with basic combinations, such as jabs, crosses, hooks and uppercuts. Making sure to rotate his hips and transfer body weight when throwing each punch.

- I'm no match for your boxer friend. I just learned a little from an old acquaintance, that's all - Makoto clarified his doubts - Tell me, what do you think about all this?

- You mean Maya's case? - Makoto nodded - Realistically. I never thought I'd be involved in all this. I mean, we're considered a danger.

- That's the point, we're not a danger - Sakuya caught Minato's attention with his comment.

- It's true that I did things I'm not proud of. But my actions were necessary... I'm not a monster as most people think - Minato could feel the pain of those words from Makoto - I never wanted to be like that, but I had to make a decision.

There were many things he didn't know about his life. He was even afraid of discovering the mysteries that surrounded him.

- Don't think that I am plastic and superficial or that my IQ is zero. Don't think I'm a materialistic guy, I'm just trying to pretend.

- That's why Makoto's core is so strong - Sakuya was able to understand his partner better.

- Is his core that strong? - Minato became curious - What about mine?

- A User's core can be thought of as the "heart" of the soul. It's what defines your ideals, emotions, thinking, your true self. The farther away you are from this, the weaker you become; and that's what is happening to us - Sakuya clarified.

- What I just mentioned is a common case of a normal User. There will even be times when your Persona will go against you and try to kill you. But once again, our case is special and it's because our soul is fragmented.

- Now I understand why you have so much trouble trying to fix it - said Makoto.

- Minato recognizes his problems, that he has no foundation in his life and how weak he is in the eyes of society. And that we are complete idiots when it comes to love. But that's not enough, we are a representation of that just like the rest of Shadows we have to meet.

- One question to all this, do you know how the wild card power was born? - asked Hua Po. Sakuya only shrugged his shoulders

- I have no idea how that power was born. Anyone would think that we would be a broken enough character, but it seems that we are more broken mentally - Sakuya was sincere and no one was going to deny his answer - Guys I would like to ask you something, since you have more experience than me... Why is life so ungrateful?

Makoto's constant knocking stopped at the question. No one dared to say anything in response to the little boy's question. They had forgotten how innocent Sakuya was, it was the stage of his life that he had not yet lost his parents. He still had hope in his life.

- Life always takes from you what it gives you and if there is something good to reminisce about. It will always be the bad memories that linger the longest in people's minds - the words Makoto said to him were also directed to himself.

- I know we got off on the wrong foot in our lives. But there is nothing I want more in this life... than to have a normal life, I even once had the idea of having a family.

With this, Minato confirmed it. Makoto always hides his pain through anger. He always maintains constant eye contact to avoid drawing attention to his pain. By looking directly at others, they try to distract from any hint of distress. Whenever he has the occasion he speaks in a measured tone, carefully choosing his words.

Perhaps in the eyes of others, he is a troubled boy who thinks he is a big deal. But Arisato knows this better than anyone. He doesn't want to show his pain to the world, lest he be hurt. His heart wouldn't stand for one more ambiguity.

- You know, when I first met you, I thought you were a maniac who enjoyed murdering Shadows - Hua Po said, and his description sounded a lot like Sho - You... you have a lot of unhealed pain.

- Yes… but I don't need you to feel sorry for me. This is the path I have chosen and this is how my life will end with whatever sins I have to carry to the grave. Because the hardest thing in all this is to know if the decision you make is the right one.

- In that case, we have a lot of work to do Makoto - Minato stood up, standing next to the punching bag - Will you teach me?

A request that caught Makoto off guard.

- I don't want to be always depending on you. I want to do things on my own - Makoto laughed.

- All right, wild card. Be prepared, as a teacher I'm ruthless.

Iwatodai Dormitory - First floor, hall, afternoon

An uncomfortable silence filled the room. The only ones not present were Minato, Sho and Ikutsuki. The reason for such tension was that they were not able to forget the problems that Mitsuru caused to the team.

The revelation about the origin of Tartarus and the Dark Hour. It is still something very difficult for everyone to digest. They still live-in doubt if there are more mysteries to hide. The confidence of the team that once was in their early days no longer existed now. Only time and everyone's actions will tell what will happen to this team in the future.

Even though they succeeded in their last operation, they knew that things were hardly going to be the same after all they had been through. Mitsuru knew she had a long way to go if she wanted to be properly integrated into the team once again.

- Hey, do you guys know that summer vacation is just around the corner, do you have any plans? - Fuuka asked hoping to break the tension.

- I wish I could go to the beach. The sand, the breeze... girls in bikinis, somewhere in the south, where the water is crystal clear! - Junpei remembered his worst enemy - But first we have exams, hopefully I can pass...

- Don't worry. If you succeed - Fuuka's encouragement is all we need once in a lifetime - I would also like to go to a beautiful beach, like the ones in Okinawa.

- Well, not Okinawa, but how about Yakushima? - Ikutsuki asked, surprising the youngsters by his appearance - Mitsuru, your father is going to Yakushima for a vacation.

- Is he really? I had no idea... - His father had not told him that news.

- Everyone has time off after exams, right? What if they pay him a surprise visit?

- Really?! We're going on a trip?! - Junpei shouted with excitement - Yes! Girls of my dreams, here I come!

The others couldn't help but let out a small laugh, at the change Junpei always brought to the atmosphere when it came to girls.

- Ugh... Men - sighed Yukari in disgust knowing how Junpei was.

- I've told you a thousand times to stop generalizing. You don't know how it offends me when you always say like that - they all saw that it was Minato coming down the stairs - There is nothing more beautiful in this life than a good nap to recover energy.

A fact confirmed by Makoto and Sakuya, who even bumped fists.

- Minato! - the rest were happy to see their dear friend. Yukari being the one who dazzled more this emotion being noticed by Junpei.

- So, shall we go to Yakushima? It's been a long time since I've been to the beach.

- What do you think Mitsuru? - asked Ikutsuki

- But...my father is a very busy man. I don't want to ruin his vacation - replied Mitsuru, but Minato knew the real reasons. She didn't know how to look his father in the eye after all.

- Don't worry. No father is going to be upset because her daughter is going to see him from so far away - Ikutsuki also knew the reason for Mitsuru's fear and these were his encouragement - You all have done a great job. You deserve this break

The idea was not a bad one. They have been through so much in so few months and this could be a reward for so many times they were close to death, they deserved it. But there was something that did not end up convincing Makoto and Sakuya who were present listening to everything. Neither of them trusted Ikutsuki.

- We already know when the next operation will be, so nothing will happen.

Mitsuru wasn't sure what to decide. And watching Junpei's happiness at the idea of Yakushima, only made her feel guiltier.

- It's okay... I guess everyone can take a break from time to time. Go ahead - was Kirijo's final decision

- Take it! - Junpei raised his arms victoriously - Girls in bikinis wait for me!

- Ummm, the beach. I should design a special training for those days - Minato couldn't believe what he heard from Akihiko.

Everyone started to get enchanted by the trip. It was a relief for Minato, as he was listening to everything from the beginning and wanted to intervene to alleviate the situation.

- By the way, where is Sho? - Minato noticed that his presence was missing.

- For the love of God, can you guys be quiet? I'm trying to take a shit over here - Sho's pleading voice could be heard in the bathrooms.

Everyone stared at each other in silence. Deciding to ignore and wait for him to come out of the bathroom. While the others continued to talk about what to try to do these days. Mitsuru took this opportunity to head to her room, which was noticed by Yukari.

Something else that had been bothering Yukari. It was the encounter she had with Mitsuru that day. That's not to say that things between the two of them were fine, but that was not the way to handle things. At that moment she was overpowered by the anger of losing a loved one once again.

- Mitsuru! - I call her attention before she leaves - Ummm... I'm sorry I overdid it the other day... It wasn't the right way to deal with things at that moment, without using violence...

- You don't have to apologize Takeba. I know I did many things wrong, and I am sorry for my actions. Pride clouded my judgments and I forgot the trust of this team... I'm sorry - it was Mitsuru who bowed surprising the archer.

- I know it will cost me a lot, but I plan to fix all my mistakes. And in a certain case, it is logical for us to go to Yakushima - Yukari still didn't understand - According to the story I told you, there was no survivor from the day of the accident, but... someone survived. My father

- Mitsuru-san... You didn't need to tell me about that - Yukari didn't believe her ears.

- No more secrets Takeba. We are a team and I will make sure to do the right thing... That's what Arisato taught me - Mitsuru said goodbye to Yukari.

Takeba could not believe the change in Mitsuru's attitude. She was sure she would not hear apologies from her. And that only made her think about how Minato is able to change the lives of all of them. Unbeknownst to her, she was smiling foolishly as she watched his friend.

- Really... You are something spectacular - whispered Yukari joining the conversation between the boys.

- I guess you apologized to her - Minato said when he noticed her presence.

- Geez, since when are you paying attention to what I do? Do you want to go on another date with me? - Yukari joked

- Please don't try to compare me with Hirai. And answering your first question, I've always been attentive to you - Minato answered honestly.

- Pale Rider, can we use your horse to take Orpheus to a better place? - asked Hua Po, while the Jack brothers were carrying Orpheus' body.

- What happened to him? - asked Pale Rider

- He fainted when he heard the master's words. You're sure that those words the master provided had a great impact on Miss Takeba - replied Hua Po.

- Very cute and all, but is it normal for the child of death to be with those wild eyes? - asked Valkyrie, feeling intimidated by Pharos' blank stare.

- Oh, my goodness! - Sho's pleas are heard. Catching the attention of the rest - I'm dying here. I'm sure my anus is the size of Mt. St. Helens.

- Ummm... do you need help? - Yukari asked

- Oh... holy baby Jesus. I can see the light right now - Sho looked like he was on the verge of death. As strange noises were heard

- That sounds like a real year blowout, man... -commented Junpei in surprise.

- S-Sho, can you hear me?! answer us, please! - Minato asked. They were considering breaking down the door

Sho was screaming in pain, which only made everyone fear the worst because of his condition. Everyone's mouths dropped open at every piercing scream that came from the door.

- What kind of food causes so much stomach pain? - Minato opened up a new case he had to discover

- Guys! Remind me, never order food from Fuuka again!

- Well, mystery solved. Hua Po, get ready to cure his ass when he can get out of the bathroom.

Tokyo, Ōta - Haneda Airport, Arrival Hall, night.

His body language is restless, with frequent steps back and forth, one foot tapping or toes drumming on any available surface. His eyes constantly dart around the surroundings, as if searching for any sign of progress or an escape from the monotonous waiting room.

You may notice his constant checking of the time, often pulling out his phone or glancing at his wristwatch with an exasperated sigh. Impatience is etched on his face, evident through frowns, furrowed brows and an occasional frustrated glance toward the departure boards.

He frequently approached airport staff, seeking updates or trying to expedite his process, often with a demanding tone and pushy attitude. His impatience could sometimes lead him to impulsive decisions, such as trying to jump queues or expressing frustration with others who appear to be causing delays.

- They better have a good excuse - growled the waiting man.

His style evokes the image of a fashionable man. He wears a tailored gray suit with a peak lapel jacket, a burgundy dress shirt and black tie. Most important in his attire, his silver-rimmed rectangular sunglasses with red lenses.

As soon as his cell phone rang, just as lightning speed he answered. His brow furrowed immediately when he recognized the number.

- So, who do you want me to smash his face in? - asked the laughing woman who made the call.

- Ulala! Where the hell are you?! I've been here waiting for you for over an hour!

- We're right behind you - as soon as she said that. A grim look appeared in the man's eyes, with clear murderous intentions.

Just as Ulala had said. They were behind him, both with a sarcastic smile enjoying the man's reactions.

- How are you Katsuya, how has this beautiful life been treating you?

- I can tell that your little joke. Has obtained a logical result - commented the man next to him, without hiding his smile.

- Ulala and Kaoru... Give me a good reason not to leave you in this place...

- Because Maya would kill you afterwards - answered Ulala immediately.

After clarifying the misunderstanding between the adults. They decided to opt to go to the cafeteria, it had been so long since they had shared a dinner together. But that they were together once again, did not have good signs.

- I'd like to treat it like old friends, but we know better, what brings them to Tokyo? - Katsuya got straight to the point

All these events had been last minute. It was Maya's messages that alerted him to this when he had just woken up.

- As you might have guessed, this is all about Maya. She asked us to accompany her to the Kirijo group headquarters - Kaoru's answer came at the wrong time. When Katsuya almost choked from drinking from his cup - Hey old man, it's not the time to die yet.

- I'm not surprised by the visit. It's the fact that they asked you - Kaoru didn't understand what Katsuya was getting at - Do you want me to remind you that Minister Kaoru Saga is dead for the whole country?

- We also think the same thing Katsuya. However, we don't have time to think about such details. There are bigger things at stake - the serious tone with which Kaoru answered, made us fear the worst of the situations.

Ulala and Kaoru shared glances to tell him the news, which they knew would not please the police officer.

- The Kirijo Group has a group of Persona Users - silence ruled in those small moments.

Not one of them dared to say a word. Talking about the Personas, entailed remembering a long time ago when, by fate, they found themselves embarked in that strange world. They found themselves embarked in this strange world from which there is no way out.

- I see... - Katsuya didn't want to show it. He was struggling internally to keep his composure, but there was something else bothering him in all this - Ulala, do you think you can handle it?

Through a small laugh, she wanted to hide what he was referring to. It was a lot of nightmares she had to endure. He had told her it wasn't going to be easy, and yet he risked everything so that she could be at peace with herself.

- I am able to handle it now. Thanks to Endymion it was easier to handle that - Ulala replied, pouring from her cup - You guys, I know we've never come across that subject. But now that we're in this once again, I need to know, was it the only way?

- It was him or us... And this is the sin we have to pay for playing God. For deciding people's lives - Kaoru is not an angel of a person. He made several mistakes and this was one of the ones he regretted the most.

- Filling us with luck, let's continue that until we can rest in peace. Let us strive to see a beautiful star in the sky - Ulala felt nostalgic remembering that sentence.

She still could not understand how a simple child became the hope for all of them. But at the same time, he also became a nightmare... Society can transform the purest goodness into the worst of evils.

- I hope you are living that peaceful life you so deserved, Minato.

Iwatodai Dormitory - First floor, hallway, morning

A very quiet morning for Sho Minazuki. He was finally getting used to the rhythm of life in the dormitory, these days he has had the perfect opportunity to get to know all the SEES members.

Now as an official member of the team, it was the least he could do. They were all good people from his point of view, and some more interesting than others. Especially, his "classes" with Junpei were the best.

Learning about "general culture" It should be emphasized that this concept for Junpei means women. And Sho finally found a new hobby in life, besides fighting.

He was glad that others were so sympathetic to him, there were many things he could not understand. He remembers the threats he received from Yukari, when he thought a TV would turn on just by kicking it or how shy Fuuka was... Only at certain times.

Despite all of this, he felt that something was missing on this day. He was constantly fighting with his mind to try to remember what it was that was missing. In the end it was no use.

Shouts coming from upstairs were the light bulb to remind him what he had to do.

- That's right, he had to wake up Minato for his exam! - Sho was genuinely glad to remember his task - Oh shit...

Meanwhile back in the wild card room.

- Where are my clothes!? Why is everything in such a mess?! - if Orpheus had a coin for every time, he saw his comrade so desperate, he'd only have two... Not much, but considering who he was dealing with, it was an accomplishment.

- Yesterday Sho came to show off his arsenal of weapons with a lot of enthusiasm when he tried to sleep - Jack Frost answered his question.

- Shit, I hope I'm not late for that exam! - Minato was being a faithful believer in God right now.

- You know, I thought this problem of getting up late would have been solved with you guys - Sakuya was disappointed - I can tell that our nemesis in life will always be sleep.

The only thing on his mind at that moment, was to get out of the bedroom as fast as his legs would allow. He was in such a total loss of control, that he didn't mind kicking the door of his room.

His senses came back when in front of his room he saw Sho's limp body. And he was responsible for such an act.

- Sho?! You're alive?! - Minato held Sho's body in his arms. Blood was coming out of his nose, which was not a good sign.

- I think we killed him... What do we do? - Valkyrie was worried about the situation

- We have to get rid of the body, quick a shovel! I'll be sure to bury it in a remote place - Jack Frost had all the perplexed looks on him.

- And then they say I'm the maniac - Makoto couldn't believe the injustices.

Minato gave Sho's face a little slap, to see if there was any sign of life.

- Long live the fights... - Sho managed to mutter. Enough sign for Minato to let him fall to the floor. He had no more time to lose, he could not miss that exam.

Iwatodai shopping street - 20 minutes to exam time

The duo of users ran as fast as their legs would allow them. Dodging all the people in the place.

- Why are you accompanying me?! - Minato just deigned to ask his

- Because I feel guilty! Besides, you didn't eat breakfast, beef jerky? - Arisato began to think seriously if he had a screw loose. I refuse his offer - More for me

In all this running around. They almost crushed a dog with its owner, what wasn't spared was the bone-shaped treat the canine was enjoying.

Sho was sure he had seen the flames of hell when their gazes met after the encounter.

- Minato, we'd better start running more!

Minato didn't understand what he meant, until he heard the barking of the dog chasing them. His desire to kill Sho only increased with every step he took.

- What an enthusiastic morning, don't you think so Minato? - Makoto took the luxury of joking about the wild card situation.

