Hey everyone, I just want to say a quick thanks to those reading and to bee-327 and Chelsietx for taking time to leave a review on the latest chapter. Appreciate it so a million thank yous to you both.

Here's the next chapter for you all, I hope you enjoy it…

"Did you enjoy your swim?" Clarisse asked her husband a little later as he made his way back over to her, now sitting on the lounger with one leg now stretched out in front of her and her other leg still bent up. The book still resting against her thigh.

"Yes I did, you should have joined me," he half smiled when he saw her raise her hand up to the side of her head and slowly lowered her sunglasses down a little, to look at him over the top of them.

"Good, maybe I will later," she said, flashing him her gorgeous smile. "And, have you calmed down now?"

"Yes I have, thanks," he smirked as he stood next to the lounger and grabbed his towel. "What about you? Have you calmed down, too?" He teased.

"Oh yes, I'm calm," Clarisse smiled and put her sunglasses back on properly as he began to dab himself dry with the towel. "I've actually been looking through this book you brought out with you earlier. It's really interesting," she said as she closed it with her finger tucked in between two pages, saving where she had got too, and lifted it up from where it had been resting on her leg, to show him the front of it. "I didn't realise that we brought a 'guide to Peutro Rico' book with us. I would have read it on the plane had I known."

"I didn't bring it with us, I found it on the bookshelf in the lounge while I was on the phone to Vee this morning," he smiled, watching her place the book back against her leg and opening it to the page she had saved it on. "I had a quick look through it earlier and see that there's a list of things to do in there."

"Mhmm I see," she smiled and looked back up at him as he laid his towel out across the bottom of the lounger.

"We can go through them together if you like, see if anything interests you," Joseph smiled as he sat down on the edge of his side of the lounger and looked up at her.

"Sure," she smiled and closed the book before extending her hand out towards him, passing it across to him. "But give it me back afterwards as I would like to finish reading it."

"Of course," he smiled, taking it from her and looking down at it as he began flicking through the pages to find the 'things to do' section. "Okay, so we have," he said upon finding the list.

"I see that they had snorkelling on the list, but we are already doing that on Sunday," she said and watched as he turned to lay back across the lounger, resting his head gently down on her outstretched leg.

"Yes we are," he smiled while resting the bottom of the book down on his chest. "And the sunset cruise too."

"I'm quite looking forward to that, and the snorkelling," she smiled and reached her hand out, placing it on his chest as he turned his head to look up at her. "I have always wanted to do that, Pierre and Philippe did it with their nanny and bodyguards when we visited Spain once, but I never got the chance, too. I was caught up the whole time in meetings with Rupert." She said sadly.

"I remember that, I tried my best to get you there so you could join them," he said, watching her a moment as she gave him a small smile.

"I know you did, and I was ever so thankful to you for trying," she said softly, her fingertips toying with his chest hair.

"I know you were," Joseph said and lifted one hand from the book and took hold of her hand, lifting it to his mouth to kiss the side of her hand, near her thumb, before holding onto it on his chest. "Well, you definitely won't be missing out on it this time."

"No I won't," Clarisse smiled as she watched him looking back at the book, "and what a memory it's going to be. Getting to share the experience with you."

"Yes it will be," Joseph said and smiled as he turned his head to look back at her, "and I can't wait."

"Neither can I," she smiled. "Now, what else is there listed to do?"

"There is," he said, looking back at the book, "oh, there's wine tasting. We could do that one afternoon if you like?" He smirked.

"Maybe, if we have time," Clarisse smiled as she watched him. "I remember doing that once with Alizée, about eight or so years ago, and we both ended up getting a little bit tipsy," she giggled at the memory.

"I remember, you had invited her along on one of your trips abroad and had a free afternoon so begged me to take you both," he laughed and looked back at her as she let out a contented sigh at the memory.

"Okay, here we go ladies," Joseph smiled as he unlocked the door of the Queen's and her sisters suite on a private floor of the hotel they were staying and pushed it open for them before taking a step back.

"Merci monsieur," Alizée smiled as she put her hand up onto his shoulder and patted it a couple of times, "much, much appreciated."

"je t'en prie," Joseph smiled, watching as she lowered her hand from his shoulder and turned to wobble into the suite before collapsing onto her bed. "Looks like she's going to be out for the count," he chuckled while turning his attention back to the Queen, the woman he wholeheartedly loved, leaning back against the wall beside her suite door.

"That doesn't surprise me," Clarisse slurred and laughed a little. "I probably will be too when my head hits the pillow."

"Probably," Joseph chuckled as he moved to stand in front of her. "Are you going to be okay?"

