To all readers-I'm reposting this again because I'm ready. I want everyone (especially one reader in particular) to that I don't like being rushed when I'm writing. I like to write at my own pace and have each chapter up to my standards. If you dont like the way I write any of my fanfiction, then you dont have to read it. Its strictly your choice whether or not you read any of my fanfiction at all.

"Thanks to that creep, Devimon, File Island broke up and all us kids got separated. Now he's up there in his castle on Infinity Mountain and I hate to think what horrible things he's planning next. Not to mention that I'm worried about Keiko being alone." thought Tai as he and Agumon continued to float away from Infinity Mountain.
Meanwhile at the very top of the mountain lies a castle belonging to Devimon. "(Evil laughter) Now that they're on their own, those little intruders will meet their doom. Nothing can stand in my way. The digidestined don't have a chance. Now fly my Black Gears! Fly!" shouted Devimon as he starts laughing again with Leomon and Ogremon behind him.
Meanwhile, Tai and Agumon are still on the floating block of ice that soon comes into contact with a large icy land. "Tai, it's cold. I'm hungry and I wish we were on solid ground." said Agumon.
"It looks like you're about to get your wish but next time, be careful of what you wish for. You just might get it!" shouted Tai as the block of ice crashes into the bigger one, shattering it and sending them both into the snow.
"Okay, mom was right. I should have worn a sweater! No wonder Keiko brought one to camp." said Tai as he pulled himself out of the snow but then hears Agumon calling out to him and turns to see him head first in the snow with his legs sticking out.
"Take it easy, Agumon. I'll pull you out." said Tai as he goes and pulls Agumon out of the snow, along with his clothes that were now frozen solid. "Hey look, I found my clothes. Except they're even too cold for me now."
"Don't worry, I can give you the latest hot look." said Agumon and shoots a fireball at the frozen shirt, melting the ice right off.
"Hey Agumon, that's smoking. Now can you hook up my pants?" asked Tai and Agumon shoots another fireball, but this time his pants caught on fire.
"Whoops…nuked them a little too long, but look on the bright side, Tai…" said Agumon.
"What bright side?" asked Tai.
"You won't be cold anymore." said Agumon. After Tai finishes getting dressed, he notices something strange.
"What? Mailboxes? Agumon, maybe people really lived here at one time." said Tai. "I wish we could mail ourselves home but it looks like the only way we'll ever leave freeze land is to take a real cold swim back to Infinity Mountain. And I have a feeling that if the mountain is drifting farther and farther away, than our friends are too. They must all be out there on those other islands."
"Where will we end up if we keep drifting around like this, Tai?" asked Agumon.
"Why would I know that?" Tai asked back.
"Because you're from another world Tai, I never left File Island." Agumon tells him.
"But Agumon, I've never left my world either." said Tai, then a worried look appears on his face.
"Well, I guess it could be worse. There could be evil digimon attacking us. It's too quiet here." said Agumon but then the ground started shaking and a large snowman like digimon pops out of the snow.
"Frigimon…!" shouted the snowman.
"It's Frigimon. Frigimon is a food-friendly snowman. But don't worry Tai, he's a good digimon." said Agumon, but then Frigimon throws a giant snowball at them, causing both of them to slide down the hill past him.
"Oh no, my belly's freezing!" exclaimed Agumon, then looks up to see something sticking out in Frigimon's back. "Huh? It's a Black Gear!"
"The Black Gear's controlling him." said Tai and Agumon.
"Subzero Ice Punch!" shouted Frigimon and tries to punch the ground, but punches the mailbox instead, freezing it in solid ice.
"Hey, did you see that?" asked Agumon.
"Did I? His punch just freeze that mailbox solid." said Tai.
"I guess I better heat things up. Pepper Breath!" shouted Agumon and sends a fireball at Frigimon who then blocks it.
"I really hope you have a backup plan." said Tai.
"Ha, Frigimon! Subzero Ice Punch!" shouted Frigimon as he once again tries to freeze them and hits another mailbox.
"If he touches us, we're going to be turned into ice cubes!" shouted Tai.
"You're right and I'm so hungry, I don't have the strength to digivolve!" shouted Agumon and Frigimon starts to chase them.
