Once myne closes the door to Rex's room. She goes into her room, takes her clothes off ,wraps herself up in the bed's white sheet, leaves her room,and runs down the hall knocking on the door to motoyasus room
She could hear commotion from Rex's room. 'Damn it basterd woke up, well I can work with this' thought myne as motoyasu opened up the door.
Myne threw herself onto motoyasu arms. " Oh hey, Myne what's going on ?" Ask motoyasu confused on why myne was hugging him and in nothing but a bed sheet. " it was horrible the shield hero he got drunk… hic, I took him to his room so he could rest,... hic but he pinned me down!, and… hic said the night was still young…hic, luckily I was able to escape and got some guards to go and arrest that swine but… hic I fear that they will need your help sir Motoyasu!''said myne in a begging and helpless tone of voice with tears going down her face
Motoyasu gently gripped Myne's left shoulder, as his face turned into one of anger and hatred. " don't worry, stay in my room, I'll make that bastard pay "said Motoyasu with venom in his voice as he walked past myne. " Oh thank you thank you sir motoyasu " said Myne hiding her huge ear to ear smirk

Rex finished knocking out all four of the guards. He held his arms in pain, as lighting covers them. "Damn rule doesn't it know I have a problem with authority!" said rex in frustration
Motoyasu opens the door to Rex's room. Rex turns around to be face to face with a pissed off motoyasu " Okay I know this looks bad but trust me it's not what it looks like". Rex says as Motoyasu grips his spear. Then thrust it forward aiming for Rex's face. Rex pivots to the right to dodge. Then counters with a punk buster kick to motoyasu gut. Which sends him flying back hitting the door to the room across Rex's room.
The loud thump woke up everyone in the inn. Causing people to leave their rooms and see what was going on. One of these people is itsuki.
Myne spots him and runs over to him. " You're from Rex's party, why is he and motoyasu fighting? And why are you only in bed sheets?"Itsuki had multiple questions on the situation unfolding
" Oh it was terrible sir Itsuki… hic rex got drunk… hic I took him to his room so he may rest but.. hic he pinned me down!... and he tried to rape me! but.. I escaped hic and now motoyasu is trying to arrest him" said myne cried some tears. Using the same helpless tone of voice she used on motoyasu
Itsuki looked furious and aimed his bow at rex. Who was using the weight of the smack hand on his right hand to pin Motoyasu down. "Damn it! How are you able to do this? The rules should be stopping this cheater!" Yelled motoyasu " read the fine print much? its with intent to attack and I don't want to attack you just pin you down" said rex
Itsuki lets go of his bow string firing an arrow at rex. Rex senses it coming his way, and quickly makes his party blocker on his right hand to block it
" Let go of him and turn yourself in,villain!"yell Itsuki as he ready another arrow. Rex looked at Itsuki, and at everyone that was looking at the commotion . He knew that he really couldn't continue this fight. Not such a small inn where innocent people can get hurt.

" got that out of your system?" Ask Rex in a calm and condescending tone of voice " how dare you act that way scum!" Yelled out motoyasu"Come on look at me, do I look drunk whatsoever? Hell a drunk man shouldn't have been able to kick the ass of 4 train knights,and of one of the heros. you need more proof to prove my guiltiness" said Rex as mutter went throughout the room

