Here we are...
Now time for me to be quirky and talk about the source material of the RMU... The MCU.
Starting of, Iron Man. A classic film, that started it all, still one of the best MCU films.
As for the RMU, I choose Weiss Schnee to take the role of Iron Man, and it makes way more sense than some of you guys think of Ruby and Oscar. Y'all think of this because "Ruby is the main character like Iron Man".
Let me explain why Weiss fits...
"Weiss is from a high rich company that is known all around the world."
"She had issues with her family, like Tony Stark."
"She often has her snarks, tho Tony does it a lot.'
"In the development, she wanted to change her company and herself for the better."
"She's more of a genius than Ruby,"
So let me hear your refutes or thoughts about my casting choice, but don't try and debunk me, I am literally a male reincarnation of Sarah Halley Finn.
In the middle of the large desolated desert landscape, there along a long road. Just as the natural breeze plays the sound of the environment, a trail convoy of white armored trucks speeds up on the road. Music blasts off with rock and roll, from within one of the vehicles.
Inside, one specific vehicle, a particular person is sitting in the back seat. A woman with bright snow hair, wearing a black tuxedo suit, could very well be mistaken as a handsome gentleman. Her blue eyes gaze at the window from her side, watching the desert landscape.
"I can't believe I'm sitting close to the Weiss Schnee!" A soldier whose wearing his typical white armor and beside him is his rifle, as he is sitting next to her, excited.
"Easy, rookie, don't get all sparkling." Another soldier in the front seat remarked to him.
"Yeah, she ain't just gonna give you an autograph." A female driver joked.
"Come on guys, she's gonna change the world with this newfound technology, we don't even have to go the frontlines to face the enemies, reduce casualties." The 'rookie' expresses. "We deliver peace!" He speaks proudly.
Weiss hears the conversation, but no word has spoken out. She simply glanced at these soldiers, she is just wondering when this trip can be over.
Suddenly an explosion occurred in the front vehicle, destroying it, and alerting Weiss and the team.
"It's an ambush!" The Driver yells as she takes out her rifle and leaves the door, but before she can fire, she got shot down as blood splatted at the window.
Weiss witnesses this in shock, the soldier in the front attempts to leave the room. "Rookie stay with the Schnee!" He ordered as he gets out and manages to fire some shots, but still gets killed by unknown gunfire.
Rookie witness this as more muffle shouting is heard outside, he can't stand here and do anything. He readies his gun and leaves as Weiss sees this, "Wait, I can help!" She calls out as she moves forward.
"Stay here!" Rookie demanded as he goes out, Weiss watches before she hears gunfire... She quickly backed off as bullets shot down the Rookie, some of them piercing through the door but not the window, which luckily Weiss was there and avoid getting shot.
Weiss is taking quick breaths just to barely avoid death right in front of her. But, she can't stay here...
She immediately gets out of the truck, witnessing the chaotic field. She runs through the chaos and slides down behind a large rock as cover. Pulling out her scroll, she quickly attempted to call someone...
But a large clank occurs, she looks to see a bomb missile in front of her that has the name she recognized...
Schnee Industries.
It then took a moment before she quickly gets up and tries to get away. But the bomb exploded... Weiss was launched by the explosion and she landed on the ground with a grunt of pain.
Blood trails through her closed eye, revealing her newly scarred wound. Bleeding continue on her chest as blood spread on her white suit underneath the slightly shredded black suit. Her breaths slowly gasping...
Everything when muted in her ears...
Her vision began to fuzzy...
Her remaining opening eye soon closed into darkness...
Somewhere, someone is on the chair, tied up, as a bag conceals the head and face. Then someone pulled the bag off, revealing Weiss herself, injured but alive... She looks away at the bright lights flashing at her, but with a small glance, she sees a group of men.
Then there's a camera facing her. She looks around, despite how dark, the light shines just enough to see these men are carrying guns, facing the camera. She hears faintly of someone's voice...
She only hears this. "...Your deception and lies will cost you dearly. The price to kill Weiss Schnee has just gone up."
36 Hours Earlier...
Somewhere before the incident, many people who appeared to be luxurious were in their seats in front of them a large stage, then suddenly a massive hologram screen appears, playing a documentary of none other than...
