(Sento holds his gold Rabbit Full Bottle in his hand as he looks up to the Pandora Tower)

(Ichika opens his eyes as he begins to punch a punching bag as sweat drops off him.)

(Houki cuts though the screen in her kendo clothes slicing up dummies around her)

(Madoka and Gen share half screens as they both practice against an invisible enemy)

(Chloe opens her eyes and reaches out)
With a roar like lightning
(Evolt Black Hole puts her arms out to her sides as Mad Rogue, and an army of Clone Smashes behind her stands ready.)

(Chifuyu, Yamada, and the IS girls turn to the right as we fly up to Inou, Goubara, and Saiga. Goubara and Saiga change into shadows and Inou into Blood)
Even if my life burns out and collapses, this never-ending song
(Flash cuts to all of the Riders in a line, Build charges forwards and battles Evolt. Evolt blasts a ball of energy that Cross-Z and Akatsu kicks though.)
Will illuminate the future hazy with grief
(Grease and Rogue battle Zebra and Scissor Lost Smashes. Both jump back and prepare for the next attack.)
Even if the world abandons me and shoots me with arrows of loneliness
(Build Genius jumps at Blood as the two exchange blows, as the Pandora Box glows behind them.)

(A light fills the screen as a shadowy figure of red, blue, and pink stands ready for a fight)

(Build, Cross-Z, Akatsu, Grease, and Rogue all line up. Run towards the camera as the all jump up and Rider kick the screen)