"Come back here and fight Frigimon!" shouted Frigimon as Tai and Agumon comes to a large ice wall, cornering them. "Going somewhere?"
"We're trapped like ice mice!" shouted Tai. "There's nowhere else to run!"
"Frigimon!" shouted Frigimon.
"I've got an idea, Tai. Pick me up and throw me at him. If I can land right on his back, I can vaporize that Black Gear with my Pepper Breath." said Agumon and Tai picks him up.
"I don't know if this is going to work, dude." said Tai. "I can barely lift you, much less alone throw you, Tubbymon."
"It has to work Tai, it's our only chance." said Agumon.
"Subzero Ice Punch!" shouted Frigimon, ready to punch them but Tai slips on the ice, causing them to slide right under Frigimon while his punch hits the wall, making snow fall on top of him.
"He really likes to bury himself in his work." said Tai. "Alright, now's our shot. Roll up into a ball."
"You mean like this?" asked Agumon.
"Yeah, now I'll show you why I'm my soccer team's best striker." said Tai as Frigimon bursts out of the snow that covered him. Tai kicks Agumon into the air, sending him above Frigimon's head and onto his back. Once Agumon had a clear shot, he fired his Pepper Breath at the Black Gear, causing it to be destroyed.
"Yahoo! We did it!" shouted Tai and Agumon, celebrating as they ran over to Frigimon.
"What am I doing laying here? What happened?" asked Frigimon.
"A Black Gear was on you and you almost turned us into ice sculptures." explained Agumon.
"Oh, I'm so sorry." said Frigimon. "I just hate it when I do that. Thank you for destroying the gear, but I'm glad you're both alright."
"Have you seen anyone else here? Some more kids like me?" asked Tai, wondering if Felicity had landed there.
"Hmm? Come to think of it, I did see another boy like you. He was with a Gabumon. They fell onto that part of the island." said Frigimon, pointing towards his left.
"You saw Gabumon?" asked Agumon.
"And Matt!" shouted Tai and turns into the direction Frigimon was pointing. "Perfect. Matt would land that far away. It's too cold to swim and we're drifting apart at one hundred miles per year."
"You're a weird kid, but since you helped get that Black Gear out of my aching back, I'll help you get across the water." said Frigimon, then punches water freezing it. "Subzero Ice Punch!"
"Hey, it's an ice bridge. Now we can walk to the island. I hope your punches don't, you know, freeze up." said Tai.
"Don't worry, as long as it's cold I'm full of punch. Yeah baby." Frigimon gloated.
"What if the ice breaks while we're out there?" asked Agumon. "We would be Seadramon bait."
Frigimon jumps up and down on the ice bridge, proving that it wouldn't break. "Alright! Alright! We get it! Quit shaking up the whole island." said Tai. "Man, does everybody in the Digital World always have to be so noisy? Come on, guys, let's get walking."
Once on the ice bridge, Tai looks out onto the water with a worried look. "I hope that Keiko is okay." Tai said to himself.
"Don't worry, Tai. We'll find her and the others." said Agumon.
"You're right, Agumon. I'm glad that she has Renamon to protect her until I can." he tells his digimon.
Meanwhile, a blizzard is blowing hard on the island Matt and Gabumon are on. "T.K.! T.K.! T.K., can you hear me?!" shouted Matt, searching for his missing brother, but then starts coughing really bad.
"Matt!" Gabumon said worriedly.
"Where are you? T.K…." Matt said weakly before falling to the snow.
"Matt, you must save your strength." said Gabumon, then looks to his left and sees something. "Wait. Look Matt, there's a cave right over there. Let's go in and get warm until the storm's over."
"A cave! Of course! That's where T.K. is. Yes! T.K.!" said Matt, running towards the cave but sees that its empty.
"I'm sorry, Matt. Don't give up hope." Gabumon tells him.
"I was so sure that he would be in here, but then again, T.K. never liked caves that much." said Matt quietly while Gabumon made a fire for them.
"There now, come and sit by the fire. You can't help T.K or anyone for that matter if you get sick." said Gabumon. "You must rest to stay strong."
"No, I gotta go back out there and find him. I feel fine." said Matt, but starts coughing badly again.