Myne hid behind motoyasu's arm once again cry" You animal!" Yelled motoyasu as he hugs and comforts myne"that's all the proof I need !" yelled the king " Oh come on that wasn't there when I woke up!" Yelled rex " despicable I almost believed you" Yelled ren " this world isn't a consequence free playground!" Yelled itsuki
Rex grits his teeth. Looking over at myne. Who has a huge satisfied grin on her face. ' damn! It was set up! i was gonna lose no matter what and I can't even be that mad I should have trusted my gut! instead of thinking with the brain down stairs!' thought rex in frustration.
" I knew it was a mistake summoning all four heros'' said one of the nobles"true but who would have guessed the shield would be such scum" said another noble "it's all about the shield huh" said Rex as he got up.
" Fine then whatever just give me my gear and money and I'll be on my way" said rex " after all you done how can you think about running away" said isuki " we should just summon a new one" said Ren " Yeah who want to fight with a rapist" said motoyasu. " trust me I want nothing more but legend tell us we can't summon new heros unless all four current are dead" said the king shocking all four heroes
" That fine because I never said anything about running away. even liars like you still need saving! now I want my items" said rex" fine!" Yelled the king as a knight came, dropping Rex's backpack to the floor. His jacket, goggles, chainmail and a bag with his silver in" This is all the item from your room much more than scum like you deserve" said the king
Rex stuffed the chainmail into the backpack,put on his jacket and goggles as he got up, put his left arm through the backpack strap, and quickly counted the bag of silver coins." Hey this ain't all my silver!" Yelled rex
" don't try to get any more bast-" " shut up, it was 418 I had and this bag only has half I want the rest! " Yelled Rex interrupting motoyasu.
The knight's move in closer with the spears "get off me now!" Said Rex as he made his smack hand to push the guards to the floor. They break down as lightning covers rex's arms
" It was to pay for the damages you caused at the inn if that all out of my sight with you scum" shouted the king. "Oh gladly I'm tired of looking at that ugly mug you call a face" said Rex, turning around as he started to make his way to the castle front doors. pissing if the king even more
" Just so you know, by morning the news of your crime will spread all over don't expect to live a good life here!" Yelled the king. Rex stops at the door and turns to face the king and his fellow heros." Don't care that not gonna stop me from doing my job" said Rex as he left.Leaving the room speechless. That a man that was accused of what he did. Said such a heroic thing and meant it. It made the king and heros just hate him even more.

Rex flies down to the grass plain outside the castle town,unmasking his boogie pack, change into his chainmail, then sit down to Look at the sunrise, and just thinks" no friend, no way to attack without getting shocked, and In a countries that's about to hate me with how fast crap travel here why does the universe hate " said rex as he sighs
Rex got up and stretched as some orange balloons came close. "That right comes closer,"said Rex, looking at the monsters. One leap at him.
Rex quickly made the bfs and cut the Balloon in half. A much stronger shock blast break the bfs and launches rex back flat on his ass
Rex rubs his head " damn it did it get stronger!?!?!?" Wonders Rex as his hub opens up with a message" Warning shield violation was broken and a penalty will be put in place." Said the message. Then it shows his stats have all gone down by 5% with a red timer for five minutes being on the right hand corner of the stats menu. Then another message popped up" penalties will increase if violation are broken once again" said the message
" Great, so that was a huge failure, " said Rex, getting back up and closing his hub. "Fine then good old lefty and right will do!"he said as he ran forward at the orange balloon.
Rex punched any orange and yellow Balloon Monster that came near him. Even with his defenses being Lower due to the penalty. they still didn't do any damage. It just took him ten minute to kill the balloons. That is until his stats went back to normal. Then it only took him five minutes.
It took rex all day all the way into the night. But he made it to level 2

Rex forms a snack hand on his left arm. Then slam it down to the ground,Scaring the man,Who falls down on his ass. A small wind shock wave goes through the merchant area, catching the attention of everyone. "I wonder if this will jog back your memories or maybe I should go to another merchant as you're clearly nothing but a scam artist!" Yelled out rex making sure everyone could hear him.

While walking, Rex kept looking at the shop and merchant stalls. He thinks of what else he could sell. That's when he stopped at a shop that looked to sell multiple plants and herbs." Hmm now that's an idea…" mutter rex

Rex went back to the grassy plains after eating. Where he fell asleep. He didn't want to sleep in town where people would most likely attack him for his money. Rex went up to the counter. "Yeah something like that…hey what kinda shop is this?" Ask Rex "could you read the sign this is a pharmacy. I sell medicines and medicinal herbs as well as buy them if the quality is good,"explained the shop owner in annoyance.
"Perfect just wanted to double check" said as he put the aello herbs on the table. The shopkeeper examined the herbs " wow these are good quality, where did you find them?" Ask the shop owner
" Oh outside the castle town so could I make medicine with these?" Ask Rex " We'll yes you just need the tools and the know how" said the shop owner as he started to take his money out of a small bag.
" cool got any tools I could use to make the potions?" Ask Rex " Yes I got some things just collecting dust I could sell them to you and even give you an improvement to that bag you got" said the shop owner " thank you so much," said Rex with a bit of a smile. " No problem, just promise me you're gonna be a good customer "said the shop keeper as he went to the back.