Every time he looked back, the canine was getting closer and closer to them. But he noticed that he was only going after Sho, so he was a bit calmer. Still, that didn't take away from the fact that he didn't have to stop running. And the worst thing about this whole situation, he didn't study at all for his exam, but he had an ace up his sleeve.

- Minato! We are already near the station! - Sho delivered the news he had been waiting for.

Without having to worry about the others. Minato followed the course Sho was taking, and jumping at the last minute to enter the train. Receiving strange looks from the other passengers

- FUCK IT, WE MADE IT! - the duo shouted victoriously. Not even in the Tartarus operations did they show so much happiness.

- I must admit Sho, we make a great team - Minato gave him credit despite everything they went through. It was good to have company like his.

They both bumped fists knowing that everything was over and they just had to enjoy the trip.

- Thank you very much for boarding, you are very welcome. This is an express train bound for the Paulownia Shopping Center. We remind our passengers that we will not be passing through the Gekkoukan High School stop.

- I sees. So that's what you mean by an express train, I had no idea - Sho commented freely - This is one of those mistakes I make very rarely.

The rest of the trip Minato spent banging Sho's head on the train window.

Outside the Paulownia shopping mall - 10 minutes to exams.

- What am I going to do now? - For Arisato this day couldn't get any worse. There was no way to get there that fast, and he had no money to pay for a cab.

Sho was considering the idea of stealing a car. One night he saw a movie of how they did it and thought he might as well do the same. Both boys turned pale when a police car parked near them.

- Really, this day can't get any worse?

- Aren't you supposed to be in class Minato? - The Gods looked into Minato's eyes and he was crying with happiness in the literal sense. It was Chieko and Kurosawa. It seems that the lucky Arisato effect has come back.

In the presence of the woman. Sakuya suddenly appeared jumping like a hare, happy to see her once again. It was good to see a familiar face again

- Gosh, she has more wrinkles than usual. I hope I won't be like that when I grow up - Sakuya commented. Fearing for his appearance when he becomes an adult.

- I never thought I'd be so happy to see them again! - Minato exclaimed happily - And please ignore that red-haired person who is trying to steal a car. He's coming with me

Sho greeted politely when he heard that he had been mentioned.

- Oh Minato, you should know that the happiest one here is Kuro-chan. All day long he was planning to surprise you with the news that you had recovered. He's such a sweet person out of that grumpy cop side of him.

- I don't know why he reminded me so much of you Makoto.

- Why are you here? You're supposed to be in class. Don't make me remember when your father used to skip classes - asked Kurosawa

Minato proceeded to explain the 10 most insufferable minutes he had this day.

- I sees. Now that's bad luck, and what a weird friend you've made for yourself - commented Chieko. Sho didn't mind her calling him weird - In that case, Kuro-chan and I can take you to your high school.

- Really?! You would save my life! - Minato was grateful for how nice they were to him.

- How can we get there so fast? It's only 8 minutes before the exam starts - Sho for the first time that day said something reasonable.

- No problem there. I'll be your personal 4-alarm escort - was Kurosawa's suggestion. Something that Minato missed.

- Isn't that illegal? - Sho asked. Although he wanted to admit that the idea was very tempting.

- I am the law! - Both boys were startled by the officer's sudden change.

- And I am the Master of the strings - Orpheus could not avoid such words.

Minato and Sho had no better ideas, so they decided to fearfully get into the patrol car.

- No doubt we will draw a lot of attention this way - Minato was mentally preparing himself for a new wave of rumors.

- All right guys, before we embark on our journey, I need to ask something, which of us is more sensitive to vomiting? - Sho raised his hand at Chieko's question.

Even though no one else was able to see it. Makoto also raised his hand surprising Minato and Sakuya. The two of them had no problem in traveling.

- Since when do you have such problems? - Sakuya's curiosity was aroused. Makoto opted not to answer that question, someday they will be ready to hear it.

- Very well. Next destination. Gekkoukan High School - both Minato and Sho put on their seat belts like any normal person would.

But they couldn't help but ask when they saw Chieko making the sign of the cross and praying various praises.

Before some of them asked something. They managed to understand, when they saw Kurosawa's countenance change to someone more somber, gripping the steering wheel tightly and starting to put his foot down on the gas pedal

- Did I ever tell you that Kuro-chan is a fan of Fast and Furious?

- May God have mercy on us - Sho and Minato said in unison, accepting the fate that awaits them.

Gekkoukan High School - Classroom 2-F, 6 minutes to the exams.

She doesn't know how long she has been watching Minato's seat. During these days they have not been able to engage in a proper conversation since they had to save Sho's butt on Monday. Besides, the week of exams prevented it as well. So many events in so few days. That no one had had time to study.

An interesting fact about the dorm was that no one could figure out how Fuuka's food, could be a lethal weapon. It was also a pity that he didn't get to taste more of Minato's food. Sho had been begging him for it, but he wasn't able to convince him.

But back to the most important thing on her mind, was to know where he was. Everyone knew the excuse made up for his leader. But on the condition that just for this day he had to attend. So many absences in a row would create a lot of unpleasant rumors. Everyone had enough to deal with, especially him.

She stood for many days thinking how it was that someone as kind as he was, had to have gone through all that. His past had nothing to do with his personality, he was always looking for ways to hide his pain, was that the reason he could get along so well with everyone? Why does he know what pain and sadness feels like?

Despite Mitsuru's plan to avoid Minato's rumors. Things didn't always go as they wanted, during these days she was hearing rumors of all kinds, which managed to get a feeling of anger inside her. And she was sure that in others as well.

During these days she could see Akihiko in the corridors, and it was the first time she saw him so upset. She was sure she heard his growls of rage. Even Fuuka's quiet one experienced something similar. Society will always judge you and remember your bad deeds, not the kind ones.

- Alright. Time for you to take your seats, your last exam is about to begin - Toriumi entering the classroom and bringing order. I grimace knowing about Arisato's absence once again.

On the way to Gekkoukan High School - 4 minutes to exams.

- I want my mom! - Sho shouted while Kurosawa skidded with the sirens on - Oh yeah, I don't have a mother...

- Great, we have another orphan in the group. You can tell we are very diverse in this team - Orpheus' comment was overshadowed by Sho and Minato's screams.

- This is the exact moment, where we can see how your heart breaks into a thousand pieces - said Pyro Jack opening Orpheus' wound even more.

- Since when is it like this!? - Minato thought he knew the officer behind the wheel well. He still had a lot to learn in life, he could tell.

- Mmmm... Kuro-chan always had a fondness for underground racing. Look how ironic life is -Chieko replied with a chuckle. Looking at his friend's current officer

- I think I'm going to throw up... - Makoto despite being some kind of ghost. He felt the nausea coming on.

As unreal as the situation would seem. Minato saw how Makoto was throwing up... rainbow? Seems like this was his karma for teasing Minato earlier.

- Are all his days usually like this? - Pale Rider asked. Until now, he had only experienced moments of pure stress alongside his master.

- Eventually you get used to it. After all, we are talking about the first wild card - replied Hua Po. Their small talk was overshadowed by Sho's shouting.

Sho stuck his head out of the window with the intention of getting some air, to see if he could calm down a little. And he saw something that made him look as pale as a ghost.

- Minato! It's that dog! - Arisato also stuck his head out of the window, confirming that the canine was once again behind them.

- Since when are dogs so fast?! - Minato was considering proclaiming himself crazy with all the events of a single day - Sho, you have to give him your beef jerky!

- No way! That's my breakfast! - Sho would rather die than give up his food

It's as if the dog was able to understand him because they clearly saw how his eyes turned into flames of hatred. Minato was right, he seemed to be a hound from hell, searching for their souls and torturing them for eternity.

- Okay, you win... But you'll have to buy me another one as compensation - with all the pain he could have felt he threw his breakfast in tears.

It was in such a simple way that they managed to get rid of their four-legged persecutor. They managed to see how content he was, how he fed himself with what was Sho's breakfast.

Minato was relieved when he managed to make out the structure of the Gekkoukan. He had made it, he had to be thankful with the luck he was blessed with.

- Great, the high school gates are closed, any ideas Kuro-chan? - Chieko watched as the grip on the steering wheel intensified. She knew what was coming - Brace for impact.

Meanwhile in classroom 2-F - 3 minutes to exams.

Still no sign of the wild card.

- It seems that he won't be coming today either... - Toriumi's gaze was fixed on that empty seat that had been empty for several days.

- Come on Minato, where are you? - Junpei was also worried. Besides their friendship, there was another reason. And that was that Minato was their savior at this time... To get the answers.

A great roar was heard throughout the room. Alarming students and teachers alike.

- What's going on? - Yukari was one of the many people asking the same question.

Students and teachers alike, couldn't help their curiosity. From every classroom, peering out of the window, to see what was going on.

Everyone was beginning to speculate if it could be a police operation, or even an attack. Some were beginning to be afraid of what might happen, and with only a few minutes to go before the final exam began.

A first patrol car door opened. Everyone was impatient to see what the reason for all this was. But the most shocked were the SEES members when they recognized the red hair.

- Sho?! - Junpei as well as the rest. They didn't believe that all this fuss was about him.

The first to come out was Sho, who seemed to have completely lost himself in a night of drinking. Just as he had said, he was one of the most likely to throw up. He ran desperately toward the second floors he could see.

All the gossiping students couldn't help but wince in disgust at such an act. A second door opened and this time leaving everyone with white eyes.

Minato Arisato after several days of absence had returned to school. And what a way to show up for the last day of exams.

Arisato for his part did not seem to be so affected by the ride he had just received. If Kurosawa were a cab driver, he would definitely give him five stars for his service.

Sakuya could barely stand up and Makoto... He looked like he had just been murdered in cold blood. There was no doubt, that travel wasn't his thing.

- How much longer? - Sho with the little strength he had managed to stand up next to Minato.

They had only known each other for a few days, and they seemed like lifelong friends who had been drinking all night because of some disappointment in love. No doubt Minato's life, since he managed to overcome his first Shadows and tell his past... It took a 180 degree turn.

- Two minutes to go... Come on, we can do it - even though they were still a little dizzy. They both started running towards the living room. Time was money after all.

- I'm starting to get tired of the character development that life throws at me.

- Is your life always this weird? - Sho asked. It was the first time he had ever been sent into such unreal situations like this - Because I like him!

- Good luck Minato! - Chieko gave her encouragement seeing how both young people walked away - How beautiful is youth...

Sakuya was saying goodbye to her with joy, even though she wasn't able to see it. Although that didn't matter much to the youngest of the group.

Minato felt all the stares he was getting from both students and teachers. This was not the comeback he was expecting, and the rumors would not be long in coming. Especially considering the vehicle he came in.

- And once again. I just felt our charm just got better - Orpheus just emphasized the clear.

Gekkoukan High School - Classroom 2-F, 1 minute to exams.

Everyone returned to their seats after seeing such a spectacle straight out of a comic strip. Just as Arisato had predicted, rumors were starting to spread.

- We did it! - Those words were supposed to have been said by Minato. But in reality, it was Sho who fell to the ground still affected by the trip.

Minato could only sigh when he saw his new friend in that state. There was no time to waste, he had an exam to give and that wasn't what worried him the most. It was the fact that he hadn't studied at all.

At this point in his life. Minato was praying to all the Gods he knew to bless him with great intelligence and that the answers would come as a form of miracle.

Arisato stepped over Sho's body without passing him as he nervously waved at Toriumi. Even though they all wanted to hide it, they had so many questions to ask him.

- Good luck Minato - Sho sent his good vibes despite his condition.

- As your tutor, I should ask about your absence... But screw it, are you ready? - All Toriumi wanted was a nice cold beer after all that hard work.

Minato nodded at his teacher's question.

- Good. In that case, you can have a seat... And what do I do with this kid?

- Don't worry about me - Sho stood up suddenly scaring her in the process - I'm retiring. My work here is done, see you later!

Sho humbly left the place, but not before waving goodbye to the other members of the classroom.

- I am sure. That you didn't "like" to be noticed - a part of Yukari when she saw that patrol. It told her that it was Minato. Only to him this kind of thing happened.

- We had to close this day on a high note - Minato told her while winking at her. A thing that many noticed.

From that day on, the jokes started to become more frequent between them. It seemed that the relationship between the two had grown closer.

That didn't mean that with the others, things stayed the same. Junpei got his character development, although there were times when he acted like an idiot. Fuuka has opened up more towards everyone. Akihiko...well, sometimes he had his moments.

And the most radical changes were obtained by Mitsuru and Yukari without counting him. It seems that after all this time. Things were going to be quiet for a while and that's what he needed more than anything else.

Toriumi passed by each seat handing out that sheet that was the nightmare for many students. He gave the order that they could begin

- Okay, the time has come... Makoto, Sakuya, it's time to copy!

As if by an act of magic, they both appeared through the smoke that had been magically produced. Each with a pair of glasses.

- No matter the methods, we have to get first place no matter what - Makoto was starting to talk as if this was an operation in Tartarus.

- The option is not a failure right now. We have to be remembered as a hero - Sakuya was trying to opt for a hero pose.

Everyone went their own way to check each other's answers. If they wanted to avoid more rumors about their performance and not have Hiroshi become suspicious, this was the only option they could come up with.

- Yukari-san isn't good with numbers, is she? - Makoto asked without believing the answers the archer was putting on her sheet.

- I got something. According to Junpei in the first question. The creator of the phone is Alexander Graham - Sakuya noticed the looks they had on him - What's wrong?

- Sakuya... This is a math test.

- Poor misguided soul. I hope some God has mercy on him - Sakuya took pity on poor Junpei.

- You know what the worst thing is? That we haven't even reached the time of the samurai and he's already talking about the phone.

Which made everyone only feel sorrier for Iori. It was noticeable that the character development he had gotten so far, didn't serve his intelligence

Gekkoukan High School - Classroom 2-F, after classes

As soon as Toriumi left the classroom, all the students screamed with excitement. Including Minato, but only internally. For the first time he had felt the pressure of how a simple sheet of paper with several questions can ruin you mentally.

It seems his foster father was quite the fortune teller. As soon as he pulled out his cell phone, he received a call from the aforementioned. He seemed to be aware of his every move which he didn't know whether to consider as harassment.

- My dear son, how did you do in those exams? I'm sure you didn't try hard at all! But don't slack off too much either, it's not good for your health - what a way to start a call

- You know, I thought you would change a little, but I was wrong as usual Hiroshi - Minato sighed at the surge of energy that gave off the aforementioned. And they were not face to face.

- What's the point of changing, if I don't feel comfortable myself? - a question that felt like an arrow pierced them for the trio of the Arcana of the Fool. This man knew what was the point in his life.

- Even to me it hurt - Orpheus was still recovering from the pain. Those words, he felt, were also addressed to him.

- Well, to answer your question I did the best I could. So, you don't have to worry - Minato didn't feel a bit of remorse, considering he copied the whole exam.

It was a stroke of luck for them to realize that Toriumi had on his desk in full view of everyone. The resolution of the whole exam, at this rate Arisato will have to go to mass for being a beautiful and blessed day he was receiving... Of course, that counted without remembering the morning events.

- Let it go already Hiroshi, you never use to call me for these things - Minato could clearly see the intentions he had.

- If you are coming to Tokyo during your vacation? - Hiroshi asked between some embarrassed laughs. Provoking the same reaction in Minato

- I promised you, and I always like to keep my promises. I'll let you know in advance when I'll come, I hope my room will be just as I left it - Minato answered.

- I don't promise anything! - Hiroshi's statement left Minato more puzzled - Naoto lately uses your room as a kitchen.

- Are you kidding?! But more importantly, why is she trying to improve her cooking skills? Don't you remember what happened last time... - Minato and Hiroshi had the same terrified reaction at the memory.

That day they both ended up on the floor with a huge hangover that wasn't able to heal until after a week. Minato now wondered who would win in a cooking duel to the death, Fuuka or Naoto? Questions that would keep him awake at night.

- Screw it! - Junpei jumped for joy knowing that all his suffering was over...Momentarily of course - At last the shadow of exams is over! At last, we see the light!

Hiroshi laughed at Junpei's expressions that he recognized.

- Well, my son, I won't take any more of your time. We'll talk another day, enjoy your days with your friend - Hiroshi ended the call. Minato always wondered how he was old enough to have that energy.

He wouldn't know how to explain it, but he wished Sakuya and Makoto could meet him. He was sure they would like him a lot.

- So, how did it go? - asked Yukari joining the conversation

- Look at that! I did great in physical education! - Junpei replied proudly. Receiving applause and whistles from Makoto and Sakuya. It was a great achievement in his life.

The looks he received from his friends; it was enough to know that they were already judging him in such an appalling way. He knows he put in a lot of effort studying... That is until he bought that new manga.

- Ha! A real man doesn't dwell on the past - Makoto seemed to be the one most affected by these words.

- What the hell's wrong with you guys today, did you all agree to play the roles of psychologists or what?! - Makoto was getting tired of these indirect attacks

- I'm thinking about the future, about Yakushima! - Minato and Yukari had completely forgotten about it. It was only natural to expect that Iori wouldn't forget something like that. Considering the plans, he had for his stay

- Are you ready? - Yukari asked curiously

- No - an emphatic and quick answer from Arisato. Eliciting subtle smiles from the archer for his honesty

- We'll think about that later. I don't have training today; do you want to meet up and do something?

- Fine with me, where are we going? - Junpei immediately joined the plan - If you need to buy a swimsuit, I'm more than willing to help you choose one!

