It's Sunday which means everyone get three new chapter today, a good day for readers huh? still, this Chapter is full of plot progression and interactions between the Shepherds that Rean will be a part of, plus Rean will be working on some cool stuff for the Shepherds.

Eris (Guest): I knew some of the stuff you mentioned but not all of it, regardless, I don't know yet what I'm going to do with Grima, despite his past and the fact tht he was created and influenced to be what he is right now, doesn't change the fact that he's a danger, that hes evil and that in one future timeline he already destroyed the world.
You can excuse, rationalize and even forgive the things Grima has done, but that doesn't change the fact that he is indeed evil and had to be stopped, things weren't as simple as you put wrote them and lot happened on those games that you left out.
Still, right now I don't know yet know what I'm going to do with Grima, we'll see once Rean get to the point when he has to face him, but keep in mind how Rean usually deals with threats and his general attitude towards his enemies.
SpeedMaster642: Lol, Rean isn't one to usually play around or joke with his enemies though XD I don't know why some think he's going to be pulling stuff like that hahaha, it is funny though.
CrimsonSylvan: The thing is, no one knows what with Kellam abilities to become invisible like that, but we'll see if Rean can do something about it later.
Once again, your spot on with what Rean will be doing next, or at least the beginning of his plans to help the Shepherds, your going to like it! also, yeah, I don't want to bog down the story with countless Quest, Rewards, Stats ups and Level ups, so I leave that in the background.
A lot of Gamer stories have that issue, 75 percent of the story is Stats sheets, skills, their information, quests and their rewards, and the rest of the 25 percent is actual story.
I hate stuff like that, whenever I put a quest or stuff like I mentioned before, I always add the same number of words used on that, for story progression, so th word count doesn't suffer, which is why I keep stuff like that at the minimum too lol.

No, that won't happen, because only the Shepherds know about Rean's status as prince and they're not ones to tell strangers or people who have nothing to do with them about him, plus Rean would jusy ignore such offers, he isn't one to care about titles and such, he's a Dragon before being a Prince after all.

Chapter 49.
As predicted, everyone woke up with a horrible hangover, and I mean horrible, there was puking and cursing all around, luckily for the Shepherds, healing Spells like Esuna and Recovery help with things like hangovers.
Appearantly being drunk and having a hangover is treated as a status effect by Astraea's System, so me and the twins were able to help them recover and wash up too, it was here that the Shepherds found out that the Pokémon Center has a big ass bath and shower facilities.
Boy were they all impressed and surprised, especially by the washing machines and dryers available for use in there as well, turns out, that Pokémon Centers really do have everything a Pokémon Trainer might ever need while on their journeys.
After everyone was feeling better, clean again and fresh, we immediately set out to go back to Ylisstol, of course we said our goodbyes to Flavia and Basilio before we left.
But we did have to get going, the March back to Ylisstol was uneventful though, looks like we were lucky not to run into any Risen or bandits, which is great for us, cause that meant that we were able to reach Ylisstol in less time that it took us to get to Regna Ferox, in fact we only had to go into My Pokéhome one night to rest.
As soon as we got back, Chrom, Lissa, Robin and I met up with Emmeryn and told her about what happened in Regna Ferox and that we were able to secure an alliance with them.
This of course, made Emmeryn very happy "... then Regna Ferox will support Ylisse?".
Chrom nodded to his sister and Emmeryn happily smiled in response "thank you Chrom, I knew sending you was the right choice".
Chrom smiled at Emmeryn and then shook his head "the alliance wouldn't have happened without Rean's and his Pokémon's help Emm, plus the rest of the Shepherds fought hard to allow us to met with Flavia.
You should see Ferox's warriors! they're really strong, perhaps, now our people will be safe from-".
However, Chrom didn't get to finish because Phila came running into the throne room where we are talking to Emmeryn, she seems worried about something and as soon as she got to us she spoke up in a hurry "your grace! m-milord! forgive me, but I bring alarming news!".
This made everyone tense up, Phila isn't one to panic so whatever was going was pretty serious, Emmeryn quickly recovered from her surprise and then raised her hands at Phila to try to calm her down a bit "Phila! slow down, please! what's happened?".
