On board The Dark Orca, Finn was on the run from his family with a tube on his back as he headed toward the moon pool in his diving suit.
"I knew he was a traitor!" said Mad Madeline as she pounded on the door that he had closed and locked behind him. Without hesitation, Finn jumped into the moon pool and swam away from the sub.
"Arrgh, he got away with the map!" said Hammerhead while punching a wall. A safe distance from the Dark Orca, Fontaine was waiting in the Rover.
"This had better be important, pirate boy," said Fontaine as the water drained from the cabin and they removed their masks, Finn breathing heavily from all of the running he had done.
"I just stole a map from my father and this time he may actually kill me if he gets his hand on me because of it," said Finn as he held the tube that had been on his back close to his chest.
"Let me guess, another cursed treasure?" asked Fontaine.
"No, it's a treasure that belongs to your family," said Finn, surprising Fontaine. Later, Fontain and Finn were back at the Aronnax.
"Fontaine Nekton, you have a lot of explaining to do," said William as he, Kaiko, and Ant stood beside the moon pool while the two teens climbed out of the Rover and landed in front of them.
"And why is Finn with you?" asked Ant.
"I called her and asked to meet up because I found something I figured you would want to see in my dad's things," said Finn as he held the tube out to William who took it without a word.
"Another treasure you don't want your family touching?" asked Ant, who was suspicious of him.
"Only because it has your family crest on it," said Finn while pointing out the symbol on the tube. This surprised the rest of the family.
"Well, thank you for bringing this to us, Finn, but you should get back to your family before they start missing you," said Kaiko.
"He can't, they caught him stealing it and he had no choice but to run away from them, if he goes back now who knows what they will do to him," said Fontaine.
"Plus, I don't want to be near those killers anymore," said Finn as he tightened his fists which were shaking.