- You wish… - Yukari commented with a sigh.

As the duo continued on their small talk, Minato's mind was elsewhere at the moment.

- What do you usually take to the beach? - Makoto and Sakuya shrugged in response. To think that a simple trip could give them so much trouble.

Junpei snapped his fingers to get his friend's attention. When he came to, he had noticed that Yukari wasn't with them.

- Dude, are you okay? You looked lost, you made me remember the first time we went to Tartarus - Junpei was worried about his friend.

- Yeah, everything was fine. I just had my mind somewhere else, where is Yukari-san? - asked Minato

- She went to see her things and by the way to invite Fuuka with us - Junpei's look became a bit melancholic - Hey... I know that several things have happened in these last days. Some very big ones indeed, but... Thanks for trusting me my friend, just know. That you can also trust me

Minato could not let out a small laugh at the moment.

- Why did you say that so suddenly? - There were times when Arisato couldn't understand his friend - Of course I know, idiot. After all, together we are unstoppable, aren't we?

Minato offered his fist for a clash, which Junpei was not willing to refuse, when would he be able to see Minato like this again? Their friendship had grown closer, even Minato now allowed Junpei to cross his arm over his shoulder. Something he didn't allow during the early days.

Junpei now also felt more confident to talk about various topics. Manga, food, music, sports and especially girls... This topic, was where Junpei wanted to exploit information for his friend, he wanted to know everything about his tastes. So maybe he could warn Yukari if he had a chance or not.

And he hoped his dear archer friend, wasn't a telepath. Because he was sure she would put an arrow through his ass if she ever found out about his secret plans.

- By the way, why did you come on patrol today? - before Minato could answer. Sliding into the classroom, as if figure skating. Sho made his presence known at the most opportune moment.

- I can answer that question - Sho had a smug look on his face. Something told Minato that he was going to exaggerate the story.

Before he could relate his exploits, the ones he named the Sun Odyssey. Minato felt a hand on his shoulder. It was Kenji, he had completely forgotten about his other friends. He couldn't help but feel a little guilty

- Dude, it's about time you showed up! - Kenji shouted - I was beginning to think you had gone to the other world.

The SEES trio couldn't help but smile nervously, remembering that that was almost what happened to Arisato.

- Relax, I'm still too young to die. Besides, I still have to help you, don't I? - Kenji was happy to think that they were thinking about how to strengthen his secret relationship with his teacher.

Before he could say anything, someone slammed the classroom door. Revealing a female figure that everyone knew well except for Sho.

- Minato, are you here?! - Yuko just made a spectacular entrance. Her gaze widened when she saw Minato, who greeted him more nervously - It's about time you showed up! You had us all so worried.

- I beg your pardon? - Minato asked sarcastically

- Well... That doesn't matter, what matters is that you're back! - Yuko took the audacity to put her head on his shoulder. Leaving all the guys stunned.

- Wait, weren't you dating Yukari? - Sakuya was horrified at what he was seeing - Unfaithful! Lying bastard!

- Is it true that Arisato-san came back?! - At the other end of the room now stood Chihiro. The wild card's friends were starting to feel sorry for him.

It seemed that Yuko was most comfortable on Minato's shoulder. Who had even grabbed her arm with no intention of letting go.

- Hi nice to meet you, I'm Sho - he was willing to sacrifice himself for his friend to live another day. A noble act on his part

- Get lost - Chihiro's murderous look was all it took for Sho to internally scream for his life.

- Whatever you say - Sho's heroic act will never happen. Even Makoto was somewhat disturbed by the look she presented. Something told him that this girl was scarier than Phobos.

After what was about to happen. Minato was about to seriously consider going to mass, when he noticed that Yukari and Fuuka were returning to the hall. Junpei noticed this and his mind started to work overtime to come up with the best possible excuse for this.

And not to mention the murderous look Chihiro was giving Yuko. Minato had an idea, it was very risky, but it was all he could think of. It's true that, in the most desperate moments, the best and craziest ideas always come.

- What's going on here? - Yukari asked, as soon as they were inside the room. Everyone was able to see her frown.

- She wants to drag me into his plans - Minato chose to play the victim. A brazen act, but one that Makoto approved of under the circumstances.

As if being dragged through the maw of the underworld, the girls dragged him towards them believing his story. Showing a competitive look mixed with the purest bloodlust at the competition that wanted Arisato in their plans.

- They've always had him for the rest of the days! It's time for him to pass with us now! - Fuuka demanded, letting out her anger

- Back off you home-wrecking cats! - Sho joined in the sass. What a good friend he is... His kindness was bought when he saw Rio eating popcorn. Enjoying the whole show

- Oh no, don't even think about it! - Minato cried silently when he felt Yukari's nails dig into his shoulder - This day belongs to me! ...I mean belongs to us!

- Makoto-san, don't you possess a legendary technique to revive Orpheus? - asked Hua Po kindly in Arisato's subconscious.

- I can see what his fears are, maybe I can wake him up with that - Makoto placed his hand on Orpheus' head. Immediately a face of displeasure appeared on his face - Pharos! Come here and show your sword to Orpheus!

- In your dreams! - Orpheus regained consciousness at once. The rest of the Persona were so surprised that they began to praise Makoto for his efficient help.

- Oh, my love! - The open door was like a mouth; a familiar unprincipled voice came from it.

- Of course - everyone presents grimaced unanimously, including Makoto, Sakuya and Personas.

- Well, at least the appearance matches the content - Minato thought, not without gloating, trying not to smile.

Hirai's face was still swollen from the numerous bruises provided by Shinjiro. His right arm was in a cast, and his left leg was crippled, forcing Kanaye to use a cane.

- Wow, Hirai... Are you still studying here? - Yukari was exaggeratedly surprised, not even trying to hide her displeasure. - You haven't been here for so long that I even forgot about your existence and enjoyed school and the club.

- Oh, please my beloved. Yes, we were together at the meeting, to decide the representatives of our club. These wounds won't stop me from following you everywhere - Sakuya stuck out his tongue in disgust at every word Hirai said.

- Am I more interested in how you hobbled here? You look like a steak, - Junpei whistled at the sight of Kanaye before turning to Minato with a sly smile - Will you cook us steaks tonight in honor of the end of exams?

- In your dreams - Minato shook his head. Not that he was against cooking... But only with Yukari and for her. It could be a possibility... What the hell was he thinking?!

- I detect a lot of love around here - hinted Sakuya jumping up like a hare.

Hirai's immaculate eye rested on Arisato. Minato could literally hear how Kanaye blaming him for his condition and stuffing him with arrows, like a target in an archery club. But after playing with chewing gum, Hirai exhaled loudly and said to Yukari with a very nasty smile.

- Summer is here, my love! It's a good time to go to the sea! I've already booked tickets to Yakushima just for you and me! We're looking forward to many adventures, pleasant memories and mutual care!

Minato was surprised by such impudence. Hirai was so blunt that he was speechless.

- Okay, I don't want this guy on our vacation, who can kill him? - Sakuya was sure of her request.

- Get out of here, I'll kill him! - Orpheus pulled out the lyre from behind his back and played with it like a baseball bat. His rage literally transformed Arisato's inner world into Inferno.

- No need! I'll kill him myself! - Makoto held his scythe at the ready.

- You can go with Yukari anywhere you want! - Pharos exclaimed happily, his eyes full of stars.

- Minato won't love you, you ugly little pervert! - Sakuya declared categorically, spitting at Pharos. The latter immediately ran away crying.

- My God, this child despite so little he is with us. He certainly won my heart - Valkyrie admitted Sakuya's bravery.

- Unfortunately for you, Hirai ... - Yukari smiled sweetly, though there was venom in her tone. - But I'm already going to Yakushima at Mitsuru-senpai's invitation. Akihiko-senpai, Junpei, Fuuka and Minato will be with me - She emphasized the surname, taking Arisato by the arm in the nicest way.

- Where do I stand? - Sho was offended that he was left in the nothingness.

Hirai was in shock now. And with him the whole class, full of envy and jealousy. Especially Kenji, Chihiro and Yuko.

- All-hello, Orpheus died-ho - Jack Frost stated the fact, sadly showing his head in front of the unconscious Orpheus. His face seemed to be in Nirvana - One more help please Makoto.

- I refuse - Makoto this time didn't decide to help

- My love... Why are you doing this to me? - Kanaye began to sob, which was a surprise.

- Bring the girl a skirt - Sakuya commented, provoking laughter from Makoto.

-I... I'm trying so hard to impress you... And you're just throwing my feelings away! That hurts, damn it! Then why?

- A person who only hears himself can't understand others - Minato took a step forward, blocking Yukari a bit.

Makoto noticed this as well. Choosing to be defensive if necessary.

- You're so limited that you can't look around. You won't even admit that she may not need your courtship.

- And you should be silent, Arisato - Hirai interrupted him abruptly, his face literally boiling with anger. - Everything you do is for personal gain. You walk with other girls, wherever you strive to take a place and be the best of the best. And when you get what you want, you'll leave all your "friends" looking like crap. You can see it in your ever-boring robot face.

- That's it, now I'll kill him first! - Sakuya raised his hand with a knife, preparing to go out into the real world at any cost and kick the anus of the presumptuous pervert.

Minato... He just froze. Hirai's words hit him where it hurt the most: the idea that Social Links are just a tool of power for him, and all his assurances of sincere friendship are self-delusion.

He didn't think about that most of the time. But he couldn't shake the feeling that, if it weren't for all the supernatural events and SEES, he would have spent a year in solitude and isolation. After all…

- Interesting statement, Hirai - Hidetoshi's voice was as sharp as a whip as he entered the classroom. His figure exuded strength and power, and a menace was read in his eyes. - Fushimi-san, do you agree with him?

- Not a drop! - Chihiro exclaimed, shaking her head. - Minato-san works very hard at the Council. Probably even too hard. He's only missed recent meetings due to illness, but other than that, he's impeccable.

- So, what will the Kendo club say? - Odagiri turned to Nishiwaki and Miyamoto.

- He hasn't missed a single practice, except the recent ones for a good reason - Yuko crossed her arms over her chest, her eyes showing a desire to give Hirai a good kick. - In the club, he has no problems with anyone, he meets all the requirements in training.

- He's the best training partner you can find! - Kazushi raised his fist, beaming with joy. - I'm determined to beat him!

- In that case, let me test your strength - Junpei stopped Sho's idea. He was capable of killing him

- Dude, this is not an argument! - Kenji rolled his eyes.

- How are things in Minato-san's class? - Hidetoshi continued as if nothing had happened

- Order complete - Tomochika spoke again. - She always does her homework, she doesn't skip. And also...

Kenji froze for a moment, as if considering something. His whole posture, his back bent, his gaze jumping from the walls to the floor, betrayed extreme nervousness. But he clenched his fists, straightened up and continued

- There was no benefit for Minato in dealing with me. He could at any time say "no", stop talking and all that. But he continued to support me in everything, motivated me to keep going when I hesitated. If before I wanted to be... more mature and more important in the eyes of others, now I want to be better to justify Minato's faith in me. Y... Maybe... I will re-evaluate some of my priorities.

He said the last part with a slight blush and an awkward smile, looking at Rio standing to the side. She noticed this and freaked out.

- Kenji replaced Doppelganger! We're in danger! - Sakuya panicked as he ran back and forth through Minato's subconscious.

- Is he being serious? - Even Makoto was surprised.

- Kenji... And Rio... - Orpheus woke up slowly, as if savoring a delicious dish. - It'll be interesting. I'll definitely write a song for them.

- Yes, glory to the Magician! - the Jack brothers jumped for joy, proud of the owner of their Arcana.

- Who are you and what have you done with Kenji? - Junpei exclaimed, picking his jaw up off the floor. - It's not about you at all!

- Hey, what I'm trying to say here is that Minato is a great guy! - Tomochika took offense, puffing out his cheeks and turning away. Rio laughed sweetly at this, even blushing a little.

- I think the majority opinion speaks for itself, - Hidetoshi smirked, proud of the result. - As you can see, Hirai Kanaye's words are damage to honor. By the way, a crime punishable by imprisonment and a fine, as well as participation in street riots. And if you understood everything, Kanaye-san, I will ask you to leave the class.

- Do you think this will end just because you say so?! - Hirai was losing his temper. Exact moment where Makoto decided to take action.

During the days they were in the dormitory. They were also experiencing the change of souls. Now they could do it thanks to Sakuya's help. Only through one word

Change

- Kirijo, do I have your permission to hit this idiot? - Makoto asked now with control of the body. He had noticed the presence of the chairwoman.

- You know very well that's against the rules. I can't let something like that go unnoticed - Mitsuru answered always faithful to the laws.

- Come on Mitsuru, that idiot deserves it - Akihiko who was next to him was supporting the idea of seeing him beaten once again.

- This way you will earn my forgiveness faster - Makoto tried to persuade her.

- You can hit him as many times as you want - Akihiko was confused to see Mitsuru agreeing to something like that.

Before Hirai could react. Makoto took it upon himself to connect his punch on Kanaye's jaw, unlike Minato, he wasn't going to hold back even if he begged for his life. His strength was such that he sent him flying towards the blackboard.

- The only one who will be treated like dirt is you, Hirai. Don't think I'm going to bow down to your pathetic insults - now it was Makoto's turn to threaten with a harsher voice.

There was silence in the classroom for a while. Kanaye didn't get up, which made Makoto even a little worried: public murder required a long time to get rid of evidence. But Hirai stood up. And his face was ugly, like a demon's.

- You'll regret it! You... - Boiling with rage, Hirai walked past Odagiri only to shout at his back - Idiots!

He tried to close the door loudly and dramatically. But due to injuries, he was unsuccessful.

- Only for today, and with Kirijo-san's permission, I will close my eyes to the incident, - Hidetoshi rubbed the bridge of his nose to Makoto's relief. He didn't want problems for Minato for all his impulsiveness.

- Well... I guess we can celebrate now, Kenji said matter-of-factly, smiling - Who wants to have a party in Minato's dorm!

- Mitsuru-san won't let you. - Yukari ruined Tomochika dreams, making him comically deflated. Kazushi patted his shoulder consolingly.

- Indeed, I won't let you - Mitsuru took it upon herself to crush all his dreams.

Change

- Minato, this Hirai needs to be dealt with quickly, - Makoto commented grimly. - He's one of those losers who wants to change his position. Believe in my experience, it ends badly.

- I'll keep that in mind. Thank you

- No need to say thank you, that idiot was already getting on my nerves - Makoto clicked his tongue in displeasure.

- You know, I'm against the use of violence. But I'll let it go just because it's Hirai, just try not to do it so often? - Minato and Yukari walked out of the classroom together while being watched by everyone.

- No promises - Minato also gave a subtle smile in return. Now they were talking about trivial things.

It was a surprise for Minato to learn about the doll that adorned the strap of her cell phone as she excitedly showed it to him.

- Look Jack Frost, you are the most valuable item on her phone.

- Indeed, I want them to have a wedding right now - the snowman was flattered by this gesture.

- At what point did you become so close? - Kenji asked. He was sure that this was not the moody Minato he knew.

Makoto was surprised to observe the murderous aura that Yuko and Chihiro were giving off. Not even he, has managed to reach that level of fear.

- Is this the power of jealousy? - Makoto was questioning the unknowns of life - Now I understand why dad, never made mom mad. She should have Phobos, not me.

- I totally agree with your opinion - Sakuya was also of the same opinion. Her angry mother was not something they wanted to see.

Gekkoukan High School - Entrance, after classes

- Free as the sea! What will I do now?! - Junpei was more excited than usual.

Akihiko had also joined the departure plan. He also tried to convince Mitsuru to join them, but she refused. Informing that she had more important things to do

- Relax, you'll think of something - Fuuka left the itinerary in Junpei's hands. Minato noticed that Akihiko had received a message.

- Is everything alright? - asked Minato

- Yes, it's from Mr. Ikutsuki - answered Akihiko - He wants to talk about a new candidate - news that not everyone expected.

- Does it mean that someone else is going to sign up for the team? - Yukari asked. Akihiko nodded

No one was sure if it would be the right decision, considering the last few situations they've been through.

- What's wrong with that? The more of us there are, the stronger we'll be. Which means that the Tartarus expeditions will be easier - Sho said - Wait! Then we can't participate in the fights! I refuse!

- How can you change your mind so quickly? - Minato's question was the same as everyone's question. Faced with Sho's spontaneity

- Fuuka! - a voice behind her called out. It turned out to be Natsuki looking for her friend.

As she approached the group, she greeted each of them with a bow. That left everyone speechless except for Fuuka and Sho. They knew that the experience in Tartarus had changed her, but this was simply on another level.

- Could you stay with me to study when classes are over? There is no one... - Natsuki asked for that favor, but noticing that she was in the company of the others. Her face changed to something sadder - I don't want to interrupt your plans, I'll see you later.

- Hey wait - Fuuka called her - It's ok. I'll come with you - with a smile that was able to turn Makoto's heart of stone into the purest love.

- Sorry guys, I'll see you later at the dorm... How about tomorrow we go swimsuit shopping? I'm in - she said with a last laugh before leaving the group.

- I freak out, with the change Fuuka has presented - said Junpei to which everyone agreed. It looked like something out of a manga

- Ah, friendship... How beautiful! - voice that everyone knew. And that caused Makoto and Sakuya to become alert.