Phila jumped and bit but nodded and took a big breath before beginning to explain the situation "Plegian Soldiers have been sighted inside our southwest border!.
They attacked a village in Themis and abducted the Duke's daughter".
Lissa immediately gasped in surprise and worry "b-but that would be... Maribelle! Chrom, we have to do something!".
Phila shook her head and quickly spoke up "there's more, King Gangrel of Plegia claims Lady Maribelle invaded his Country, he demands we pay reparations for this insult".
Robin frowned "I see... he's trying to provoke conflict between Plegia and Ylisse".
I sighed and scratched my head "isn't kind of bold to do this like this though? bastard seems to be getting desperate now".
Robin nodded "yes, my guess is, that he found out of our alliance with Regna Ferox and is trying to cause damage before we can organize ourselves against Plegia".
Chrom growled and shook his head "that means we can't believe that dastard Mad King of Plegia! ".
Emmeryn nodded but called out to Chrom to calm him down "Peace, Chrom, we must keep our wits about us".
But Chrom was pretty much done with Plegia and the Mad King Gangrel, I don't blame him though, he has seen first hand all the chaos and death King Gangrel's plots have caused to the people of Ylisse.
So I'm not surprised when Chrom glared down at the ground and angrily said "we should put a sword in his gut and be done with it!.
Like Rean and Robin just said, the Mad King has been trying to provoke war with Ylisse at every step! he won't stop until he drags this whole continent to hell with him!".
Phila nodded in agreement with Chrom's words "I agree with the Prince, your Grace, we must demonstrate to Plegia that such actions have consequences".
Emmeryn frowned and looked down, she then softly spoke to Chrom "I understand your feelings, Chrom, truly I do.
But if we give him the war he wants, then we lose, no matter the outcome, our last conflict nearly ruined the halidom, it left the Ylisseans homeless and starving... we cannot repeat that mistake, I will offer parley with King Gangrel".
Everyone gasped in surprise, I on the other hand frowned, as far as I remember, Chrom and Lissa were too young to remember or even notice the after effects of the last war Ylisse was the cause of.
Emmeryn got to see first hand how her people died starving, sick and angry, all of that landed on her shoulders at a young age when her father and mother died and she has been struggling since then to maintain peace.
Her reluctance to start war is understandable when you put how many horrible things she experienced into consideration, so yeah, I get it, but on the other hand, trying to pursue peace with someone who wants nothing but make you suffer and see you dead?.
It was just a waste of time, but that's because I knew why Gangrel wants war with Ylisse and I can't really reveal all of that to everyone, they're not nearly as strong as they should be, to deal with all of that yet.
Lissa shook her head and quickly said "Emm, no! you can't!".
Phila nodded and quickly said her piece as well "please, reconsider, your Grace, he cannot be trusted to act in good faith!".
Emmeryn looked down and seemed very sad and worried, it certainly made everyone feel bad, even I didn't like to see her this sad, Emmeryn then sighed "so either we choose to march to war or leave Lady Maribelle to die?".
Everyone stayed silent after hearing those words, seems like no one had an answer to Emmeryn's question, however, I was here and I was going to help "well, I have an idea"
Everyone turned their head towards me and stared at me in surprise, seems like they forgot I was in here with them for a second, I don't blame them though, things got very tense there for a second.
Lissa quickly and widely smiled "that's right! Rean is here! he can fix things quickly and safely!".
I deadpanned at Lissa "... I'm not liking the image that you're creating about me in that crazy little head of yours Lissa...".
Lissa just smiled at me "tehe!".
"Don't tehe me woman! I'm not Mr fix everything!".
Lissa just cheerfully laughed and soon, everyone joined her, I just sighed in defeat but smiled at everyone, at least they're not as tense as before.
However, I had something to say first though "Emmeryn".
The Exalt turned to look at me and gave me her attention, I smiled at her and then began to speak "I understand why you're trying to avoid war, it's never pretty and everyone suffers.
But, inaction can be just as deadly, if you don't act, if you hesitate, things will escalate more and more, Plegia will grow more desperate and will eventually get out of control, the ones who will pay, will be the civilians in the end.
