We now turn into Drake and Ashley who had excited grins on their faces.

"Andddddd we are back!" Drake grinned. "And as I expected, the tournament hasn't lost its chaotic nature!"

"Indeed. Maybe because of what WE went through during the third Battle of the Luminaries but I have forgotten about how… Bonkers the second Tournament of Kikai was." Ashley admitted.

"Yeah, I have forgotten how crazy the fighters could get even WITHOUT a stage change!" Drake noted. "And we haven't gotten to the mystery envelopes!"

"OR the explanation for the Safe Zone." Ashley added. "But we are getting ahead of ourselves."

"Yeah, let's talk about the fighters!" Drake nodded before looking at the camera. "It is actually quite simple. We will go in the order of the top fifteen of the votes from bottom to top seeing those are the people who always get at least one elimination, regardless if they survive the section or not."

"We will show the fighter's name, node, order they entered the arena or how many elimination they have at the moment." Ashley explained. "Next, we will give a brief summary of what happened with that fighter. Maybe give our opinion."

"So let's begin! Starting with the ones who got eliminated but still got an elimination." Drake grinned.

LANDIA

NODE: KIRBY

ENTERED IN: Section 1; Number 23

OVERALL ELIMINATIONS: 1

"Huh. Here we are starting off with a Kirby character!" Drake beamed. It then faltered. "It seems that their reappearance for the remaster of Return to Dreamland isn't enough to end up in the top twelve."

"It also doesn't help that they were in a five-way tie for fifteenth place and only got it because he was the last draw of said five." Ashley lamented. He then brightened up. "But still, that doesn't make their elimination any less epic!"

"That it didn't!" Drake nodded. "Landia was in a three-way with Spike from Tom and Jerry: War of the Whiskers and a third party who will go over later."

"We say that but we could afford to say that the third party is a cat or at least cat-like and because Spike loves to beat on cats, he of course focuses more of his energy on said cat." Ashley said, rolling his eyes.

"Eventually, the cat had something to do and ran off. Thankfully, Landia was a bigger sport than Spike and stopped the dog from chasing after him." Drake said. "Showing why they are a boss, they managed to put Spike on the ropes with their fireballs and wind projectiles."

"However, they ended up activating a universal mechanic in War of the Whiskers: The Berserk mode. When a character from the game takes enough damage, they would literally go red and their attacks become stronger and become more resilient!" Ashley nodded. "In other forms, the cornered rat will bite back at the cat! …Which is weird because he is not only a dog but a BULLDOG."

"Try not to think about it." Drake said, waving it off. "But yeah, Spike was fighting up, even temporarily becoming a dragon rider just like Kirby and friends, riding onto them."

"But Kirby Spike is not as Landia flew out of the ring and spun around, dropping Spike like a stone into the elimination portal." Ashley said. "But yeah, fifteenth slot but still a respectable showing."

FUZZY LUMPKINS

NODE: THE POWERPUFF GIRLS

ENTERED IN: Section 1; Number 4

OVERALL ELIMINATIONS: 1

Ashley's smile vanished. "...Fuzzy on the other hand, was far less respectable."

"In his defence, it wasn't for a lack of strength. Take a seat, this may take a while." Drake offered. "His main target, we will remain silent for a while, has actually broken his precious banjo, Joe. And you know how much he HATES people touching his property, let alone breaking them."

"So he spent the entire section, or to be accurate, HIS entire time in the arena, chasing said target. Eventually, he tried wasting all of his shots from his musket." Ashley said.

"So he had to get out his meat gun from the very first Powerpuff Girls short when it was called the Whoopass Girls!" Drake grinned.

"...I still can't believe it used to be called that." Ashley muttered. "But yes, while he STILL failed to shoot his target, he managed to shoot various enemies."

"One of them being Fred Fredburger from the Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy. And of course, THAT won't stop his excessive talking." Drake said, rolling his eyes.

"He ended up throwing from the 'fight' he was involved in and coincidentally to the guilty party." Ashley said, shaking his head. "Then, it was safe pickings for Fuzzy to throw him out of the ring."

"Okay, so not the best way for the Powerpuff Girls to get on the board. But at the very least, they shown how Townsville is fucked if it wasn't for the titular girls." Drake pointed.

Ashley rolled his eyes. "Oh, I know. I watched 'Too Pooped To Puff'."

Drake chuckled nervously.

