a boy named Joseph Graf is a relative of Hermann Graf who was a WW2 ace with over 200 aerial victories but he passed away before Joseph was born. when Joseph was back in the old world before he was moved into the strike witches world he liked strike witches but he didn't understand why there was never a character modeled after his Grandpa so this story shows why that is.