The shop owner comes back and puts an old travel backpack on the table, inside were a laboratory pestle, mortar, measuring device, a weighted scale, flask, a distiller,and a few empty potion bottles all looked a bit old and used.
Soon all the items start to glow green. Multiple windows pop up and explain the item to rex.

Rex leaves the shop. Then head to the monster part merchant. Selling the Balloon scraps he got. Then left to the plains.
Rex explores the wilds collecting any herb he remembers seeing at the pharmacy. He did this until it was nightfall. Where he made his camp at a nearby river bed.
Rex made a campfire. "Thank you six for teaching me some survival skills," said Rex to himself, remembering all the wilderness survival training six gave rex. Rex hates them thinking it was pointless and he will never need them, but now is more than happy he got the lessons.
Rex put his backpack down. He takes out all the Apothecary tools, opens up his menu. Then open up his recipes menu. It was completely empty. " Figures…. well time to learn "said Rex as he put a few herbs into the mortar and started to crush them.
Rex mixes multiple herbs to try and make some medicine. He failed and instead created a black mush."Damn, I thought what I coughed up with the flu was bad" joked Rex as he put the black mush to the side.
Rex keeps on compounding. Any time he failed,he changed up the ingredients, how much he used, the combination ordered, the measurements, the weights ,and Even switched the metal nut bolt shield. Which didn't help as it improve crafting not compounding
Even with Rex failing a lot. He was having fun. He enjoyed stuff like this. Making something with his hands instead of breaking them.
This reminded Rex of the time with the architect,and how much fun he had helping to build the signal tower . Even if it was helping build a doomsday tower that would have killed all of humanity due to a killer ai. Well he didn't know that, and he stops it in the end
It also reminded him of the fun he had designing a few of his omega one builds. How he took the time to study up the design for providence hoverboards. To copy and even improve on the design, To use for his own board the sky slyder.
It finally reminded Rex of holiday homeschooling, sure she was the most terrifying teacher in the world, but she still wanted Rex to have ,and gave him a lot of projects and hands-on learning. That's how his lesson tended to stick.
The happy look on rex's face soon turned into a sad one. He wonders when he will ever see his friends again,When he will get back his semi-normal life, and not deal with this world.
Rex shakes his head and decides to focus on his compounding. Finally able to make something after many tries

Rex smiles, finally making something useful. "Hope I can get a nice penny for you" said Rex, putting the medicine to the side.
Rex continued to experiment making a few more normal medicines that dealt with pains,colds,wounds, even some beverages that improve performance, and stamina.
Even then Anything that had bad quality was absorbed into the shield

Rex yawns as he starts to get tired. He defied to call it a night that he made enough potions for one day. He puts all the Apothecary and potion away into the backpack, then rolls out the sleeping bag, puts out the fire,lays down and looks at the stars
" I've got to go home maybe I should try and make a build or something" rex sighs " Nah even these jackasses still need help can't abandoned them" said rex as he lays on his side" just one day at time " said rex as he start to close his eyes to sleep