KEN "GODHAND" MISHIMA

NODE: EHRGEIZ: GOD BLESS THE RING

ENTERED IN: Section 1; Number 21

OVERALL ELIMINATIONS: 1

Drake's eyes lit up. "Well, THIS is a pleasant surprise!"

"Indeed, I was worried that Ehrgeiz would end up just like Battle Arena Toshinden and yet not only did the first person get an elimination but it also got the FIRST elimination of the tournament!" Ashley noted.

"Because he was facing Infinite from Sonic the Hedgehog and for the latter's credit, he was putting up a decent fight with his swordplay and abilities from Sonic Forces Speed Battle." Drake admitted.

"However, while not as strong as Kazuya or Heihachi, he is still a Mishima so not only does he possess powerful strength but also a hidden gun-arm!" Ashley said before shuddering. "As for the Mishimas, they aren't terrifying enough without their bare fists."

"So overall, Ken overwhelmed Infinite and made him the first person out." Drake said before looking at Ashley with a smirk. "And you said that Infinite had a lot of votes."

"He did! Or at least in comparison to the die votes he got at the time!" Ashley insisted. "Maybe he genuinely had a decent showing when we did the recap the last time but then got more die votes."

"Eh, I ain't complaining and neither is Ken." Drake smirked. "Welcome to the Tournament of Kikai, Ehrgeiz!"

"Well, that is the people who have gotten 13-15, now let's see who made it into the top twelve!" Ashley grinned

CEREBELLA

NODE: SKULLGIRLS

ENTERED IN: Section 1; Number 22

OVERALL ELIMINATIONS: 1

Drake and Ashley's face fell as they went blank. Drake then chuckled nervously while Ashley slapped his forehead.

"Ah, yes. We may have mentioned this before but just like in the last tournament, the main gimmick is back." Drake said. "The wheel!"

"Yeah, I almost forgot how unfair that thing could be." Ashley muttered. "Especially since that is part of the reason why Xero and Maurice got tied to the firework display in the last one!"

"I mean it IS the Tournament of KIKAI, you know Japanese for chance?" Drake asked. "Even most of the roster is based on some random number generator."

Ashley sat up. "...Yes, about that. I have to ask: How long do you think Xero wasted time on filling ALL of the names into said number generator."

Suddenly, his phone went off. Raising an eyebrow, he answered it and put it to his ear.

"Hello, Xero?" Ashley asked.

"You. Have. NO IDEA how long did it take to do it in a number generator." The rabbit said, sounding tired. "In both the first AND second tournament!"

"...You know, you don't HAVE to do that." Ashley pointed out.

"Um, dude, didn't you hear Drake, this is the Tournament of KIKAI? I based the tournament's gimmick on the luck of the draw." Xero reminded. "Of COURSE I have to fully commit to it."

"Well, as long as you are suffering for it." Ashley shrugged.

"Oi…" Xero muttered.

"But real talk though, the wheel wasn't actually popular with MOST of the fighters, even some that BENEFITED by it." Ashley reminded.

"So? The crowd LOVED it." Xero retorted.

Ashley looked exasperated. "Bruh… These are the same people that cheered for JUNKO ENOSHIMA, even when she revealed her plan to pull the entire multiverse into despair."

"Yeah, even I was like 'What the hell, audience'." Xero sighed. "Even still, the wheel stays. It is part of the Tournament of Kikai's identity. Besides, the third Battle of the Luminaries' own gimmick also handicapped people like Pinocchio, Eagle and Ky Kiske."

"Those are completely different! We…" Ashley shouted before calming himself down. "Okay, you know what? At the end of the night, it is YOU that is going to be tied to a bunch of fireworks, not me."

"Again, oi…" Xero muttered before hanging up.

Drake raised an eyebrow. "Heh. I expected a more… Louder conversation."

"Like I said, the fighters will express my thoughts, verbally AND physically so I am actually going to try to limit my complaints about the wheel this time around." Ashley said, rolling his eyes before looking at the camera. "Sorry about that, but in case, you didn't guess, the tournament brought up the main gimmick, the wheel."

"Every five eliminations, the wheel will be spun and whoever it lands on will receive either a positive or negative thing and guess what happened here." Drake said.

"Jack Turner from Art of Fighting is the first victim of said wheel, having his legs locked." Ashley frowned. "Okay, I could understand that seeing that his dropkick is arguably one of the strongest moves in Art of Fighting but Monika could just take away his ability to do that. She could do that."