"Weiss Schnee... Visionary. Genius. An Atlas Patriot." A male Narrator spoke out, showing an image of montages of Weiss in images, presented as a celebrity, inventor, and many other roles.
Then the screen changes to show a young Weiss and her family, her father, mother, her older sister, and younger brother.
"From a young age, she is one of the heirs of the Schnee Family, once started by Nicholas who discovers our power source Dust, and now the Schnee Industries. From age six, she built her first car engine, she graduated as a top Atlas Academy student at age 17." The voice continues, "Sadly, the family has passed from such tragedy. Jacques, Willow, and Whitely died in a car accident, and Winter Schnee from a military test experiment." As images show the newspaper pictures of a car crash within a forest road and a large fire of a crashed aircraft. Then it showcases Willow along her is another women with dark purple clothes, with purple eyes and violet and black hair, "Willow Schnee's lifelong friend and ally, Lilith Grimhilde, steps in to help fill the gap left by the legendary founder, until, at age 21, the remainder Schnee, returns and is anointed the new CEO of Schnee Industries. With the keys to the kingdom, Weiss ushers in a new era for her family legacy, creating smarter weapons, advanced robotics, satellite targeting. Today, she has changed the face of the weapons industry by ensuring freedom and protecting Atlas and her interests around the globe." The screen ends with Weiss' image display over the news article now in her current years, everyone applaud within the podium.
The screen closes as a man walks on stage wearing white Atlas military uniform, white hair, lighting blue eyes, and pale skin, but most notably, he has wolf ears and a tail. He's a Faunus, as he is holding a golden trophy award.
He stands on front, and announces the audience. "As liaison to Schnee Industries, I've had the unique privilege of serving with a real patriot. She is my friend and my great mentor. Ladies and gentlemen, it is my honor to present this year's Apogee Award to Ms. Weiss Schnee!"
Everyone claps, as Weiss herself has appeared on stage, wearing her formal dress showing her smile and accepted the award, she turns to speak, "Thank you, and to you all. I would tell you how honored I feel and what a joy it is to receive this very prestigious award. Rest assure, I will always work on to help not only Atlas, but the rest of the world!" She finishes this with another round of applause.
At the end of the ceremonial, Weiss is carrying the award, but her expression has completely changed, from happy to just dead serious. Then Lilith herself came into the fray.
"Weiss!" Lilith smiles, "How was the award?" She asked.
"Terrible." Weiss verbalize leading to a slight surprise from Lilith. "Klein take the golden lump and put somewhere in storage at my place." She hands out as a short, slightly heavyset man with balding brown hair and a large mustache appears with red eyes.
"You got it, Ma'am!" Klein boasted as he runs off.
Ethan comes up besides Weiss as they are continue walking, "Come on, Weiss don't you think you're being very overly harsh, I mean that award is as important as the company. You should feel honored" He stated.
"The only time I feel something, is that you've been roping me into this what amounts to a waste of time." Weiss laments, as they now walking downstairs.
"Look, sorry about that." Ethan whispered due to them being in a public area. "But you got to show some humility for the other people. You're the face of the company, they wanted to see how you bring out the future of this company."
"Oh, believe me, I don't need a reminder of what it does on a daily basics." Weiss replied.
Ethan sighs. "So about the tomorrow..."
"Of course." Weiss instantly responded.
"Alright, well, there goes my cue." Ethan said as they reached the exit.
Outside at night, people sees the Weiss, as cameras flashes occur everywhere. Weiss walks on the carpet path retaining her fake smile she had at the ceremonial.
"Excuse me!" A male voice somehow spoken out from the excited crowd. A male reporter appears near next to Weiss whose walking, "Excuse me! Miss Schnee? Do you mind I have questions for you?" He asked.
"Not particular at this time." Weiss replied.
"Then perhaps next day?" He suggested.
"Oh, sure, be right in front my door at the morning, and I'll be here." Weiss sarcastically remarked as she just arrived at the car, as Klein opens the door for her.
Weiss enters the car, Klein zips into his driver seat, his brown eyes changed to yellow, "Next stop: Schnee Manor!" He gleams as the car drives off.