- Dad! - Sho jumped running into Ikutsuki's arms. The love between father and son that "moved" most of the people present.

- I was just dropping by to say hello, and by the way to introduce someone - behind Ikutsuki, small footsteps could be heard. Showing a little boy in an orange jacket.

- Hello - it was Ken Amada, the boy from the Naganaki Shrine.

Now everyone was surprised to see him there. Which could only mean one thing, he had the potential. Akihiko seemed to be more surprised, he seemed to recognize the boy.

- Ken, what are you doing here? - asked Minato nervously, may what he thinks come true.

- Do you know him...? - Akihiko now had his eyes fixed on his friends. He seemed to have seen a ghost, his eyes were wide open.

- He doesn't go on vacation, because... of his circumstances - Ikutsuki explained without going into detail.

- I lived alone with my mother, but she had an accident and died... - Ken took over explaining the story. Demonstrating an early maturity - It was two years ago.

The rest didn't know how to react to this. Junpei thought of a joke, but considering his bad streak lately, it wasn't good to risk it. Yukari, nervously watched his friends to see if they could help. Sho, was picking a booger.

Minato knelt down to be on par with Ken's height, putting a hand on his shoulder.

- What envy... You are much stronger than me Ken - Minato's statement surprised Ken - I lost my parents ten years ago, in an accident too. I've been in several adoptive homes since then, I know how hard it is.

- ... Do you really know how hard it is?

- Yes... Don't you feel that sometimes the world can get to you? - Ken nodded repeatedly - It's a drag, don't you think? - Ken and Minato laughed at that - It's hard, and we may never get over it. But we just have to move on in this life, maybe in time... We'll get our deserved reward.

Ken's discomfort was replaced by a genuine smile at Minato's words. They hadn't shared much, but now he felt he could trust him without hesitation.

- Minato-senpai, you're great! - From the first time they had met, this was the first time he had seen him smile like a child should smile. Arisato felt weird that a child would feel admiration for him - Someday, I'd like to be like you.

- Thank you, but reconsider! - Minato, Sakuya and Makoto had the same thought.

- How about next time I buy you a ramen? - Ken accepted excitedly - Well, it's a promise.

- With this we just confirmed, who will be a great father in the future - Yukari joked at how Minato handled the situation.

- Me as a father? I haven't even gotten to think that far ahead - Minato declared, he hadn't even had a girlfriend.

- Don't worry, you'll do fine. I ask to be the godfather, being your best friend - Sho offered, but Junpei put a hand on his shoulder.

- I think that's where you're wrong Sho, I am his best friend. But, second place is always available - Junpei offered a menacing smile to his life apprentice.

- Huh? - If there was one thing Sho hated, it was second place- What are you talking about? Minato and I, we've shared many experiences! We're childhood friends! We've even shared porn magazines!

- But I only met you a few days ago... And that last one is a lie!

Minato felt judged when he noticed the archer's gaze on him. Although he also noticed a deep red adorning her face.

- What's a porn magazine? - Sakuya asked to which Makoto was struggling to find the right words. Sho's name will be on Makoto's black list.

- But you know, I'm glad to know that you're getting over it - Yukari felt happy about how Minato was now taking the topic of his past.

- Well, smarty pants lady - Minato tapped his fingers on Yukari's forehead - I owe a lot of it to you. So, I might consider making you dinner as a compensation.

- Regarding Amada's situation - Ikutsuki called everyone's attention - A distant relative is paying for his studies. But it is not appropriate for a child of his age to be left alone in the elementary school dormitory. So, I have decided to move him to our dormitory during the vacations.

Another piece of news that shocked everyone

- Ours?! Is this all right with you?! - Yukari protested

- Why not? He has the potential - replied Ikutsuki. Confirming what everyone feared... They could barely stand up to the Shadows, but he was just a kid...

- Father, are you sure? - asked Sho who also looked worried - It is no longer necessary for another child to have to fight for robots. You already have me

- Sho, I didn't ask for your comment - Ikutsuki said coldly to which Sho just bowed his head.

- Minato, I don't want that kid on the team - Makoto declared immediately. He looked more upset than usual, and it all seemed to be with Ikutsuki.

- But as you can see, he's just an elementary school student. So, it's just a possibility, I'll be sure to do all possible studies to confirm it - said Ikutsuki.

- I'll say it again, I don't want that kid on the team! - Makoto was exploding with anger

- Wow, relax. Nothing has been decided yet. Besides, you heard it already, it's just a probability. Maybe, this time, luck will be on our side.

- I don't care about Minato, he's not going to belong to this team - said Makoto

- First of all, why are you so angry about this?

- Having the potential is not a blessing. It's more of a curse, the loss of what little innocence a human being has left - Makoto explained his reasons - Minato is just a child who already contains pain. There is no need to add more salt to the wound.

If you put it all from that point of view. He had good arguments in his favor, it was not necessary for him to embark on this whole odyssey.

- Besides... He has the option to choose, we never had it - Minato looked at Sakuya who confirmed it, what the hell happened to them to be this way?

- Do you think this is a good idea? - Yukari approached to ask Minato.

- ... No - answered Arisato. Considering how he himself is trapped in his body like this, no one else had to go through this - I hope he refuses all this in the end. This is not a place for children. No matter how mature he is, he doesn't deserve any of this.

Neither of them wanted Ken to join the team. They could only hope that the boy would decide against it. Although Minato had to be careful with Makoto, namely, what he would be capable of doing just by preventing him from joining the team.

- Hey Akihiko, are we going to fight today? - Sho asked, he just wanted to know how strong his friend was. All with the intention of catching up with Minato. It is necessary to clarify that the position of leader did not matter to him.

- Are you Sanada? - Ken seemed to know him and was very excited

- And that's how we lost our only fan - you could feel all the jealousy Orpheus felt at that moment.

- I've heard things about you... That you've never lost a boxing match - you could see the stars in Ken's eyes. It was as if he had met a famous person

- Yes... Nice to meet you - energy shared by Akihiko. Rather, he seemed to be somewhat uncomfortable. It seems that children are not to his liking.

- Well, I guess, I have some free time... Maybe I should use it to visit the Velvet Room.

Makoto and Sakuya grimaced at the idea. They were tired of hanging out with Shadows all the time.

- Okay... We'll go after the trip, but if something happens, you'd better not blame!

Taking pity on the uncomfortable Akihiko, Ikutsuki left with Ken to get things ready. Sho also decided to accompany them. Ken's elementary school had a different schedule, so the boy wouldn't be joining Kirijo's dorm until the teens returned from their trip to Yakushima, and since Ikutsuki was accompanying them, he needed to address the matter before leaving on Monday.

Minato wanted to question Akihiko's strange behavior, but the silver-haired teenager left before any of them noticed. Confused, the three of them left together. Deciding to postpone their outing until tomorrow

Paulownia Shopping Center - Clothing store, tomorrow

Just as they had agreed. Today was the day they would go shopping for their swimsuits for their stay in Yakushima. You didn't have to be smart to know that the most excited about all this was Junpei.

- Are they sure this was a good idea? - Minato asked, creating confusion among the others.

- Why do you think so? We just came to buy swimsuits - Fuuka questioned his leader's thoughts.

It was enough to follow his finger to see what they meant. Junpei Iori was literally drooling at the things he was imagining.

The girls were the first to enter the clothing store. Leaving the trio of boys alone. If they were honest, they didn't know how to deal with it. Minato was the first time seeing Junpei like that and Sho... was Sho, there was no further explanation.

- I thought we were going to buy weapons... So that's what disappointment feels like - Sho commented, sighing in disappointment.

- How do you confuse a clothing store with guns? - Minato was seriously concerned about how Sho was seeing things around him.

- Come on folks, get those spirits up. Today we'll have the wonderful fortune of accompanying our friends to buy... swimsuits! - Junpei's happiness knew no bounds.

Minato and Sho were able to see what he was imagining. They were watching Junpei offering them racy outfits. At the same time, they were also receiving the gaze of the people around them.

Sho could be Junpei's apprentice on matters of life. But even someone like him knew that the concept of embarrassment did not apply to his friend.

- Are they ready for this great adventure? - Junpei noticed there was no sign of Minato or Sho - Come on guys, why are you always like that!

Both boys who had gone ahead, didn't know what to choose. They were with a poker face not knowing what to choose. Minato was sure it would be Sho's first time on a trip. But he had no idea what to advise him.

There was no need to ask Makoto and Sakuya either. Their minds were as lost as his. They have always been the kind of people, who take the first clothes and wear them until they don't fit anymore or they get damaged.

- Okay guys, do any of you have fashion sense?

- Pale Rider, I advise you not to dare answer. All your clothes are black - an effective punch provided by Orpheus.

- I remind you that most of my clothes are black Orpheus... - Makoto clicked his tongue in disapproval.

Minato was in search of T-shirts. Most people, would show their upper body without any problem, but that was not his case. Those "famous" scars prevented him from doing so. True, his friends weren't going to judge him for it, but that didn't mean he could get the same treatment from others... If he had told Kotone, would things have been different?

Sighing defeated not knowing what to choose. He didn't have the slightest clue about fashion, and that was just a simple t-shirt. He had to thank Hiroshi and Naoto for helping him when he had to change clothes.

- Probably the most powerful Persona User, but a simple clothes purchase defeated you, who knew? - Minato could clearly hear the sarcasm accompanied by laughter.

- It's hard for me to admit it, but... I need help - Minato accepted his fate. He frowned when he saw the archer's expression of exaggerated astonishment - Are you going to help me or not?

- Relax, think of this as an operation. Only, this time, I'll be the leader - Yukari was proud of the position.

- That means we're going to die - Minato only laughed a little, making Yukari grimace with displeasure.

- Are you going to help me too? - Neither of them had noticed Sho's presence. No doubt, he was the invisible boy of the group when he put his mind to it.

- I think I could help you Sho-kun - Fuuka intervened. She had a plan in mind and she wasn't going to let anyone intervene. She was going to be cupid for the day

Orpheus read at once her intentions, he was proud to have a comrade, supportive of his ideas. Every day he was more and more pleased to be in this team, it was good that they did not die in Tartarus.

- I won't allow it! This is an adventure for boys only! - Junpei had come to the "rescue" of his friends.

- Orpheus, calm down! - Makoto was struggling to contain the rage of the Persona. Not even against the Reaper did he show as much courage as he did now

- Why must you always stick your nose where it doesn't belong!? - Orpheus looked like a rabid animal

Minato felt a slight headache with all the chaos going on. He supposed this was one of the disadvantages of being a wild card.

- So, tell me, what would you suggest Sho to use on Yakushima? - Fuuka asked with a threatening tone. She hadn't counted on Junpei to spoil her plans.

- Too easy! - Junpei picked at random from all the swimsuits. Showing like a pro one with banana decorations - This one would look great on you! Who knows, maybe we'll start a new trend: the "confidence in chaos" collection!

- Junpei... That's the stupidest thing I've ever heard in my life - his student took it upon himself to remove his pride - How did simple clothes purchase turn into this?

- That's the beauty of our friendship. We can make any situation hilarious, even the dreaded swimsuit shopping - Minato responded, eliciting laughter from the others - Now quick terms with this. I don't think I can stand to be here another minute.

In the end the girls helped pick out the swimsuits for their friends. It wasn't as hard as they expected, after all. As soon as they found one, they liked, that's the one they stuck with. Except for Junpei... He was the most difficult challenge, so in the end they chose the first one they showed him.

They had to restrain Yukari, because her bloodlust showed for all the time, she wasted them.

Now they were separated. Junpei was helping them choose shirts, to cover Sho and Minato's scars. While the girls, they had all the privacy they wanted to choose their swimsuits, but most of all, keep Junpei away.

- Fuuka! What do you think of this one? - Yukari brought out a swimsuit in low green shades. It matched Yamagishi's hair.

- Ummm... Isn't it a bit revealing? - Unlike Yukari. Fuuka wasn't used to these things

- I don't think so. You have a nice body Fuuka, it's time to show it off - Yukari encouraged her in her own way - If any of the guys want to do something to you, you can leave it to me.

- I appreciate it... But, have you already thought of something for yourself? - asked Fuuka curious about the archer's choice.

- I have something in mind. I'm not sure yet though, it's so hard to pick one. Especially when you want to show off - that last thing caught Fuuka's attention. She cursed himself for not bringing a tape recorder.

In that case she could use her words against her. Fuuka when she set her mind to something, he would achieve it no matter the methods.

- I guess I'll go for the pink one - Yukari commented.

- You really like pink Yukari-chan, may I know why?

- It inspires a feeling of warmth and comfort in me. Besides, my dad always told me that pink is a sign of hope and that everything will be alright - Yukari replied with a nostalgic smile remembering his father - You know, Minato-kun also told me that once. As if he didn't realize, most of his clothes are blue.

- Yukari-chan, what do you think of Minato-kun? - a question that caught her off guard. Looking carefully at each piece, while thinking of an answer.

- He's a nice guy and a great friend - Yukari replied.

- Is that all? - Fuuka wanted to probe further. Yukari sighed as she was caught, she knew her answer wasn't going to be the most convincing one.

- Well... I can't help but empathize with him, we both lost our loved ones. But when I think of what I lost, I think of him. My problems don't compare in any way to what he's been through, but, still. His values are still intact, I never thought I'd meet a guy like that.

- Not to mention how attentive he is to all his friends. He always looks out for the good for everyone... - Fuuka noticed how Yukari's gaze darkened.

- I was afraid of losing him that day. I hadn't felt something like that since I lost my dad. This might be the only time I'll admit it, but... Minato-kun is important in my life.

- I think the feeling is mutual you know - Fuuka commented provoking a big blush in the archer - When that Shadow caught you in Shirakawa Boulevard. Only one thing he had in mind and that was to save you. Maybe he won't admit it, but I'm sure Minato-kun also considers you someone important.

Yukari watched from afar as Junpei dragged him to another section of the store. Unable to help but smile, he was no longer that same boy she met during the Dark Hour.

- I hope the day comes, that I can get to know everything about him... No, I want to know him better than anyone else.

- In that case, you have a lot of competition. Don't worry, I will help you as much as I can! - Fuuka's statement only made Yukari's eyes widen wide open.

- What are you insinuating?! We're just good friends, there's nothing going on between the two of us! - Yukari protested, she didn't need a new wave of rumors.

- If that's the case, would you let Minato-kun be in Yakushima with Yuko-san or Chihiro-san? - Fuuka asked

- Never! - Yukari immediately replied. Once again, she realized that she had fallen into the navigator's trap - Fuuka! It's not what you think!

- I didn't say anything, everything came out of your mouth; like when you said in front of everyone that yesterday I belonged to you - Fuuka only succeeded in adding more salt to the wound. She succeeded in her task when she heard the cries of shame of the archer.

Sakuya was hitting Makoto with his shoulder. All that time they were listening to the conversation of both girls. They couldn't feel genuinely happy

- It's about time - commented Makoto with a fleeting smile that was caught by Sakuya.

Meanwhile in the men's locker room. Minato and Sho were trying on various shirts to see which one they decided to wear.

- Hey Junpei, can you pass me another shirt? This one is too small - what Iori was about to observe would leave him speechless.

At what point did his most precious friend, did he manage to get in shape? His entire upper body was in shape. Every muscle was lightly defined, he looked like a hero from Greek mythology at his peak.

- Hey, I need a new shirt too! - Sho also came out of his dressing room

Junpei wanted to curse every possible entity in existence. Sho was also in good physical condition, those scars on his body only made him look even better.

- What the hell? - Was Junpei's question accompanied with a grim look. Miranda constantly looked at his body in its current state and that of his friends - Why the hell are you guys in shape and I'm not?! We do the same thing all the time!

Sho and Minato shrugged, it wasn't as if they cared much about his physical state. But for Junpei, it was just accepting a cruel reality. Since it seemed during these days, he had gained a little weight. It was a constant struggle against his worst enemy, ramen.

Even so, he fails to understand why he is the only one who is in that state. When he remembers perfectly well that, in the dormitory, everyone eats the same thing. It was a scientifically proven fact that physique attracted.

- Well I... I was always fighting in the laboratories, so it's normal I guess - Sho answered humbly.

- I have Kendo practice, and sometimes I go to Akihiko-senpai's room to train something. That's not counting the explorations to Tartarus - Minato answered without fully understanding Junpei's question.

Iori realized his big mistake... that he was lazy!

Junpei had spent several sleepless nights putting together a plan for his stay in Yakushima. And that was to return with a girlfriend or return as a man...

Ingenious ideas came into his mind at this very moment. He was proclaiming himself a genius in his head. That he couldn't let out laughter making his friends uncomfortable.

- Minato! Sho! You will be my secret weapon! - Junpei shouted euphorically without holding back sinister laughter.

- Why do I have a bad feeling about this?

Paulownia Shopping Center - Late afternoon, outside the clothing store.

Everyone was with the purchases they had made. It took them longer than they expected. They still had to arrange the suitcases they were going to carry, that's what they get for leaving everything to the last minute.

But what most caught the attention of the group was that they all had sunglasses on when they left the store. The reason, not one of them knew, but there they were. Sunglasses, in a building where not even a hint of sunlight was coming in.

- This brings back good memories - Makoto smiled nostalgically remembering that police office - I wonder what will become of their life?

