S3 Ep5: Ashwolf
(DISCLAIMER: I DO NOT OWN POKÉMON OR BEN 10! POKÉMON BELONGS TO GAMEFREAK/NINTENDO! BEN 10 BELONGS TO MAN OF ACTION STUDIOS/CARTOON NETWORK STUDIOS/WARNER BROS. DISCOVERY).
(The Ketchum's and their Pokémon were visiting an old friend of Mohn and Zoroark's in a Village of the Kalos Canyon. They were currently looking at an Ancient Artifact).
Brandon: Kalos legend says the web of the Lunar Wing protects the dreamer by holding the Nightmares in the center, while good dreams travel down the Wing to bless the person Sleeping. (Ash, Pikachu, Iris, and Axew, are there too checking out the artifacts but Ash was bored by it).
Ash: Speaking of sleeping. (Iris Pushes Ash outward to get him to keep up with the Adults). Unh! (As they catch up with the group and keep walking), I know Mr. Brandon is grandpa's old friend, but could this trip Get any more... (They suddenly come up to a girl doing a sort of Dance. She was a girl with green eyes and platinum blond hair, with two braids at each side of her face. She wears a large white hat, with a blue ribbon around it. And wears a white dress with transparent outlines, a pair of long socks and white shoes resembling ballet flats. Standing next to her was a white Vulpix. She at once gets Ash's Attention) cooler?
Pikachu: Who is that?
Brandon: That is my Granddaughter, Lillie, and her Pokémon Partner, an Alolan Vulpix she calls "Snowy". (Ash runs up to stand beside Brandon, Mohn, and Zoroark).
Mohn: Oh, Brandon. Last time I saw her, she was barely walking. Now look at her.
Zoroark: Very impressive Dancing.
Brandon: She is performing a ceremonial Kalos dance.
Ash: You know, I was hoping to see one of those before the Summer ended.
Pikachu: Really Ash?
Iris: Since when have you been interested in native Pokémon spiritual dance?
Axew: I did not know you had such an interest Ash.
Ash: Only, like, forever, dweeb. It rocks! (After Lillie finished her Dance, Snowy climbed onto Lillie's shoulder as the crowd applauded her. She then walked over to her grandfather and the Ketchum's as Ash tries to fix his hair to make himself Look good. Then Iris sees an Aurora in the sky before it started to darken. Leading Iris to Ask Lillie).
Iris: Are you sure you are not doing a Rain dance?
Lillie Hymes: Positive. Why? (It suddenly began to rain, then they saw a flash of purple lightning strike the ground near a couple scaring them).
Iris: That is why. (Mohn corals the group into running towards the Northern Star).
Mohn: Take cover in the Northern Star. (Ash and Pikachu hang back as Ash keeps his silly smile before another flash of purple lightning strikes the ground behind them. Then they looked behind them to see a very evil and dangerous looking Pokémon).
Ash: Does anyone want to ask that thing for an umbrella?
🎵 It started when an alien device did what it did 🎵
🎵 And stuck itself upon his wrist with secrets that it hid 🎵
🎵 Now he has superpowers, he is no ordinary kid 🎵
🎵 He's Ash 150! (Ash 150!). 🎵
🎵 So if you see him, you might be in for a shocking surprise 🎵
🎵 He'll turn into a Pokémon before your very eyes 🎵
🎵 He's slimy, freaky, fast, and strong, he is every shape and size 🎵
🎵 He's Ash 150! (Ash 150!). 🎵
🎵 Armed with Abilities, he is on the case 🎵
🎵 Fighting off evil from Earth or Ultra Space 🎵
🎵 He'll never stop 'till he Beats them in Battle🎵
🎵 'Cause he is the baddest kid to ever save the day 🎵
🎵 Ash 150! 🎵
(The Pokémon then turned away from Ash and Pikachu, leaving them behind. Just as Mohn, Zoroark, and Brandon come up to Ash and Pikachu. He then heard a rumbling noise and turn to see Iris, Axew, Lillie, and Snowy were near the RV when a torrent of water was coming around the corner).
Brandon: Flash flood! (The Torrent of Water flooded through the Village destroying everything in her path. Luckily, Iris, Axew, and Snowy were on top of the RV, while Lillie was holding onto the back ladder of the RV. While Mohn, Zoroark, and Brandon managed to climb up to the top of a building to safety. Across from them, Ash and Pikachu managed to climb up to the rooftop to safety. But then he sees the torrent of water proves to be too much for Lillie and she loses her grip on the ladder and goes moving through the torrent of water screaming for help).
Lillie Hymes: Help!
Snowy: No Lillie! (Ash turns to the Pokétrix to help her but finds it is not working).
Ash: Going Golduck! Ok. Going solo. (Turns to Pikachu). Stay here Pikachu. (Pikachu nods and Ash jumps into the water, but lands on a barrel and follows Lillie).
Lillie Hymes: Help! (As Ash catches up to Lillie, he puts his hand out to her).
Ash: Grab my hand. (Lillie does not hesitate for even a second and takes his hand as she climbs on to barrel and sits behind him. At first everything is okay until they see a box ahead of them burst into pieces). Jump! (They jump up and grab onto a platform above them just before the barrel splits in half. With one hand holding onto the platform and the other in each other's hand. Lillie is feeling relieved that Ash saved her).
Lillie Hymes: Thank you, but I can... (Ash can predict what Lillie is going to say and cuts her off).
Ash: Repay me? Forget it, I am one of those leaps first, look second kind of guys.
Lillie Hymes: That is nice. What I meant was, can I have my hand back now. (Ash understands what Lillie was trying to say here and feels a little embarrassed by his actions and lets go of her hand).