We are Sento…
I lay on my back as rain fell down on me, I glanced over at Inou and the others. Seeing Ichika and Houki glance at me. "You have outlived your purpose." Inou said walking past Ichika and Houki, as he strapped on the Build Driver. Inou inserts the Hazard Trigger into the belt. "Max Hazard ON!" Pulling out a Cobra Lost Bottle, Inou shakes it and opens the bottle, then inserts it into the Great Cross-Z Dragon. "Awaken! Great C-C-Cros-Blood!" The announcer changes as red energy cascaded across the Cross-Z Dragon.
Inou:(turns around to Sento) Henshin!
Sento:(eyes widen) …!
Inou cranks the belt as the runner rubes exit the belt and connect into the Scissor and Zebra Lost Smashes, then into Ichika and Houki. All four turn into red liquid that enters the pipes and flow into the belt, as Inou's body is wrapped in a black and crimson fog. "Are you Ready?!" The fog solidifies into 4 solid shards that then create a crimson cocoon that shatters, revealing a new Rider. "The Crimson Hunter! Blood!" The new Rider stands before me.
Blood:(looks down at Sento) Behold, Kamen Rider… BLOOD!
Sento:(looking at Blood) Kamen Rider… Blood?!
Kamen Rider Blood has design elements shared with Evolt; the color scheme is mostly the same as Evolt's phase 1 armor. Crimson red, blue, gold, and black. The helmet has a similar look to Hazard with the visior being twin dragon heads with their jaws, eyes, and a part of their neck begin blue with the rest of the visior is black. The chest armor is the same as Evolt's phase 1 with a cobra colored in red, blue, and gold adorning the chest with its tail sticking out to the left. On the shoulders are half circles that hold the cape that drapes down past the knees and stops just above the ankles. The arms have the same gauntlets as base Build in black and gold. The waist and legs are the same too.
Blood:(lifts up hand) Kiryu Sento, it's time to place the final period at the conclusion of your life.(hand burns red) Not that your life was all that LONG!
Blood swings his hand at me, as a flaming fire ball hits the ground and burns a path across the pavement towards me. I do nothing but brace, when a blackhole appears and blocks the attack it explodes as my vision is engulfed in flames. That's when something picks me up, but my vision fades out.
We are Observers…
Kamen Rider Evolt in her Black hole form holds Sento as the flames fade. "... Sigh~, Evolt, what are you here for?" Blood asks, Evolt looks down at the Hazard Trigger now in Blood's belt. "Were you after the Hazard Trigger from the beginning?" Evolt asks and Blood nods.
Blood:(crosses arms) Yes. With it, we are now ready for the ceremony. Earth's destruction is within our grasp.
Evolt:(stares at Blood) … Hmpf.
Evolt then teleports away.
Years ago… We are Takumi
Screams of panic fill my ears, in shock I fall to the ground. "Takumi!? Takumi!? Get a hold of yourself Takumi!?" My father shouts to me, I look over to see my father running over to me. "Takumi! Are you alright?" Shinobu asks me. I shake my head, attempting to focus my mind as I see massive walls rise from the ground. "Dad… What's going on?" I ask, when a red light bursts from the ground, someone is tripped up and drops to the ground.
Shinobu:(pulls Takumi's attention) Listen. That light twists people's morals. It turns good people into evil ones! One day, an extraterrestrial entity might harness its energy to destroy the Earth!
Takumi:(confused) Wh-What are you saying?
Shinobu: Listen to me! When that happens, the one who holds the key to Earth's fate-(explosion goes off) … Is Banjou Ichika and Shinonono Houki!
Takumi:(looks at Shinobu) Banjou…(explosions go off) and Shinonono?
Shinobu:(nods) Yes, those two are involved in my research. One day, you will meet them.(pulls Katsuragi in) Their power will change the world!
Takumi:(shakes head) Wh- Why are you telling me this?
Shinobu looks away. "Someone take care of this boy!" Shinobu shouts, as a security guard rushes over and helps me up. "Are you alright? Let's get you to safety!" The guard said, my father gets up and moves towards the explosions, as more and more walls begin to rise from the ground. I scramble up to my feet. "Dad!" I shout out. "Why did you become a Scientist, Dad?" I ask, as Takumi steps next to me. My father only watches us, as the crowd of people panic and run around him.
Back to the present… We are Sento
The sound of rain hitting against glass fills my ears as I open my eyes to the inside of a small tug boat. "Sento! You're awake!" Chifuyu exclaims looking over, she kneels over to me. "Ch-Chifuyu? Wha- how?" I ask, when Chifuyu simply points to the other side of the boat, I see Evolt sitting at the captain's seat, with a cup of coffee in hand. "Yo. You're awake!" She greets.
Sento:(pulls self up) You…
Evolt:(puts aside cup) I'll get right to the point. Inou's goal is to activate the Hazard Trigger. He's using it as a replacement for the Evol Trigger. By using the people and going after Build… he drove you into a corner mentally, making it easier to gather power into the Trigger. Like I once did to reach Black Hole.