- What a coincidence to find them here! - a voice that most recognized. It was Yuko in her casual clothes together with Kazushi, who had a sleepy face. Something told them that she came dragging them here

- It's no coincidence, you heard them yesterday about their plan to come here to buy bathing suits - Kazushi felt a punch in his ribs, making him squirm in pain - Why did you do that?!

- I don't know what you're talking about, I at no time heard them talk about their trip to Yakushima, and that they would spend about three days, all of them alone and together. Which gives a high probability that Minato-san and Takeba will spend time alone, and something against me might happen.

- Is this girl like this most of the time? - Sho asked, the others nodded - She's crazy, she scares me.

Yuko was suddenly pushed. She was saved from falling to the ground, when Minato managed to catch her in his arms.

- Hey kids! Be more careful! - Minato scolded them. Yuko's face heated up as the blood started pumping - Are you okay? - she nodded not wanting to show her blush.

Minato noticed that Yukari was pouting, he couldn't quite understand the reason.

- I'm sorry... We were just playing... - replied the child. Yuko managed to recognize the voice - Is that you Nishiwaki-kun?

After successfully suppressing her blush. Yuko reluctantly left Minato's arms. She saw several small children looking at her apprehensively. As if they were waiting to be scolded.

- So, it was you Ryuji-kun. And I told you to call me Onee-chan.

- Do you know them? - Minato asked

- Yes, he lives across the street from me. Let me introduce him, this is Ryuji Sakamoto - the boy smiled as he was introduced - This is not a place to play Ryuji-kun. You're lucky it was me, but what would have happened if you bumped into a stranger?

- That's right kid, I would have sent you flying with a kick - they didn't know if what Sho said, was with intentions to break the ice.

- Why aren't you playing in the playground near home? - the brunette questioned. And at that moment she was regretful. For they were all bombarded by little voices exclaiming their dilemma and it all had to do with sixth graders.

- Is this what kids have to deal with these days? At her age, I was trying to save the world - Sakuya commented. Believing that their problems were not so serious.

By then they had gained the attention of the public, what was the need to draw so much attention? Kurosawa even looked in their direction, but Minato waved him off, implying that everything was under control.

- With this I just confirmed it, I don't want to be a father - Junpei opined openly. He was sure that fatherhood was not his thing.

- Okay, I got it! You can slow down - Yuko told the children - You won't be able to play there, unless you can beat them in a race? - The children nodded - I have an idea. Meet me when I tell you. I'll help you.

- Really?! You're the best, Nishiwaki-san?! - Ryuji and the rest of the kids shouted excitedly.

- I told you to call me Onee-chan - Yuko sighed in frustration as things didn't always go her way. Her plan was to try to "steal" Minato so they could go on a date.

She had a strong feeling that something might happen on that trip to Yakushima. She still had hope that a love could happen, she just had to try hard enough. And not counting the rivals she was counting on. Before long, the children all left happily led by the energetic Ryuji.

- Sorry about that. Changing the subject, do you have everything ready for your trip? - asked Yuko interested in the shopping that Minato specifically was able to do.

- Yes, I just need to pack my suitcase with the necessary things. We have to be back for the release of the test results - replied Minato. Yuko wanted to go on the trip too.

Now she did not feel a grudge not only for Yukari, now it was also Mitsuru and Fuuka joined the list. Who upon seeing her for the first time in her everyday clothes; realized the endowments she carried.

- Yuko, can we go? I'm dying of sleep - Kazushi wasn't helping matters at all. He seemed to be more of an enemy

- Minato, it's time to go. They're showing a James Bond movie right now. You promised to watch it with us - Junpei reminded him.

- Yes, I did. Yeah... I'll see you next week, okay? - Minato motioned Kaz to watch his knee. But he didn't fully understand them

- Yeah... sure, I guess - Yuko dejectedly walked back to Kazushi, but not before punching him in the stomach for not supporting her.

She just hoped that nothing really happened on that trip, so that she would manage to hurt her chances. She mentally scolded herself for not telling Minato what she really wanted, but she couldn't find the courage today to tell him that. It would have to be another day

Makoto couldn't believe how things had ended this way. He felt happy for Minato, he deserved it. There was no more need for suffering in their lives, even for a few days. Not knowing anything about Tartarus, was an excellent idea.

He felt his smile drop. That was the scary thing about having good things around you, wasn't it? The idea that it could all be lost in an instant. It had taken him years to recover from the loss of his parents.

There was no telling how further loss would affect him. While that fear wouldn't stop him from moving on, it didn't stop him from imagining the worst. Especially since he knew there were fates far worse than death, like his... Locked in his own body.

How would things have been, if he hadn't died... Who would assure him that he would have the same friends as Minato? And wouldn't he be condemned to loneliness as he always was? He wasn't going to let the same story repeat itself.

Sakuya watched Makoto's reactions. It was easy to tell what he was thinking, but he didn't care what they had to do. They both promised, they would make everything different. The Arisato trinity will see to that.

Iwatodai Dormitory - Mitsuru's room, at night.

She had finished arranging her suitcase, but for some strange reason she could not remain calm. There were many things she had to think about, and it was clear that she was going to face her father's wrath, for her selfish actions. Although in a way, she preferred her father to her mother...

During these days, she had only been focused on discovering the whole truth. Ever since she saw that Person who resembled the description, she heard so many years ago. Something awakened in her

- If she is an experienced User... Why doesn't she take care of the Dark Hour? - Mitsuru wondered. Someone more skilled, this fight would be easier, without the need to sacrifice lives - Arisato is right, there is something hidden here...

Her computer began to beep. Mitsuru immediately turned to it. She had received several notifications, of video downloads that had ended.

She knew it was a risky move, but it didn't matter. She had accessed his family's files, through the user. True, she had limitations, so she could only settle for this.

The first video showed that same woman. Maya Amano, the day she appeared at his headquarters in Tokyo. The day, where they made that agreement. All information about the Persona, in exchange for them being in charge of eradicating the Dark Hour. The video did not bring anything new; it was just as I remembered it.

Now the second video was what interested her. It showed Maya outside the headquarters, until someone came to pick her up on a motorcycle. Removing his safety helmet, he revealed a man with long brown hair with a center part, brown eyes and slightly tanned skin.

Sporting a two-piece motorcycle outfit consisting of red pants and a matching jacket with a large 'X' symbol on his forehead. And a distinctive tattoo-like marking wrapped around his right forearm.

What made Mitsuru most uncomfortable was that the man looked straight into the camera. Knowing that he was being watched

- That's strange... We don't have any information about him in our files - confused, she kept watching the video to see if she could find more answers.

The tattoo on his right forearm began to glow blue, something he took care to hide as quickly as it appeared. The man was looking at his surroundings just as Maya was.

His gaze was fixed on the opposite street, on the whole crowd. There was no doubt, there was something hidden there. Pausing the playback and zooming in, she took in every passerby that was there at that moment. Her eyes widened when she managed to recognize a single person in the crowd.

- Arisato? ... - there was no doubt, it was him. I understood that he used to live in Tokyo. That blue hair, that always characterized him so much - Were they watching him? That tattoo... is he able to detect those with the potential?

They were pure hypotheses, Arisato had awakened his power during the attack on the dormitory. At that time, he was just another teenager in society. Mitsuru noticed something important.

An intense and debilitating sensation suddenly appeared in her head. Generating great discomfort and difficulty to keep thinking. She also seemed to hear several whispers.

- Prevent Arisato's humanity from being extinguished.

Mitsuru observed every part of her room, looking for the source of the voice... But only she was

- Is it my imagination? - The headache was gone, and so were the whispers... Perhaps, after all this, she should go for a visit to the doctor for a check-up, to make sure she wasn't going crazy.

- Why didn't we know about this? - Mitsuru questioned. Every important clue was stored in the group's database. One of the advantages of this was that you could check who the people were who reviewed the contents of the database.

Her surprise was even greater when he realized the last person to review the content. Ikutsuki Shuji... Before asking any more questions. She had been detected, forcing her to withdraw from the database. She tried to log in once more with her username, but only the error message appeared on the screen. This only frustrated her more.

- Is that how they managed to find Arisato?

Mitsuru was not going to give up so easily. It was time to call for help.

Iwatodai Dormitory - Fuuka's room, at night

Fuuka shyly looked at herself in the mirror, modeling her new swimsuit. Her skin was a nice shade of red, embarrassed to wear a bikini, even alone as she was. She kept turning around, looking at her belly, thighs and various other private areas.

- Hmmm... maybe I should have gone with the one-piece suit instead? - she complained to herself - These bikinis look almost underwear... - Fuuka sighed as she grabbed her breasts. Blushing madly, she let them out. - And... it feels weird to have an exposed belly button...

Fuuka sat on her bed, lifting her right leg to rest her chin on her knee.

- Come to think of it... this is the first time I choose my own swimsuit... Mom always bought me what I felt most covered up in... - She sighed in annoyance. - Maybe that's why I got used to wearing a one-piece suit... but Yukari-chan said this fit me well... I don't feel confident standing next to her though... I don't really work out, so I put on a little weight... - She pressed her hands on her waist. - And Yukari-chan has such a great body...

Fuuka's eyes lit up when she had an idea

- Oh right, I have the perfect thing for this!

She opened her closet and took out a shabby box. With a small name on the bottom corner "Tanaka Products."

- The low frequency waist slimming pad I bought at the Tanaka program! - She started to unpack the thing - The forums on their website praised this thing... now let's see... how to put it on...

The green-haired girl finally found the switch and turned the thing on

- Ah! - She exclaimed in surprise - Wo... that's... whoa...- She blushed - It feels weird, but... without help a little... then... Oohh! - Fuuka started laughing slowly, which was then accompanied by small moans.

She fell down on her bed. In her laughter, she failed to properly release the belt. With a flushed face, Fuuka began to panic as she started to feel strange sensations. Her eyes widened as someone started knocking on her door.

- Yamagishi, can I bother you for a second? I wanted to ask you about a favor, which I need you to help me with - this was Mitsuru's plan. She knew no better in computer skills than Fuuka, although she came at the wrong time...

- Ah! One... second! Ah! - Fuuka breathed heavily. - I... I... I... come... - Said the red-haired girl.

- What... what? - Mitsuru gawked at the door. - Did I come at a... bad timing...? - Groans from inside the room was the only response Mitsuru got. Isolated as she might have been... she still managed to misinterpret Fuuka's situation into something more... perverted.

Blushing scarlet, Mitsuru started to walk away

- Ah... it's not that... important... Um... we can talk later so...just...go on... - Mitsuru practically ran to her own room.

- Huh? No senpai... ah! - Fuuka fell to the floor - Don't... go… - Feeling a slight dampness, Fuuka started to hit the belt with whatever she had nearby. A well-placed hit, with her metal pencil case, finally broke the belt's motor case and finally stopped

- I... don't... think... that's... what it means... to... train your abs... - Fuuka threw down the belt, vowing never to trust anything from Tanaka's program again. - I think... I need to... wash my bikini short... I hope it's ready for tomorrow...

Fuuka left the room to wash her bikini. Praying that no one else heard her, her gaze was only intent on the stairs, to go to the foyer. Not realizing Sho, he was buying a drink all this time and at the same time he heard everything.

- This dorm room rocks! - Sho was dripping blood from his nose. As he clenched his fist raising it as high as he could. This day was a victory for him - Now I'll pretend I wasn't here. I don't want to die yet

Iwatodai Dormitory - Mitsuru's room, at night

After the events, which were misunderstood. Fuuka went to Mitsuru's room to talk to her.

Mitsuru sat down next to her. Looking at Fuuka, she saw her fidgeting nervously in place, her index fingers fidgeting nervously side by side.

- Not only do you excel at providing support during battle, but also at getting information - the red-haired man said without preamble.

Fuuka mentally shuddered at Mitsuru's words. She couldn't detect any malice in them, but she felt as if she had somehow let down the girl who had provided her with a safe haven away from home. She still felt bad about revealing all the Kirijo Group's information to everyone, but it was necessary.

- Relax. You're not in trouble. Rather, I thank you Yamagishi - Mitsuru proclaimed and Fuuka looked up in surprise. -But if I have a special favor... - Fuuka's eyes reflected her curiosity - I want you to find out as much as you can about the incident ten years ago

Fuuka couldn't hide her astonishment at the request.

- But...it wasn't made very public...I mean...what Yukari-chan said...was all I could find... - Fuuka declared. Mitsuru frowned

- That's right... - Mitsuru's features softened - That's why I wish for you to access the Kirijo Group's Database.

If Mitsuru's request had surprised Fuuka, a certain part of her made her gawk at the red-headed man.

- What? You mean... hack into the system? I... I can't do that! That's illegal! - The red-haired girl felt her knees start to shake a little bit.

- You won't be doing anything illegal. After all, I'll provide you with my ID and password - The redhead explained and Fuuka calmed down - You'll have free access from the accountability. It is possible for me to have access myself, I want to know the whole truth, every detail.

- Senpai... - Fuuka whispered. Surprised at how Mitsuru has taken things, even she had unknowns to clarify.

- Of course... I'd understand if you decide to refuse... - Mitsuru averted her gaze, unable to look Fuuka in the eyes.

- I will. I'll see what I can do - Fuuka smiled. In fact, she also wanted to learn more - Have you tried to find out anything on your own Senpai?

Mitsuru proceeded to show her the second video she managed to download. She had just explained to her, that she found the presence of those two individuals outside the Kirijo facility strange, and what caught her attention, was how the tattoo glowed.

Fuuka also got a surprise when she saw how that tattoo glowed, she thought that maybe it was a bad joke. Now Yamagishi, if she had seen everything in this life.

- They have to help Arisato. His memories have to come back, the pact must not be fulfilled.

- Did you say something Mitsuru-senpai? - Fuuka asked confused, because of the statement she had heard.

- Eh? I didn't say anything... - an answer that only made the navigator more confused. This was getting weirder and weirder.

- Forget it, maybe it's just me - Fuuka commented. She decided to go on with the video - Do you know who those people are?

- The woman was identified as Maya Amano, while the man... There is no information about him - Fuuka couldn't believe her ears - I used everything in my favor. Motorcycle license plate, easy recognition... But there's nothing, it's as if he was a ghost, a Deja vu.

- That's impossible... There's no one who can live in society like that. I'll see what I can do - Fuuka considered this a challenge. But also, she found this a bit shady.

- Also, when they are looking at the other street, in the crowd of people. I noticed something - Mitsuru pointed at someone specific.

- Minato-kun?! - Fuuka was surprised to see him on the recording - They were watching him?

- ... That's my theory. The reason, I have no idea. Besides the incident 10 years ago, I would like you to find out more about this - Mitsuru explained.

I couldn't tell her the whole truth, or who knows what trouble this would cause. I would eventually let everyone know this information.

Iwatodai Dormitory - Minato's room, around 4am

The alarm was sounding, marking the beginning of a long journey that awaited them. Minato was struggling with it. It was true what Sakuya said, his worst nemesis was sleep. Despite getting his 8 hours of sleep a day he always felt tired.

Suddenly his alarm stopped ringing, something that disturbed Minato. Since he had not deactivated it, sitting up in his bed. He found two unexpected visitors had entered his room.

- It's time for the beach! - Junpei and Sho shouted, who were dressed in shorts, sandals, sunglasses in the early morning hours and a straw hat.

- How long have they been here?! - Minato no longer knew the concept of privacy

- Since three o'clock in the morning, I just couldn't sleep and it turns out that Junpei couldn't sleep either. So, we've been waiting all this time - Sho answered honestly - It's time for the beach!

- I know that already! - Arisato sighed at the energy of his friends. But screw it, they were all supposed to have fun on this day - Hey, is Akihiko-senpai awake?

- No, we opened his room too, but it turns out he was still asleep - Junpei answered, confused by the question.

- From now on I'll have to sleep with a sword in hand. I don't want to have any more intruders in my room.

- In that case, do you have another straw hat? - Minato was smiling at the joke that had popped into his mind.

Iwatodai Dormitory - Akihiko's room, around 4am

The alarm in his room also started to ring, but he had no intention of getting up yet. Just like in Arisato's room, his alarm magically stopped ringing, but this was not enough reason to make him get out of bed.

In fact, he seemed to be settling down to sleep. The boys who had infiltrated his room had no idea what to do.

So Sho, looking at the stuff in their rooms, in his head thought it would be a good idea. Throw a dumbbell into his stomach.

Minato and Junpei were shocked to see what their friend had done; while he gave them a smile to see their plan was working. Because Akihiko was writhing in pain.

- What the hell do you think you're doing?! - Akihiko shouted angrily

- It's time for the beach! - replied the three boys. Although Minato and Junpei were subtly pointing at the culprit to get out of their punishment.

Ferry to Yakushima - Tomorrow

The SEES members were currently aboard a private ferry, chartered by Mitsuru, on their way to Yakushima. So far, all transportation expenses had been borne by the Kirijo heiress, despite the protests of both Minato and Yukari.

The redhead exclaimed that it was her duty and she would not take no for an answer. They stopped protesting when Akihiko told them it was a lost cause. So far, a limousine had picked them up, after alighting from the monorail, much to Junpei's delight, and had taken them to where they boarded the ferry.

Junpei gazed excitedly at the ocean, like a child in a candy store. Akihiko sat, alone, reviewing the training program he had devised, something Sho questioned very seriously. For just like Junpei, he came to experience new things, which he was never allowed to during his childhood.

Besides, Sho's face was swollen from the blow Akihiko had given him in the early morning. He still didn't know how he managed to find out that it was him who threw the dumbbell at him in the first place.

