Season 4 Episode 10: PIRATE PUPS TO THE RESCUE PART TWO

June 25th, 2030

Tracker and Arrby panted as they got to the Sea Patroller. Their rapid run had gotten them worn out, but they had no choice but to run. Climbing aboard the ship, they ran to the control room. Tracker attempted to use the radio and satellite connections to establish communications with the Adventure City Lookout, but all they were getting was static. "Esto no tiene sentido... Carlos and I were able to contact the Paw Patrol on the island… Why can't we contact the Adventure City Lookout Tower? They use the same kind of technology as the Adventure Bay Lookout!" Tracker worriedly groaned as he shut off the communications, not managing to make any progress getting a connection.

"Tracker, I don't think Jack Scallywag will let us call for help, or leave the island! Even if our sea vehicles were able to make the journey back to Adventure Bay, he might send sea creatures to stop us from leaving… and our vehicles wouldn't make the trip anyways, we would run out of fuel." Arrby sadly said.

"What do we do, Arrby? I… I'm scared…" Tracker whimpered.

Arrby started to sniffle as he shed some tears. "I'm scared too, Tracker… I just made friends with all of you Paw Patrol pups, and now I might not just lose them, but I might lose Captain Boss Mister Sid!" Arrby cried. The two pups embraced each other and hugged. "What do we do…? If only we had powers or something!" Arrby lamented.

That gave Tracker an idea. "I don't think my powers would be very useful in this situation, amigo, but maybe yours might!" Tracker exclaimed.

An idea started to form in his head as he went over the information that his great grandpa had told him about Jack Scallywag. "Tracker, what are you thinking?" Arrby asked.

"My great grand dog told me that if I ever met Jack Scallywag, I needed to find an instrument and play a special song on it. Lo he memorizado, I know it by heart. Can you distract Jack Scallywag long enough for me to get the flute so I can play the song on it?" Tracker explained.

Arrby hesitated as Tracker opened up his pup tag and pressed a button on Arrby's pup tag, taking out the meteor shard and preparing to insert it inside Arrby's collar. "...Tracker, are you sure about this?" Arrby murmured.

The pup nodded his head in response. "I trust you, amigo. I know you'll do anything to help Sid and the others!" Tracker reassured.

The dachshund frowned as Tracker placed the meteor shard from his tag into Arrby's collar and secured it. "Okay…" Arrby sighed.

He was a little afraid of what might happen, but he had to be brave. For Ben, for Ryder, for Sid. Growling, he straightened up as he and Tracker disembarked from the Sea Patroller. Sneaking across the sand with Tracker as they followed the scent of the animals, they snuck into the brush of the island jungle, following the scent of their friends. As they snuck through the leafy brush, they heard Jack Scallywag's laughter. Peering through the leaves, they saw the desiccated decaying undead pirate laughing as the animals under his mind control dug up his true treasure. While the animals labored, Jack was gloating to Ryder, Ben, Katie, Ace, Carlos, and Sid, who were being constricted by boa snakes. Chase, Marshall, Skye, Rocky, Rubble, Zuma, and Everest were stuck in those black magic cages, surrounded by monkeys. "Gold, jewels, armor, weapons… everything that I need to reconquer the world. AND I COULDN'T HAVE DONE IT WITHOUT YOU IDIOTS!" Jack Scallywag cackled as he raised his sword into the air, and grinned at Carlos maniacally.

"You'll never get away with this, you fiend! Someone will put an end to your tyranny!" Sid defiantly yelled.

Hissing at this outcry, Jack Scallywag whipped around and lunged at Sid, putting his sword to his neck. "Oh yeah? You and what army!? Those two pups that ran away like cowards!?" Scallywag snarled.

"They're already contacting help! SPD, Lightspeed Rescue, the Adventure City Lookout…" Ryder confidently said.

In response, Scallywag burst into laughter. "My dark magic is already blocking their communication signals! They're not going to be able to get ANY help whatsoever!" Scallywag snickered.

"...They'll find some way to defeat you. I know they will! Arrby is my first mate, and he NEVER gives up!" Sid roared in anger.

