Episode 141. Murder Most Horrid. Part 8.
It's Twenty Four Hours since Mary and Jon Wilson's funeral. Harry doesn't intend to return to the house, he once called home. Too much pain and a reminder of what occurred the previous fortnight. Harry is still, stopping with Otto. It's around 7:15 a.m., Otto is getting ready to go to work, when Harry abruptly leaves the bedroom and heads to the door. Otto wonders why Harry is in a rush to get out early.
"Hey, Harry, where you off to? You should be resting," Otto points out.
"I need to see the Police," Harry replies.
"What for?"
"...Something important."
Harry heads out, leaving Otto curious. As Harry approaches the local Police Station, a car pulls up beside the Eighteen year old. The left rear window rolls down and Romano Crocetti sticks his head out. Harry appears to be cautious of Romano.
"Where you off to Harry?" Romano asks.
"I can't do this man," Harry panics. "I have to -"
"Have to what kid?"
Harry shivers in fear. It appears Harry knows more, than he's letting on concerning his parents murder. And it also looks like, he doesn't want to be seen with Romano, the Crime Boss's son. Romano glances towards the Police Station, the other side of the road to see if Law Enforcement have seen Harry or him.
"Get in the car Harry," Romano suggests.
Harry seems scared to and takes a partial step back.
"Why?" Harry worries.
"Because, if I let you go in that Police Station, we're all done. And yes, that means, you."
Harry hesitates briefly, before getting in the car and driving off. Opposite side Romano, is his father Garcia. Harry is very nervous, being in the same vehicle as the Mafia family, Crocetti's, who's father son feud, got the Wilsons, Mcquires and Gemini involved in their conspiracies and inevitably compromised the fraudulent underground project Gemini II. Could these scenario's coincide with the Wilsons massacre?
"Where's my brother?" Harry queries.
"Gone on a Vacation," Romano states. "I'm doing him a favour, for as long as I can. Hank Willis though is ultimately trying to throw him under a bus. So, looks like you won't see your older sibling for a few years. Until, these investigations die down. My father and I can only do so much. And I guess the only cause of action to stop, you from wasting our resources in saving us, is to help you," Romano explains.
"You're gonna kill me?" Harry figures.
"That may have been us once upon a time Harry. But, losing a son, would destroy me," Garcia speaks. "Just like it's destroyed you. You're in too much pain already and we don't want to disrespect your grieving, but we have to make you see sense. What my son intends to do for you now, will take all that guilt away."
"And what about this guy, that was in my house? Where is he now?"
"Don't worry, your head about him. He will be the least of your worries, once the anxiety is deterred," Romano encourages.
They drive Harry about fifty miles south to House in the middle of nowhere. The Crocetti's escort Harry into the house and meet with Psyhcotherapist, Desmond Arbogast. He's around his early Forties and the Crocetti's hand him Cash, of around Fifty Thousand Dollars. This concerns Harry, as he does feel, he's about to meet an end. Feeling terrified, Harry is about to dart out of the house, when a big Guard thwarts his attempts. Romano assures Harry it's for his own good. Harry is tranquilized and placed on a bed. Arbogast stands one side of the bed, while the Crocetti's stand the other side."
"So, I figure you want everything wiped out?" Arbogast asks.
"Not, exactly," Romano replies.
Garcia and Arbogast frown at this.
"What are you talking about son? If not everything, then what the hell are we doing here?"
"If all the memories are wiped, people will start asking questions, as to why he has no recollection of them being dead. What we must do, is to remove the actual facts in his mind. He will be aware his parents were murdered. However, the reasons why, will be entinquished. I can't just risk, him repressing the facts. It's too risky. We could make him believe, he found his parents dead and that's it."
"Erasing our's and Morrisons presence in the house?"
"Precicley. And he must have this belief, that Jeff disappeared following a random Heist gone wrong. He will only have a mystery to live with and in his mind, One Hundred Thousand Dollars funded to him by a relative. Once this is done, we go underground and leave Harry to - live his life."
The Crocetti's agree to the compromise and allow Arbogast to go ahead with the procedure. Arbogast stands over a semi conscious Harry and places his palms above Harry's head. The Psychotherapist looks into Harry's eyes.
"You won't remember any of this," Arbogast whispers.
There is a bright flash of light, then darkness.
Harry, awakes in Otto's apartment, as the Lawyer awakes him. Harry says he was really tired. Otto asks him as to what happened at the Police Station? Harry's has no memory of going to the Police Station or the Crocetti's. It appears, Harry's Psychic abilities have gone, along with certain memories. (for 24 years at least). Harry is aware his parents were murdered, but don't know the reason behind it. Harry continues by saying, he must have slept most of the afternoon.
Bethany discovers she's pregnant by Albert Kray. Oswald Johnson meets with Carla in a secret location and delivers the devastating news, that her father is dead and gives her files on all the information, based on the underground version, Project Gemini. The official project on Area 51, has been shut down, following numerous arrests. Johnson plays a recording to the Crocetti's discussing her fathers death and there are other revelations. He states there's a secure bank account that hasn't been discovered and that her father, would want her to eventually continue his legacy, with the information given to her.
"From what I've learnt about this and what trauma my sister suffered, revenge will be a dished best served," Carla threats.
"Kray used to say that," Johnson adds.
"The ball is not in his court anymore. Give it time and make them sweat. The Bastards won't know, what hit them."
Tina comes to terms with her new life in England, away from Harry. Jeff lives a life in exile. Dominic and Charlotte begin their new life together. Albert Kray recovers and is sent back to Prison and Harry receives a present from a supposed rich relative, setting up his college fund. Harry is seen leaving Hex- Ville in a Taxi cab, as Bethany watches on.
