To all readers-I'm reposting this again because I'm ready. I want everyone (especially one reader in particular) to that I don't like being rushed when I'm writing. I like to write at my own pace and have each chapter up to my standards. If you dont like the way I write any of my fanfiction, then you dont have to read it. Its strictly your choice whether or not you read any of my fanfiction at all.

The digidestined were wondering through the sewer on one side with their digimon on the other. "Okay everyone, let's sing the song that Agumon wrote for us." said Tai, with Sora, Izzy, Matt, Joe, Mimi, T.K. and Keiko following him as Agumon had Biyomon, Tentomon, Gabumon, Gomamon, Palmon, Patamon and Renamon following him.
"Digimon eat and Digimon fight, Digimon digivolve and fight all night." the digimon sang as they walked.
"Singing sure is fun." said Palmon.
"Now let's try some solo performances, starting with Mimi." said Agumon.
"Mimi?" Everyone asked as they turned to the girl, knowing that she can't sing.
"Singing?" asked Matt.
"Mercy." said Joe.
"Oh give me a home, where the buffalo roam…." Mimi sang, sounding a little off key.
"Avoiding your drone." said Joe.
"Hey, come on. I had singing lessons for three years." said Mimi.
"Oh, you did? Did it help?" asked T.K.
"Was it hard?" asked Keiko.
"Mimi, you should get a refund. That's what I think." said Izzy.
"Then let's sing as a group." suggested Sora.
"Let's go." said Tai and they begin walking again, singing until something splashed on Sora.
"Sora, are you alright?" asked Tai.
"What's wrong, Sora?" asked Keiko.
"Yeah, what's the matter?" asked Matt.
"Some water fell from up there." said Sora and they all looked up at the pipes.
"That made you scream?" asked Izzy.
"Yeah…no…" she started to say. "I used to sing at home. I used to sing to myself when I did my chores. Especially when I would hang clothes out to dry. I would sing really loudly because no one would hear me then."
"It's ok to miss your home, Sora." said Agumon. "What do you miss, Tai?"
"Me? I miss playing sports then taking a nice hot bath." said Tai.
"I miss doing things with Kari. We always had fun stuff to do together." said Keiko, hugging herself.
"Games. My games. I wasn't far from beating Matt on my video games." said T.K., bending down and pretending to push buttons on a controller.
"Beating me, T.K.? Yeah, I don't think so. Maybe in your dreams, kiddo." said Matt, then starts laughing.
"So you don't miss anything from home, Matt?" asked Agumon.
"Well, actually now that you mention it, I've been dreaming about Sunday when mom grilled steaks. Makes my mouth water." said Matt.
"I miss doing my homework." said Joe. "If I fall too far behind, I might have to go to a junior college."
"I don't miss school." said Mimi, then takes her hat off. "I do miss going on vacation. Nothing beats having a cold drink on a hot summer day at the beach. I just love the ocean air."
"That sounds like fun, Mimi." said T.K. and Keiko.
"It is." she tells them.
"Get a grip. I miss accessing satellites to look at the stars and planets." said Izzy as they all sighed sadly at the things they missed most.
"They really do come from another world." said Agumon.
"That is why they are depressed." said Gabumon.
"Poor kids." said Gomamon.
"They need to be cheered up." said Renamon.
"But they'll be able to do that stuff again." said Patamon. Suddenly, Tentomon hears something behind them.
"Quiet, listen everyone." he said and looks behind them.
"Yuck." said Mimi.
"Numemon." said Gabumon.
"Numemon?" asked Matt.
"They're really disgusting digimon who live down here in the sewers." said Gomamon.
"That's gross." said Tai and Keiko.
"And so are they." said Tentomon.
"Are they really strong?" asked T.K.
"No, they're just weak but smelly. Just wait until they get closer." said Agumon.
"Then what do you say we leave. Or am I the only one who doesn't want to get stomped by stinky sewer dwellers?" asked Joe.
"You're not the only one." said Keiko.
"Good." he replied.
A second later, bunches of Numemon come out of the dark. "And there's so many of them." said Agumon. "Hurry, run!"
"If they're so strong, why do we have to run?" asked Tai.
"You'll see." Agumon replied as the Numemon started throwing some kind of pink stuff at them.
"The sewer dwelling Numemon were, like, totally hygiene-deficient. Thy love throwing Nume Sludge at you, and they had bad breath too." said Mimi as she and the others continued to run, dodging the Nume Sludge.
