Janner paced the floor. He and Sara were supposed to meet with Kalmer and Nia to talk about their wedding. But, as usual, Kalmer was late to that meeting.

"Janner, why don't you sit down." Nia said.

"Maybe I should go look for-" Janner was cut off as Kalmer walked into the room.

"Sorry I'm late, got held up at another meeting." Kal said as he sat down.

"It's fine." Sara said.

Janner sat next to her.

"So, when are you thinking about having the wedding?" Kalmer asked.

"Well," Janner said. "We were thinking about having it as soon as possible."

Kalmer chuckled. "Well, I don't have anything open in the next week, but I can do in two months, if that works."

Janner looked at his fiancé, who smiled and nodded. "Two months will work for us. What day specifically?"

Kalmer pulled out his calendar. "Hmm, well 3 moon will work."

"3 moon sounds good." Janner said.

"Ok, so how do you want the wedding?" Nia asked.

"Nothing too big." Sara said.

"And who are you wanting to invite?" Kalmer asked.

"Well, definitely Gammon and Maraly, Thorn and his family or else Leeli would kill me." Janner chuckled. "Clout and Groundwich, some friends from the Hollows."

"And then the orphans too." Sara added.

"Ok, well I am sure we can get it all worked out." Nia said smiling.

"Ok, now about the food-" Kalmer started.

"We don't really care much about the food." Sara said.

"Ok, so it doesn't matter?" Kal asked.

"Nope." Janner said.

Kalmer chuckled. "Well, then I can take care of the food."

Janner rolled his eyes. "Well, just don't do anything weird like chorkney brains. Do something that you know everybody will like."

"As you wish, Prince Wingfeather." Kalmer laughed.

Janner rolled his eyes. "I don't really like the title 'Prince'. I like Throne Warden better."

"Well, you are still a prince. Just like Leeli is a princess and a Song Maiden."

"Yes, but she isn't called 'Princess Leeli by everyone."

"Except Biggin."

Janner laughed. "Yes, except Biggin."

"Now, back to the wedding." Nia said.

"Ah, yes. So, is there anything else you would like to add?" Kalmer asked.

Janner and Sara sat there thinking.

"Not that I can think of." Janner said.

"Well, if there is, we'll think of it soon enough." Sara said.

Kalmer smiled. "Well, this meeting went well, right Prince Wingfeather?"

"Kal I will smack you upside the head if you keep calling me that."

"Ok, ok Throne Warden, but you're supposed to protect me from people smacking me upside the head."

"Yes, but who protects the King from the Throne Warden?"

Kal looked at Nia, who shrugged.

"Fine, Throne Warden. Well, see ya at dinner." And with that, Kal was gone.

Nia smiled at Janner and Sara then left too.

"Well that went well." Janner said.

"Yes it did, Prince Wingfeather." Sara laughed.

Janner rolled his eyes and frowned. "Not too fond of the title."

"Ok, well, what else do we need to do today?"

"I don't know."

And with that the couple left the room.
