Gibbs sat down on his couch that evening with a beer and Tony by his side. McGee was in a surveillance van across the street with Fornell from the FBI, along with other agents around the area. There was nothing of interest to report yet, but they continued to watch through the neighborhood and Gibbs' front door. Gibbs handed Tony a beer with a small smile and faced him. "Alright, I gotta know," he stated bluntly. Tony raised his brow as he took a sip from his beer. "What can you shapeshift into? Animals? People? Objects?" Tony laughed and set his beer on the coffee table in front of them.

"I can shift into different animals," Tony answered. Gibbs flashed a smile and Tony melted a little on the inside. God that smile. I wish I could tell him how much he really means to me, he thought.

"Show me," Gibbs taunted. Tony shrugged and got up off the couch. He stretched out his arms and legs and took a breath.

"Alright, pick an animal," Tony said. Gibbs thought for a moment.

"Let's go simple. Dog." Tony nodded and began to shift into a German Shepard. His fur was light brown like his normal hair with reddish tints in it as well as some black spots. His eyes were emerald green like his normal eyes. Tony barked and hopped up on the couch and sat next to Gibbs. Gibbs chuckled and scratched under his chin. Tony licked his hand and shifted back into his normal body.

"C'mon something harder," Tony teased. Gibbs smirked.

"Alright, how about a spider."

"Ooo, good one. Alright," Tony replied. He closed his eyes and slowly shrunk to size and transformed into a Goliath Bird Eater tarantula. Gibbs carefully picked him up and held him in his hands. Tony's many eyes stared into Gibbs'. He smiled internally and tapped Gibbs' hands lightly with his little brown feet. Gibbs chuckled and set him back down.

"This is really cool, Tony," Gibbs commented as he watched him shift back to his normal self once more. Tony smiled with a slight tinge of pink on his cheeks.

"Thanks," Tony mumbled. He smiled softly. "Wanna see my favorite shift?" he asked Gibbs. Gibbs nodded. Tony took a deep breath and moved away from the couch. "It's a big animal so hold on," Tony said with his eyes closed. Gibbs sat back and waited as he watched Tony calm himself. Tony grew reddish brown fur and a long muscular tail. His ears grew long and stood straight up. He soon shifted into a giant Red Kangaroo. Gibbs stood up off the couch and faced Tony. Tony started to make a clicking sound and Gibbs smiled.

"I wish I could understand what you were saying," Gibbs said as he tried to understand. I'm glad you can't because I'm saying I wish you loved me like I love you, Tony thought. Tony pawed at Gibbs' hands and chest and began to play fight like a Joey. Gibbs played around with Tony too. "C'mon, let me show you my tricks," Gibbs said. Tony nodded and shifted back to his normal body. "How come you like the kangaroo so much?"

"They're powerful and who doesn't like to jump and kick ass?" Tony laughed as he sat on the couch. "Alright, so show me your gift. You got magic right? What can you do?"

"Just about anything I put my mind to," Gibbs replied. His fingers began to glow, and he smirked. He pointed his finger at the curtains and closed them. Then he slowly picked up the beers on the coffee table and handed Tony his. Tony chuckled and took his beer. Gibbs took a sip of his own. "It's nice when I feel lazy," Gibbs added as he let go of his beer and controlled it with magic to drink it. Tony smiled.

"What else can you do?" Tony asked. His curiosity always got him in trouble, Gibbs thought.

"What do you want to see me do?" Tony bit his lip nervously. "Well?" Gibbs urged again. Tony's face turned pink again and Gibbs snickered. Tony's thoughts became dirty pretty fast, but he calmed himself down quick.