So, I'll help you and Ylisse with everything I have, but do keep on mind, that eventually, war has to happen, prepare both your Kingdom and yourself for when that happens, okay?".
Emmeryn stared at me in silence for a few seconds, while everyone just stared at her waiting to see what she would say, Emmeryn then sadly frowned and nodded "I understand... thanks for the words of advice Prince Rean".
I raised an eyebrow at what shejust called me I mean what the hell? did someone told her about me being the future king of England? "Prince Rean?".
Emmeryn smiled, a little mischievous smile, one that reminded me of Lissa and now I knew where that little gremlin got her mischievous nature, Emmeryn then explained "yes, Lissa told me about you being the Heir of the Pendragon Family, you're a prince so I will heed your wise advise".
I sighed and scratched my head, while Chrom and Lissa laughed, well whatever, I guess my title helped me a bit on this "well, then let's do this, let me tell you about my plan.
First I'll call one of my Legendary Pokémon, her name is Mew and then...".
After I explained my plan, Phila decided to go with us as well, along with Chrom just in case a battle occurs and Lissa decided to go because she wanted to be there with Maribelle.
I always wondered why Maribelle didn't join the Shepherds to Regna Ferox in the game, well, according to Lissa, Maribelle had been called back home by her father, the Duke, so she had to leave to her home town the morning we left to Regna Ferox.
I guess, everything just worked out for Plegia from the get go, lucky bastards for sure, or their spy network was that good, either way, after our meeting with Emmeryn, we all went to speak with the Shepherds and let them know what was happening.
The Shepherds were of course all ready to assist and help save Maribelle, despite being a bit frosty and prickly, she's still a Shepherd and everyone here protects each other.
In the end, night fell by the time we finished letting the Shepherds know of the plan, so Robin, Chrom, Lissa and I walked in the castle's garden to unwind a bit.
Chrom soon sighed and turned his head towards Robin "well, do you think everyone will be ready to go tomorrow? it's a long march through the western mountains to the Plegian border".
Robin nodded "yeah, everyone is ready, plus Rean gave everyone even more Gels just in case as well, with that and the weapons he's made so far, we're ready for tomorrow".
I nodded and then piped in "yeah, plus I'm making some other stuff for everyone as well, just wait until you see what I'm making you guys!".
Everyone smiled and seemed excited despite, how tense the situation was going to be tomorrow, it seems everyone was looking forward to seeing what I will be making for them.
However, before anyone could say anything else, someone came running towards us and then called out to Chrom "Captain! I'm all packed! when do we leave?!"
Chrom looked surprised at the sperson who just arrived, a young boy in Mage robes and wearig a male Mage hat "Ricken? how did you... go back inside, your not old enough for this mission".
Ah yes Ricken, a young Mage who is a member of the Shepherds, but since he's a bit younger than everyone else, he's treated as a kid, something he really hates.
In fact, Ricken looks pretty mad right now "but, Captain! you know my skill with Magic! you know I can handle myself!".
Chrom however sighed and shook his head "I'd feel safer with your Magic here, protecting the garrison, all right? we're leaving early in the morning and we need to rest so go and rest too Ricken".
I felt a little bad for Ricken when everyone began to walk away from him, but I know he was going to be important in what's to come soon, so I gave him a little nod and then followed everyone out of the castle's gardens.
Ricken frowned and then looked down while speaking to himself "be good? Gods, how old does he think I am?... well I'll show him just how good I can be!".
I of course heard Ricken's words, I knew what he was going to do and I i was glad that it will still happen, things are pretty much set for tomorrow, all I have to do is get a few things ready.
The Shepherds went to sleep in their base in Ylisstol, meanwhile, I immediately went to My Pokéhome with Tione and Tiona, thanks to my Control over Time, I have all the time I need to make what I wanted to for the Shepherds.
Tione and Tiona came with me to keep me company and help in anyway they can, which is fine by me, once inside My Pokéhome, I walked over to a new building I had asked the Xeno to build a while a go.
A Workshop for me in my domain, something I had planned to do just in case if I'm ever in a world where having a Workshop in the open would be too dangerous, since the Shepherds are using the My Pokéhome as a base.