"Hey, this way!" shouted T.K. as he points at the tunnel. They all ran inside but the Numemon followed them until they reached the end filled with sunlight. Tai turns around to see that the Numemon were retreating back into the sewer.
"The only thing that can drive away a Numemon is th sunshine." said Agumon. The kids were wandering for a while until they see a bunch of vending machines.
"There must be thousands of them." said Mimi.
"I'd say under 100." said Joe.
"Or maybe just 50." said Izzy.
"How did they get there?" asked Keiko and T.K.
"I bet there's enough snacks to last us a lifetime. At least." said Mimi.
"I doubt that there's any snacks in there." said Keiko.
"Um…." said Renamon.
"Mimi, they probably don't work. Don't you remember the phone booths?" Tai reminded her.
"Hey, that could be it. I bet it's a trick, Mimi." said Palmon.
"I won't except that!" exclaimed Mimi and runs downhill towards the vending machines.
"Even if they're real, you know that they're not plugged in!" Joe yelled after her.
"Mimi." said Tai.
"You can't stop her. She's so stubborn." said Sora.
"Yeah, soda! You want one?" Mimi asked Palmon.
"No I don't!" snapped Palmon.
"You don't have to bite my head off." said Mimi as she puts in a coin and a few seconds later, the front of the vending machine falls off to reveal a lone Numemon. "Hey cutie pie!" said the Numemon.
"It's their leader." said Palmon.
"Their leader? He couldn't lead a pack of show poodles, even with his doggy breath." said Mimi.
"Hey, let me take you on a date." The Numemon leader said to Mimi.
"I think he likes ya." said Palmon. "It's gotta be the hat."
"What? What are you thinking? I wouldn't go near that short slimy sewer sliding sludge slinger!" Mimi shouted angrily.
"Mimi, you'll make him mad." warned Palmon.
"Who cares?" asked Mimi. "Besides we're safe in the sunlight."
Just then, clouds move in front of the sun blocking it, causing Mimi and Palmon to look up. "Uh-oh" they said.
"Well, we were." said Mimi, worriedly.
"How dare you call me short! The date's off!" shouted the Numemon and attacks them.
"Not again!" yelled Palmon as she and Mimi ran towards the others.
"Party time!" shouted the Numemon leader as more Numemon appeared from the vending machines. The others see Mimi and Palmon run towards them with the Numemon following them. "How did they get here?" asked Sora.
"Who cares!" yelled Mimi as she ran past her. "Run, run!"
"Run!" shouted Tai.
"Alright everybody, let's split up!" yelled Matt as he, Gabumon T.K., and Patamon run off in one direction.
"Right!" yelled Tai as he, Agumon, Keiko, Renamon, Sora and Biyomon run off in another direction while Joe, Gomamon, Izzy and Tentomon go another. Mimi and Palmon run straight for the forest.
"Heartbreaker!" shouted the Numemon leader, throwing more pink sludge at them as they dodged and hide behind the trees. As the Numemon got closer, Palmon steps out from behind the trees causing the Numemon to stop.
"Poison Ivy!" shouted Palmon and as she was about to unleash her attack, the Numemon ran away in fear. "Huh?"
"Palmon, thank you." said Mimi.
"But Mimi…I didn't do anything. Why'd they run?" said Palmon, confused about the Numemon. Suddenly they both heard a loud thump behind them that shook the ground, causing Mimi and Palmon to turn around and see a giant teddy bear.
"It's Monzaemon." said Palmon.
"Come visit us at toytown." said Monzaemon.
"Monzaemon looked like a big cuddly teddy bear but he wasn't very cuddly."
"So Palmon, is he a digimon too?" asked Mimi.
"Yes. He's in charge of a special place called Toy Town. Toy Town is a place where he takes care of all the abandoned digimon toys and those toys love him." Palmon explained.
"Well, he looks harmless." said Mimi.
"He's always has been." said Palmon.
"I must say…so pleased to make your acquaintance." said Monzaemon before attacking them.
"What? He's attacking us!" yelled Mimi as she and Palmon run from the teddy bear digimon.
"You think?" Palmon said sarcastically.
"Please come spend a fun day at Toy Town with me!" said Monzaemon, attacking them again as he chases them out of the forest. "Why are you running? Did I startle you? Sorry."
"Something's wrong! He never acted like this." said Palmon as they ran back the way they came, but then the Numemon leader pops up from the ground.