Chifuyu:(looks at Evolt) How come I'm not affected?
Evolt:(looks at Chifuyu) Simple, you stopped watching the broadcast and kept your distance from Inou, Saiga, and Goubara. Those three can put you under their control if you watch or hear their commands. Hypnosis type deal. Only Riders can ignore the effect and retain control.(looks at Sento) The little it does, now once he obtains Pandora's Box… Inou will destroy the Earth. Still, man, you really got your ass handed to you there. You fell right into their trap.(sighs) Honestly, I'm disappointed in you.(shrugs) So you were just a fake hero waving a cheap justice around after all.
Chifuyu:(looks at Evolt) That's enough.
Evolt:(scoffs) Just like your father. He must be rolling his grave.
Sento:(stands up) What do you know?!(slaps cup of coffee out of Evolt's hand) When you were the one who killed him!...
Chifuyu:(puts a hand on Sento) That's enough, Sento… Let's go.
I put my own hand on Chifuyu, as we left the boat.
We are Observers…
Evolt:(sighs) More than you. We were the ones who created Kiryu Sento, after all.
Back with Sento… We are Observer
Chifuyu and Sento walk through the raining streets, Chifuyu holds up an umbrella over Sento as the two walk side by side. Walking next to some trash bags, Sento begins kicking the bags in frustration as the rain soaks him. Chifuyu can only watch with a saddened expression. Kicking another bag, Sento looks at where he kicked the bag and pauses, Chifuyu looks over. "This place…" Chifuyu mutters, Sento walks into the alleyway, the same alley that one year ago during a similar rain storm is where Kiryu Sento was born.
Flashback Sento:(sitting on the ground) Where am I…? Who… am I?
*Ring~!* Sento brings his phone up to his ear.
Inou: Looks like you had a narrow escape from Death… If you want us to release Banjou and Shinonono… then bring Pandora's Box to US!
A crack of thunder though the sky overhead, as Chifuyu walks up to Sento. "That was Inou… Wasn't it." Chifuyu states, Sento softly nods. Chifuyu brings her umbrella over Sento as she grasps his hand. "Don't tell me you're going." Takumi's voice echoes in Sento's head. Sento looks down at where he once sat, now with Katsuragi sitting in his place. Sento pulls out his Driver and looks down at it, Katsuragi stands up and walks past Sento grabbing the belt.
Mindscape of Sento…
The two stand opposite of each other, Takumi standing behind a mirror holding the Build Driver in his hand. While Sento stands on the opposite side, a set of staircases before him. Above them, doors to memories and formulas float above the two. Sento looks down at himself, his hands, then up towards the memories floating in the sky.
Sento:(looks back at Takumi) Everything about me was created by them…
Takumi:(looks back at Sento) Exactly. You were just lost in your own world of ideals. You're missing memories…(looking up at memories) Were of how we created the Rider System. I created it for the purpose of defeating Evolt…
Sento:(looks up at Memories) …
Takumi: I was well aware that it would become a military weapon. I wanted to fulfill Dad's wishes.(looks down) But in the end… We were just tools. Inou was right.(looks at Belt) If I had never created it, war would never have happened. I believed in science… I believed in Dad… And this is the result.
In the real world…
Sento mutters to himself, his own mind conversation being muttered. "And this is the result…" Sento mutters, Chifuyu drops the umbrella and grabs Sento by the face and makes him turn to face him. "Sento, get it though you're stupid thick skull! This war Wasn't your Fault!" Chifuyu exclaims, as the rain pours down upon the two of them.
Chifuyu:(looks at Sento) Your father was the one to make the Driver in the first place! Are you also forgetting all of THIS!(points at Pandora Tower) Was all Evolt's fault!
Sento:(looks into Chifuyu) Chifuyu…
Chifuyu:(holds Sento's head) And Takumi, if you're listening too, then remember You would have helped complete it, even if you knew you were being used! Both you and Sento are too stubborn to give up like that! Shinobu built the driver long before he was exposed to the Box's light, he was a Rider before that! He was protected from the light, which means he had a purpose for the belt, some kind of plan!
Sento:(eyes widen) …
Takumi:(mindscape) …
Sento:(Look at Chifuyu) You're right… You and Takumi both are… If we hadn't created the Rider System, war would never have happened.
Sento reaches his hands up and takes Chifuyu's hands that hold his head. "But… Without it…" Sento looks at Chifuyu. "The Earth… And all of the irreplaceable people I've met would have been lost." Sento puts his other hand on Chifuyu's cheek, as Chifuyu brings Sento in. The two put their heads against each other. The two stand in silence as rain pours down on the two. "Now I remember…" Sento mutters. Sento and Chifuyu step back, with one hand grasping the other, the two turn to the other end of the alley as they begin to walk out.
Sento's mindscape…
Sento:(walks up staircase) The one who holds the key to Earth's fate is Ichika and Houki.