Having my Workshop in here would be better for me to work with, once in my Workshop, I called over my two Ariados and my two Leavanny, once my Pokémon arrived into my Workshop I grinned at them "alright, we're going to be making new battle clothes for my new friends.
For now we'll stick with copies of what they're currently wearing, we'll just do some modifications to the design and Enchant them, so Ariados, you both make as much silk as you can, Leavanny, you both are making cloth, use the Mareep wool.
Meanwhile I will, cut out the parts out and sew the clothes, sounds good?".
My two Ariados and two Leavanny nodded and excitedly went to get to work, they really love working with me and they're amazing help when I'm making clothes.
Tiona suddenly hugged me tightly from behind and giggled "looks like your going to be busy for a bit, huh Rean?".
I smiled and nodded "yup! but our new friends are going to need all the help they can get, things are going to get crazy soon".
Tione walked over to me and then hugged my arm tightly "we'll help too, the Shepherds have been great friends to us, so we'll do everything in our power to ensure everyone is safe".
I smiled at both of girlfriends and nodded "if it's necessary, go all out and use your Divine battle gear and weapons".
Tiona grinned "ooh! now you're just flirting with us Rean! I can't wait to see everyone's faces whenever they get to see us at our full power!".
Tione grinned "yes! it's going to be fun! I certainly can't wait to show them how powerful we are".
I chuckled at how excited both Tione and Tiona seem now, they have been wanting to have a reason to use their new weapons and gear I made for them, just like Asia's new bow and battle gear, the twins also have new things to show off.
Things that are completely broken and powerful as all hell, but I put that aside and soon enough, I got to work and the twins stayed with me through the whole process, my Pokémon and I worked hard on what we're making for our friends and I just know, they'll like it.
The next morning, I had the Shepherds come into the My Pokéhome and once everyone gathered, I gave them all their new clothes, they were almost perfect replicas of what they wear, however, they were more modern in style.
Meaning, they had zippers, pockets and all sorts of neat modifications to make them extra comfortable and useful to wear, though some modifications were evident, like Lissa's weird cage thing she had under her dress.
I knew that thing was there so her dress wouldn't get in the way of her moving in the battle field, so I created an Enchantment that will keep her dress off her legs whenever she moves.
Other than that the clothes had the usual set of Enchantments I have for every set of clothes I make, Indestructible, Self Fitting, Self Cleaning, Rain Repellent and Temperature Regulation Enchantments were in the clothes.
Things that had the Shepherds gaping at me in astonishment, those Enchantments alone made the clothes they were wearing national treasures, not that I really care much about that, since to me those Enchantments weren't anything special, not to me at least.
But if that had the Shepherds gaping, well the next set of Enchantments I gave the clothes, had them utterly shocked and unable to say anything, the Clothes have Magic Absorption, Physical Resist, Regen, Mana Surge, Elemental Resist and even Auto Resurrection.
Magic Absorption, absorbs Mana from any spell that hits the clothes and restores the Mana of the wielder 'for Magic user' or heals wounds, Physical and Elemental Resist gives a fifty percent resistance to Physical and Elemental damage.
For Mages, that stacks with the Enchantments on the Rings I gave them, which means, our Glass Cannon Mages now have a seventy five percent resistance to Magical and Physical attacks against them.
Regen and Mana Surge heals and restores mana constantly and finally Auto Resurrection, this Enchantment qualifies as a Miracle and it does as the name implies, it will revive the user one time during battle, it will then be in cool down for a few hours before it can do so again.
For this kind of Enchantment, I had to pull power from my Domain of Wishes, which is why it's categorized as a Miracle, needless to say that the Shepherds were speechless at everything that the clothes I made can do, is an understatement.
The fact that I used high quality Pokémon materials, made the clothes super high quality and comfy as well, in other words, a job well done.
Still, I decided to give the Shepherds some time to relax and come to terms about what they're wearing, plus getting used to their new clothes will help them, so I told everyone to relax for a while in My Pokehome, besides I had a few plans for everyone and it was best for them to be well rested and relaxed.
Time was of no consequence here after all and it's best everyone is at their one hundred percent for what's to come.
An hour later.