Scallywag glowered at Sid before pulling his sword from his scabbard. "See, there's one thing that you don't realize. I'M IMMORTAL! I CAN'T DIE! …BUT I BET YOU CAN!" Scallywag shouted in rage, before raising his sword and trying to bring it down on Sid's head.

Arrby felt his blood boil as the pirate tried to kill his owner. "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!" Arrby screamed as he started running forward, mustering all of his energy, praying that he could somehow stop the sword from chopping off Sid's head. All of a sudden, Sid's own sword flew out of its scabbard and stabbed itself into the abdomen of the undead pirate, and kept going as it impaled his stomach, sending Jack Scallywag flying away from Sid. Arrby's vision turned red from pure anger. "YOU THINK YOU'RE IMMORTAL, YOU ROTTING RAPSCALLION, LET'S TEST IT OUT!" Arrby screamed.

His paws glowed jet black as he lifted them into the air, and the swords that Ben, Ace, Katie, and Ryder had brought flew to the dachshund. Mercilessly, the canine began to assault Jack Scallywag. "What in the world?!" Ben gasped as he witnessed Arrby and Jack sword fighting.

"How did Arrby get a meteor shard?" Ryder wondered.

The evil pirate screamed as Arrby plunged the swords into his head and arms, severing them from the body. It appeared for a second that Arrby had been victorious, but the body reassembled itself in a puff of black smoke. "As I always say, necrotic magic is the best medicine." Jack smirked as he fired off a bolt of dark energy at the pup. Instinctively, Arrby raised his blades, spinning them around in a circular fashion and parrying the blast. The pup howled as he lifted into the air and slashed, sliced, and diced the evil pirate into pieces, the flute flying off of his body and landing in the sand. Jack was too busy to notice Tracker slowly creeping up to the flute. "So you've got the power of magnetism, eh? No matter. It still cannot kill what is already dead!" Jack growled as he started firing more black bolts at Arrby.

The bolts threw the swords away from Arrby, sending them flying through the sky and into the ocean. "Without a weapon, you can't defend against me!" Jack crowed.

"Anything can be a weapon!" Arrby countered as the black aura around his paws intensified, and a shadow then covered Jack Scallywag. Out of the sky fell Arrby's submarine, crushing the enemy beneath it.

The pups all started cheering as Arrby turned to look at them, a nervous expression on his face. "YOU DID IT ARRBY!" Chase shouted appreciatively.

"WAY TO GO DUDE!" Zuma cheered. "Wait a minute! If Jack Scallywag is dead, then shouldn't the bars on this magic cage he trapped us in disappear?" Rocky pointed out.

Indeed, the black mass reformed into the shape of Jack Scallywag, who was practically a skeleton by now due to the damage he had sustained. "Dammit, you're real resilient, you little runt! I keep telling you though, I CAN'T DIE! Only thing that can stop me is my magic flute and the special song that lays evil souls to rest!" Jack Scallywag snarled angrily.

Arrby swiveled his head and saw that Tracker had the flute in his mouth ready to play. "Good thing that we had a backup plan! I wasn't trying to kill you, I was only stalling you! HIT IT, TRACKER!" Arrby commanded.

Immediately the potcake began to play the music on the flute, a beautiful tune that would make all of Jack Scallywag's mind controlled animals freeze in their tracks. "NO!" Scallywag screamed as he doubled over in pain, the song that Tracker was playing gave him great discomfort. As Tracker continued to play the enchanted tune, Jack Scallywag fell to the ground and writhed in agony as he began to evaporate into mist, as well as the cages that were trapping the other pups. The animals that had been under Jack Scallywag's control returned to normal, and the snakes that were trapping Ben, Ryder, Katie, Ace, Carlos, and Sid slithered away.

Everything fell silent as they stood there for a minute, before everyone erupted into cheers. They swarmed around Arrby and picked him up. "ARRBY! ARRBY! ARRBY!" All the pups and humans chanted.

"I KNEW YOU COULD DO IT, AMIGO!" Tracker yelled in happiness.

"You saved us, Arrby!" Chase exclaimed.

"All of us." Ryder added.

"I always knew you had it in you, first mate." Sid solemnly said.