"As if that wasn't bad enough, he ended up pissing off Cerebella by interrupting her fight." Drake admitted. "The two ended up fighting and to Jack's credit, he managed to hold his own decently well."

"But after forgetting about his legs being locked together, he ended up faltering, making it easy pickings for Cerebella to throw him out of the arena." Ashley sighed. "I feel bad because we talked more about Jack than Cerebella but…"

"But it is hard to hype someone up who is beating up someone who is severely handicapped." Drake admitted before sighing. "Aw, well, at least Skullgirls are on the board and they didn't even have to wait one or two sections."

"Still, Cerebella has gotten the twelfth spot while Jack has gotten the SIXTEENTH spot so that makes things even more awkward." Ashley sighed.

RAPHAEL

NODE: NICKELODEON ALL-STAR/RISE OF THE TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES

ENTERED IN: Section 1; Number 1

OVERALL ELIMINATIONS: 1

"Speaking of Jack, he was one of the people the former was in a three-way fight with." Drake pointed out. "However, after Jack got dragged away by Cerebella, Raphael was forced to find another fight."

"This fight was with Ken from Ehrgeiz and while he is definitely better than Infinite, he is still quite arrogant." Ashley said before rolling his eyes. "Yep, he is a Mishima, all right."

"To be fair, Ken has gotten his attitude with his strength and gun-arm, having Raphael on the ropes for a bit." Drake said. "However, he put away his sais for his tonfas! And now just any tonfas, the tonfas that could manipulate energy!"

"Oh, right, I forget that Raphael AND Donatello could use their mystic weapons in not only Rise but also Super Brawl Universe." Ashley realised.

"Well, Raphael didn't and he put his weapon to good use, creating a large pair of energy fists!" Drake smirked. "While Ken fought out with a good old-fashioned explosion, Raphael managed to block it and eliminate him for his trouble!"

ESPEON

NODE: POKEMON

ENTERED IN: Section 1; Number 3

OVERALL ELIMINATIONS: 1

"Remember the three-way that involved Landia from Kirby and Spike? Espeon was the cat. Or cat-like Pokemon." Drake pointed out.

"The reason she left was because she needed to help get rid of Fred Fredburger for Raphael and one other person we would cover." Ashley said. "So there is THAT."

"Next, she comes back to fighting Landia, having a good healthy fight." Drake said. "That doesn't mean they didn't give them their all. With Landia's dragon skills and Espeon's various moves like Agility and… Tail Whip?"

"You would think Espeon would have a more higher-level move." Ashley noted.

"To be fair, most of Jigglypuff's moves in Smash are low-level moves and SHE made it work." Drake reminded. "ESPECIALLY against Giga Bowser in Melee."

"Yeah, I don't get it either." Ashley admitted. He then suddenly smirked. "Speaking of Jigglypuff, I think this transitions into one of them."

"That's right! Espeon has Dazzling Gleam, which for those who don't know, is a Fairy-type move. And it does extra damage against DRAGONS!" Drake grinned.

"I wonder if Espeon got inspired by watching Jigglypuff's brief fight against Ridley and Malomyotismon in the third Battle of the Luminaries." Ashley mused.

"Maybe. But then again, I heard that Jigglypuff got inspired from Mewtwo using ™ moves in the first Tournament of Kikai so who's to say who inspired Espeon." Drake pointed. "Kinda the chicken or the egg kinda thing."

The two then shrugged.

NUMBUH ONE

NODE: CARTOON NETWORK: PUNCH-TIME EXPLOSION/CODENAME: KIDS NEXT DOOR

ENTERED IN: Section 1; Number 17

OVERALL ELIMINATIONS: 1

Drake's eyes lit up. "Well, look who did better than their previous status in the first Tournament of Kikai!"

"Yeah!" Ashley beamed. He then paused. "Well, even though he arguably had a WORST start."

Drake chuckled nervously. "For context, ever since Numbuh One entered the arena, he was being chased by Fred Fredburger. Sure, that sounds ridiculous but Numbuh One was a victim of being interrogated by Fred so I can't blame him."

"Thankfully, after Espeon and Fuzzy dealt with Fred, directly and INDIRECTLY respectively, Numbuh One redeemed himself by going after a more… Traditional fighter." Ashley said. "This one is Kukri from King of Fighters XV."