At the next day, it is morning, the reporter is out at the Schnee Manor gate. He rings the doorbell once, he waited a moment. No response, this confused him. He pressed it again. Nothing. He tried to press for the third time.
"You are not authorized to access this area." A male voice spoke out form the doorbell speaker, which spoked him all the sudden.
"Don't worry. That's just Jarvis warning you about ringing a doorbell in unopen times." A male came as he is wearing a secretary outfit with dark blue hair and light blue eyes, and light skin.
"Huh?" The reporter is confused.
"Oh sorry, allow me to introduce myself, Jay Fredrich, Weiss' Secretary." The man named Jay took a short bow at the reporter.
"Ah, then do you mind that I see Weiss, she told me of the next appointment today, that I need some questions about the ethnics tactics on her company." He explained.
Jay is surprised to hear this but chuckles slightly, "Unfortunately, you must listen her words very seriously if you think she mean by that." He stated.
"...Uh?"
Inside the Schnee Manor, Jay is walking down on the stairs where she sees Weiss is merely observing on design sketches on holographic screens.
"Who was it ringing the doorbell this early morning?" Weiss grunted.
"That, maybe a perpetual reporter who wants to ask something about the company." Jay responded.
"Oh, how did that one take it?" Weiss asked.
"Smoothly." Jay simply replied. "Now, speaking of smoothly, Larry called. He's got another buyer for the Jackson Pollock in the wings. Do you want it?"
"No." Weiss answered.
Jay stared. "Okay. The MIT commencement speech..."
"Is there someone else to do this?" Weiss asked. "I have a meeting with Ethan about a new weapons testing. I already had something to do... Just let Lilith to do it."
Jay nodded. "Well, I simply need confirmations before I have my own plans to proceed."
"You have your own plans?" Weiss is curious by this.
"It's my birthday today." Jay replied.
"...It was today?" Weiss exclaimed.
"Huh, same reaction, like last year." Jay hummed.
"Drat..." Weiss muttered, "I forgot again." She said.
"Indeed. Rest assure, Weiss. Have fun on the meeting." Jay smiled as he walked off, leaving Weiss to stare him and downcast upon herself.
"How could I make this up...?" Weiss muttered.
Later time has passed, Klein has taken Weiss at the Atlas Airport, and meets Ethan with a private jet. And Weiss has told Ethan about the morning.
"You forget again..." Ethan concluded as he deadpan stares.
"Cut me a break! There was the meeting, and a bunch of reporters and many other stuff like Lilith being lovey dovey to me." Weiss excuses the issue.
"Weiss..." Ethan sighed.
"Look, it's not really my fault, okay? Don't be mad." Weiss responded.
"No, I am not mad, Weiss..." Ethan raised his hand as he takes a deep breath as his ears drop for a moment. "I felt like a babysitter to you Weiss."
"...Are you trying to mock me?" Weiss questioned.
"No!" Ethan exclaimed, "But you are constitutionally incapable of being selfless. You need to learn about putting on a uniform, and recognize your responsibilities." He advised
"...I ain't like you Ethan, I am not part of your military." Weiss doubted.
"It's not about just me, it's about yourself. You don't have to be like me. But you're more than what you are." Ethan stated as silence occur as Weiss looks away, and stares at the window of the cloudy and bright sky.
They arrived at Vacuo, Weiss and Ethan exit out the Bullhead to meet a General along with his associates.
"Greetings, General." Weiss nodded at the General as they shook hands.
"Welcome, Miss Schnee. We look forward to your weapons presentation." General replied.
"To be feared or respected..." Weiss stated as she stood in front of the military associates alongside Ethan and the General. "This weapon has the potential to be both. Thanks to Schnee Industries' newest form of technology and discovery that instead of using Dust, we have a substances that delivers a powerful result and destructive capabilities. It's the first missile system to incorporate our proprietary repulsor technology. For today, we don't need many resources to waste... But fire a missile, once."
Then next to her, is a missile launcher at position as a man at the control panel, activates it, as a single missile shoots out. The missile began to open and fires off miniature multiple smaller ones as it spread out.
