What If… The Powerpuff Girls were Created in Brightburn Instead of Townsville?

"My name is Brandon Benjamin Breyer."
The adolescent alien murderer reflected on what he did recently in his most desperate moment, giving a long, implacable glare, while watching a combined glow of pink, blue and green light above him.
"I have done horrible things. I have served a dark purpose, and have fulfilled part of it. I have eliminated all who wronged me, and threatened to tell the Sheriff on me. And I thought that with nobody left to stop me, I would take the world. I have absolutely no regrets."
Chapter 1 - Perfect Little Girls in a Kansas Town
The Town of Brightburn, Kansas. A rural town that is home to the Breyers, Kyle and Tori, and their adopted son Brandon, who would later become a superpowered alien murderer. But in this universe…
A man in a lab coat, with pens in his pocket, also wore a shirt and a necktie, and his head was impossibly rectangular with carefully parted black hair and thick eyebrows. He was at a convenience store, picking up a box of sugar and several shakers of parsley, sage, rosemary, and thyme.
"I know that adolescence can do that to a young man Brandon's age, Kyle," the man spoke on his cellphone in a deep and thoughtful voice. "But right now, I'm planning toward a perfect future."
He smiled as he picked up his bagged groceries and walked out to his car.
…it is also home to Professor Utonium.
You see, after he attended and graduated from college, he decided to take up residence in Brightburn instead of The City of Townsville, USA. He still achieved his goal of becoming a scientist.
Anyway, he gathered the ingredients to create the perfect little girl—sugar, spice and everything nice. You might have heard that rhyme in "What Are Little Boys Made Of?", but like in your universe, it happened.
While the Professor was busy mixing the ingredients together in a black mixing bowl, a flask marked with an X fell off a shelf above him. Its contents, a black liquid-chemical-like substance, poured into the formula.
Paralyzed with fear, he started to back away and finally dove for cover.
The bubbly substance then exploded in a shower of stars.
After some time of unconsciousness, the Professor stirred, opening his eyes partway before they suddenly popped open. He got up, shooting to his feet. Slowly walking across the room, the Professor slouched in surprise as he saw in front of him three little girls that resembled either a child's drawing or dolls, with very large heads and eyes, and no visible ears, noses or fingers, and each wearing a dress to match their eyes with a black belt, white stockings and black Mary Jane shoes. The girl in the middle was a redhead with a ponytail sporting a large hair bow and wearing a pink dress. The girl on the left of her was a blonde with pigtails, wearing a light blue dress. The girl on the left was a brunette with her hair styled in a flip and wearing a light green dress. They stood on the table next to the mixing bowl, and looked up at him, smiling.
"Hi!" the girl in pink greeted.
The Professor recoiled, crying out in shock.
"What's your name?" she continued.
"Oh!" the Professor replied. "Um, my name is, um…uh, Professor. Professor Utonium. Hello!"
"Hello, Professor Utonium," the girls greeted. "It's very nice to meet you."
"It's very nice to meet you, too," the Professor greeted back. "Um… what are your names?"
"Well," the girl in pink began, "you made us, so shouldn't you also name us?"
The Professor knelt in front of them.
"Well, now, let's see." He started with the girl in the middle. "Because of your directness and opening right up to me, I think I'll call you…Blossom."
Blossom beamed. The girl in light blue giggled, with the other two looking over at her.
"Well," the Professor continued, this time, to the light blue girl. "Aren't you all cute and bubbly? That's it! You'll be my little Bubbles."
Bubbles smiled at this. The Professor looked at each of the girls then.
"So, we have Blossom, Bubbles and…" he stopped at the eager light green girl on the right. "…um, Buttercup, because… it also begins with a B."
At that rationale, Buttercup's eager expression then turned into a rather put-out one.
"And welcome to the world, my three perfect little girls," he continued. "Now, if you'll excuse me, I should get those birthday gifts for you."
As he walked off, Buttercup turned to her sisters.
"Buttercup?" she repeated. "What the heck kind of lame-o name is that?"
Author's Note: This introduction between the girls and their father is based on that in The Powerpuff Girls Movie. I had to get some information from Alan Back's transcripts of some episodes of The Powerpuff Girls and the aforementioned movie.
Unlike in your universe, however, the accident that resulted in the girls' creation wasn't caused because of a lab assistant monkey who would later become an evil genius residing inside a volcano-top observatory in the middle of Townsville Park, and the girls' worst enemy.
How the girls discovered their powers, however, was also different than in your universe.
The girls sat at the dinner table, while the Professor served a hot pizza from the oven.
"Here you go, girls," he said, laying the pizza down on the table. "A hot and ready birthday pizza, fresh from the oven."
After he sliced the pieces and handed some to the girls, they each took a bite. Suddenly, their mouths popped open, and they screamed in pain. Their eyes were watering, and with their tongues hanging out, they fanned them to cool them off.
"Ooh!" Bubbles said.
"Ow, my mouth!" Buttercup said.
"This pizza's too hot!" Blossom said.
"Maybe you should blow on it," the Professor replied in a suggestion, "if you want to cool it off."
Blossom regarded her slice for a moment, took a deep breath, and blew on it, only to be flabbergasted to find her slice coated in ice when she stopped.
"Oh, my gosh!" she said, jumping from her chair and hovering. "Did I just blow out ice from my mouth?"
"Yeah," Buttercup replied, as she, Bubbles and the Professor were shocked and surprised. "And look! You're also floating."
Blossom looked below herself and gasped in shock. Bubbles, too, floated, and put a hand under her chin.
"This is quite peculiar," Bubbles said.
"Bubbles," Blossom replied, also startled. "You're floating, too."
Bubbles looked at herself then. She smiled enthusiastically.
"Cool!" she cheered.
Buttercup thought for a moment, and, after shrugging, decided to float as well.
Stunned and at a loss for words, the Professor stared at the mixing bowl and the flask that fell into it, then at the girls. His bewildered face slowly gave way to a warm, bemused smile.
"This is the greatest gift ever," he suddenly said to himself.
Indeed it was. But the accident that created these three girls occurred during the time Brandon discovered his powers when he flipped a lawnmower over. The impact of the lawnmower hitting the ground itself resulted in the flask of Chemical X falling from the shelf and into the perfect little girl formula.
