Chapter 35 – Back to Coruscant
The Naboo ship reached Coruscant, and entered in the capital of the galaxy, it entered the hangar.
The moment everything was ready, the ramp touched the ground and the Skywalkers came out of it, with R2 right behind them.
"Coruscant," Ines said smiling, looking around the many ships and the people coming and going. "I have to say I miss seeing civilization," she looked at her husband who giggled at that.
"Me too." He nod.
Even if he liked to be in some other systems, Coruscant was his home now, and he missed and he missed Naboo as well.
"We are home," Alli said jumping around.
"Someone is very happy!" they heard and turning to their right they saw Han, who was taking the last luggage from the Falcon.
"Uncle Han! Uncle Chewie!" Padmé said pointing at them.
"Hey, when did you guys arrived?" Luke asked his brother in law.
"Around 10 minutes before you arrive," Han replied.
"Where is Leia? Already left?" Ines asked looking around trying to see her sister in law and best friend.
"Oh, Leia left right away the moment we arrived with 3PO and the kids. Anakin got sick during the last hours of the trip."
"What happened?"
"He started to say he was not good and his stomach was hurting. And then, he started to throw up and had a temperature. So the moment we landed, she went right away to our home and call Dr. Khuslar."
"Oh poor thing. We need to see how he is before we go to our apartment," she said looking at her husband.
"Of course. But before that, I think we need to go to the Templar first. I really want to see the kids and Ahsoka."
Nodding, Ines looked back at Han.
"Well warn Leia that we will pass by first to check on Ani."
"Yeah I will. Chewie and I are only take the last luggage and head home too. We saw Wedge a few minutes ago and in the news they are forecasting storms during the night for the next days. So I want to be at home before it starts."
"We still have a few hours before sunset, so we will have plenty of time," Luke answered him. "So lets go. See ya."
And grabbing the luggage, and being followed by R2, they all head to the Temple.
Inside the Temple:
Ahsoka was watching the new kids having their one on one first combat training, while the older ones were in the hologram training room, combating the dark troopers.
Since Luke and Ines left for almost 2 months ago, they were responsible for the Temple and the Padawans. She was glad the first students who already graduate were there to help her, and she was glad that Ken was helping Cindel, even if she knew there was also another reason for that, but soon she would be the first of the new students to build the lightsaber and she couldn't help to do that again, just like she did many times back during the time she was also a Padawan.
"Aunt Ahsoka!" she heard.
Stepping outside the room, she smiled when she saw the twins girls running in her direction.
Crouching with her arms open, she laughed when the girls throw themselves into her, and hugged her.
"Look who is here!" she said looking at the girls, and looking up, she stood up and walked towards Luke, Ines and Ben, who approached her with R2 folloing just behind. "Welcome back, I thought you wouldn't come to Coruscant anymore."
"Master Luke! Master Ines!" Nelah smiled when she saw them, making the students stop of they were doing and came out of the rooms, smiling when they saw their other Masters.
"Hey. How is everything in here?" Luke asked them.
"We are doing fine," the Twi'lek student replied.
"But we miss all of you," Idda said smiling.
"We miss you all too," Ines answered them. "But we are here and we are back after the weekend. So get ready all of you."
"We can't wait," Kino smiled.
"What about other stuff, is everything okay?" Ahsoka asked them.
"Maybe we should go inside," Luke told her, making her nod.
"I agree," and facing the students, she spoke. "Okay Padawans, how about we finish for today and started the weekend earlier?"
"Yeah," everyone said making them laugh.
"Then you are dismissed. Have a great weekend." she said, and looking at them. "Lets go inside. I'm sure Aurea will be happy to see you all."
Walking inside, they went towards the kitchen where Aurea and Noah were. The moment the old lady saw them, a big smile appeared on her face.
"Hey, look who is here."
"Hey Aurea," Padmé said wrapping her little arms around her waist, making her smile happy.
"I missed you guys so much, especially my two helpers," she looked at the girls.
"What about me? I'm helping too," Noah said, laughing when the girls wrapped their arms around them too.
"We like you too, Noah" Alli said.
"I like both of you too. And it is just me or you two got bigger?" the old man said looking at the kids, and then to Ben. "You are taller for sure."
"So are you, in this area," Ben said tapping Noah's belly.
"Ben!" Ines called her son, but Noah started to laughed out loud.
"Oh my, I miss you so much," he replied pulling the boy towards him and hugged him.
"And what about this little one," Aurea said approaching Ines and smiling at Luke, jr who smile at her, but the moment she tried to pick him up, he wrapped his arms around his mother's neck, and looked back at Aurea laughing.
"Someone is in a good mood," she said smiling at the baby.
Artoo beeped, making Aurea and Noah looked at the little droid.
"We miss you too R2, trust me, You are me other extra hand in here. You and 3PO. Which reminds me, where are the other two little demons."
"Oh Leia went home right after they land. Apparently Anakin started to throwing up and had a fever, and she went home and call Dr. Khuslar. We will go visit them before we got home." Luke said to her.
"Are you hungry? I have those deserts you two love," Aurea said looking at twins, who smile.
"Well we can eat. I'm not in the mood for cooking today, but you two can't eat desert, remember?" Ines said looking at her daughters, which made the girls sighed.
"Why not?" Noah asked.
"Because they are grounded for a month. No sweets and no toys," Luke replied sitting down by the table.
"You two grounded? What did you do?" Ahsoka asked the little girls who gave a sneaky smile at her.
"You wont believe when we tell you, but right now I think we have some other important news to tell," Luke replied.
"You mean about the meeting with Boba?" Ahsoka asked. "Han was not eager to go there."
"They have a big history those two," Ines nod. "But yes we have news."
"How did it go? Hope it went well!"
"At first not so much actually," Luke replied, cutting the meat on the twins plates.
"At first?" Noah replied. "That means it went well the second time, right?"
"You are right Noah." Ines smiled.
"And how were you able to convince Boba to help us?" Ahsoka asked a little surprise by that.
"I didn't do anything. That you can thank your niece," Luke smiled looking at Alli, who smiled at her aunt, while grabbing a chip and eat it.
"Alli!"
"Well she can be very persuasive when she wants," Aurea laughed.
"Maybe you got your key to convince others to join us right there," Noah said making Luke look at him.
"Yeah right?"
"Wait, actually that is not a bad idea," Ahsoka started. "After all who can resist that face?" she winking at the little girl who tried to wink back but all the time she close both eyes instead of one.
"Don't let that fool you," Ines said. "But what about you? Any news from that friend of yours that you said you would ask for help?"
"Yes, he will come here in a few days."
"Who is he?" Aurea asked.
"That will be a surprise. For both ends," she said smiling, making the adults frown at each other, wondering what she meant by that.
Finally everyone is back at Coruscant. Who do you think Ahsoka contacted?