"Sit down! You're not leaving this cave! I'll go look for T.K.!" said Gabumon, blocking Matt's way out of the cave. Matt became confused by what Gabumon just said to him.
"Hey, come on Matt. I'm you're digimon, remember? I'm here to help you through thick or thin whether it's hot or cold." said Gabumon, chuckling. "Besides, I've got a built-in warm fur coat which you haven't. (Chuckles) Come on. Now you just sit right here and get warm, I mean it. I'll be back in two shakes of a Digi-tail."
As Gabumon leaves the cave, Matt's coughing starts to die down and he then stares into the fire. "Poor little T.K., it's just not right. He's my little brother; I should be the one out there looking for him." thought Matt. He tears up and makes a hasty decision.
"T.K.!" he shouted, rushing out of the cave. Meanwhile Tai, Agumon and Frigimon continued their way towards the island that Matt had landed on with Frigimon's ice bridge.
"Hey dad, are we there yet?" Frigimon asked, confusing Tai and Agumon. "Sorry, I just had to say that. Subzero Ice Punch!"
"Man, that island is just as far away as ever. Let's take five you guys and then we'll keep on going." said Tai.
"The island still moving. If we stop, we may not be able to catch up to it." said Frigimon.
"Agumon, if you could fly like Birdramon, we'd be there already." complained Tai.
"Well, I cant." said Agumon, turning away from him.
"Birdramon probably can't fly in in the cold anyway." said Tai, grinning at his digimon. "No one toasts my clothes like you. Come on, laugh."
"No way." said Agumon.
"Oh, I hate to see friends fight. I'll carry you both across like this." said Frigimon as he places Tai and Agumon on his shoulders. "There, nice and comfy."
"Yeah, comfy as marcel on ice but at least we'll be nice and fresh when we get there." joked Tai.
"Hey, did I ever tell you about the party I went to that the Numemon crashed? Na, now that's a party no one will forget." said Frigimon and walks towards the island.
Meanwhile Gabumon continued to look for T.K. "Well, no sign of T.K. out here anywhere. Poor Matt will disappointed." said Gabumon and suddenly sees something in the snow. "(Gasp) Matt! What are you doing out? I told you not to leave! Can you hear me? Matt?!"
Gabumon brings Matt back to the cave and sets him by the fire. "He's frozen. I have got to warm him up or else…or else he will never make it. But how? All I have is my own fur and…hey, that's it. Why not? No one's here to see me. Here you go my friend. You'll feel better in no time. Good thing we're alone here." said Gabumon as he places his fur on top of Matt. Unknown to them a creature outside in the storm, watches them.
The next day, Tai, Agumon and Frigimon arrive at the island. "This one Numemon kept following my sister but I handled him. A little Subzero Ice Punch show 'n tell." said Frigimon, then wakes both of them up. "Hey, you two, wake up! We're here."
"I wonder where Matt and Gabumon landed." said Tai.
"Somewhere in the middle I think. They must be up somewhere in that forest." said Frigimon.
"Sure, let's go for a hike, then after that we'll hike, then after that we'll hike some more sheesh." said Tai.
"Hey, there's a bed." said Agumon as they see a bed crashed into the ground.
"Matt must be around here somewhere. Matt! Matt!" shouted Tai, hoping that Matt would hear him. "Can you hear me, Matt?"
"Oh Gabumon!" Agumon called out to his fellow digimon.
"Matt! I'm here, Matt!" shouted Tai.
"Gabumon!" shouted Agumon.
"Matt! Are you out there?" yelled Tai.
Back in the cave, Matt wakes up and sees Gabumon putting back on his fur. "Gabumon, you took off your fur for…well thanks." said Matt.
"Yeah, well it's good to see you up and feeling…." Gabumon started to say before sneezing. "better."
"Hey, you kept me all warm but now you got my cold. Bet you look pretty funny with no fur on, Gabumon. Thanks." said Matt, laughing.
"It's ok." Gabumon replied.
"Matt! Gabumon!" shouted Tai.
"It's Tai and Agumon! They're here!" said Gabumon, sneezing again.
"Matt!" shouted Tai as he and Agumon ran towards them.
"Hey!" shouted Agumon, grabbing Gabumon's hands.
"Tai!" yelled Matt.
"I thought we never find you guys. It sure is lucky we met up with Frigimon." said Tai.
