Next day Frank's house (Phone call)

Todd: Man I don't know what to say. So that's it your done?

Frank: I don't know she's just so damn moody.

Todd: Well that does come with the pregnancy.

Frank: No she was like this way before the pregnancy.

Todd: Okay but you still was messing around with her. I mean I have heard a lot of people say that she can be a bitch.

Frank: Don't call her that!

Todd: Oh no I'm just saying what people have said.

Frank: They don't know Rachel like I do. That's all just a big act. It's like a defense thing she does.

Todd: She must have been through something to act like that.

Frank: Yeah a man was trying to kill her remember.

Todd: No it's something deeper then that buddy. I think you should go have a talk with her. There's a reason she was acting that way something triggered her.

Frank thought to himself for a second.

Frank: How could I be so stupid. I gotta go.

Todd: Alright (call ended)

Frank rushed over to Rachel's place. Once he came in the house he was met by Keyshia.

Keyshia: Frank I know your upset but...(Frank cut her off)

Frank: What have you done?

Keyshia: I didn't do anything!

Frank: YOU... (Just then Rachel appeared at the top of the stairs)

Rachel: Keyshia please take Fletcher out for some ice cream. Me and Frank need to talk.

Keyshia: Umm okay Rachel... Where is he?

Rachel: In the back yard.

Keyshia: Okay (she walked to the back)

Frank: Rachel I... (She cut him off)

Rachel: Frank I don't wanna hear it how could you lie to me. (She said walking into the living room with Frank following her)

Frank: I never lied to you Rachel.

Rachel: You knew it was Nikki the whole time.

Frank: Yeah, but I knew how much you loved her. I wanted to spare you that pain. I was protecting you.

Rachel: I DIDN'T NEED YOUR PROTECTION I NEEDED YOU TO BE HONEST WITH ME!!

Frank: Okay you want the truth I will tell you Nikki asked somebody to help her find a hit man. She paid him some money to do the job and then some. (Rachel said nothing she just sat down on the couch in silence) Rachel?

Rachel: I knew she had her issues with me but I didn't know they was that deep. (Frank sat down beside her)

Frank: Rachel she was just jealous of you that's all.

Rachel: Frank that's not jealousy that's hate. She hated me. I read it in her diary.

Frank: Where did you get her diary?

Rachel: Keyshia gave it to me. So for the record she didn't actually tell me. But Nikki did it was all their.

Frank: I'm sorry Rachel what can I do to make all this better?

Rachel: I don't know I don't think it's nothing anyone can do. And I know I should be focusing on our baby right now. But I just can't shake this and that scares me.

Frank: It's going to be okay Rachel.

Rachel: You know where all this mess started from?

Frank: Yeah when you became famous.

Rachel: No it all started with that stupid band Nikki was in.

Frank: Oh right Nikki told me about that. She said everyone loved your voice so they gave you the lead.

Rachel: Yeah but I don't think anyone liked it as much as Larry.

Frank: Who was Larry?

Rachel: Nikki's boyfriend who was also the group manager. He's the one that suggested I start to single lead.

Frank: Oh I can see how that would make her jealous.

Rachel: Yeah and I didn't want to do it that was my sister's band. But he wanted me to so she told me to go ahead even though I know she wasn't happy.

Frank: Well Rachel if she gave you her blessing then everything should have been alright.

Rachel: No Frank you don't understand. It's way deeper then me just singing lead in the band. Larry started flirting with me a lot when she wasn't around. To the point where he made me very uncomfortable. I would tell her about it and she would just tell me I was crazy. I was 15 years old Larry was 18 what would he want with a child she would say. So one day I told her I was quitting the band. I just didn't want to be around him anymore. Nikki was mad she told me everyone was going to be so disappointed in me. And she said I had to tell Larry myself. So I had no choice I had to meet up with him. He was very pissed he told me how stupid I was being. And that I should be glad he even gave me the chance. So when I started to leave he grabbed me and... (Rachel became very silent as she started to remember what happened next)

Frank immediately started boiling with anger. So much to the point where he was shaking. He grabbed her and held her in his arms.

Rachel: I'm okay Frank. I just never talked to anyone about this before but Nikki.

Frank: You don't have to keep talking about it I know what your saying.

Rachel: No Frank I need to, (she took a deep breath before continuing) I ran home and told Nikki what he did to me. And she went and busted all his windows in his brand new car. And she slashed all his tires. She told him if he ever came anywhere near me or her again that he would be sorry. And a month later I got the news that I was pregnant.

Frank: WHAT!!! HE'S FLETCHER'S DAD?

Rachel: I like to use the word sperm donor but yes. Nikki told me don't worry about it me and her would raise him together. And that's what we did. That's why all of this is just so hard for me to take in.

Frank: I understand and baby I'm so sorry that happened to you. I promise no ones ever going to hurt you or the kids again.

Rachel: I know I always feel so safe with you. (She said hugging him tightly)

Frank: You just take your sweet time. No one said you had to heal yourself overnight.

Rachel: Thank you baby.

Frank: Umm by any chance do you know where Larry is right now?

Rachel: I haven't seen him since that day Nikki destroyed his car.We heard he died in a really bad car accident.

Frank: Okay

Rachel: Why?

Frank: Oh no reason...