Rex starts to collect all the balloon scraps. Then makes his boogie pack and flies to the castle town.
Once Rex Lands he sells the scraps to the monster part merchant. Then goes to the pharmacy to sell his potion,and finally gives to a tavern to eat a good meal
While Rex was eating three men approached him,and he was getting a tingle on his back. All that could mean was trouble
" Oh great shield hero looks like you haven't had a party. We'll join your party" said one of the men in a condescending tone"Yeah thank you lucky star"said another of the men in a condescending tone.
Rex had a bit of a smirk on his face" Okay fine let's go buy you guys some equipment " said Rex as he got up and payed " Oh great smart move boss man"said the final man in the equally condescending tone as All three let out a greedy snicker
" Yeah this is totally gonna be a long lasting partnership " said Rex in a sarcastic tone. Which made the three men look annoyed. Neither the less, they followed behind Rex as he walked out of the tavern.
Rex took the three to an alleyway. He stops and looks at the three men." How do you guy want to go to the hospital broken legs, arms, or a broken face?"ask rex
" You really are as arrogant as they say," said one of the men. They all pull out knives and lunge at rex. The moment the man went to stab Rex's left shoulder. The robber fell down on his ass. " So then I'll ask you again? You guys want broken hands,legs, faces,or would you all rather run away like babies?" Ask rex glaring at the three
" fuck this we're out of here" said another of the men. All three of the men ran away. " Seriously that's the third time this week this country really is full of nothing but Jackasses" said Rex looking at the broken knife pieces.
"And yet I need some of the jackasses to help me level up and yet no one will join me cause I'm the damn shield hero" said Rex punching, cracking,then making a large hole in the wall.
" Well Well you sure are in a pickle" said a male voice walking up to rex. Rex turns around to see a short, creepy-looking little man,wearing a traditional circus ringmaster's tuxedo, glasses with a small chain attached, white alchemist gloves, long top hat, a red bow tie with a small diamond brooch in its center,with a small, old-fashioned handlebar mustache, and a huge sinistergrin on his face. Yet even with that grin rex dange sense wasn't triggering.
"Yeah and what are you gonna offer me some adventures to help me out? Even when they will betray me? Like everyone in this damn place…" said rex with a piss off voice. " no no no good sir first let me introduce myself I am Beloukas" said Beloukas "im rex salazar nice to meet you too I guess "
" Well good sir rex I can offer you a service people that can never betray you people that will obey you no matter what " said Beloukas with his grin growing. Rex looks disgusted by beloukas words. "What your offering is a slave I'm not interested " said rex glaring at the man" Well Well your a very clever man well I have a more ethical side of my business how about I give you a monster?" Ask Beloukas.
Rex thinks about it and sighs" fine… come on show me what you got" said rex in an annoyed tone of voice. "Hahaha well come on follow me" said Beloukas walking out of the alleyway
Beloukas takes Rex to what looks to be a circus tent. Inside the tent Rex felt nothing but disgusted at Seeing all the cage slaves. Who all looked to be weak, malnourished,and with hate in their eyes
"Tell me why this country has slavery?" Ask rex. Witb a venomous tone. wanted to do nothing but go on a rampage right, but he knew the king got it out for him. Doing anything stupid. Right now. would most likely have the other three heros, Melromarc army,and their ally after him, and with his current abilities, or lack there off he will be beaten.
" Well melromarc is a human supremacist country and in the practice of seeing demi human and beast men as nothing more than monsters" explain Beloukas " demi human? Are you talking about the people with animal ears?" Ask Rex, he notices people with animal features like ears and tails doing lots of manual labor. " Yes but why do you care? Unless you change your mind? I'm sure I can find you a slave to have some fun if the rumor are correct" said Beloukas as he chuckles
a furious Rex punches a cage breaking a bar "I didn't do it!" Yelled Rex as he glared at Beloukas. " Well my mistake sir, would you still like a monster?" Ask Beloukas "yeah I do just show me whatever you got" said rex as Beloukas walked up to the counter

"Yeah Figures can't blame you. well out of everyone you look like you need the help the most and that is what I promise to do" said Rex smiling at her. She looked shocked at his words. Most likely the first time they saw a human showed them kindness and mean it, but Rex isn't a human he's an evo.
"I'm back" said Beloukas as Rex turns to look at him. Belouka was putting down a box that had multiple eggs "what this? thought you were gonna sell me a monster" said rex in annoyance " I am good sir this is a monster egg lottery buy an egg and you're guaranteed a filolial or you can strike it out and win a dragon" explain Beloukas "a filolial?" Ask Rex, " one of the giant birds that pull carriages around" to explain Beloukas. Rex had seen the monster Beloukas was talking about. He just assumed they were a native animal to this world
" Well doesn't matter, I've changed my mind how much for her " said Rex pointing to the raccoon girl Beloukas devilish grin grew large and large haha I knew you would be a good customer " said Beloukas