"The two showed off their skills with Numbuh One's various 2x4 technology and Kukri's geomancy via sand. And as much as Kukri is… Unpopular with the ladies, he is still strong." Drake pointed out.

"So strong that he forced Numbuh One to use his Final Smash or in this case, Punch Time Explosion." Ashley noted. "Pelting Kukri with most of his 2x4 technology at once and eliminating him!"

SULLEY

NODE: KINGDOM HEARTS/MONSTERS INC

ENTERED IN: Section 1; Number

OVERALL ELIMINATIONS: 1

Ashley blinked twice. "Wait, not one but TWO fighter skips."

"It can't be helped. Even by Tournament of Kikai standards, this was a chaotic round." Drake shrugged. "But anyway, when we were talking about Fuzzy from the Powerpuff Girls and he went on a one-man crusade against the one who destroyed Joe?"

"THIS is the poor sap." Ashley said, rolling his eyes. "Ever since THAT happened, the poor monster hasn't gotten a chance to breathe with Fuzzy kept attacking him relentlessly."

"However, Sulley didn't back down as he had his brute strength, claws and dodgeballs. But even still, he needed to help as two certain people even stopped their own fight to help him." Drake said. "In the end, not even Fuzzy could take on three heavyweights and was knocked out."

Ashley winced. "The rest… Is a little messy without name-dropping who decided to help Sulley. Long story short, someone threw one of their bombs at them, leaving Sulley to be the only one to eliminate Fuzzy. What a mess!"

DEMYX

NODE: KINGDOM HEARTS

ENTERED IN: Section 1; Number 27

OVERALL ELIMINATIONS: 1

"Wow, I am surprised to see an original Kingdom Hearts character that ISN'T Sora do better than a Disney character." Drake said in awe.

"Indeed. Especially since how… Polarising Demyx is." Ashley admitted.

"Dude, don't even get me started." Drake muttered. He then perked up. "But yeah, Demyx has shown that he isn't a coward, he is just lazy."

"Well, he wasn't lazy against Dean from Final Fight, that's for sure." Ashley chuckled. "Demyx overwhelmed him with his rapid aquamancy."

"Not that Dean wanted to go out like a bitch as he used his own element: elecmancy to the best of his ability." Drake said, shaking his head.

"He also got a penalty from the wheel but he simply put up his forcefield to protect himself from the rest of the fighters for the rest of the section." Ashley pointed out.

"Totally I would bitch about this but considering what happened to Jack, yeah, I actually don't mind this." Drake shrugged.

GARNET

NODE: MULTIVERSUS/STEVEN UNIVERSE

ENTERED IN: Section 1; Number 6

OVERALL ELIMINATIONS: 1

"It seems that Penny's own alliance still has potential seeing that Garnet is in the Top 4!" Drake grinned.

"Indeed, and what a start she had! It was a simple fight between Ed from Street Fighter and what they do with their respective powers to augment their respective fists!" Ashley nodded.

"Ed has his Psycho Power and willingness to play dirty but Garnet has her psychic powers and skills from Multiversus and as her signature song goes, she is stronger than Ed!" Drake grinned.

"Indeed. And to think that she wasn't even on Xero's list until Supernova_Hearts/CJH48 suggested her on her Reserver Mystery Fighter suggestion list." Ashley noted. He then rolled his eyes. "And even then, it was more likely because of Multiversus."

"Eh. That is why the mystery envelopes were so well-received." Drake chuckled with a shrug.

ELMER FUDD

NODE: LOONEY TUNES: WORLD OF MAYHEM

ENTERED IN: Section 1; Number 9

OVERALL ELIMINATIONS: 2

"Okay, show of hands, is anyone surprised that a Looney Tunes character is in the Top 3?" Drake asked.

"No one, really. Even if it is someone who is put in antagonism mostly thus rarely, if any, won a fight." Ashley admitted.

"To be fair, he had somewhat of a slow start facing off against Gato from King of Fighters XV, a ruthless and no-nonsense fighter." Drake pointed out. "Not only have been moving around Elmer's gunshots but even showed that he will do anything to win by snapping his NECK!"

Ashley winced as he held his neck. "Good thing Elmer is a cartoon."

"But Elmer showed that just because he loses most of the time, that doesn't mean he is weak! It is just that the people he came across are on a whole nother level!" Drake grinned.

"Indeed. He somehow manages to CURVE his shots and even took Gato by surprise, stunning him long enough to get him out of the ring." Ashley said.

