Construct 1: The Groundwork - Updated
We are Observers…
"Mission Control I'm on approach to Mars, Over."
A lander ship activates its thrusters turning upright as the ship is caught up in the planet's orbit. The orange glow of Mars reflects off the lander. After a slow descent down towards the planet, the ship begins to glow as it speeds up on entry. Bottom side of the hull blackens on entry as the Astronaut tightens her grip on her seat. Entering the atmosphere, the bottom section of the hull blasts off as the thruster on the bottom of the ship ignites, slowing the ship's descent.
"Landing in… 3… 2… 1… Destination reached."
The buzz of cheer is heard on the other side of the mic as the door to the lander opens slowly. Pressure inside the ship is pulled out into the Mars Atmosphere as the Astronaut sits up from her seat and steps out of the ship. A camera points down at the orange sand of Mars Surface, the Astronaut's boot presses into the sand making an imprint. Walking across the Sand the Astronaut climbs up onto a sand dune to see something on the other side that silences the people at Mission Control.
"Uh… Mission Control? Tell me what I'm seeing is real?"
Across the Dune sits the clear ruins - remains of a city, mostly buried under the sands of Mars. Men and women at Mission control scramble back to their stations as the Astronaut approaches the Ruins. Walking into the ruins, markings, signs of life, homes, and more are all over the ruins.
"Okay, hold your position! The rest of the team are coming, don't touch anything until then!"
The Astronaut's eyes turn to the end of the room, sitting atop a pedestal is a cube covered in stone. Stepping up to the pedestal the Astronaut slowly reaches out and picks up the cube. The cube cracks - the Astronaut's eyes widen as the box cracks more and more until the stone crumbles away. Beneath is a steel cube glowing and pulsing with power.
"Control… I've found an artifact!"
The rest of the team arrives behind the Astronaut as she shows the team the cube as they all rush back to the lander to bring the box artifact back home.
2 months later…
The Box is now held within a glass container. On the glass is the name tag "Pandora's Box" sitting on it. The box occasionally glows with energy. Members of Japan's science and political community as well as onlookers arrive at the event to show off the box. A man walks up to a mic-stand next to the container. He taps the mic grabbing everyone's attention. He clears his throat.
Announcer: Today is an incredible day for humanity. With the discovery of Pandora's box we may be able to ask the great question of "are we alone in the universe?"
As he continues a woman guard off to the side fixes her hat and rushes towards the box, bumping past the announcer in the process. "Hey! You stop!" The guards said as the woman ran up to the container, grabbing the glass she tossed it aside. She places his hand on top of the box. A flash of light fills the area then fades away. "Huh?" Suddenly the ground begins to shake, and crack. The ground parts open then a wall erupts from the ground. The wall extends all the way out to the edges of Japan splitting the nation into 3.
Touto Capitol building… 10 years later…
Gentoku:(Looking out the window) Thus in the ten years since that day, the nation of Japan has been split into three nations. There is our Touto, the Eastern Capital, Hokuto, the Northern Capital, and Seito, the Western Capital... Now a decade after the event, with the invention of the IS, 5 years ago, they have allowed the opening of Gates through the Skywall.
Sawa:(nods) And you would say that with the introduction of the IS, the landscape of Japan has changed again? Himuro Gentoku-san?
Gen:(looks to Sawa) Why of course Takigawa Sawa-san. Is it alright if I call you Sawa-san?
Sawa:(nods) Of course, but back on topic, the introduction of the IS brought on the construction of the gates?
Gen:(looks out) Yes, their creation and their ability to create small gates into the Skywall allowed for the three nations to be connected again. And… Yet, the connection is fragile at best. Not helped by the nations of the world. All of them are making moves on our three nations, like vultures looking for their next meal.(steps over to the window) Before that happens, we need to learn all we can about the Pandora Box.
Gentoku and Sawa look down to the ground floor of the building. At the base floor of the building in the center of the room sits an airtight box locked up with defenses and guards. With only a single bulletproof glass window showing its contents. That being the Pandora's Box sealed inside. Next to the box with wires connected up to the container are a pair of scientists collecting data on the Box.