"A one small step, one giant leap. That is Atlas, and that's how my Grandfather has discover the company... The highest point of our era, introduce... The Zenith." Weiss concluded as the missiles landed on the target sight as multiple massive explosions occur, leading shockwave that spread so far, and barely manages to reach the distanced safety area, blowing out everyone's hat as Ethan quickly hangs on his.
Later on, everyone is celebrating after the succession of the test. The robots brought out the drinks as men take their cups.
"To peace!" The men cheered as they raised their cups.
Weiss is standing by herself, she got a little distasted by seeing them drinking alcohol. Then suddenly her scroll is ringing she picks it up and gets a face-cam from Lilith herself.
"Hello Weiss!" Lilith smiled as she's inside a pool in her swimwear.
"Hey, Lilith. What is with your calling times?" Weiss replied.
"Aw, have some fun. By the way, how is the test?" Lilith asked.
"Gone good, the Zenith has been successful." Weiss informed.
"That's great!" Lilith beamed. "I am so proud of you. I'll see you tomorrow!" Then that the call is over. Weiss has nothing to say, she heads to one of the trucks.
"Weiss?" Ethan calls out, she turns to see him, "You're not coming over my side?" He asked.
"I have somewhere to go." Weiss replied. "I'll see you there, after you're done."
The truck along the rest of the convoy drives off to a familiar road...
Eyes open shot, Weiss quickly gasps for breath, she is noticed that the place is a cave. With a tube up her nose, laying on a cot. She rips out the tube and then sees a man at small distance. She struggles to move.
"I wouldn't do that." The man spoke, as she turns to him. He turns around revealing himself, he is wearing glasses, has hazel eyes, bald head, and light brown skin. He pointed at the chest.
Weiss looks down and she sees that there is some bandages on her chest where the heart is, she rips it out, revealing a battery piece is attached on her chest. "What the hell did you do to me?" She stuttered.
The man came back holding a plate of food as he finished cooking. He placed it next to Weiss who looks genuinely scared.
"I saved your life." He replied. "You got hit close, some shrapnel has been reaching close to your atrial septum. I removed most of it." He takes a bottle that has a bunch of metal shrapnel inside. "But even that, there still some remains that is beyond what I can reach. I've seen many wounds like that in my village. We call them the walking dead because it takes about a week for the barbs to reach the vital organs."
"And this...?" Weiss stares at the device.
"An electromagnet battery, powered by dust fuel." The man explained. "And it's keeping the remaining shrapnel from entering your heart." He hands the plate of some mush up food, Weiss slightly protest but she is starving, so she takes the plate and eats it. Then sees a camera at the cave ceiling. The man sees this and decides to ease the tension, "I'm very surprised we meet again. Our first, at a technical conference in Borea."
Weiss turns to him, and gives a look at him, "...I don't remember." She admits.
"Of course." The man smiled. "Given you used to be what you are, until now." Then voices come from the another side of the metal door. "They're here, quick, stand up." He helps her stand up.
As it is opened, revealing men wielding guns. Something Weiss recognize their designs... It's white but has dirt, however she could never forget the designs.
"These weapons are... How did they?..." Weiss grunted.
"Quiet." The man hushed.
"Greetings, Weiss Schnee." The man in the lead of the group smiled. "The most famous mass murderer, in history of Atlas, it is an honor..." He took a playful bow which cause some of the men to chuckled.
Weiss glared at the leader, but is confused of what he calls her, 'mass murderer'?
"Enough of that, we want you to build the missile, the Zenith missile you have been advertising to all of us." The man demanded, as one of his lackey showed her the picture of the missile itself.
"And what if I refuse?..." Weiss asked. Leaving an unimpressed expressed leader.
Suddenly Weiss has been tied up, as the men dragged her into the water and nearly drowned her. They lifted her up as soon she immediately attempted to gasp for air.
Then the torture continues...
After that, she is being escorted, there she sees slightly of the men's supplies from her company nonetheless. She wakes up back to her same cave prison with the man is here as well.
"There's your answer." He replied, referring the refusal.
"The man... They have a lot... Weapons..." Weiss stated.
"They've been doing this a lot." He said leading to Weiss surprise, "However they haven't yet gotten the missile. He wants you to build it immediately, and then he sets you free." He explained.