"Next, he finally went into the Safe Zone." Drake said before pausing. "Though I could have sworn that something happened while it was in there."

"If it did, then we would have talked about it by now." Ashley shrugged.

"True, it was probably nothing important." Drake nodded.

"Even if it is, it may not be our place to do so." Ashley said.

The two then exchanged nods.

"So anyway, Elmer came out in his Brunhilde outfit from What's Opera, Doc?" Drake asked. "Complete with his spear and magic helmet!"

Ashley gasped, putting his hands to his cheek. "His spear and magic helmet!?"

"Spear and magic helmet!" Drake smirked.

"Magic helmet!?" Ashley exclaimed.

"Magic helmet!?" Drake repeated.

Ashley looked at the camera with an exasperated look.

"...Magic helmet."

"Hey, R.O.B. from Super Smash Bros underestimated the magic helmet too and look at what happened to HIM?" Drake scolded.

"But it wasn't the magic helmet that did R.O.B. in! It was his hammer in one of the spin-off games!" Ashley retorted. He then paused. "Which, to be fair, is still quite impressive but my point is clear."

Drake looked at the camera with an annoyed look.

"You can't talk to mages about these things."

BENTLEY

NODE: SLY COOPER

ENTERED IN: Section 1; Number 7

OVERALL ELIMINATIONS: 1

BOWSER

NODE: SUPER SMASH BROS/SUPER MARIO BROS

ENTERED IN: Section 1; Number 26

OVERALL ELIMINATIONS: 2

"Heh. How fitting when we have two fighter skips, it is because they are grouped up with the Top 2." Drake smirked.

"And what a Top 2 indeed!" Ashley nodded. "First off, the heavyweights who were helping Sulley with Fuzzy was Bowser and Crush from Spyro the Dragon."

"At the same time, Bentley was fighting Berry from Tokyo Mew Mew." Drake added. "And the two were evenly matched with Bentley's gadgets and pimped-out wheelchair and Berry's light magic and staff."

"Then, Bentley tried to show off why he is the genius of the Cooper trio by sending a bomb at the four heavyweights with the bomb affecting only Bowser and Crush." Ashley pointed out. "A little later, Bentley activated the effects of said bomb, causing the two to go into an intense rage against each other."

"This was actually a distraction for Bentley to set up a trap for Berry when she was too busy looking at what happened." Drake pointed out. "When the trap was a success, it was easy pickings for Bentley to eliminate Berry."

"Meanwhile, Bowser ended up winning his duel against Crush, though he didn't feel too good when he came to." Drake frowned.

"I swear, most of Bowser's first eliminations are always the silly ones." Ashley said, shaking his head.

"At least he didn't break someone down mentally this time." Drake said, chuckling nervously.

Ashley rolled his eyes. "Anyway, to be fair to Bowser, he tried to make up for what happened by going after Sir Daniel Fortesque from Playstation All-Stars Battle Royale for a more traditional battle." Ashley pointed out.

"And what a traditional battle it is! With Bowser's brute strength and Sir Daniel's swordplay and projectile weapons!" Drake grinned.

"But Bowser is more than his Super Smash Bros moveset!" Ashley noted. "He used his Shy Guy Squad special from Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story! …Okay, that is an exaggeration seeing that there are obviously no Shy Guys but the move was clearly inspired by said move."

"What IS a clear reference is his Bowzooka from Mario + Rabbids: Sparks of Hope!" Drake grinned. He then paused. "I wonder why he didn't use that in the third Battle of the Luminaries."

"I WANT to say because the Bowzooka is mostly used for AOE damage and all of said fights have been single-target but that still doesn't explain why he used it against Sir Daniel." Ashley pointed out.

"Yeah, speaking of which, as much as I love Bowser being a badass, do you think that this spells an omen for Playstation All-Stars Battle Royale?" Drake frowned.

"Oh, right, Sir Daniel was one of the only people who has gotten an elimination for his node." Ashley noted. "I am surprised that he did WORSE this time around. On the other hand, it was close. He was in a five-way tie for the fifteenth slot with Landia and Jack."

"Who were the other two?" Drake asked.

"Spike and Fred Fredburger." Ashley answered.

"Damn… So many nodes could potentially be on the board from the get-go." Drake winced.

"Well, the night literally just began." Ashley shrugged.