"Frosty the Snowmon here." said Matt.
"Yep, this is him. He happened to see you two fall on this island and then he got us here in no time." explained Tai.
"Subzero Ice Punch you know." added Frigimon.
"Did you see anyone else?" asked Matt.
"No, when it rains kids, I usually notice. You were the only two who fell here." said Frigimon. "If there are more of you, they must be on the other islands."
"Poor T.K." said Matt with his head hung down.
"Hey, don't worry. We'll find him and Keiko." Tai assures Matt but then Gabumon sneezes again.
"Hey, what it dude." said Agumon.
"Sorry about that. I'm not used to having a cold." said Gabumon.
"A cold, huh? I have an idea." said Frigimon and walks off.
"Don't go, Frigimon. You can't catch his cold. You already are." shouted Tai but Frigimon doesn't stop. Tai walks over to Gabumon and looks at him.
"How'd you get sick? You're the one with the fur around here." Tai tells him but Matt grabs him by the arm.
"Stop making fun of him! Leave him alone, Tai!" shouted Matt.
"Hey, why don't you just chill out, Matt? I was only trying to see how we could help him." said Tai.
"Gabumon, I think you ought to take a rest for a little while." said Agumon.
"I think you're right." said Gabumon and the two of them headed to the cave.
"We have to figure out what we're going to do next." Tai said to Matt.
"Well, isn't it obvious? We have to go search for all the others." said Matt.
"Yeah and how are we supposed to do that? You heard what Frigimon said. Everyone landed on a different island. Unless you've got an airplane stashed around here someplace, I think we're stuck." said Tai.
"So I guess we'll ask Frigimon for help then." said Matt, crossing his arms.
"Weren't you listening to me? He said they're scattered all over the place." Tai tells him. "He's only got two arms, he's not an octopus."
"Then I'll have to make a raft out of some of these trees, okay!" shouted Matt.
"Matt, calm down! What's eating you dude? I'm on your side. I'll help you get off this island if we have to build surfboards, okay!" Tai shouted back. "Look, the others will be fine without us for now. We've gotta focus on authentic."
"Real deal?" asked Matt.
"What? I've gotta spell it out for you? We've gotta know if this island's moving towards that place Devimon talked about." said Tai.
"That's not the real deal! You doofus, there's nothing more than our friends, and finding them, and getting ourselves back home safe and don't you forget it! You wanna ditch your friends and your sister to go look for some far away land but I'm not coming!" shouted Matt, taking off. "I'll find T.K.! I'll find them all by myself!"
"But Matt…hey come on, don't freak out on me!" Tai shouted and chases after him. Matt continues to run but doesn't get very far.
"You're not getting away that easy!" yelled Tai and tackles Matt to the ground. "No one runs away while I'm still talking, now listen. Maybe there's something across the ocean to help us find the others. Why do you have to get so bent out of shape? I know how you feel Matt."
Suddenly Matt punches Tai, knocking him into the snow. "You haven't got a clue how I feel Tai! You're acting like such a jerk!" shouted Matt.
"Who are you calling jerk, jerk!" shouted Tai, tackling Matt again.
"Tai, stop that." said Agumon.
"You have to work together, guys! Stop fighting." said Gabumon but they continued to fight while rolling through the snow.
"Matt! Tai! Quit it!" said Agumon.
"What do we do? We have to stop them some way." said Gabumon. Both boys continued rolling through the snow until they hit a pile, causing Tai to be on top of Matt, ready to punch him.
"It's T.K." said Matt with tears in his eyes. "He's out there on some strange island and he's all alone."
"That's it, wow." said Tai. "I understand how you're feeling, Matt. Keiko is out there all alone and she's scared to death. She's never been alone without me or Kari."
"Tai! Matt! Get away from that cliff." Agumon warns them but the snow gives out, causing them to fall over the side.
"Matt!" shouted Agumon. Luckily, Tai was able to grab a branch sticking out of the side of the cliff.
"I've got you. Whatever you do, don't let go of my hand." Tai tells Matt.
"Don't give up you guys. Hold on." said Agumon, then turns to Gabumon. "Oh its hopeless, I'm so tired and hungry right now I don't have the strength left at all."