Fuuka and Mitsuru sat together, talking quietly. Mostly talking about the progress Fuuka had made with her research.

Yukari stood, alone, looking up at the sky, away from the team. Minato had his back to the railing, looking at his friends one by one, evaluating their actions. Though, to be honest, Yukari was hogging most of his attention. But there was something else that managed to catch his attention.

And that was Makoto throwing up on the ferry railing. With Sakuya by his side, who was just sighing at how pathetic he looked.

- Not a fan, of trips involving the sea - Sakuya declared as he slapped Makoto on the back - Come on, let it all out.

- Seriously, what was it that happened to make you have so much trouble traveling?

- Trust me, you don't want to know - said Makoto panting. Finally, he seemed to be recovering.

- What, did we jump out of a plane about to explode in the middle of the ocean? - Minato found the situation amusing. But when he noticed Sakuya and Makoto's stares, that changed - Wait, are you serious? I was just kidding! What the hell did we do?!

- Dude! There is! YA-KU-SHI-MAA! - Junpei raised his arms, imitating Jack. Since it turns out that last night, they ended up watching Titanic. Because Junpei got the channel mixed up and at the girls' request, they ended up watching it.

A little spoiler, halfway through the movie all the guys fell asleep. Now Yukari had her revenge, as he and Sho fell asleep hugging each other to their luck. A picture, now in her possession

- You're missing the girl - Sho's comment, got a reaction of laughter from everyone.

Minato looked at his friends to gauge their reactions. Yukari looked annoyed at Junpei, as usual, while rolling her eyes. While Akihiko, not holding back the laughter, the discreet in him had disappeared for a moment.

When the ferry began to slow down, Junpei didn't wait until they stopped and jumped towards the dock.

- Junpei! What do you think you're doing?! - Yukari immediately started yelling at him for his behavior.

- Relax Yuka-tan. I'm just getting fresh air from Yakushima - Junpei replied regardless of the show he made. Something that surprised Minato, is that even Mitsuru didn't scold him.

- I guess she must be nervous, meeting his father.

Once everyone was on the ground. Minato, Akihiko and Sho decided to help with the luggage except for Junpei. Fuuka was trying to calm down Yukari, who was now yelling at Junpei, once again, telling him to go back and help with the luggage.

- This is going to be a very interesting vacation. Hopefully love will be born here, I even wrote a song for this - Orpheus was proud of the piece of music he composed.

- No lyrics with sexual content Orpheus - said Valkyrie as a warning.

- In that case, I'll have to start from scratch with the lyrics - Orpheus appreciated his life more, even though he never showed it.

When Minato and Akihiko started to take their luggage, Junpei arrived with a small bump on his head, a solitary tear rolling down his eyes and a pout on his face. Both teens had to hold back laughter at the sight. It looked like Yukari had finally caught him.

- She is the very incarnation of death... - complained Junpei

- Guys, these are the last bags - Sho arrived with the last bags. But seeing Sho, he couldn't show a smug smile - This certainly just improved my mood, thank you Yukari-san!

Now Minato and Akihiko couldn't hold back their laughter.

Yakushima - Kirijo vacation house, tomorrow

The eyes of most of the members widened as they stood up inside the Kirijo Group's home.

- Ummm... Is this the right place? - Yukari asked, as Mitsuru stood in front of the group.

- This looks like something out of a super spy movie. Like a James Bond movie - Junpei commented, surprised by the place. He never thought he'd be in a place like this

They noticed maids approaching them. Another surreal scene they would have to process. The only quiet ones were Mitsuru and Minato, who were used to this. Although Akihiko, not even flinching, the only thing that could leave him with a similar reaction to the rest, would undoubtedly be the training.

- Welcome, Miss Mitsuru - the maids bowed as a welcoming gesture - You must be his high school classmates. Welcome to the vacation residence of the Kirijo residence.

- Being treated like kings, I like it. After all, it was worth being trapped in Tartarus after all - even though nothing was directed at him. Orpheus felt like a king

- Dude! You serve in real life! - Junpei nudges Sho while they both had a big smile.

Minato was inspecting the place in silence. The place was beautiful and he should feel amazed at first sight, but these things. They only brought back bad memories that he had to live with.

- I must overcome my past, my chains. Only in this way can I be free, be who I really am...

Looking at Mitsuru who seemed to have a normal behavior, he noticed her reddened ears. As was the color of her hair

- I thought someone like her wouldn't be ashamed of these things - Makoto also noticed this detail.

- I'm sure in time, they'll get used to it - a voice from behind made Arisato freeze in place.

She is meek, gentle. As if it belonged not to a person, but to an angel or goddess in the flesh. A voice, so dear and familiar, that has always provided comfort.

Shiori ... It was her. She stood in front of Minato with a familiar smile as he turned 180 degrees to trace every feature of her face and body with his gaze.

Black pearl eyes without a hint of pupil, warm and full of hope. Looking at them, Arisato wanted to believe Shiori, not to doubt a single word she said. Even when it was obviously a lie.

The light green hair is loose, falling in a straight cascade down her back just below her shoulder blades. In her frame, Shiori's soft, refined face reminded Minato of the forest nymphs watching the mortals in the green thickets of the forest with interest.

The black trouser suit, emphasizing the elegance of the body, painfully pricked Arisato's conscience. He remembered the times in Masashi's house when Shiori had to defend him. What did she have to sacrifice for it? She always hid the signs, but Minato noticed everything. And hating himself for being weak.

- Shiori? - the rest recognized the name immediately from Minato's story. Arisato was in shock, it really was her after all this time...

- What is it, young master? - Shiori chuckled sweetly, winking - Am I still the most beautiful woman in the world to you?... How nice to see you again

Shiori was overpowered by her emotions and couldn't help but hug your former master. Even shedding a bit of tears, surprising the wild card.

- I'm glad to see that he's okay - Shiori kept saying it over and over again. With no intention of letting go

- Yes, I'm fine. And it's thanks to you Shiori - Minato was happy to see her again.

- This whole scene, it would be beautiful... If only you would reciprocate the hug! - Sakuya had no proof, but also no doubts about his reasoning.

During all this time, he had been avoiding physical contact with all kinds of people as much as possible. All those "experiences" with Masashi left him marked in one way or another.

He wanted to avoid all kinds of contacts, but all the people around him...They did not accept this. It seemed that he always attracted all kinds of polar opposites in his life.

- I guess this is the time when jokes shouldn't be told? - Minazuki whispered, nudging Junpei with his elbow.

- You learn fast, my young apprentice, - nodded Iori, happy for his friend.

- But we're going to tease Yukari, aren't we?

- As soon as the time is right.

- Do you know I can hear you? - Yukari grunted softly, looking at the two grinning fools.

- Ah, the hope... It's so touching - Ikutsuki took off his glasses to wipe away his tears of joy.

- I'm so happy for the two of them - Fuuka couldn't help but be shocked by the scene as well. Just like Yukari, who felt so happy for him.

Minato managed to spot a formal-looking man heading towards them. His presence alone seemed to eradicate importance, making the group feel somewhat uncomfortable.

- Calm down, master Minato. He is not Masashi - Shiori certainly knew him well, she seemed to have read his mind - Everything is fine. Now we are together again.

He was wearing a full dark brown business suit and red tie. What made him look more threatening was the black patch on his face. Makoto had to cover Sakuya's mouth, as he knew he would make a bad joke.

The man saw them and stopped next to Mitsuru. With an ice-cold stare. It was at that moment that Minato knew who it was about.

- It's good to see you again... - Mitsuru said to the man. Who only grunted before walking away. Leaving Mitsuru staring at his back - Well... This could have ended in a worse way.

- Was that his father? - Yukari asked in surprise

- Dude, that's scary! - Junpei fretted for the whole group - You're not going to make us walk the plank, are you?

- In that case. I'll make sure you'll be the first to walk the plank, your sacrifice won't be in vain. You will be remembered as the virgin hero - Sho had already imagined his funeral.

- Stop being stupid for 5 seconds - Akihiko sighed while scratching his head.

- I see that they are a very diverse group, how did I end up with people with no future like them? - Shiori asked and the rest felt offended.

- Yes, it's the same Shiori I still remember. Hurtful as always, every word that comes out can end up sinking you into misery.

- I like her - said Makoto genuinely happy.

- We won't be here for long, but make yourselves at home - Mitsuru said to the group and then ordered the maids to take everyone to their rooms - And about you... - referring to Shiori

- I asked his father's permission, to spend the day together with my young master. I hope that won't cause any problems in your little group - Shiori answered without letting go of Minato - I have to inform that your mother is not present. She had some business to attend to in Uta. However, she told me that he would inform me to arrange a meeting with the whole team.

- And this is what I was afraid of... - Mitsuru could only brace herself for what was to come - In any case. You are welcome to take a long rest, you deserve it.

- Minato-kun you've told us about yourself, it's an honor to finally meet you - Yukari said, to which Shiori was surprised.

- If they know about me... That means they know...

- It's okay Shiori. I trust them, so I hope you do the same. I'll introduce them all to you in due time - said Minato. It was a relief for Shiori to hear that, her young master just made a big step.

- Great, this is going to be amazing! - Junpei grinned from ear to ear - Hey, do you want to go to the beach, it's right over there! - He pointed towards a window. - Dude, this place rules! Come on, let's go! - He started pulling Minato and Akihiko, who looked annoyed at being pulled.

- Slow down, you idiot! - Minato complained, trying to free his arm.

- Let's go! - Junpei turned to the girls - What do you say? Let's go! Let's go!

- What? Already? We just got here... - Yukari bit her lip as she looked at Mitsuru and then at Junpei's failing puppy dog eyes. Sho felt disappointed in his friend's methods.

- They should have fun - Mitsuru told the group and Junpei looked as if Christmas had come in the summer.

- You heard her. Come on Yuka-tan! - Junpei kept begging.

- All right, all right - Yukari sighed resignedly. Although she was looking forward to going to the beach too.

- I'll see you there! I won't waste a minute! - Junpei ran off, passing the girls through a flight of stairs and disappearing down a hallway.

- But he hasn't even changed, did he fall out of his crib when he was just a baby? That would explain his subnormal behavior - the group was beginning to like Shiori more and more.

- His luggage is still here... - Minato pointed to a maid holding Junpei's bag. A huge bead of sweat was trickling down their heads.

- Do you think he got naked on the way? - Sho asked innocently. The three girls, along with several maidservants, blushed at the thought.

- Why did you have to say that? Now I'm going to have nightmares - complained Yukari.

Their time in Yakushima had begun.

Kirijo private beach, Yakushima - Mid-morning

Walking on the warm white sand, Minato looked up at the sky, while lightly covering his eyes with his arm. Looking at the clear skies and crystal-clear water, his mind began to wander once again, as if recalling an event from the past.

Beside him were Sakuya and Makoto who seemed to share the same thought as him, he felt so relaxed, perhaps, after all. This trip will be worth it, not thinking about Tartarus, not thinking about his past. Just time for himself.

- That's great! - Junpei cheered along with Minato, bringing him back to reality - I put on my sandals... I give my feet a chance to breathe... yes! Summer's here! - Junpei nudged Minato as he smiled. Junpei was sporting a red swimsuit, red sandals and his trusty blue cap.

- Glad to see, you're wearing the shirt I "cost" so much to pick out.

This was Junpei's big idea. Using Minato and Sho's physique to lure hundreds of girls to their feet... How original. With a blue swimsuit as well as sandals. He had on if also, a white open button-down shirt, revealing his entire upper body. But without revealing his back, all in an effort to continue to hide his scars from the public.

- So, it seems... - Minato replied, feigning a smile. He was thankful not to have one of his swords at that moment.

Sho also appeared wearing a red swimsuit with black lines, red sandals and a black shirt. Something that alarmed Junpei

- Sho! Where's the shirt we bought for you?! - Junpei immediately complained

- This feels so good... It's the first time I'm on a beach, it's so relaxing - Sho's comments only made Junpei more annoyed, who felt ignored - Ah yes, actually I'm ignoring you in case you didn't notice it.

- Damn - Akihiko cursed while frowning at the water - Outside there's nothing I can use as a marker... Too bad. I was hoping for a good swim - The silver-haired man frowned as he folded his arms.

- You've got to be kidding Senpai! - Junpei exclaimed, dumbfounded. - We came all the way to the beach, and you're going to train?

- What's wrong with that? - The silver-haired teenager looked offended - Do you have a better idea? - Akihiko probably regretted questioning him when he saw Junpei's predatory grin a moment later.

- You bet I do! - Junpei said proudly. He looked to the side and started smiling again - It's summer at the beach! I have the perfect activity!

- I have a better question, for this situation - Sho interjected - Why does Akihiko-senpai have a thong?

- Thank goodness someone noticed. It was driving me crazy - commented Jack Frost feeling uncomfortable.

Minato followed Junpei's gaze and stopped frozen in place. Yukari approached them slowly, as if embarrassed, with a slight blush on her cheeks. A pair of sunglasses rested on her hair. She had forgotten about her choker, leaving her smooth neck free to the world. True, Minato had seen her without it on Shirakawa Boulevard, but circumstances had not allowed him to focus on her. He doesn't really look at her neck much either.

- Now I can die in peace - Orpheus was satisfied and the day was just beginning.

- Does that mean I can kill you? - Makoto asked making his scythe appear. To which Orpheus became alarmed

Yukari was covered in a cute pink bikini top with blue straps. For Yukari's bikini bottom, she had extremely risqué jean shorts. Finishing off with some gray sandals. Now Minato managed to understand more perfectly why she was so desired by many in high school. Rather, who would be willing to kill him just to be in her place?

- Enjoying the show, friend? - Junpei whispered and Minato looked away. - Hehehe...

- ... W-what? - Yukari stuttered as she stopped in front of all the boys. She thought one of the girls was already here.

- Say hello to contestant number 1! - Junpei exclaimed as he started walking around Yukari - Takeba Yukari! - Junpei greeted her with one hand, while holding the other next to his mouth, imitating a TV host

- As you can see, she's chosen a bold design! Quite unexpected! - He emphasized each syllable - It takes a lot of confidence to wear a swimsuit like that! Who do you want to surprise?! - Minato now wanted Makoto to hit Junpei for his part.

Yukari clenched her fists as Akihiko slapped his forehead, the matter of his thong forgotten. Minato averted his gaze, scratching his neck, but kept throwing sidelong glances at the brunet. While Sho was playing with a crab he had spotted.

- Stupei... - Yukari said through her teeth.

Before Yukari could slap Junpei, the pseudo-TV host's attention was focused on Fuuka who was approaching. The lower girl looks like a green bikini gesture. The top of her bikini, though it covered just above her navel, clearly showed off Fuuka's figure which, though not as slender as Yukari's, was something none of the boys expected.

- Does this refer to when called are the most dangerous? - Sakuya wonder, to what Makoto is left in shock.

- Where did you learn that? - Makoto asked sternly. To which Sakuya pointed at the presenter... Minato was thankful that Makoto didn't think of controlling his body at that moment.

- Ummm... Is it for someone who has taken? - Fuuka asked as long as it stops next to the group. Junpei immediately began to walk around.

- Next up is contestant number 2! - Junpei started working again. - Yamagishi Fuuka! - He greeted and ignored Yukari's gaze. Fuuka looked around nervously - Wow... Fuuka... I had no idea you were so... I mean, you should wear a swimsuit more often! - She grinned stupidly.

Fuuka gasped and, blushing madly, hid behind Yukari. Sho secretly could understand Junpei's statement. He would never have suspected Fuuka's bust to be of such a size.

- Ah, come on, there's nothing to be ashamed of! - Junpei laughed

- Stop that creepy laughter, you pervert! - Yukari threw her towel in Junpei's face, who just kept laughing.

Sho was shouting behind them, when the crab with your pincers grabbed Sho's thumb. Everyone was ignoring them at the moment, and that was what he got for being too curious.

Looking behind Yukari, Junpei ran past her and stopped next to Mitsuru who was approaching. She was wearing an elegant silver string bikini, with a rose tied to one of her strings. She, like Fuuka, wore a wrap-around skirt over her waist, but unlike Fuuka's, which only went up to her thigh, Mitsuru's skirt covered all the way to her knees, with a small slit showing off one of her long, slender legs.

Minato could sum up her appearance in one word. Splendid. Minato's eyes contracted when he saw high-heeled shoes on her feet...in the sand?

- Really? High heels on the beach? I know you're from an important family, but this already surpasses anything genuine in the universe...

- ... Hmmm? Is something wrong...? - questioned Mitsuru

- Wow... Senpai... you're beautiful... - Fuuka exclaimed, approaching Mitsuru and forgetting her own shyness.

- Yes... your skin is flawless! - exclaimed Yukari, approaching and forgetting her earlier awkwardness. - Have you put on sunscreen yet? -

- Uh... N-no... not yet... - The redhead's cheeks flushed. Fuuka and Yukari surrounded her and took her away, with the excuse of putting on sunscreen away from the men's eyes, much to Junpei's disappointment.

- And where was that resentment from so many days ago? I wish it were like that with our dilemma, don't you think?

- I doubt it very much. If you manage to recover your memories, you'll understand everything in a better way - Makoto scratched the back of his head at how difficult the situation was going to be.

As Minato placed several towels under an umbrella, Junpei approached him and sat down next to him. - So, buddy... Did you enjoy the show? - He smiled.