"And you believe this?" Weiss asked.
"...No." The man simply answered, Weiss sighed deeply, as she stares at the campfire. "I'm sure they're looking for you, Schnee. But they will never find you in these mountains. Look, what you just saw, that is your legacy. Your life's work, in the hands of those murderers. Is that how you want to go out? Is this the last act of defiance of the great Weiss Schnee? Or are you going to do something about it?"
"What am I gonna do?" Weiss questioned. "We're both gonna die either way. And if they don't, I'll probably be dead in a week."
"Then, this week may be important." The man smiled.
Weiss listens his words and then begin to speak, "So... Who are they?" She asked.
"As they said, they are your loyal customers. They call themselves the Ten Rings." The man explained about them.
"Okay..." Weiss nodded, she then grabs a pen and a piece of paper and writing down something, for a while she hands the piece to him, "I need these parts." She said.
He read it and then nods. As he announce the camera, that they need supplies. They now had other multiple missiles parts, Weiss sets up for work. Each missile she has separate the parts, but only takes a something small within it.
"What is that?" The man asked.
"Palladium." Weiss replied as she has a thin ring of metal. "It's what use for the missiles' power rather than dust. I need 11 more to break down." The work continues as the camera watches as men at the security footage room observes them.
Weiss placed all the metal in the clay cup, she takes the cup into the fireplace letting the metal melt. Then her prison partner use the large tongs to carry the cup carefully as he pours the liquid metal onto another cup.
"Careful, don't want a single drop be wasted." Weiss warned.
"Relax, I have steady hands, how else you'll still alive?" The man noted as he manages to pour it down without any difficulty.
"...I haven't gotten your name." Weiss realized.
"My name is Yinsen." He introduced himself.
"...Nice to meet you." Weiss nodded.
"Nice to meet you." Yinsen nodded back.
Weiss has poured the cooled liquid metal, onto the some kind of small circle case. She placed into the round piece of glass. Now she ensemble the pieces together, it glows bright blue to which Yinsen is surprised.
"This is not the Zenith...?" Yinsen examined.
"It's not, it's an Arc Reactor. Miniature scale, compare to the large one that powers up Mantle. This would help preventing the shrapnel." Weiss explained.
"And how much power would that produce?" Yinsen curiously asked.
"For a small one... Three gigajoules per second." Weiss answered.
"...Impressive." Yinsen admits, "That could run your heart for 50 lifetimes at once." He noted.
"Or an extra 15 minutes." Weiss remarked.
Yinsen is at the table as Weiss comes holding a bunch of papers and places on the table in front of him.
"What is this?" Yinsen wondered.
"Flatten them." Weiss suggested, as Yinsen did as he seen random sketches, began to form up into something: A metal suit. He nods in impression by this.
Later at the footage room, the men witness Weiss' changed the electromagnet with her new Arc Reactor. Now free from restrictions she moved along freely, she came curious about Yinsen.
"I haven't asked, where are you from?" She asked.
"Gulmira, from a village at Vacuo." Yinsen replied.
"That place?" Weiss raised her eyebrow.
"It's not bad. A nice place." Yinsen smiled.
"...You have a family?" Weiss asked
"...Yes." Yinsen nodded. "And I'm about to see them soon... And you, Schnee?"
"...No." Weiss slowly admits.
"Ah, you're a person who has everything and nothing?" Yinsen assumed, but silence occurs from Weiss.
Just then, the men witness them making something, but it's not a missile... Weiss is wearing something around her leg, some kind of braces. They muttered amongst themselves. The leader came in and witness this.
He is not happy...
Just as the two prisoners are working, the leader and his men arrived causing them alarm. The leader gestured them to relax as he stares at Weiss, who seemed mentally disgusted while he notices the arc reactor supporting her.
"You know Schnee..." The leader spoke, "A bow and arrow once was the pinnacle of weapons technology. Ever since the first warrior used it, leads revolution of standard warfare. Now today, we will soon have the Zenith missiles..." He paused and stare angrily at her. "So, why... Have you failed me?"
Weiss has nothing to say but a stare down, Yinsen speaks up the tension, "We're working. Diligently." He announced.