"Come here, cookie. I'll protect you." he said to her.
"No thanks!" objected Mimi.
"On second thought." said Palmon, grabbing her arm and jumps into the trench.
"How about a friendly game of soccer you two." said Monzaemon as he walks over to them, not knowing where they are and walks away.
"He's gone." said Mimi.
"Something bad must have happened in Toy Town." said Palmon.
"Right." said Mimi.
"Since I save you, young ladies, now will you go out with me?" asked the Numemon leader.
"No!" said Mimi, rejected him again, causing him to become depressed again. "Come on, let's go to Toy Town."
"But our friends…" said Palmon and both of them followed Monzaemon back to Toy Town.
"Wow, she's so feisty. What a girl." said the Numemon.
As Mimi and Palmon headed in the direction of Monzaemon, they entered a brightly colored town. "There it is Mimi. Toy Town." said Palmon.
"Wow! It looks beautiful. Kind of like a big amusement park." said Mimi as the two of them walked into Toy Town and looked around.
"It doesn't look like anyone's here." said Mimi.
"Something's not right here…huh?" said Palmon as they heard someone coming.
"Oh boy! This is fun! This is really fun!" said Tai as he gets chased by a wind-up car.
"Tai?" said Mimi and Palmon.
"Boy, I'm really having a lot of fun now! Fun! Fun! This is fun!" said Tai as the car continues to chase him.
"That doesn't look like a lot of fun?" asked Mimi.
"This is so exciting! This is really exciting!" yelled Sora as a wind-up monkey with cymbals chases her.
"Just what is going on here?" asked Palmon.
"Oh joy! What a delightful activity! This activity is really delightful." said Izzy dully, being chased by marching toy soldiers.
"Hey, Izzy doesn't talk like that." said Mimi, watching him act weird.
"Nope." said Palmon.
"Boy oh boy! Is this really great or what?" shouted Matt, laughing weirdly as he was chased by a toy train.
"This really rock! Forget books! This really rocks!" said Joe as a large bird tries to peck him.
"Was that Joe?" asked Mimi.
"Ha! You can't catch us! You can't catch us! You can't catch us!" shouted T.K. and Keiko as they were running from a toy helicopter.
"That's weird. Everyone sounds like a bunch of zombies." said Mimi. "How strange."
"They do." said Palmon.
"Oh well, they always were a little weird." said Mimi and the two of them start walking again.
"I wish I knew what was going on here. It's kinda creepy." said Palmon.
"Hello! Can anyone hear us out there? Tai! Hello!" Agumon called out from inside a house.
"Keiko? Are you there?" Renamon called out, pounding on the side of the toy chest, her voiced muffled.
"It's coming from that locked chest." said Palmon as she and Mimi go inside.
"Agumon is that you?" asked Mimi.
"Yes!" said Agumon.
"Are you and all our other digimon friends in there?" asked Palmon.
"Yes!" said Agumon.
"What happened?" asked Mimi.
"We were running from the Numemon and then Monzaemon came along. We tried to fight back." said Agumon as he tells the story of how they got to Toy Town.
"Thinking back you're right, the toys have been playing with them." said Mimi, thinking back to how everyone was acting.
"Agumon tells us, what changed Monzaemon?" asked Palmon.
"We don't know." said Agumon.
"Well, can't you get out of that box and help?" asked Mimi.
"No, we're locked inside here." said Agumon.
"It's up to you two. You must be the heroes this time." said Gabumon.
"What do you mean?" asked Palmon.
"You must defeat Monzaemon." said Biyomon.
"What?" asked Mimi.
"You're kidding." said Palmon.
"That's right. We can't get free until you save the others." said Agumon.
"We have to do this." said Palmon.
"Uh, do we have to?" asked Mimi.
"I'm sorry Mimi, but it has to be you and Palmon." said Renamon.
"Okay, I'll try." said Mimi in defeat. Mimi and Palmon continued to walk through Toy Town, trying to find Monzaemon. "I have to tell you, this isn't good. Monzaemon's hearts aren't supposed attack, only give heart hugs which gives people such a good feeling that it makes them want to help others." said Palmon.
T.K. and Keiko were humming as the toy helicopter continues to chase them. "Ha ha, you can't catch us. You can't catch us." they both said as they ran.
"This is so ridiculous." said Mimi. Suddenly the monkey with the cymbals appeared in front of Mimi and drives her nuts with its continues banging. "Stop that noise! Right now!" Mimi ordered the monkey as she stomps her foot.