While everyone rested and relaxed, I decided to check on all my Pokémon and play with them for a while, give them some snacks, in other words I want to spend some time with them.
While doing so, I caught sight of Chrom and Frederick having a conversation, Frederick nodded to Chrom and said "I've completed my patrol of the encampment, milord, all appears to be in order, I found no signs of anything dangerous in here".
Chrom raised an eyebrow "I don't think we ever had anything to worry about while in here Frederick, this is Rean's Domain and you've seen how powerful the people who live here are, there's also the Pokémon here in as well"
Frederick sighed but nodded "I'm aware, but no matter the place, we must always be vigilant, which is why, while I was on my rounds, I took it upon myself to inspect the weaponry as well... nothing out of the ordinary there, all weapon are in great condition".
Chrom chuckle and nodded "well, Rean's Enchantments are really amazing, all of the weapons he's made can clean and maintain themselves, I doubt we'll ever have to worry about the weapons in such regard.
But still, your work ethic always impresses, Frederick, I almost feel lazy by comparison".
Frederick shook his head "nonsense, I've done nothing more than my duty as a knight of Ylisse, oh! and beg your pardon, milord, but I noticed you often cause a ruckus when training.
Luckily, you moved your training to this Domain, so I don't have to reinforce the tents like I had planned, but do be careful with the houses around here, we don't want to make things difficult for the Xeno and Warrior Bunnies after all".
Well, I wouldn't really worry, everything made by the Xeno is extra tough, especially the buildings, they have to be, having to live with Pokémon makes it a necessity to make buildings extra tough, but it is nice that Frederick keeps that in mind.
Chrom nodded "er, yeah your right, I'll be careful in the future, thank you for letting me know Frederick".
Frederick smiled and gave Chrom a nod " no trouble at all, milord, happy to help... also, with the nights growing colder outside of this Domain, I bought blankets in Xeno Town, got to say the quality and kinds of colors available is amazing.
I've readied a variety of colors so you might pick that which best suits you, if I may be so bold, sire, peach would seem to best flatter your complexion, perhaps blue, just to be safe? yes, that's best, blue it is! and I even got two sets of spares, just in case.
"..." I mean, if anything can be said about Frederick, is that he's diligent as fuck, but even this is too much right? or is he messing with Chrom? but if that's the case, well kudos to him because its working.
Chrom sighed and seemed to be pondering where he went wrong in his life, but eventually he spoke up " Frederick, do you never tire?".
Frederick smiled and shook his head "of course not milord, I live to serve, an, and one final thing, I've taken measures to raise troop members and morale, I had an artisan create posters emblazoned with your noble image.
It's milord in a bold pose... naked, save a scale in one hand and sword, and at your feet, I scrawled our new recruiting motto 'Chroms wants you!' I had them pinned all over Xeno town and inside every room in the Pokémon Center.
Surely the troops and everyone else will be thrilled to rally behind their common leader, Milord".

Frederick has to be messing with Chrom right!? there's no way he did that for no other reason than to mess with him... but even then why? sheesh, that's brutal and hilarious.
Chrom jumped in panic "you did what!? did you say you hung those posters everywhere in Xeno Town and in all the rooms in the Pokémon Center?!".
Frederick nodded with a small smile in his face "no need for thanks, milord, merely doing my duty and that concludes my report, rest well, sire!".
Frederick quickly left and I mean, he hauled ass, Chrom called out to him though "Frederick! wait! we really need to... talk... oh gods, I've got to tear those posters down before anyone sees them!".
Chrom took off running towards Xeno Town at a high speed, I on the other hand, didn't know what to say, so I stayed quite for a few seconds "... either Frederick is one vindictive asshole, or he's a master at pranks... I don't know which one is more terrifying really...".
[Rean... if Sumia sees one of the posters, the poor girls might not survive...].
"Oh son of a bitch!" I took off at full speed hoping to be able to save Sumia from getting caught in the cross fire of whatever the hell this was.
I was too late, I found Sumia and the girls in the lobby of the Pokémon Center, Sumia was on the floor unconscious and with her face crimson red, she even had steam coming off her head.