The leader stares at him and snaps his fingers, having his men grabbed Yinsen and pinned him down on the table, "This is the repayment of letting you live?" He accused.
"She's working with what we got." Yinsen replied.
The leader gestured a single man to bring something as, he returned with a tong holding a lump of hot charcoal near Yinsen's face. "Open your mouth. Or tell the truth." He demanded.
"We still need more time." Yinsen still brave up this one-sided situation.
"You think I'm a fool?" The leader mocks him as he brings the coal closer, "Open your mouth." He demanded again.
"Stop." Weiss had enough as the leader stares at him, "I need him. He's a good assistant. Without him, you have no missile." She stated.
The leader stares in silence as he glares at her, "One day..." He whispered out a warning. "And no second chances." And so he walks off with his men following him. Weiss and Yinsen glanced at each other, and both sighed, their schedule needs to quicken.
Weiss is blacksmithing a large piece of metal, hammering it while it glows burning orange. She cools it in a barrel of water, and placed it on the table where Yinsen witness it, the helmet is done, the armor is about to be made.
The suit up begins, Weiss wraps her hand with tape, then wearing thick leather gloves, griping. Yinsen holster the piece of suit as Weiss is in the armor stand. He manages to place the front piece in front leaving her head, unarmored.
"Alright... Can you move?" Yinsen asked, giving his hand gripping gesture, Weiss nodded and followed Yinsen's moves. "Okay... Remember the steps."
"41 steps straight ahead. Then 16 steps, that's from the door, fork right, 33 steps, turn right." Weiss recalled the path course. "Now hold down 'control', then pressing 'l', and enter."
"Okay." Yinsen nodded as he goes to type the laptop that is connected to the suit, the screen shows the bar is loading.
"Is it here?" Weiss asked.
"Yes." Yinsen answered.
At the footage room, the two are missing from the screen. The leader now witnessing this, is now furious.
"Kill them... Now!" He yells as other soldiers rushed to the room.
Back to Weiss and Yinsen are waiting for the upload to be complete. Then banging on the door occurs as random yelling is happening, the men are banging on the door, but no response, they immediately opened, only not knowing the door is rigged by small explosives which are activated and managed to knock them out.
The leader sees this from the footage, "Get more men!" He yelled.
At the cell, Yinsen hears more yelling as soldiers are coming. He sees the bar is nearly uploaded by 80%.
"They're coming..." Yinsen said.
"Just stay there, it's gonna make it." Weiss confidently replied.
"It's not enough." Yinsen runs up at the door, picking up a rifle. "I'll buy some time." He told her.
"N-No! Stick to the plan Yinsen!" Weiss shouted, but Yinsen goes and began firing warning shoots, leaving the men panicked and retreat, he continues his assault. "Yinsen!" Weiss' voice yelled further but all she can do is stay there as the upload is about to reach 95%...
Yinsen continues the chasing of the retreating men, but then he stopped, to see the leader and the other men have their weapons aimed at him...
Back at the cell, other men are heading there but suddenly, the lights went out, leaving only lamps remaining lighting the caves... Inside the cell, the soldiers turned on the flashlight accessories on their rifles scanning their second prisoner.
But they didn't know, the laptop has finally finished the progression bar... A hand clenched within the shadows.
One of the men search the area, then he sees light coming from the wall, he obverses closer... But then out of nowhere, that wall summoned an armored fist, which impact launched him back into the cavewall.
The other men began firing their weapons at the unknown attacker, but the bullets seemed to bounce off the upcoming figure. Then another arm swing, and a sucker punch knock them out of the door.
Then the figure comes out... Weiss is in her armored metal suit, her arc reactor glows brightly in all its reveal as she heads for the exit.
The men who are in the cave hallway soon faced Weiss, and they continue their gunfire. Weiss easily shrugs off these bullets, and one by one she began to knock them down with each single attack. Each powerful punch launches them, knocking others down whose in the way.
The men started to fall back in fear, Weiss couldn't care, she continues marching. One is left behind as the door is closed, he is banging in fear demanding to be let in as he screams.