Takumi:(turns to Sento) You still don't get it?! Those two will lead us to destruction!
Sento:(stops) You don't understand.(looks back at Takumi) Those two are simpletons, A musclehead paired with a stubborn Stonehead. One's over protective, the other is easy to deceive.(turns back to stairs) But… those two are able to fight for the future of others. They are made for each other…(begins walking back up steps) They are my dearest friends. Partners, the best pair of students an idiot like me could ask.
Takumi:(stares at Sento) … But the whole reason we even know them was because they were-
Sento: My bond with them… Isn't fake.
Pandora Tower…
As the rain pours against a large window, Ichika and Houki stand beside each other, staring out the window as rain pours down upon it. The two of them holding their Dragon and Sakura bottles respectively.
Sento's Mindscape…
Sento:(walking) If dad designed Build to defeat Evolt… Then he must have prepared something to deal with Ichika and Houki. I have to find that.
Takumi:(frustrated sigh) But you won't find the data if you don't know the keyword!
The next day… Pandora Tower Holding cell block 3…
"Sprout, Potato!" Gen shouts as he stands on Madoka's shoulders. "Why the hell am I at the bottom!? You're the bigger guy here!" Madoka shouts holding Gen on her shoulders. "Also this is as far as I can reach!" Madoka exclaims, she fumbles for a second before balancing herself. "Hey, Beardy! How about you stretch!" Madoka exclaims, only for the two to stumble and fall over.
Madoka:(sits up) Ow! Make use of your height, Beardy! Come on!
Gen:(sits up) Shut up, tiny potato. You could barely jump or stretch yourself!
Madoka:(stands up) Man, fuck you.(dust self off) Sigh~ If only we had our belts…
Utsumi:(steps over) You mean these?
Gen and Madoka both look up to see at the top of the cage stands Utsumi holding the Sclash Drivers and the jelly/Bottle. "Utsumi…" The two mutter looking up at him. "Why are you here?" Madoka asks, Utsumi sets down the belts. "You don't want them?" Utsumi asks. Far down the hall, a blade slices through the lock between the seams of a door. A woman opens the door and steps into the hall. "I want them!" Madoka shouts.
Utsumi:(smiles) Then, there's a way to request them.(points at ground)
Madoka:(sighs) You want us to kneel to you?(looks over at Gen) Who would do something like th-
Madoka looks to see Gentoku already on his hands and knees, bowing with his head near the ground. "BEARDY?!~" Madoka shouts, Gentoku groans out in frustrated anger. "Heh heh ha-?!" Utsumi is caught off guard when a Katana blade is placed against his neck. "Eh? Ah?! It's you?!" Madoka shouts, Gentoku looks up as well, and the two Rider's faces brighten.
Downtown Touto…
A large crowd stands surrounding 5 figures all dressed in black. At the front of the pack is Inou, flanking behind him to his sides are Ichika and Houki. Further back are Goubara and Saiga watching, waiting. Within the large crowd stands Yamada, Chloe, and Sawa, their faces all blank and staring at nothing. The silence is cut off by the sound of a motorcycle driving down the road. The Crowd turns to face the Biker, as he parks in the middle of the road and hops off. Sento removes his helmet and picks up the Pandora Box. Approaching the crowd, they part for him, letting him walk into the center of the circle of people. A white pedestal for the box to sit on sits in the center. Sento puts the box on the pedestal and stares down Inou.
Sento:(stares at Inou) Release Ichika and Houki, now.
Inou:(looks at Sento) We need Banjou-kun and Houki-chan for our ceremony.(holds up Trigger) Let's… Settle it with a Battle.
Sento:(clenches fist) …
Inou turns around, strapping on his belt and activates the Trigger. "Max Hazard ON!" Inou holds up the Cobra Lost bottle and the Great Cross-Z Dragon. Gobara and Saiga shake their own Lost bottles and change into Smashes. Inou shakes his own bottle and inserts it. "Awaken! Great BLOOD!" Inou puts the Great Cross-Z dragon into the belt. "Henshin." Inou said as he cranks the belt. "Gata Gata Gotten! Zuttan Tutan!" The Belt chants as Ichika, Houki, Zebra, and Scissor are all absorbed into Inou. "Are you Ready?! Overflow! Wake up Crimson! The Crimson Hunter! Bl-Bl-Bl-Blood! Yabe~!" Blood turns around to face Sento.
Sento holds up his belt and straps it on. Holding up the Genius bottle, Sento taps the cap of the Bottle. "Great! All Yay!" Flipping the top of the Bottle, Sento inserts into his belt. "Genius!" Sento cranks the belt as the platform builds around him. "Yeah~! Yay~! Yeah~! Yay!~ Are you Ready?!" "Henshin." The Build symbol attaches to Sento's chest as the armor materializes and the pipes connect to the suit as bottles slide on and attach themselves. "Build Genius! Sugei~! Monosugei!~" The two Riders stare at each other.
Blood:(reaches out hand) Let us… End this. Build.
Build:(raises fists) … Ichika and Houki… I'm taking them back!
Blood:(chuckles) Then, as you humans say… Come get me.
The two jump into the air straight at each other.