BEAKY BUZZARD

NODE: LOONEY TUNES: WORLD OF MAYHEM

ENTERED IN: Section 1; Number 29

OVERALL ELIMINATIONS: 1

LAUNCHPAD McQUACK

NODE: DISNEY ANIMATION TELEVISION ALL-STARS/DUCKTALES 1987

ENTERED IN: Section 1; Number 30

OVERALL ELIMINATIONS: 2

Drake and Ashley both blinked twice. The latter then sighed.

"Yyyyyyep, we are back." Ashley muttered.

Drake chuckled nervously. "Sooo despite being the last two to cover, they… They didn't go out as grand as I thought."

"Yes, they had most of their time in the arena… Playing a BOARD game." Ashley muttered.

"Launchpad's first elimination is when Kukri knocked Boyd from The Rumble Fish out and sent him flying right into their game!" Drake nodded. "That is when Launchpad picked him up and dropped him out of the ring."

"...Now Kukri mentioned it, maybe the Crossover Dome IS built on an Indian burial ground." Ashley muttered.

Drake glared at Ashley. "Dude, it is literally the first section. Don't start."

"Oh, come on! You can't tell me the battles AND the out-of-arena villain plots in both Tournament of Kikais AND the third Battle of the Luminaries aren't more chaotic than the Okron Tournament and the fourth Megamix Tournament!" Ashley scolded. "I wouldn't be surprised if Xero picked the location!"

"...There is a Indian burial ground? Right smack dab in a city?" Drake asked with a bored look.

"Ooh, so you and Xero get to speak a lot of crazy stuff but when I give my own eccentric theory, I'M the odd man out!" Ashley spat.

"But I think Launchpad and Beaky redeemed themselves." Drake piped up. "You see, Patti from Disney Animation Television All-Stars and Kitty from Sidekick both decided to stop fighting each other and fight the two."

"To be fair, the two birds have proven to have potential to be great fighters with Launchpad's resilience and Beaky… Being a buzzard." Ashley said.

"It all ends with a bang with Launchpad and Beaky performing a Limit Break, showing off their respective flying skills and chasing down Patti and Kitty!" Drake smirked.

"...But Launchpad is a horrible pilot." Ashley piped up.

"No, Launchpad is a horrible LANDER. Everything else he is okay with. When do you think Scrooge McDuck hired him as his main pilot?" Drake asked.

"Um, because he is cheap?" Ashley asked.

Drake gave an annoyed look. "Anywayyyyy… The Limit Break overwhelmed the two girls. Not bad for the first Limit Break of the tournament."

"I must admit, it was quite good to watch." Ashley chuckled. "With Launchpad getting the top slot. It seems that Xero was right to make him the final fighter of the first section."

"And now we congratulate Raphael, Espeon, Garnet, Bentley, Elmer, Numbuh One, Sulley, Cerebella, Bowser, Demyx, Beaky and Launchpad!" Drake grinned.

Ashley paused. "...Aren't we supposed to say something BEFORE congratulating the fighters that made it to the next round?"

Drake raised an eyebrow. "Yeah, I think there is."

The two then shrugged.

"Anywayyyyy… Time for the stats!" Drake grinned.

"As expected, there are a lot of cartoons doing well right off of the back." Drake noted.

"Not to say that the games aren't doing good themselves." Ashley pointed out. "Heaven and hell, EHRGEIZ managed to get on the board. So would Art of Fighting if Jack had a later draw than Landia."

"And we pegged those nodes as the potential Battle Arena Toshinden of this node." Drake agreed. "But yeah, it is to no surprise that Super Smash Bros, Disney Television All-Stars AND Looney Tunes are tied for overall MVPs at the moment."

"I have to ask: Would Super Smash Bros finally meet their match in most eliminations overall?" Ashley asked. "Or at least have a potential rival?"

"I mean at the moment, Looney Tunes have more eliminations than Super Smash Bros so it is not impossible." Drake said.

"But what is going on?" Ashley asked. "What is there Eliminatedish next to Fuzzy, Landia and Ken?"

"And what is that extra stats underneath the Top 10 eliminations?" Drake asked. "What is…"

Suddenly, the entire stage went dark, preventing the cameras to see Drake, Ashley OR the stats. Then, a source of light could be seen. It came in the form of a blue glowing orb as it floated through the darkness.

"Fate… Such a fickle thing."

A woman's voice could be heard.

"Throughout the centuries, fate was seen as something that cannot be changed. But nowadays, it seems that fate could be changed. Some may see into the future but in the end, it is never set in stone."