Sawa:(digs into a bag.) On another note,(shows picture) what are your recent thoughts of the Kamen Rider that's been sighted many times in the past in Touto? Many speculate he's been fighting the unidentified life forms, called Smash.(hands images to Gen) These citizens have presumably been saved by a mysterious hero named Kamen Rider.
Gen:(looks at Images) Hmm… I see.(Pockets pictures and wraps arm around Sawa) An interesting prospect, why don't we discuss this hero of yours in the hotel next door, all night?
Sawa nods as the two walk towards the exit to the room. Sawa thinks on the words, her eyes widened as she pauses. "Wait...What?!" Sawa shouts, Gentoku simply sighs and shrugs as. Everyone turns to the two of them confused.
Later that night…
Sawa:(calling manager) That creepy aide! What's he thinking?! Eh? What do you mean, "Can you still make it to that hotel?"(shouts to phone) Chief!
As she walks off back to her house, she bumps into something. "Ow… Sorry…" Looking up, Sawa finds herself face to face with a Smash.
The Smash primary color is White with blue as a secondary, its body is jagged and angular, shaped like a Hedgehog, with needles extending out of its body.
Needles extend out of the Smash like a hedgehog. "A Smash?" Sawa mumbled, reaching for her phone to take a quick picture. Before she can take that photo, the Smash walks over and smacks the phone out of her hands, in the process sending Sawa sprawling to the ground. The Smash begins towards her. A blade extending out of its righter index finger.
Sawa:(braces) Kiya~!
?:(grabs Smash's arm) Now Hang on. That's not the proper method of handling a woman.
Smash: ?
Pushing aside the hand, another fist flies in punching the Smash across the face causing it to stumble back. The Smash recovers and charges in for another attack. The Figure jumps over the Smash and kicks the Smash in the back. The light of the lamppost illuminates the figure to Sawa. "Kamen… Rider?" Sawa mutters.
The Kamen Rider is Red, Blue, and Black. The armor is broken up by the two colors. The helmet has visiors shaped like a Tank and Rabbit. The red Rabbit side takes up the left visior, right arm, and left leg. While the blue Tank side takes up the right visior, left arm, and right leg. The armor is round with a rabbit ear and tank barrel on the upper left side of the chest plate. At the left leg is a white spring at the area below the knee and stops at the ankle. On the right leg foot is a tank tread. At the waist is a gear and crank Belt driver holding two bottles with a holder sling on the left side of the belt.
The Kamen Rider runs at the Smash, stopping right before the Smash the Rider jumps over the Smash. Landing behind the Smash, the Rider swings around punching the Smash in the face as it turns around. The Rider then kicks the Smash the tank treads on the bottom of the right leg grind against the Smash's face. The Smash is flung into the railing and dents it upon impact. Putting out his hand, the Kamen Rider summons a weapon into his hand.
The weapon is a two handed sword-like weapon. The handle is designed like a speedometer at the handle, with a slot at the back of the weapon. At the grip is a trigger, and at the blade is a large silver and yellow drill.
Then reaching down to the holder on the side of the belt, the Rider gives the bottle a shake, opening it and inserting it into the weapon.
"Ready Go! VOLTECH BREAK! Yay~!"
The Rider charges the Smash. The Smash launches it's spikes at the Rider, only for the spikes to be smashed apart then the Rider smashes the tip of the drill into the Smash, after a few seconds of grinding, the Smash explodes in a green smoke slamming on the ground. "Whew…" The Rider then takes out a clear bottle and points it at the Smash. Opening the cap, the Smash turns into particles that are sucked up into the bottle, leaving a man passed out on the ground. "Their…." The Rider said, closing the bottle cap. Sawa watches in surprise as she stares at the Kamen Rider before her.

(Zooms in on Ichika as swings blade in IS)

(Shows Bat with Monsters in front of him, Scene switches to bottles on a spinning table. Hands grab the bottles.)

(Shows Sento, Tabane, Ichika, Chloe all shaking bottles)

(Shows Sento turning lever and takes Henshin pose. Build armor encloses around Sento)

(Shows Rabbit Tank doing finisher, then Gorilla Diamond smashing fist, Show Hedgehog Tank do Ora Ora attacks breaking the screen.)

(Sento spin kicks, Ichika throws a punch. Steam engulfs screen to Show Bat)

(Rabbit Tank stands as sparks fall on him. Gorilla Diamond readies gorilla fist)
Message, Okoru yo hibiku yo!
(Tank Hedgehog readies smash attack. Ichika throw a punch while screaming.)
