For a second, Dean could not believe that out of all the shifters he had to kill, it had to be one that was the exact replica of a Barbie doll. However, that was the hand that fate had dealt him. Keeping one eye on the advancing shifter and the other on his hand that was loading silver bullets in his gun, he almost wished this one could be saved.
"I have to say, I'm disappointed," the she-shifter sighed. "I thought we had something special."
"Yeah, well, I was never into Barbie, so why start now?"
Taking that split second to pull the trigger on his gun, she dodged out of the way and retaliated with a swift backhand to the face. Stumbling back, Dean was about ready to make another shot when she glided over to hjm, and began attempting to pry the gun from his hand. Resisting for as long as he could, Dean finally let go of the gun and dodged when she aimed her own shot at him.
Pushing a dresser down between them, Dean flung some of the blond hair that had gotten on his hand, away from himself in disgust, and reached for his silver knife. The gun usually worked better, but this shifter had proved to be one tough Barbie, and had gotten it from him. Enraged when she realized there were no bullets left, she attempted another attack, but Dean was ready and easily flipped her on her back and drove the knife through her heart.
Standing up, dusting himself off, he looked to the left when his brother's hulking form appeared from outside. "You good?" Sam checked, his eyes doing a quick scan of his older brother.
"Yeah. Remind me, Sam. Never go on a date with a Barbie imposter."
"Noted, but you got it easy. I had to deal with Ken."