Meanwhile, Tione, Tiona, Lissa and Sully were laughing their asses off at Chrom's posters, the poor bastard will never live this down, so I just sighed, picked up Sumia and then took her to her room, so she can recover.
Well, at least everyone won't be so tense when we go face the Mad King to save Maribelle, I just hope everyone can stop laughing by then...
Sometime later.
After Chrom ran around Xeno Town and the Pokémon Center to get rid of the Posters and enduring the teasing he got from everyone, I decided to take a walk around town to relax a bit.
I was on my way to the lake not too far of Xeno town and caught sight of Lissa and Robin, or rather, Lissa on her way to go see Robin who was sitting by the lake and relaxing.
Lissa smiled and then immediately called out to Robin "hey there Robin!".
Robin jumped and turned around to stare at Lissa "get away from me, she devil!".
I can't say I blame Robin from reacting that way, he did get a frog under his shirt courtesy of Lissa, anyone woukd be cautious of her after that, the Princess of Ylisse just giggled at Robin's reaction "aw, don't go getting your hackles up! I'm not here to prank you".
That sounds suspicious as hell, something Robin agrees with, it seems "ha! fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice... don't talk to me again".
Lissa just giggled but was beginning to grow concern "hee hee! aw, come on!... wait, are you really mad?".
Robin frowned and sighed "of course I'm mad! you dumped a toad down my collar".
Lissa sighed and seemed worried now "I'm pretty sure that as a frog... Rean even said the Pokémon like to eat them caused their nice and chewy, remember?".
Robin just deadpanned at Lissa " I'm pretty sure I don't care!".
Lissa finally caved and waved her hands in front of herself "okay, okay! I'm sorry, Robin! I'm super duper one hundred percent sorry and I won't do it anymore, so please be my friend again, okay?".
Robin looked at Lissa with suspicion "are you really sorry?".
Lissa nodded her head kind of fast, which made me worry her head might just pop out "terribly!".
Robin seems to be cracking now "an you SWEAR you won't do it again?".
Lissa smiled and nodded once more "Princess's honor!".
Robin stared at Lissa for a long minute, until he sighed and then said "... well... all right, in that case I suppose I can forgive you... let's just shake hands and put this silliness behind us".
Wait a minute... oh, Robin, you clever bastard, Lissa didn't even hesitate to grab Robin's hand "thanks Robin! your the bes... AAAAUGH! wh-what is that, in your hand?! is it a sna... a sn-n-n... ".
Robin chuckled and shook his head "a snake? oh, no Lissa, I'm pretty sure this is a worm... gotcha!".
I couldn't help but to laugh, which caught Robin's and Lissa's attention, Robin grinned with pride at me while Lissa pouted "hey! it's not funny! I thought my heart was going to jump out of my throat! your terrible, Robin and a total hypocrite!".
Robin jumped at the accusation and pointed at Lissa "uh huh... why don't you show me what's in YOUR hand, then?".
Lissa nervously laughed "o-oh! what?... this? hee hee... why, how did this frog get here?".
I shook my head at Lissa though I was still smiling "your a menace Lissa".
Robin nodded in agreement "... sorry, you were saying something about hypocrites?".
Lissa just laughed and crossed her arms "aw, it's not fun if you see it coming!".
I just smirked at Lissa, this girl was a little grelim for sure, Robin sighed and said "I'd have to be blind not to at this point".
Lissa stomped on the ground a couple of time while pouting "oooooo! next time I'm gonna prank you good!".
Oh, now Lissa took it as a personal challenge, that's dangerous, Robin just deadpanned at Lissa and dryly said "and next time I'll seriously stop talking to you".
Lissa jumped in a panic this time "what?! oh... fiiiine! fine! I guess I'll stop, for real this time, sigh... I guess I still have a long way to go...".
Robin however, was out mercu now "till you grow up?".
Lissa just rolled her eyes at Robin and said "no, to the pond!... I've got about a dozen frogs to put back".
Robin just groaned, while I sighed "those are for my Pokémon Lissa...".
After that, Robin and I went to speak with Chrom, we found him still trying to recover from having had to run around and destroy the posters Frederick hung everywhere, he looked totally defeated, so Robin and I tried not to laugh.