"Can you control people with it?" Tony asked. Gibbs smirked. Tony's eyes went wide as he felt himself move off the couch into the center of the room. "Hey!" Gibbs laughed as he continued to control Tony's limbs. He made him dance, levitate, spin. Gibbs gently set Tony back onto the couch as he tried to control his own laughter. "I feel like I'm gonna be sick," Tony mumbled as he held his head. He was super dizzy. Gibbs chuckled and waved his finger and flicked some dust at Tony. Tony furrowed his brow. "Huh. I'm not dizzy anymore." There was a pause of silence. "Cool," Tony grinned as he took another sip of beer. For a few moments everything was calm and quiet. Tony and Gibbs sat quietly sipping their beers and relaxing against the couch. Tony broke the silence again. "Have you ever used your magic on people at work? Like suspects?" Gibbs rolled his eyes.

"No, it's against my own judgement. I don't like to use magic on anyone who don't consent to me doing it to them," Gibbs explained. Tony nodded. Use it on me anytime, Tony thought. "Although, it'd be pretty useful, wouldn't it?" Gibbs chuckled softly. Tony nodded. He paused and thought he heard some noise. He held his hand up quietly and put his finger to his lips. Gibbs stopped and listened. "Shift, Tony!" he hushed.

"Into what!?" he whispered. Gibbs motioned for something small, and Tony obliged. He turned himself into a fly and buzzed next to Gibbs' shoulder. Just in time. Two men barged into Gibbs' house and stared at him.

"Well, well, well," one man said. He was around six feet tall, brown eyes and graying hair. He was slim fit with large feet. The other man was shorter, no more than five and half feet. His eyes were blue with black hair. "We found him Gnash," he said. Gibbs cursed himself and swore. Where the hell are the other agents, he thought.

"That we do," Verole sneered. He held up a gun and was ready to pull the trigger. Gibbs reached for his sidearm but was too late. Verole had him hit with a needle dart filled with an anesthetic. Gibbs felt woozy and stumbled.

"Where... where's McGehh..." Gibbs slurred as he felt everything go black and fell to the ground almost immediately. Gnash and Verole laughed as they grabbed Gibbs and dragged him to their vehicle out front. Neither Gnash nor Verole knew, but Tony hitched a ride in Gibbs' shirt pocket as a fly. Tony was cursing internally and buzzing. Where the hell is everyone else! Tony screamed in his mind. He looked around and saw the guards on the ground with needles in their arms. The van across the street was wide open and he could see McGee and Fornell both with needles in their arms as well. Verole and Gnash drugged everyone. Everyone was out cold. Tony slipped into his pocket once more and grunted internally when Gibbs' body was thrown into the van and laid on the floor in the back.

Gibbs woke up groggily in a warehouse of some sort. There were shipping containers and crates all around him, making a room of sorts around him. He swore he could smell the ocean but thought he was crazy. He looked around him and groaned as he tried to wriggle free of the rope around his wrists. He tried to untie it using his magic, but he couldn't. Something was stopping him from using it. He began to panic and squirmed some more. Where was he? The world around him was becoming clearer. The crates had goods from China and the shipping containers had different names. Averti. Amazon. Walmart. He furrowed his brow and tried to think of where he could have been. There were quite a few shipping places on the coast. Then he remembered where MaryEllen Destin was found. Wharf Marina. Gibbs wondered if that's where he was. He turned at the sound of a door opening and to the left were Verole and Gnash. He groaned internally. He got captured. His team was nowhere. Tony. Where's Tony? he thought. Verole slapped him across the face and spit on his cheek.

"You disgust me, ya know that?" Verole sneered. He held a police baton in his hand and pointed it at him. "Do you wanna know why, we've been killing and amputating fairies, mortal and immortal?" he asked rhetorically.

"Well, yeah, that'd be nice," Gibbs replied nastily. This time Gnash slapped his other cheek and Gibbs bit back the groan. Gnash was stronger than he thought. For being as short as he was, Gibbs didn't think he'd be so powerful. Verole snickered softly as he slowly swung the baton. "Where are my agents? Where is everyone!" Gibbs demanded. Gnash punched him in the ribs with a snicker.

