Episode 141. Murder Most Horrid. Part 7.

Jeff returns to Hex- Ville, even though the Law and Federal Government are possibly looking for him. Now, a Fugitive, following an exchange at a Hangar, gone wrong, Jeff goes to his Cul De Sac, where he lived and finds Police and Investigators outside his home, where his parents have recently been murdered. Some neighbours are still watching the presence of Law Enforcement, whom have put a block around the house. Jeff is on edge and is desperate to find Harry, his younger brother. If Jeff is spotted, he will most likely been arrested there and then. In the moment, that's the least of his worries. To him, he will suspect, their death will be down to the Heist gone wrong and will be connected to the Crocetti's. Jeff is none the wiser, that project 'Gemini' had an involvement in the plane job. He is about to proceed into the Cul De Sac, when Detective Marino intercepts him. Jeff senses a threat and clenches his fist. Marino goes on the defensive.

"Whoa, Jeff. Take it easy. I'm not here to take you in. To be honest, I'm here to do you a favour," Marino claims.

"Detective Marino. What do you want?" Jeff frowns.

"I need you to trust me."

Well, I'm sorry, Detective, but you might as well kill me. Coz, I know Romano Crocetti and his old man, or Mcquire had something to do with my parents death," Jeff figures.

"You got it all wrong Jeff. Neither Romano or Garcia Crocetti had anything to do with your parents death. I can't vouch for William Mcquire."

Jeff suspects Romano sent Marino to find him and he gets very anxious.

"Crocetti sent you, didn't he? How long have you been in his back pocket?"

"Looking for revenge are you?"

"Uh - yeah. Him and Hank Willis were gonna feed me to the Feds, after that so called Heist or exchange was thwarted. I was blackmailed into that job, as my fathers hopes at becoming Mayor, was going to be extinguished. Well, somebody saw to that literately and my mother was a loose end."

"Lets keep a level head"

"Keep a level head? The Crocetti's had wished they'd never fucked with me."

Marino glances to the Wilsons house, still under investigation. He's hoping, they haven't spotted him and Jeff in conversation. Marino cautiously moves towards Jeff, whom is still very distrustful of the Detective.

"Come with me to my car and we'll discuss, the best cause for us," Marino says.

"If you're gonna kill me, why should I make it easy for you to do it in your car? Just kill me right here," Jeff snaps.

Marino takes out his gun and hands and places it in Jeff's hand to get his trust. But, the mood, Jeff is in, he's on the verge of committing murder himself. Marino steps back. Jeff is surprised by Marino's move. The Detective is desperate for Jeff to understand the situation.

"You want me to shoot you?" Jeff replies, stunned.

"No, I want you to trust me," Marino pleads. "Please, get in the car."

The Crocetti's are holding up in a safehouse. Romano is waiting on Marino's update on Jeff Wilsons status and if he can persuade Jeff to lay low. Garcia is wondering, whom his son is orchestrating the Psychotherapist plot with. Romano insists his contact will pay off.

Harry is staying with Otto Cole and the lawyer assures the teen, he has his full support. Harry cannot get his head around the tragic events. It was supposed to be a day of celebration. In one day, he's lost both his parents to a brutal slaying and the love of his life, Tina, who's abruptly left the country, unbeknown to him, shes carrying their unborn child. To Harry, both scenario's are shrouded by mystery and the reason's why. Otto, too, is left in the dark at the bizarre circumstances of his friends murders. Otto receives a phone call, stating that Albert Kray is in the Hospital and that he raped Bethany. Otto informs his colleagues, he will refuse to represent Kray, if he recovers. Harry's day has just got worse and worse and no sign of his big brother, Jeff, who also has gone off the radar.

Bethany is still traumatized following his sexual attack by Kray. She is full of praise for her older sister, Carla, who came to her rescue at the High School. Marilyn tells Carla, she should have hit him harder and hopes he doesn't wake up.

Harry looks out a bedroom, looking up at a full moon heartbroken. Meanwhile, also with a broken heart at thirty five thousand feet in the air, Tina cries silently, grasping her stomach, as her future daughter grows inside her.

TWO WEEKS LATER

HEX- VILLE CEMETARY

It's the day of Mary and Jonathan Wilsons funeral. The service has many mourners in attendance. Harry is accompanied by Otto. Bethany, Carla and Marilyn are there too. The soon to be retiring Mayor is in attendance. Also in the background, are the Crocetti's. When the Vicar finishes his prayers and final words, they lower the coffins into the ground and Harry has disturbing visions of the brutality that his parents suffered. Harry is left alone, momentarily, to have a private goodbye. As Bethany, Carla and Marilyn reach the exit of the church yard, the Mason Twins spot Bethany. Felicity makes a cruel comment, based on Bethany's rape and Carla sees red. Carla barges up to Felicity and punches her in the face. Felicity throws a back hander back, but Carla ducks out the way. Carla grabs her by the hair and slams her face into the bonnet of a parked car. Bethany pulls her sister away, as Felicity is left with a bloodied nose.

"What is wrong with you?" Fallon gasps, as the sight of her twin sisters attack.

"Shut up!" Carla rages. "Fucking skank!"

A mourner is not pleased, by Carla's outburst and pulls her away.

"Watch your language lady. You're outside a Church for goodness sake."

"She's broke my nose," Felicity screams in pain.

"If there was any good left in this world, people like these two, would be in the ground. Along with Albert Kray," Carla curses. She turns to her mother. "You're right about one thing mother - I should have hit him harder."

This reference appears to indicate, Kray survived and could go back to prison. Onlookers are horrified by Carla's attack and Bethany sees that Harry, saw the whole charade. She feels embarrassed and has the need to embrace him. Harry, however, is chauffered away. In the distance, Jeff watches on, with tears rolling down his face. He glances to a suitcase full of cash, before jumping into a car and driving off. Jeff would not see Harry again, for another Sixteen years. Romano and Garcia agree to approach, Harry as soon as possible and put his mind at rest.