I admit, it was hard, but eventually we calmed down and we all decided to just hang out and relax a bit, until Robin spoke up " can I ask you a question Chrom?".
Chrom turned his head towards Robin and raised an eyebrow "uh oh, should I be nervous?".
Robin just smiled and shook his head, he then decided to ask his question "when you found me collapsed and without memory, why did you take me in?".
A very good question, not just anyone would do that, much less a prince like Chrom, I'm sure Robin knows this and that makes him curious about why Chrom helped him.
Chrom tilted his head at Robin and seemed confused at his question "well... because you were collapsed and without memory?".
Well, Chrom is a very simple guy, I'm not all surprised that's his answer, Robin frown a bit and then said "that's it? pity was your reason?".
Chrom shrugged "isn't that enough?".
But as a Tactician, Robin still couldn't accept or belive that was the reason "did you never stop to consider if it was some kind of trap?".
I nodded "well, Robin does make a good point Chrom, his story is shady at best, anyone would be suspicious, even a little you know?".
But Chrom just chuckled "heh, that's what I have Frederick for".
I just deadpanned at him "right, the guy who poked at the me who was clearly far more powerful than him and with many powerful beasts at my disposal, that's the guy your trusting this with?".
Chrom sweatdropped and had no answer to what I said, Robin however, wasn't done with his questions "but why didn't-".
Chrom however cut Robin off mid sentence with a smile on his face "Robin, if I see someone hurt or in need, I'm going fo help them, that's just who I am, and there's no changing it, or would you rather I'd left you there, face down in the muck?".
Right, this is why I knew I could trust Chrom for the get go, he's just a bro, Robin sighed and shook his head "no, of course not, I'm thankful for what you did, truly am, but it scares me all the same.
Chivalry and longevity don't often go hand in hand".
I nodded "in other words, you're an idiot Chrom".
Chrom however, just laughed "ha! I wish I had a gold coin for every time I got this lecture".
Robin and I just deadpanned at him, but Robin eventually said " I can only offer advice, I'm afraid, you really should be more careful in the future".
But Chrom just smirked and shook his head "I'm sorry, but no, if it happened again today, I'd do the same exact thing...".
I just rubbed my eyes at that response "... and suddenly, I feel guilty for being so hard on Frederick, no wonder he's so stiff...".
Robin looked surprised at Chrom's response though "but-".
Chrom smiled at Robin and then said "Peace, Robin, I have heard your counsel, and I know you mean well, but as I said, this is who I am, I can't change that, nor would I want to".
It's really hard not to like Chrom, the bastard is that good of a guy, Robin sighed and nodded to Chrom "I... I understand, if that's is your decision, then so be it.
Just do try to be careful, Chrom, for my peace of mind, if not your own?".
Chrom nodded at Robin and then said "I will, I promise".
Well, Robin and Chrom don't have to worry really, because I'm here to make sure nothing happens, I'll cover their backs, because they're my friends and I will be damn if I let anything happen to them.
Some time later, Chrom and I went around to make sure he really did get all the posters, I decided to help caused I felt a little bad about him and whatever small amount of dignity he had left.
As we were checking Xeno Town, we suddenly heard someone called out to Chrom "Chrom! hel-LOOOOO!?".
Oh, it's Sumia, looks like she recovered from seeing Chrom's poster, Chrom smiled at Sumia and seemed happy to see her, I wonder if he noticed that he likes Sumia yet?.
Still, I wonder what Sumia wants with Chrom now, I bet she's going to continue to work on stuff to let her win Chrom's heart, which I got to admit it's working, can't wait to see what she does now.
And done!.
Things are progressing strong wise, we're reaching a very important plot point in the game and with that, Rean is starting to really begin to get very much involved.
He already started with the the weapon and now, he's made modern and far more high quality version of the Shepherds clothes, full with all sorts of awesome Enchantments to help them in battle.
Plus he still has all sort of plans for his friends in order to help them, for now though, we had a few interactions among the Shepherds and a few funny moments.
Poor Chrom lol, but that's it for me tonight guys, this Old Black Fox is tired, so I'm going to go to sleep now, goodnight everyone and see you all later!.
