Keigo a 22 year old man who was also number second pro hero, he was flying around when he noticed a young blonde was about to get hit by a truck.

He swung down as fast as he could and grab him away and put them on the sidewalk.

"Are you all right?" Keigo ask as the man turn around as Keigo immediately tell it was an Omega as he was just starting to go into his heat.

"Umm what exactly are you doing?" Keigo ask not realizing the man was deaf and was using sign language.

Pull out his phone and right down what he meant, he show it to Keigo, "yes I'm fine thanks but I can't hear you I'm deaf."

Keigo look at the blonde and felt like an idiot for not realizing that, "oh I am so sorry, I didn't realize please forgive me."

Naruto nodded as he then walk away as Keigo wonder what was going on with that Omega as he could tell something was wrong with him.

Since it was none of his business he had decided to fly back to his home where he found his friend kurama at the door.

"Hey kurama," Keigo said as kurama wave his hand back.

"Hey Keigo, how was your flight?" Kurama ask as Keigo smile.

"Yeah I have, I should take you on a flight maybe we can find you in Omega," Keigo said as he knew his friend was looking for one.

"Honestly I'm more worried about the Omega who is my BFF," kurama said as Keigo did wonder what he meant by that.

"What are you talking about?" Keigo ask as kurama sorry to explain the story of what had happened.

"Well my Omega friend who I have been BFF with a few weeks ago I had discovered he got cheated on by his own alpha with another Omega, his heart was completely shattered and ever since then he's been depressed,"kurama explain as he even show him a picture on his phone of Naruto, Keigo eyes widen.

"I saw that Omega earlier tonight, he almost got hit by a truck and...!?" Keigo immediately got cut off by kurama.

Kurama jump off the couch standing up with his eyes wide open, "HE ALMOST GOT HIT WHAT!"

"Hey calm down I saved him in time, he told me he was deaf as he thank me and then left, I could tell though he had a trouble look on his face, now I understand why," Keigo said as he thought about how horrible it must have been for that poor Omega.

"Naruto has not been taken easy, he doesn't even really talk to me that much I'm trying to help him but he's not interested to talk about what he's feeling," kurama explain as Keigo had thought about it.

"No omega's should never go through that type of pain of being cheated on by their own alpha," Keigo said.

"I agree with you on that," kurama said.

The conversation went on a little bit more but soon it was time for bed as kurama help himself out.

Back at Naruto's place

Naruto is now wearing nothing more but a pair of white boxers that had foxes on it and a orange shirt with a red fox.

He felt his phone ringing and when he looked it was that alpha again, Sasuke.

He didn't answer it but then he got a few texts, Naruto look as he problems sleeping tonight after what almost had happened.

Hey Naruto I have completely regretted what I did I wanted to make things right.

Remember that old diner we used to went to, I'll bring a few sweets you like, like we did back in high school.

Naruto press delete on all the texts and block him.

Naruto put the blanket over him and close his eyes as he was not going back to him again.