"It's such a happy day at Toy Town." said Monzaemon, coming around the corner with bear shaped balloons in his hands.
"Monzaemon!" shouted Palmon.
"You'll like these. Everyone likes balloons." said Monzaemon.
"Hey, you yeti teddy. Whatever you did to my friends, fix it now! Or you'll be in big trouble! Do you understand me?" shouted Mimi but Monzaemon attacks her and Palmon, causing them to run away. "This isn't funny. I'm being chased by a big stuffed bear."
"Now, now, don't run away from Toy Town." said Monzaemon, before firing another attack on them.
"I'll have you honey!" shouted the Numemon leader. After the blast hits the ground, smoke starts to form and out of it comes the Numemon, ready to defend Mimi by attacking Monzaemon.
"Numemon!" Mimi exclaimed.
"You turn him down and he still helps." said Palmon.
"Well Palmon, what can I say? When you got it, you got it." said Mimi, watching the Numemon as well. They watched each Numemon get defeated by Monzaemon. "Oh no, I don't think the Nume Sludge is working." said Mimi.
"Gotcha!" bellowed Monzaemon.
"I can't let them fight alone." said Palmon, rushing into the fight.
"Palmon, be careful." said Mimi.
"Take this!" Monzaemon bellowed.
"Poison Ivy!" shouted Palmon, sending her vines at Monzaemon, wrapping them around his arm but he manages to fling her off, sending her back towards Mimi.
"Palmon, please talk to me." said Mimi.
"My Poison Ivy's not strong enough." said Palmon.
"Hearts Attack!" shouted Monzaemon, sending dozens of hearts at them, but the Numemon created a wall out of themselves to stop the attack.
"Numemon." said Mimi as each one was caught inside the heart bubble.
"Time to take it to the next level. I maybe a lady, but I'm no pushover." said Palmon and Mimi's digivice starts to glow.
"Time to show this digimon some manners. Palmon digivolve to…Togemon!" shouted Togemon, becoming a big cactus like digimon with boxing gloves. Mimi just stared at her newly digivolved digimon.
"You're going down, big boy! You wanna dance with me!" shouted Togemon, slamming her gloves together as she walks towards Monzaemon and the two of them started having a boxing match. Right before Monzaemon could attack, Togemon punches him in the face, causing the attack to misfire.
"Digimon Needle Spray!" shouted Togemon, sending thousands of cactus needles at Monzaemon, causing the black gear to shoot out of his back.
"Palmon, your fabulous!" shouted Mimi as she helps her up.
"My stem is bruised." said Palmon.
"It doesn't look bruised to me." Keiko and Renamon said, then looked at each other, laughing. Later that day as the sun was setting, everyone was freed from Monzaemon's spell and the digimon was freed from the chest.
"Usually when kids get tired of their toys, they just abandon them. They just throw them away. It's so sad. " said Monzaemon. "So I created a home for these toys. Then I wanted to make the toys more important than their owners and I found a way to let their owners walk in their shoes."
"How? By turning kids into mindless zombies?" asked Mimi.
"I don't think he really intended to do that, Mimi." said Joe.
"You're right. I didn't mean for that to happen. I really am sorry about that. Please accept my apology and I'll never do that again. Really." said Monzaemon.
"Monzaemon, we know you didn't do it on purpose." said Tai.
"Yeah." said Felicity, nodding her head.
"Of course not, but an evil feeling came over me." said Monzaemon.
"It must have been that black gear." said Sora.
"I'm beginning to take this whole black gear thing a little personally. They cause a lot of trouble before disappearing." said Tai.
"That's right, but Palmon and I made Monzaemon good again." said Mimi, looking at her digimon.
"We're a great team." said Palmon.
"My friends, there is only one way I can really show my gratitude. By giving you a real heart hug." said Monzaemon as he stands up from the ground.
"Oh boy." said Joe.
"Here we go. This is my gift to you." said Monzaemon. "Hearts Attack…with a hug!"
Pink hearts appeared, surrounding them. Once the digidestined were inside the heart shaped bubbles, they were lifted up into the air.
"This is the best part of the day." said Keiko.
"I agree, Keiko." said Renamon, smiling.
"Dumpling, a kiss from a hero?" asked a Numemon who appeared from underground.
"No." said Mimi with a smile on her face.
"Wow. What a girl. She'll come around." said Numemon as the digidestined laughed while watching the sunset.