- I don't know what you're talking about... - Minato was confused

- Like I believe that friend, I even arranged this little show for you! - Junpei patted Minato's back - I saw you looking at Yuka-tan - he whispered and started laughing. It seemed that Yukari's punch wasn't enough to calm him down.

- You're a total killjoy - Junpei sighed at how stubborn Arisato was -Then at least answer me this question, which one of them is your type?

Minato looked at each of the girls. But always his gaze, was focused on Yukari. He was starting to watch her more and more often... Was it because they had become so close?

- Orpheus, what does love mean to you?

- To love, it is the greatest act of human courage. Love supposes a great surrender, but without losing one's identity. It is sharing, learning, discovering... Without realizing it, you want that person to be with you for the rest of your life, accepting both your virtues and defects. That person becomes your world...

- How is it that someone as perverted as you can say such beautiful things? - Hua Po asked, while wiping away her tears. Orpheus' words made her feel moved.

- I don't know whether to be offended or flattered.

- It's a waste of time with you. I know you'll never tell me an answer - Junpei sighed resignedly.

- Yukari... - Junpei arched an eyebrow at Minato's words - A girl like Yukari would be my type. That's all you're going to get from me, okay?

Junpei jumped for joy towards Minato. He had achieved a great victory today; this was certainly a good start. For this alone, Junpei was going to go to mass, to thank God.

- Dude, this is great! - Junpei began to fidget like a child again - It's like I'm in heaven! How about swimming now, let's charge! - He ran into the water

Just when Junpei was in the water, enjoying himself like a swan. Yukari and Fuuka had returned

- I think it's time for us to go in too - Akihiko also got ready to go in - You'd better get ready Junpei! I haven't forgotten about the morning!

- About the morning? - Fuuka asked confused

- Hehe... It's a long story... - Minato was thankful that he only had something against the two of them and not against him - Shall we go in?

- Why not? - Yukari said as she started walking towards the water as well, before abruptly hurrying - You look great without your headphones. You should have followed more often

Fuuka had only just noticed that detail. Complete amazement adorned her face, glowing like an angel. This time Makoto took care to cover his eyes. Minato just laughed, he managed to notice the sarcasm, so he was going to play dirty too.

- You know. You look pretty cute too... - Although it seems that his mouth spoke before his brain, because he hadn't planned to call her that cute, he just wanted to say that she looked good.

He managed to make her more nervous, when he walked over to her, grabbing her sunglasses. Trying them on the spot

- Do you think I look better in these?

He had no reason to. That only added to their charm, that both girls wanted to look away from the embarrassment. The shirt Junpei had picked out was having an effect on them. Yukari didn't think he was in such a good shape, she felt her face was burning and Fuuka was cursing herself for not having a camera with her at that moment.

- If you wish I can take a picture of them - everyone was startled by Shiori's sudden appearance. Even Makoto and Sakuya

Shiori was dressed in a black beach dress that came down to her heels. Just like Yukari, she had a sunglass on the top of her head, and a golden chain adorning her neck. All this combination made the color of her hair stand out more. Now that the girls had a better look at her, she was a very beautiful adult woman.

- Minato, I'm envious of you - Sho had recovered from the crab attack. Now he was just jealous of his friend, knowing that this woman took care of him for quite a while. Minato just shrugged his shoulders - Well, what are we waiting for that picture?!

Only the four boys got into position for Shiori to take a picture of them for the memory. Sho was next to Fuuka, while Minato was next to Yukari. Shiori protested that his young master should not take any action. To which Arisato asked permission to put his hand on the waist of the archer. Takeba just laughed at how chivalrous he could be, only warning her not to touch any inappropriate places.

Causing heart attacks for Orpheus, while Pale Rider was considering taking his soul and also Pharos, as he felt jealous that he could not leave. Once the picture was taken. Makoto and Sakuya gave the photo a thumbs up by letting Minato know, though Shiori could show it to him first...

- Well, is there a rite of passage before entering the water? - Sho asked innocently. To which Minato had a great idea in his head, that he couldn't help but hide his laughter.

Akihiko was beginning how he could do a training routine, considering how little chance he had. Maybe swimming from one end to the other would help, he heard screams coming from above. By the time he realized Sho's body had fallen on top of him, causing a large amount of water to splash from the impact.

Now it was time for the rest to enter the cold, salty water. Makoto and Sakuya were doing their best to hold in the laughter.

- Junpei-kun, stop splashing me! - Fuuka shouted. Junpei laughed gleefully as he continued to splash Fuuka.

- Ah, come on, don't be like that, no one can resist splashing girls on the beach! - The boy grinned as he splashed Yukari, and Minato, by proxy, next.

- You! H-hey! You're going to pay for that! - Yukari threw as much water as she could at Junpei, but he only laughed in response.

Minato joined Yukari in her revenge against Junpei and also started throwing water at him. Fuuka joined them almost immediately and with the power of the three of them, they soon overwhelmed him, causing Junpei to fall backwards, laughing loudly.

- Thank you, Senpai! THANK YOU SO MUCH! I could die now with no regrets! - Junpei shouted, laughing merrily. Soon Yukari, Fuuka and Minato joined him in laughter. Mitsuru, who had stayed under the shade of the umbrella, smiled at them.

Something made Junpei fly, as something emerged from the bottom of the sea. But it was only Sho, who had joined in the fun.

- Had you been diving all this time? - Minato asked, feeling a drop go down his head.

- Indeed... isn't that normal? - Sho made a poker face as he realized it wasn't normal at all. He looked at Junpei who was on his back trying to stand up - What do you say leader, an all-out attack?

Yukari couldn't help but smile completely at the idea.

- It's time for an all-out attack! - Minato gave the order that even Akihiko joined in. Junpei who was just recovering, saw that everyone was watching against him. This pain was certainly going to be felt all week...

Minato had forgotten how good it felt to forget about all his responsibilities for just one day. Before he knew it, he was back to being a kid. He was smiling from ear to ear, enjoying his life... A scene that was captured by everyone

After several activities between all of them, including volleyball where they managed to convince Mitsuru to join them. For a moment, she too was able to relax and forget all her responsibilities. They were all teenagers after all, with a lot of responsibility, which did not allow them to live according to their age. Minato was the great example of all this

Minato was now standing next to Shiori who was preparing various condiments to make a seafood grill for the group. Despite Arisato's protests, she was not going to take no for an answer.

So, Minato also opted to help her cook. When everyone found out about this, they were sitting around his, patiently waiting for the food to be ready. It seems that this was Minato's effect on the food, even Mitsuru was in the distance waiting for the food to be ready.

- I think the question is stupid... But, are you now aware of the supernatural around us? - Minato knew that now she was aware of the Dark Hour. Working with the Kirijo Group, led to that.

- It is just as you say my young master. I know the existence about the Dark Hour and the Tartarus. It was hard to process it, especially when I always thought they were just terrible nightmares - Shiori couldn't be more wrong.

There were nights when Minato's screams managed to wake her up, every time he came to her aid. He mentioned about the curse he had, how he was terrified every day to be in solitude, in what he considered hell.

- I should apologize for not believing his at the time - despite the time that had passed. She still treated him as the child she was always supposed to save. She even thought of him as a son, what a single mother she was.

- It's enough for me to see you again Shiori. Although of course, I never thought we would end up in these circumstances - Minato sighed while scratching his head.

- That's for me to say - Shiori let out small giggles - My young master. He can become the savior of the world, yes, I am very lucky to serve someone like that.

- You have our approval! - The whole cast of Personas approved of Shiori's comments.

Shiori was preparing the seafood barbecue for the whole group. The smells were captivating Sakuya. Even his drool was drooling from how hungry he was.

It's a pity it's a form of ghost, how I wish I could taste all those delicacies.

The sound of an engine caught both of their attention. It turned out to be a jet ski that was attached to what appeared to be a round inflatable boat. It had several handles.

- What is that thing? - Sho asked, curious, it was the first time he had seen something like that.

- It's a banana boat, it's an activity where several people sit in that boat and hold on to those handles. While the one who drives, does it at high speed, with the purpose of making the others fall; the last one left in the boat is the winner - explained Shiori in detail.

Everyone now understood where Minato's detailed explanations were coming from. He was a combination of Shiori and Hiroshi.

- But I understood that the design looked like a banana - said Minato to which Shiori confirmed.

- It is just as you say. The design you mentioned is very popular in continents like Europe or America - Shiori clarified - As you can see, there are also models like that.

The smells of the food were beginning to captivate the rest. After all the activities they had been doing, this was definitely going to be the best.

- I forgot to tell you, but because we do not have the presence of one more of you. You will have to share a room - Shiori's news was like a bucket of cold water for everyone - It is clear to say that this is not the case of Miss Kirijo.

All their gazes of the boys fell on her. Making her feel uncomfortable, because of how they were judging her for her privilege.

- I don't intend to let my young master go through a situation like that either. So, before he arrived, I had his room ready for him.

- I guess you must feel very happy, right Minato? - Junpei said in a harsh voice, feeling envious.

- Do you think it's possible for such a cruel act? - Minato couldn't hide his smirk.

- At this point, does that mean we're going to be sharing a room with one of the girls? - Sho's eyes lit up at such a possibility.

- No - Shiori was an expert at dashing the hopes of every individual she met - It's clear, ethically. I won't allow boys to share rooms with girls, I don't want to be responsible for juvenile pregnancies.

- That means... That, out of the three of you. Two will have to sleep together - Fuuka pointed out the obvious situation of the rest of the boys.

Junpei, Akihiko and Sho exchanged glances. Something inside them was starting to flare up and not in the other direction. And that was the desire to tear each other apart to get that coveted room.

For Akihiko and Sho were clear about it, neither of them wanted to share a room with Junpei! Neither of them wanted to imagine what it would be like to share a room with him. They had to get their way no matter what. It was at that moment that Sho had the best idea of his life so far.

- Let's see - Sho put his arm over Junpei's shoulder - What do you say we decide who sleeps in the lonely room with the banana boat? The first one to fall in the water loses

- How?! - Junpei wasn't sure whether to accept that proposal.

- Of course, if it scares you, we don't have to do it - Sho emphasized those words with all the venom he could convey. Seeing his friend's reactions, it seemed he had hit the nail on the head.

- You wanted it! - Both friends, now rivals. They clashed their foreheads while clenching their dentures, each with their murderous look - Perfect! Let's hit him!

Akihiko had in mind a swimming competition to decide who was going to get the room. But seeing the intentions of his two friends, he knows it won't take any effort at all.

They were on top of the banana boat, with Akihiko in the middle of both of them who only looked at each other with murderous intentions. Each one wearing a life jacket. From the moment they were on board, they knew that, if they wanted victory, they had to play dirty.

- By the way, do people fall off the boat very often? - Akihiko asked curiously.

- It doesn't happen very often - answered the owner of the boat. He was on a jet ski, while the boat was tied to it. After all, this was the fun.

- So, we won't be able to decide who wins - Junpei intentionally mocked Sho's choice.

- Well... It's okay, let's enjoy the sea sports for a bit - Sho wasn't going to let his teasing get to him. He had a secret plan with him he could ensure victory.

The three boys at the owner's warning, held the handles. But Sho and Junpei noticed something strange about theirs, they seemed more slippery than usual.

When they both checked the palm of their hands, they realized that the grips actually had suntan lotion on them. That's when they understood, both friends had the same plan to annoy the other one.

- Bastard! - they both shouted at the same time

- You're a disgrace! - Sho complained to him

- How could you stoop so low?! - they were both being hypocrites

- But they both did the same thing - Akihiko was considering whether to be friends with them.

- Here we go! - before they could continue their argument to see who was the more hypocritical of the two. The owner began to accelerate the bike, starting to hit for the three.

The shouts of Junpei and Sho could be heard all the way. While Akihiko was in total calm enjoying the trip.

- What's the matter Junpei, you look a little tense?! - Sho laughed despite the wind whipping his face

- I'll say the same! Have you already done it on top of the scared? - Junpei was scowling, undeterred - You want to see how I'm holding on with one hand?

- Very good! - Sho accepted the challenge, even though it could lead to him losing.

- I'm going to speed up! - the screams intensified as the speed immediately increased.

- How envious, they are enjoying their youth - Shiori commented nostalgically.

To her eyes, she saw the group of three friends smiling at each other. Enjoying the wonderful moment, they were sharing, strengthening the friendship.

But the reality was that Akihiko was with a poker face, while the other two were with their arms raised, shouting as only they could do.

- I can do it, if I use my feet, I can do it! - Sho was mentally encouraging himself. He was using the soles of his feet to apply pressure against the texture of the boat. It was the only thing that allowed him to still be there.

There was always the option of grabbing the handle and making it easier. But pride wouldn't allow it, for him, it meant stooping so low. Using the suntan lotion as a trap did not fall into that category to clarify.

He noticed that Junpei was also using the soles of his feet to support himself, he knew he had to do something at that moment! Pulling out the bronzer he had hidden, he was going to use his dirtiest trick.

- Look! It's the idol Rise Kujikawa!

- Look! A porn actress!

- What?! - they both had the same idea once again. Turning their heads to the direction they each provided, but not before. Spilling all the suntan lotion against each other.

- Huh? - As it was so fast, their gazes crossed when they were in the sky. Neither of them was in the boat anymore.

Their bodies were stranded in the middle of the ocean, they looked like corpses that had been thrown into the sea to be eaten by sharks. But that was not the worst for them. Now they had to live with the fact that they were going to share a room together.

- Guess I win - Akihiko didn't even try.

Yakushima - Kirijo vacation home, evening

Mitsuru was outside his father's office, after dinner. She knew this little conversation was going to happen sooner or later, but she preferred to do this alone, rather than with everyone else watching.

She snapped back to reality when she heard footsteps approaching. Looking down the hallway, she saw his father walking toward her.

- It's been a while. I'm glad you're in good health - Mitsuru greeted the man. She wanted to hug him, but hesitated.

- Still don't think I've forgotten what happened that day Mitsuru - a statement that didn't surprise the redhead at all - Our guests are dorm residents, I guess - Takeharu questioned Mitsuru, who nodded.

- Sorry for bringing such a crowd... - The redhead lowered her head.

Takeharu opened his office door before addressing her daughter again

- Why did you hide it for so long?

- I... I wasn't trying to hide it... - Mitsuru averted her gaze, reluctant to look his father in the eye - Father... I must apologize for my behavior during that operation. Pride negated my judgment and I almost ended the lives of my comrades.

Mitsuru bowed as a form of apology. Walking towards the girl, Takeharu placed his hands on Mitsuru's shoulders, slapping her in the process, causing the girl to look at him in puzzlement.

- I've told you before! None of it's your fault!

- But... - Mitsuru was about to protest, but his father interrupted her.

- Two in harmony surpasses one in perfection. That has been our guiding principle since the Kirijo Group separated from the Nanjo Group. You must learn to trust others, Mitsuru. There are things in this world that cannot be achieved alone, no matter how many sacrifices you make! - Said the man, lifting Mitsuru's chin.

- Yes Father... - sighed Mitsuru. No matter how many years passed, his father always managed to make her feel like a child. However, despite all her previous nervousness, she couldn't help but feel the man's love for her.

- Don't think you'll get a punishment though... At least not from me, but that will change with your mom. Now I understand why they say I spoil you a lot - Mitsuru knew what his father was referring to.

- I also had a report that you accessed our database - The man gave Mitsuru a small look.

- I... I'm... sorry... I... - The redhead started rubbing her arms.

- You should have asked - Takeharu surprised her - You didn't need to go in secret. I would have given you all the Data you wanted - he scolded her - Bring them here. All of them.

- Father? - questioned the confused girl.

- I had no intention of hiding the truth from you to them. When Ikutsuki informed me where they came from, I made some preparations to reveal everything - The leader of the Kirijo Group turned around - There is a girl named Takeba in your group, right? - Mitsuru nodded, confused - For her to awaken to her power... it must be fate - he whispered to himself, but Mitsuru managed to catch him.

He walked into his office, leaving behind a very confused Mitsuru.

- What's this all about? - Mitsuru flinched at Minato's voice. He seemed to have heard the whole conversation

- I have no idea... I didn't know this was programmed I swear - Mitsuru explained. Minato didn't sense any bad intentions in it.

- Does it hurt? - Minato asked referring to the slap his father gave her. To which Mitsuru could only laugh

- Don't worry about me... I deserved it after all... Arisato, I have a bad feeling…

- Believe me, you're not the only one who feels that way... Have you talked to your father about Amano?

- That's what I wanted to talk about, that's why I came to his office. But I guess you'll have to wait, I'll take care of calling the rest, until then you can come in.

As he entered the office, he was greeted by Takeharu's intimidating gaze. Although, to tell the truth, with everything he had experienced, the only being with an intimidating look was the Reaper.

- You must be Arisato - Takeharu offered his hand - It's nice to finally meet you. I appreciate what you have done for the team and my daughter.

- I was just doing my duty as a leader - Minato accepted Takeharu's gesture - I know it's sudden, but... are you sure you will tell us the whole truth?

- Yes... Lies and secrets are what destroy a team from its roots. I'm sure you'll come to understand that. But I can't be sure that after tonight, you'll want to know something about our family and I'll understand...

Sakuya noticed that Makoto was quieter than usual. The dark emo of the first days was back.

- What's the matter? You have to be more optimistic - Sakuya reproached him.