"We'd be ok if I could just digivolve into Garurumon." said Gabumon, sneezing again.
Just then, a strange creature that was watching Matt and Gabumon appears, sliding down with a bone in his hand. "Oh, I think it's Mojyamon." said Agumon.
"That's him, but he's got a black gear stuck inside him." said Gabumon.
"Mojyamon is a peaceful mountain digimon that doesn't like fighting!" said Agumon.
"You'd better tell him that. He doesn't look peaceful right now!" said Gabumon.
"Ice Club!" shouted Mojyamon, causing the edge of the cliff to break, sending the four of them falling downward. Fortunately for them, Frigimon was walking below them and instead of hitting the ground, they hit his head, causing him to drop what he was holding.
"It's raining kids and digimon again. I'm gonna have to start carrying an umbrella." said Frigimon.
"Thank you, Frigimon." said Agumon and Gabumon.
"Good timing." said Matt.
"Without you, we'd be flat as pancakes." said Tai.
"Ha, well next time don't land on my head. Here I brought you some food." said Frigimon and Agumon takes the berries out of his hands.
"Excellent. Let's eat." said Tai.
"It's good and tasty, just the way I like it." said Agumon, taking a bite out of his food.
"An old cold remedy." said Frigimon, handing some kind of grass to Gabumon, who wishes that he hadn't put it in his mouth. Just then, Mojyamon appears causing Matt and Tai to run away.
"I'll take care of Mojyamon. Frigimon!" said Frigimon and kicks Mojyamon into the cliff, causing a hole to be formed. "Subzero Ice Punch!"
Mojyamon dodges the attack and throws Frigimon to the ground. "Boomerang Bone!" shouted Mojyamon, throwing a boomerang like bone at them, making Tai and Matt drop to the ground.
"Nice trick, Mojyamon! Now watch ours." said Tai as his digivice starts to glow.
"Agumon digivolve to…Greymon!" shouted Greymon.
"Gabumon digivolve to…Garurumon!" shouted Garurumon and charges at Mojyamon who then throws the bone again. Garurumon catches the bone in his mouth and breaks it with his teeth.
"That's it, Garurumon!" cheered Matt.
"Go Greymon!" shouted Tai.
"Nova Blast!" bellowed Greymon, sending a massive fireball towards Mojyamon who then dodges it and kicks Greymon to the ground.
"You're not playing nice." said Mojyamon, unaware that Frigimon walked up behind him.
"Now Greymon, aim for the Black Gear." said Frigimon, grabbing a hold of Mojyamon so that he couldn't dodge.
"Nova Blast!" shouted Greymon, sending another fireball that made contact with the Black Gear, causing it to be destroyed. Mojyamon then begins to shrink down to normal size.
"Whew, now that's more like it. Back down to standard Mojyamon size. Garurumon, what are you looking at?" asked Frigimon, unaware of the Black Gears behind him. Garurumon fires Howling Blaster at the Gears causing them to be destroyed
"Wow, just look at those black gears. There's a whole mountain of them." said Tai as Greymon and Garurumon dedigivolve back into Agumon and Gabumon.
"Wow! I feel like I was run down by a Monochromon." said Mojyamon.
"A Black Gear was controlling you, Mojyamon." explained Agumon.
"That's right. The fight wasn't your fault." said Gabumon.
"The same thing happened to me, it's ok though." said Frigimon. "No one got hurt."
"This doesn't change anything, Tai. We still have to find the others." said Matt, but suddenly the Black Gears started moving again.
"Look, the Gears have fixed themselves." said Agumon.
"It must be Devimon." stated Gabumon.
"And the island is moving again." said Matt. Tai runs over to the edge and looks through his mini telescope.
"We're moving alright, the other way. Back toward Infinity Mountain." said Tai.
"And Devimon." said Matt.
"If that's true, than this is no time for us to be fighting." said Tai and Matt nods in agreement. "No stinking gears are gonna stop us."
"Yeah. Together we're gonna be alright." said Matt as they watched the island travel towards Infinity Mountain. "And now I know my little brother will be alright because he has Patamon, Keiko and Renamon to take care of him when I can't be there and I think as long as we can all trust each other, it's a safe bet that we'll be able to fight and beat Devimon."