"Oh yes, I'll be fine," Clarisse nodded and bent over a little in front of him, placing a hand on his chest, in an attempt to steady herself, while lowering her other hand down, with the strap of her handbag in, and lifted her foot of the floor, to remove her shoe.

"Are you sure," Joseph smiled and reached his hand out, holding onto the top part of her arm as she wobbled a little while removing her other shoe before putting her foot back down and standing back up straight in front of him.

"If I say no, I'm not going to be okay. Does that mean that you'll come in and take care of me?" She smirked cheekily, remembering just how delicious his body felt against hers two years earlier when they very nearly had sex on her desk, and reached her free hand up onto his chest. Her fingertips toying with the lapels on his leather jacket. "Wait," she said, staring down at her hand for the briefest of moments before looking back up into his gorgeous blue, seductive eyes, "you can't come in, my sister is in there. We would have to go to your suite instead."

"Clarisse," he all but whispered as she stepped closer to him. So their bodies were just about touching.

"Oh I know, I know," Clarisse smiled and turned her head to look down the hallway, making sure that the coast was clear before turning back to Joseph and reaching up to place a lingering kiss to his lips, his top lip nuzzled deliciously between hers, before pulling back just enough to look back up into his eyes. "If only my sister wasn't sharing my suite with me," she whispered and leant back against the wall while slipping her free hand in the opening of his jacket and smoothing it slowly down over his chest and torso.

"If only we could," Joseph said softly, her hand coming to rest over the buckle on his belt, causing him to take a sharp intake of breath at how incredibly close her hand was to his manhood. Which was now starting to respond to her touch. "Clarisse, you know we would if we could. But we can't," he whispered and watched as she smirked up at him.

"I should probably go to bed then," Clarisse said quietly as she reluctantly removed her hand from his belt buckle and raised it up above her shoulder, pointing her forefinger towards the open door behind her. "We have another busy day ahead of us tomorrow."

"Yes, we do," Joseph nodded and cleared his throat while straightening out his jacket. Trying to extinguish the fire that had built up for her inside of him. "Call my suite if you need anything."

"I will," Clarisse smiled and turned to step in front of the doorway while putting her hand up onto the doorframe. Her shoes and her handbag strap in her other hand. "I know you were reluctant to take us to the vineyard today, but thank you, Joseph. It's the most fun I have had in a long time."

"You're welcome," Joseph smiled while moving to stand next to her and put his hand out onto her lower back as she turned her head to look up at him. "If I don't hear from you, I'll see you in the morning."

"Yes," she smiled, letting go of the doorframe and turned to him, putting her hand up to cup his face while smoothing her thumb over his lips, the both of them completely unaware that Rupert was now stood outside of his own suite door, watching them. "Goodnight."

"Goodnight," Joseph nodded with a smile as she lowered her hand from his face. "Oh," he exclaimed suddenly and looked down at her room key still in his hand. "I better give you this, or you won't be able to lock the door."

"Oh, yes," Clarisse laughed a little as he raised his hand up between them. "Thank you," she smiled while taking the key from him. Her hand holding onto his longer than it should have. "Goodnight."

"Goodnight," he smiled and bowed his head to her, his Queen. The only woman he had ever loved. As she turned away from him.

Sighing at the 'if only we could' thought, Clarisse made her way reluctantly into her suite and closed the door up behind her. Oh, how she longed to be with him. If only circumstances were different, there would have been no 'if only we could' thought. She would have left her sister in the suite and accompanied him to his suite to spend the night with him.

Once he heard her locking the door behind herself, Joseph turned around to face his suite door opposite hers, but as he turned, he glanced down the hallway and it was then that he noticed the King standing a little down the hallway watching him. And from the looks on his face, he had seen the exchange between his wife and her bodyguard.

"Oh god yes that's right," she nodded, contemplating a moment. "I'm surprised you remembered, though."

"How can I forget, it was one of the few times that we were very nearly 'tempted' to be together after I helped you both to your hotel suite when we got back, and then I had to face the wrath of Rupert after he caught us," Joseph smirked, remembering him stood out in the hallway with a face of thunder. "He wasn't happy at all over our exchange in the hallway. I honestly thought that I was going to lose my job that day, and I won't ever forget that."

"Oh you wouldn't have, I wouldn't have allowed him to fire you. Besides, he didn't have the power to, I was your boss, not him." Clarisse said as she studied her husbands face. "But it wasn't that that had angered him. Surprisingly. It was because he couldn't stand it when I was having fun."

"True," Joseph nodded. "Did he say anything to you about it, or what he saw between us, the next day?"