Then on the other side, a loud bang silenced the scream, leaving the others in arm, trembling of what's coming... A bang, as the metal doors bent, leading them to back away but still standing. More banging... Then the door pieces fly out knocking all of them down.
Weiss continues, through the corner, she managed to swing her arm to knock another man who flipped backwards after the hit, but the impact sent her armored arm crashed into the cave wall. She tries to pull her arm that is lodged into the wall as other men flee.
One man however saw the opportunity, aims the pistol at her head. Fire it... Only the bullet to bounce off the helmet back at him, killing him. Weiss turns to see what happened, confused, but nonetheless she used her other arm to break aa chunk of cave wall, that freed her arm.
She reaches near the exit, seeing... Yinsen lying on the sandbags, mortally wounded with bullet wounds.
"Yinsen!" Weiss shouted.
"...Watch out!" Yinsen grunted out loudly. Weiss turns to see the leader is holding a rocket launcher and aims at her, before firing. Luckily the early warning, she ducks avoiding direct hit, and she opens a panel from her arm, revealing a small missile, she fires back at the Leader whose been cries in pain when the explosion engulfed near him as rocks fell down.
Not bothering to check, Weiss rushes to Yinsen, she opens her front helm, "Yinsen, can you get up?" She asked. "Come on, we got stick with the plan!"
Yinsen smiles as he shakes his head, "This is always the plan..." He muttered, while slowly breathing.
"What?!" Weiss exclaimed, "You have a family to see! Aren't you concerned by that!?" She questioned him.
"...My family is dead." Yinsen reveals, causing her eyes to be widened. "And I'm about to see them soon..."
"I..." Weiss stuttered. "N-No... You can't..."
"It's okay... I choose this. I... Wanted this..." Yinsen assured.
Weiss looks away, "I don't know how can I repay you..." She muttered softly.
"There's one thing you can do this for me, Schnee..." Yinsen stated. "Don't waste it. Don't waste your life..." And thus, his last breath as his eyes closed with his only smile remaining.
Weiss' grows tears, she closed her eyes, and nearly let out quiver breath. She gritted her teeth as her warm light blue eyes, become ragefully ice cold...
Outside the cave, every men armed themselves, all guns aimed at the entrance of the cave. They wait... Then a stomp happens once, then twice, many times, as Weiss appears, which slightly frighten them.
"Open fire!" A order complied them to shoot, gunfire began bouncing off the armor, slightly shaking it, but it remains standing when the fire has ceased.
"...My turn." Weiss grunted as her arms revealed to shoot out massive flames that began engulfing the front group as men screams in pain and fear by the fire. She walks forward continue spreading fire among the camps and their supplies.
Then one of them managed to to use the turret and began firing caliber rounds, the armor resisted but the impact shook the armor greatly causing her to stagger. Then more men begin to fire at the back, and managed to hit the mechanics causing her to be on her knees.
Weiss looks for a way as she's being shot down, she sees the missiles. Then she gets up, and proceed to aim the flames at the missiles and explosions.
Then the explosive armaments began to detonate by the flames, multiple explosions, men tries to run away but they swarmed the area.
Weiss need to get out of here, she goes for the other arm and opens a panel showing a red button. She presses it, and her boots reveal having rockets that emit thrusters. She began to fly off and managed to escape the explosions to the sky.
She managed to be in the air, until the thrusters began to end as she fall from the sky, screaming for her dear life. And she crash landed right in front of the desert.
The clouds clear out, as Weiss is alive though her armor isn't in one piece as she took of her helmet and toss it out. She takes some deep breaths, she is relieved to be alive... As she looks at her ruined suit...
At the desert, Weiss is merely wandering at the sandy area, until a massive shadow lurks above her, which made her look up. It was a Atlas Bullhead, it landed front as she covered her face from the blowing sand. She's been found at last...
Then Ethan came out and is shocked to see her, "Weiss!" He yelled, as he runs down as Weiss chuckles in joy before collapsing, as Ethan manages to catch her fall.
"Hey... Ethan." Weiss smiled as she closes her eyes from exhaustion.
Ethan chuckles dearly as he hugs his closet friend. "Next time, you stick with me, buddy." He remarked, then he carry her over the shoulder as he takes her to the airship.