"Gnash, enough," Verole ordered. He stopped and pulled an empty chair over in front of Gibbs. He sat on it backwards and leaned in towards him. "Your agents are fine. Probably just waking up themselves. Searching your house for you. Pity they didn't have anyone with you, just outside of the house. Silly, really." Verole paused a moment and sighed. "I was hoping your agent Anthony would be there. He's been on the run for a long time, and we almost had him too in Peoria. We know he's a fairy, and know he works with you. Unfortunately for him, we know he will come for you. He always did love the older men," Verole explained. Gibbs furrowed his brow.

"What do you mean?" Gibbs asked calmly. Verole looked in shock and then chuckled. He began to laugh more heartily.

"You didn't know? Anthony likes it up the ass, old man. He always fell for the older men back in Peoria, and in New York. God, I hated him for it. I always wanted him, obsessed over wanting him," Verole grinned and stood up. He threw the chair into the shipping container behind him, and Gnash began to chuckle. Gnash pulled out a knife and brought it to Gibbs' neck. Gibbs flinched internally and glared at Gnash. Verole snickered. "When I found out he loved my uncle, I was livid. My uncle was a fairy. He had water powers and it was definitely a party trick. I knew something had to be done." He sighed softly as he pointed the baton at him once more.

"So, you killed him?" Gibbs added. Verole shook his head.

"Oh no, Gnash here helped me with that. Gnash is a hitman for fairies. He knows where to find them, how to track them, and kills them. You see, Gnash had been paid to kill my uncle and now him and I have been working together for a few years now. We lost touch after my uncle, but when I found Anthony was in D.C and has been for, what almost six years now?" Gibbs rolled his eyes. Verole nodded softly and Gnash sliced down Gibbs' arm. He gasped and saw the blood drip down his arm. Verole smirked and continued. "I knew I had to find him once more, and I knew he would be mine," he finished. Gibbs took deep, calming breaths and glared at Verole.

"So, you're telling me, you started killing fairies and stripping fairies of their wings just to get to Tony?" Gibbs concluded. Verole sighed and tucked the baton under Gibbs' chin.

"Not just to get to him. To show him I am not one to be denied of what I want," Verole said darkly with a chuckle. Gnash grinned as he ran the knife across Gibbs' cheek and sliced it. Gibbs hissed again. "Now, you are going to tell me where he is. I know you know him; he works for you. He's you right hand man, along with McGee who is your tech wiz, right?" Verole smirked once more, and an angry look crossed his face. He thought back to the bullpen when he said those words.

"You stay away from my agents! I won't let you hurt them!" Gibbs shouted angrily. Verole sighed.

"Gnash, another cut along his other cheek please," he calmly ordered. Gnash grinned and sliced him again. Gibbs gasped loudly and squirmed in the chair.

Tony paced the bullpen while McGee was holding his head. He groaned and punched the nearest desk, almost putting a dent into it. He couldn't believe he let them get away with Gibbs. Gibbs was in danger now. He was probably halfway sliced and almost ready to have his wings amputated. His anxiety started to take over and he began to shift crazily into different animals. A bunny, a mouse, a bear, a squirrel, a deer. He needed to think of something fast before they charged into the warehouse with their pants down. Vance came down the steps and halted as Tony continued to switch into different animals. Tony looked up into Vance's face as a fox and sat down. Vance sighed and kneeled down. "We're going to get them. They don't realize who they're messing with, Agent Dinozzo," Vance confidently declared. Tony nodded and shifted slowly into his normal form. He took a breath and closed his eyes. "McGee, what's our status right now?"

"Tony said they are at the warehouse by were MaryEllen Destin was found. It's a large shipping yard and there are containers and crates located in many warehouses. Tony says he doesn't remember which one they brought Gibbs to, but he's there," McGee explained. Tony nodded and then began to question himself more. He began his nervous pacing again and began to shift uncontrollably. "Tony, we are gonna find him. We are waiting to hear from Fornell, which should be soon. We are going in with multiple teams and we are going to find him," McGee stated. Vance nodded and grabbed Tony gently by his small paw of a rabbit. Tony wriggled his rabbit nose and hopped around anxiously once more. McGee and Vance sighed softly.

And here is our end to chapter 2. Come back for chapter 3!
