"So, uhh since it is winter, we should probably take some blankets with us." Leeli said. Kalmer had gotten his siblings along with Sara together to pack up for the trip to Lorryshire. They were going to go in a carriage, and have a palace guard drive it, for safety. But, it was not very warm in the carriage, so they were preparing for the trip. The trip was normally 3 hours, but because it was winter, it would take an hour extra. Even as Kalmer finished packing while Leeli watched him (she had finished packing before him) Kal thought about the hazards of traveling in winter. There had been rumors of robbers on the roads between the towns, and so Kalmer's first worry was safety. Safety for him, his sister, his brother, and his future sister-in-law.

There came a knock on the door to Kal's room, and in came Janner and Sara, holding hands. They carried their bags (they each had one) in their open hands.

"You're still packing Kal?" Sara giggled.

Kalmer rolled his eyes. "There! I'm finished packing. Now, I was just telling Leeli that we should probably bring a few blankets with us, since it's winter."

"That makes sense. I'll go get a few." Janner said, heading to the door.

"I'll help you!" Sara said quickly.

Kalmer snickered.

Once the couple was out of the room, Leeli asked, "What's funny?"

Kalmer laughed. "Those two. It seems like they can't bare to be apart for a minute!"

Leeli grinned. "Well, that just oughta show you how much they love each other!"

"Yeah, that makes sense."

"We should probably get these 4 blankets." Sara said, pulling them off of the shelf. Her and Janner had gone to the linen closet, which was more like a room full of blankets and sheets.

"Are those the thick wool ones?" Janner asked.

Sara nodded her head. "These are probably the warmest ones we have."

"Yeah, that's true. How many did you grab?"

"Four, that way each of us can have one."

"That makes sense. Here, let me take them." Janner reached for the blankets. Sara was in a good mood, so she decided to mess with him.

She swung her arms to the side. "No thank you, I can manage." She said, trying to hide a grin.

Janner was very confused. "Well, alright then."

Sara walked in front of him, but before she knew it, Janner hugged her from behind, while grabbing the blankets.

"Janner!" Sara said, happily.

"Eh? Did I hear that right? You need me to take the blankets? Well, if you insist." He held the blankets in front of him, then speed-walked to Kalmer's room, Sara following. It was pretty obvious that they were both in a good mood.

15 minutes went past. Janner and Sara returned to the room with 4 blankets.

"What took you so long?" Kalmer asked, grinning.

Janner and Sara blushed. "Nothing."

"Suurrre."

"Here." Janner placed the blankets next to their bags.

"Well, shall we go?" Janner asked, grabbing his bag in one hand and Sara's hand in his other.

Kalmer nodded his head.

And so they were off.