Then, a pair of glowing blue eyes opened up.

"It is the same for the UVR tournament. It is YOUR votes that affect the outcome of not only the fighters in the arena but also the fight OUTSIDE of it. And that goes for several things like which fighters have a second chance in the Okron Tournament or which fighters would win an eight-way no restraint Challenge?"

Then, several more orbs came up, showing various scenes from the Tournament of Kikai.

"And of course, there is the Tournament of Kikai, a tournament that based its identity on luck. Like having forty fighters in one section or having NO Big Guys. It is all based on the wheel which chooses one of the remaining fighters at the end of a section."

Finally, the glowing-eyed person could be seen. It was a dark-skinned raven-haired woman that looked like she was in her late twenties. She was dressed in a long-sleeved red blouse with a matching headdress and sandals with a dull brown floor-length skirt with vertical stripes.

"Greetings, my name is Cacey. You may know me when I covered for the research team when Mayor Drake, Ashley, Wally and Catherine were getting ready to leave for the Crossover Dome in the first tournament." The woman introduced. "I have been asked by said mayor to overlook the end of section gimmick, similar to how Olmec covers the Superstar arena change or how Ronald covers the Multiversal Matchup

She then winced.

"But then I realised… Xero and Monika have… Bigger ambitions than I thought so I will see if I can try to talk about it." Cacey said before sighing. "The new main gimmick of this tournament is the Safe Zone. At first glance, it seems to just be a simple way for the fighters, particularly the Looney Tunes to change into various forms."

She then took a deep breath.

"But it turns out to be even more than that. Thanks to Monika, whoever successfully enters the Safe Zone will have time to freeze all around them, save for the person who entered and of course, Monika." Cacey said before rolling her eyes. "Well, I will give them this. I was concerned about how safe it would be seeing how attacks could come from different directions. But nothing screams safe like freezing any and all attacks."

She then stifled a cough.

"A-Anyway, when in the Safe Zone, you will have twenty minutes. During that time, Monika will give you a chance to win a prize. It is too early to say for certain if the game will be different each time or it is just going to be the same, but there are going to be three prizes. A prize that benefitted the person who successfully went into the Safe Zone, a prize that benefitted someone else or a prize which… Nothing."

She then smiled.

"Speaking of which, the person who entered the Safe Zone is Elmer Fudd after he eliminated Gato. The entire reason they were fighting was because they wanted to see who entered it first." Cacey noted. "That and I think Elmer was chosen because not only does he have a lot of different variants from World of Mayhem. Now, you may be asking why I said 'chosen' when Elmer came in WILLINGLY? Well, I wasn't talking about IN-story but why Orange-Ratchet chose it. Or at least that is MY theory. You may also be asking why Orange-Ratchet hand-picked Elmer instead of resorting to the random number generator?"

She then smirked.

"Because while HE may be content with using the random number generator, YOU may not want to. That is correct. YOU may affect the next person to enter the Safe Zone and have a chance to affect the arena AND give them a new form, that could be not even related to what THEY could normally do with ANY media." Cacey pointed out. "The voteform for that is simple. You just have to choose five fighters from the main voteform. Even those you gave a Die vote for. Do you want all of your favourites to have a chance or do you want to cast pity votes for those you are unable to give a Live vote? The fate of the Safe Zone belongs to YOU."

She then giggled.

"Though the fate of the Safe Zone's challenges may not be affected by you. Speaking of which, it is a simple pick-and-choose game. There are three cloches and you have to choose which one you would look under." Cacey explained. "In the end, Elmer has won or at least won something that affected others."

She then raised an eyebrow.

"What is that prize? Well, I will inform you. But not now. I will do it in the next section, along with the mystery envelope. Yes, that is still back." Cacey said. "Similar to the Superstar gimmick of the third Battle of the Luminaries, whoever gets the top slot will select the outcome of the next round. In this case, the choices of three envelopes."

Then, three orbs flew up. One had a picture of the arena that is split in half. The other had Monika's face with a question mark right next to it. The last one had a picture of a giant white scarab battle with blue eyes.

"Arena Split. Monika's Twist. Redemption Arc. Those are the three picks that the top slot fighter, in this case, Launchpad, have to choose." Cacey explained before frowning. "But alas, despite being the first top spot fighter, he only has limited control over his fate as his pick matches up with Elmer's prize. Stay tuned to find out what that pick is in the next part of this recap."