- Nanjo... - Makoto only said. A surname that managed to put him in a bad mood - I hope I'll never see you again, you smug bastard...

Yakushima - Kirijo Takeharu's office, evening

The rest of the teens followed Mitsuru into his father's office. The older man directed them to sit on the couches in front of his desk. Minato sat next to Junpei, who was still gawking around the room. Yukari, who sat next to Fuuka, kept glancing nervously at the Kirijo Leader. Mitsuru, still confused by the request, sat on the last couch next to Akihiko, who had greeted the adult when they entered. Sho opted to stand.

Takeharu, from his desk, looked at the girls who had sat to his right. His eye remained fixed on Yukari for a while, as if he was remembering. Feeling as if someone was watching him. Coughing into his fist, to get their attention, the man spoke.

- Then I understand that Mitsuru has already given you the short version - Receiving nods in response, Takeharu stood up.

- Well, it's true. We adults are to blame. If I could have atoned with my life, I would have. Now I have no choice but to trust you - He let out a massive sigh. - What my father wanted to create with the power of those monsters... was a time manipulation device?

- So those reports about time and space manipulation... was that your goal? - Mitsuru questioned his father.

- Imagine if you could control the flow of time... eliminate unwanted events before they occur. With such a device, you could shape the world to your liking? - explained the man to the astonished group of teenagers.

- I'm not liking this at all - Minato stared at what Makoto was saying - There was an obnoxious guy who tried to do the same thing. We had the pleasure of meeting him

Fuuka looked at his friends, nervous. Lucia's power, though not as strong outside of the Dark Hour, still allowed her to sense the unease his friends began to emanate.

- However - Takeharu's voice brought the group out of their thoughts. - ... ...under my father's direction, the research began to deviate from its original goal... In his later years, he seemed to have only nihilism in his heart... Come to think of it, his madness may have resulted from his struggle to free himself from that.

- It is natural for you to want to know the truth... and it is my duty to tell you… - Shiori bypassed a controller and pressed a button. The lights went out as a screen behind Mitsuru and Akihiko, who were looking over their shoulders, came on.

- This is the only footage of the accident? - Takeharu told them and the group gawked at him. - ... it was recorded by a scientist who was at the site.

- I pray that this recording gets into good hands... - A voice began to speak. Both Makoto and Sakuya opened their eyes wide, it seemed like they recognized the voice right away

- That voice! - Yukari whispered. Minato felt that this wasn't going to end well, it seemed like their vacation was over since they entered this office

- My employer has become obsessed with a disgusting idea. This experiment should never have been conceived... I am afraid that what I have done will result in an unprecedented disaster... But if I had not done it, the whole world would have paid the price... - The voice continued narrating off-screen. The scenes showed a blazing fire in a laboratory that was being assaulted by the Shadows

He didn't know if Minato was the only one able to see him on the recording. But in all that explosion he managed to make out Magician, Priestess, Emperor and Empress looking like they wanted to avoid something. Their faces of desperation only managed to show that.

- The whole world?! - Fuuka covered her mouth in shock.

- Please listen carefully... The Shadows that accumulated here have dispersed as a result of the explosion. To end this nightmare, you must eliminate them all! I am to blame for this. I knew the risks, but was blinded by the promise of success... And so, I didn't object... It's all my fault... - The camera panned, showing the face of the scientist speaking. He had tired eyes and short, brown hair.

But it also showed Emperor turning toward the scientist, before the recording ended.

- This must be a damn joke - Minato always wanted to find the one responsible for all this... But now that he knew, he didn't know how to act

Startled, Yukari stood up, startling the group. A lone tear rolled down her cheek as her words surprised the teenagers

- Dad...

- You mean! Was that it? - Sho gawked at Yukari. Even though they didn't talk much, Sho didn't want to imagine what the archer was going through at that moment

Minato stood up and walked over to Yukari and placed a comforting hand on her shoulder, but the girl didn't seem to acknowledge him as she continued to watch her father's face on the screen, until the video recording ended.

- Father? - Mitsuru questioned his own father.

- His name was Takeba Eiichiro... he was the Chief Investigator at the time, and a very talented man. But we are the ones responsible. We pushed him to continue the investigation. The Kirijo Group is to blame for his death - Takeharu covered his eye.

- So... that means... - Between small sobs, Yukari looked at Takeharu. Which only made him feel more miserable - My dad caused everything? The Dark Hour...? Tartarus...? The people who died in that incident...? Was it all his fault? - Finally noticing Minato's hand, he slapped it away, as if it was burned, stunning Minato.

- Hey... are you okay? - Akihiko stood up, worried. By now, all the teenagers had also stood up, looking at Yukari.

Mitsuru saw Yukari's face contort in anger. The look she was giving her was something she had never expected to see on Yukari's face, despite their differences. Being the target was disconcerting.

- So... that's why you were hiding this...? - Yukari accused her - Because you felt sorry for me? Is that it?

- No! Takeba, I...! - Mitsuru tried to defend herself. She hadn't been aware of any of this. Minato was also trying to explain it to her, but the words just wouldn't come out.

- I don't want your mercy! - Yukari shouted at the top of her lungs before running out, slamming the door shut.

- Shiori! Play the last part of the video again! - Minato ordered. Shiori his orders, not understanding what he wanted to see - Do you see anyone else in there?

Minato's question made everyone confused. Silence was the answer Minato needed, there was no doubt either. That was the Shadow of their Emperor, but why was he appearing at that moment?

Minato knew him better than anyone else. If he was there, it meant he was trying to avoid something, he seemed to want to help Eiichiro.

- Takeharu-san, with all due respect to you... I don't believe a damn thing about this video! - Minato refuted, to which Takeharu silently agreed - I have to go after her.

- Don't you think it would be better if a girl went after her, like Fuuka? - Junpei suggested

Minato just shot a look with all the anger and helplessness he felt at that moment, making Junpei uncomfortable.

- I won't let her end up like me! - with these last words. Minato ran after her. While the rest were silent

- It turns out that all this time, they have been on the opposite side. I have to be sure; their heads are in a big explosion right now - Pharos commented to Makoto and Sakuya who were staring at the wall.

- Watch your words, you fucking bastard of death - this time the threat came from the innocent Sakuya. His right eye had changed color to a violet that burned with intensity.

- He's not responsible - Makoto commented without looking at him.

- How can they be so sure? The evidence is more than clear - Pharos did not understand the reasoning of both ghosts.

- Because... We knew Eiichiro Takeba.

Yakushima Beach - Night, few minutes to Dark Hour

- Damn it! - only one thing prevailed in his mind. It was to find her; it was his priority! He promised himself, he would not leave her alone.

The one who supported him in his moments where it seemed that the world was going to be able to fight him. She risked her life to save him, she wasn't going to let it all end for her tonight!

Her whole world had just been destroyed, the hopes that prevailed in her died in that room... No! This was no time to think about that, he had to see her. If she was safe and sound.

His lungs were begging for oxygen, his legs were begging for rest. None of that mattered now. He had no idea how far he had traveled just to find her

- Come on Yukari... Where are you? - Minato wondered wearily. It was as if history with him, was repeating itself with her, how much more do the people she loves have to suffer?

- Minato, keep going. I can feel her, she's close - Sakuya's news, only managed to draw more energy from Arisato.

He didn't want to see her cry, he didn't want to see her sad, he just wants to see that smile she always gives him when they play their pranks. When she let him know that he is not a monster, that his past does not define who he really is. All the way he has come, she has a great relevance... He wants to get to know everything about her, and that's why... He will prevent her from ending up like him.

I manage to hear sobs in the distance. The footsteps in the sand only followed in one direction... There was no doubt it was her. Now that he had finally found her, his heart was pumping too fast because of how nervous he felt.

- What can I tell her? - Minato asked himself. This was a moment where he had to think carefully about his words.

One thing misunderstood; it could end the relationship they had built... It made no sense to think about that possibility. She needed help, and he would be there for as long as he could.

- ... I need you to let me do this alone.

Makoto and Sakuya appeared, the trio looked at each other, not saying a word. But as much as Makoto and Sakuya knew that they didn't have to interfere with this, they could only wish his luck for everything to go well.

His Personas also didn't protest at his request, silently accepting their master's order. Snapping their fingers to make sure, and that they have the privacy they need. Makoto and Sakuya nodded, staying in that place, watching as Minato walked towards the course both users chose.

- Don't think I'll let you go Pharos - Makoto wielding his scythe on Pharos's neck, to prevent him from following Minato - This is between him and her. I won't let you interfere

- You're such a killjoy Makoto, doesn't everything I've done for you guys' count? - Pharos was both frustrated and angry - You want to provoke me to anger?

- I don't care about your threats. I don't care if I have to fight the God of Death, but I won't let you interfere in this - Makoto's right eye, glowing crimson red, capable of sending you to hell - You can Minato. You know what you have to do

Minato feared the worst-case scenario. When he finally caught sight of her figure, he sighed in relief, but at the same time, he felt a great pressure in his chest as he observed her state. Yukari staring sadly at the moon, while her tears were falling.

He walked slowly towards the archer. Yukari seemed to have noticed his presence, but did not flee, she stood still in place, allowing the tears to continue to fall. Minato cursed himself for not having a handkerchief right now, so he could wipe away his tears.

- I believed in him for so long... - Yukari began to speak without Minato asking her to. Arisato just listened silently - Do you remember what I told you in the hospital? How my dad died when I was little? - she looked at Minato who nodded in response without daring to look at her.

- Now you understand, don't you? He died in that accident... No one knew the truth, so there were all kinds of rumors... People were really obnoxious to my mom and me. We had to move several times

- That must have been hard... - Minato couldn't find the words to comfort her. He could only stay like this, listening to her in silence. To let her know that he would not leave.

- All this time, I was convincing myself, that he wasn't to blame - Yukari sighed - I loved him so much, and I believed that he would never do anything wrong... - she felt the tears starting to fall again. All this, it was just too much...

- I received a letter from him in the spring, written ten years ago. It broke me, even though it said "To my family", it was almost all about me - Yukari allowed a small wry laugh - It just made me believe in him more... When I found out I had this special power, I thought it was fate. I was afraid, but I thought that, if I cooperated with the Kirijo Group, I could find out the whole truth. That's why I agreed to fight, but it was all in vain...

- That's not true - Minato looked sadly at Takeba.

- You're just trying to make me feel better - Yukari chuckled at Arisato's attempts. She appreciated the gesture, but it wasn't the time - Why does reality have to be so hard? I tried so hard to fight my fears, and this is what I get... Maybe, I'm just jealous of Kirijo-senpai. I mean, why my father and not him of her? ... I'm a horrible person, right?

- No, you're not ... You are different Yukari... - said Minato, standing in front of her. But Yukari seemed to glare at him.

- Hmph... Well, aren't you Mr. Perfect? - Yukari spat out those words with all the rage she contained - Nothing baffles you! And now you have the nerve to tell me how to feel?! You think you know me?! You don't know anything about me!

Immediately she regrets what she has said. She has gotten to know all the pain he has had to carry... Why would her mouth have to be so quick to snap and snarl, when all he has been doing is listening to her and comforting her? Isn't it enough to send him into some panic attacks and flashback episodes, reminding him of his own traumas?

Now she was dying of embarrassment, crawling to the tip of her tongue. If she had something sharp to hurt herself and make herself feel better, she would do it...

- I'm sorry, I...

- It's okay. I know - Minato just shakes his head - I know I'm hard to deal with. I'm surprised they've stuck with me for so long. They certainly deserve a prize - despite having lashed out at him, he just laughs...

- ...I'm afraid Minato - she finally admits it, and to herself. Her voice cracks and her tears come out, but she didn't care anymore that he saw all that. She couldn't stand it anymore - I'm scared and I don't know what to do!

Minato doesn't know what he should say, if anything. All he could do was watch her body languages, as her shoulders hunched slightly, as if curling in on herself. Even if she seems cold and indifferent, deep down she is afraid and alone.

- It's okay to be afraid... - he finally says, pulling her out of her own helplessness. She watches as he keeps his eyes on hers. After a moment, he walks a little closer, his eyes aware of her movements. She doesn't move, so he comes face to face with her - Most of the time I spend scared... I'm afraid I'll get to some point where I can't be myself...

With his eyes looking down again. He chews on the inside of his mouth before continuing to speak, much calmer now

- Even though this silly, beautiful life can be oppressive, I'll keep fighting again and again

- Is that so? You really are one of a kind Minato-kun - Yukari laughs a little at how spontaneous he is - What does all that have to do with me?

- It can't start without you... - Before he knew it. He was already opening his arms slightly - I'll shout it out as many times as it takes. I am sure, that your future will be as bright as the stars in the sky...

Yukari just blinks at the gesture... Was he really offering her a hug? How many times did she not observe how he was reluctant to reciprocate them because of his traumas? Even after she hurt him... When she needs him the most, he's offering her a hug.

She walks closer, unsure, before stopping a few inches from his chest. After a moment's hesitation, she leans in and puts her arms around him, pressing her ear against his chest, listening to his heart beating... Before they both realize it, they are hugging under the moonlight

- Minato-kun I...

- Just... don't talk - he murmurs, holding her tighter.

He runs his fingers through her soft hair, lightly stroking her head. He feels her sigh against him as she moves her head, to rest her face against the hollow of his neck, and finds that she doesn't really care. She's warm, she's trembling slightly, she's alone, and she's afraid.

- I used to think I was alone in this wet world... You are not alone... No matter what others say about you, fuck them! I'll never leave your side, I'll be here... I'll be here whenever you need it, Yukari.

Minato will never let this ever happen again. And she allows herself to cry, without the fear of being judged.

- Thank you...! Really, thank you so much! - she intensifies her grip. Allowing herself to release all the tears she's been holding back. Knowing that Minato was always going to be there for her, the only witness to this... The moon...

When she pulls back a little to watch him, the smile on his face is more noticeable, gentler and more genuine.

- You really, really are one of a kind... Can we keep it up a little longer like this? - Minato nodded as he kept smiling at her, gently wiping away her tears with his thumb. A faint blush, hidden by the darkness of the night, passed over Takeba's cheeks.

They both found that they could not look away from each other. Minato was starting to feel a little embarrassed, that he wanted to look away, but Yukari stopped him. Both fools had their faces red as a tomato.

- Thank you for everything - Yukari thanked, to which Minato nodded.

- ...No matter where or when, I'll always be there for you. Don't think you'll get rid of me so easily - Minato couldn't believe how a woman could have changed him so much.

No doubt, women are something to be feared.

- Hey! - Junpei's voice reached the teenagers, who turned away from each other immediately. Each embarrassed in their own way. Yukari felt her face red, while Minato was still embarrassed, but it didn't show as much.

Junpei stopped in front of the couple, gasping for air, hands on his knees.

- What's taking them so long? Everyone's worried... - Junpei gasped again - The Dark Hour, it's about to begin.

- I think the most important thing at this point was to know, how did you get here so fast? I hope you didn't see anything

- Oh, that's right, I had forgotten - said Yukari nervously. Who looked at Minato again, but Minato also did the same. The moment their gazes crossed again; they both turned their heads quickly.

- Ummm... Did I miss something? - Junpei asked, arching his left eyebrow. To which Minato, motioned him not to say anything stupid.

- Geez, Orpheus was right. He really always shows up when he's not called - Sakuya sighed in the distance, seeing how it all ended.

- Let's look at the bright side of things, at least everything ended well - Sakuya nodded at Makoto's idea. But something in the boy's look changed suddenly, something that Makoto noticed - What's wrong?

- There's someone there - Sakuya pointed between the trees. As soon as Sakuya pointed to the place, Makoto immediately went to inspect it, but he couldn't find anything.

He decided to look around a bit, but he couldn't find anything. Which seemed strange to him, Makoto didn't doubt Sakuya's ability, so it was very unlikely that he was wrong. This was not pleasing Makoto at all.

- Please don't sound the siren of some tragedy - he said to himself, remembering how everything was. This will be another matter they will have to deal with some other time.

- You know - Yukari looked at both boys - I've been thinking... once you awaken the power of Persona... you remember everything that happens during the Dark Hour. So, it's trading your innocence for power, you can no longer look away from things that you couldn't see.

How ironic things seemed to be at the moment. Takeba was talking like Makoto at that moment, innocence in exchange for power. The Persona's power, it's not a gift, it's a curse... A curse that they can use it for the good of humanity.

- That would be the general idea, I guess - Junpei just shrugged - Can we go back now?

Yukari nodded to Junpei's relief, who was the first to retreat.

- Ready to go back? - Minato offered his hand to the archer. Makoto and Sakuya returned to his side, without saying a word.

- I'm not fragile - Takeba affirms, forcing her fingers open with his, before pressing her palm against his, intertwining their fingers. She had already lost the times of how many times she has turned red in a single night.

- I promise I won't leave - he says, his hands tightening around hers. She looks at his, and he's giving her a kind smile that makes her heart leap with joy.

Makoto and Sakuya had gone ahead on the road as well. Without first giving Arisato a thumbs up. From Sakuya it would be normal, but it was weird to see Makoto like that. Minato and Yukari also continued on their way still holding hands.

- What is the right answer of life ... I only have one life, in this rotten fate, struggling to achieve something. I will definitely reach the end of this road, until my last dream comes true. I'll be praying for myself... and for you Yukari.

- Minato-kun - Yukari called his attention - I'm going to believe in my father... And also, I'm going to believe in you...