(Later, when everything has calmed down. The Ketchum's, their Pokémon, Lillie, Snowy, and Brandon were now looking at a Tarp depicting a creature resembling what Ash and Pikachu saw earlier).
Brandon: I never thought I would ever see one.
Ash: One what?
Pikachu: What is it?
Brandon: A Hisuian Zoroark... A Baneful Fox Pokémon. I thought they only existed in Folklore. Their presence is a sign of pure evil. Now I must find it. Next, I will tranquilize it, then bag it.
Mohn: I will go with you.
Zoroark: Me too, I will not let any other version of me drag my name through the mud.
Ash: Count me in!
Pikachu: Same here.
Lillie Hymes: Me too, Grandpa.
Snowy: I will help too.
Brandon: You know only braves can be trackers, Lillie.
Iris: Who made up that rule?
Axew: Why do you have that rule?
Brandon: It has been that way for centuries. Times change, but traditions Do not. You, Axew, Snowy, and Lillie will remain behind.
Iris: But...
Mohn: Their land, their rules, Iris. (Lillie and Snowy walk off annoyed. Which Ash Picks up on and feels the need to do something here).
Ash: Lillie seems bummed. Likely I could cheer her up. (Ash says with a smile. This does not make sense to Iris, having Ash being all considerate of a girl like this until...).
Iris: Since when, do you care about what girls care a... (... She realizes the reason for this behavior) Bout? Unless you like her!
Ash: What? (Ash feels annoyed that Iris has figured it out. As she gets in Ash's face and begins poking him in the chest).
Iris: That it is. Like, you so, like, like her.
Ash: No way!
Iris: Ash's got a crush Ash's got a crush.
Ash: So not!
Iris: You So do!
Axew: (Singsong). Ash is in Love.
Ash: So, do not! (Ash gives up arguing with her and Axew knowing it could go on forever. And instead gives in and asks). But if you are hanging around Lillie and Snowy or something, could you do Me a favor?
Iris: What?
Ash: Sorta let it slip how cool I am, you know, that you are Lucky to have me for a cousin. (Pikachu has difficulty believing Ash said what just did).
Pikachu: Really Ash?
Iris: So simply, you want me to Totally lie?
Ash: Well, when you put it that way, sure. (He walks off with Pikachu by his side).
(Later, Mohn, Zoroark, Brandon, Ash and Pikachu were now outside of the Village and were now in the Depths of the Cannon).
Mohn: You know, this reminds me of When we went after the Abomasnow up on Mount Lanakila that time. (Ash and Pikachu are in shock to hear that and know who exactly Brandon is based on that).
Ash: You are an Ultra Ranger?
Pikachu: Like Mohn and Zoroark?
Brandon: Was. (He looks at paw footprints in the ground). It looks the prints lead this direction. (They begin following the tracks).
(Back in the Village, Iris and Axew and Sitting with Lillie and Snowy. They are looking in the clear and Starry night sky in silence until Iris broke the silence).
Iris: So, I suppose my cousin saved You.
Lillie Hymes: Yes. He seems ok.
Snowy: I am grateful he saved Lillie.
Iris: By ok do you mean, like, on A dork meter he would only be a nine out of ten?
Axew: And what about Pikachu in terms of Cuteness? (Then they hear a howling noise coming from the distance).
(Meanwhile, with Brandon, Mohn, Zoroark, Ash, and Pikachu. They look over a cliffside arch ledge and see in a pit below them in a trash pit full of scrapped and looking useless pieces of technology. There were flashes of lights as the Hisuian Zoroark was digging through the trash pit for something. Then Brandon takes his hunting Rifle out and aims at the Evil Zoroark. The sound of the Rifle clicking/cocking at Evil Zoroark gets its attention as its ears pop up. Then the Rifle fires its tranquilizers but the Evil Zoroark dodges in time and goes after its hunters. Brandon keeps firing but they keep missing the Evil Zoroark. And it leaps into the air before landing on a rocky perch behind them. As he reveals himself to them. This evil Zoroark is foxlike with disheveled with light gray with red and white accents. Its face resembles Mohn's Zoroark only its head and face are colored gray. It also has a bit of red rimming its eyes. It has gray ears with black insides and two white markings on both sides of the face. The ears also have light red split parts. Compared to the Mane that Mohn's Zoroark has, the evil Zoroark's Mane is longer mane and is colored white with the ends of each tip being colored light and dark red, while covering the right side of its face. The arms and legs have multiple red spots and light red fur that dangles around. The claws and toes of the Evil Zoroark are colored black. While our much friendlier Zoroark has eyes that are red rimmed with light blue irises, this Evil Zoroark has eyes that are red with yellow sclera. The Hisuian Zoroark goes and leaps towards the group, making them fall off the arch ledge in opposite directions. With Mohn, Zoroark, and Brandon falling one way, while Ash and Pikachu fall the other way. As they are falling, Ash activates the Pokétrix).
Ash: Well, time to go pure Buzzwole. (Ash goes Hero but instead of becoming Buzzwole he instead became something as Brandon gasps in shock of seeing this happen).
Brandon: Oh! (Ash has instead become Trevenant).
Trevenant: Oh, man! (Trevenant stretches his arms out and wraps them around the Falling Adults, as well as Pikachu and Zoroark before sending more limbs to wrap around a rock at the top of the Arch they fell from. This slows their Fall down and he drops them on the ground gently. Before he flies back up to the top before sending a look to Mohn, Zoroark, and Pikachu. And they know what he is thinking at this point).
Mohn: Uh, yes, I know. Now I have a bit of explaining to do.
Zoroark: Tons.
Pikachu: We Sure do. (Trevenant makes it back on top of the Rocky stone Arch and looks for the Hisuian Zoroark but does not find him).
(A Short time later, in a nearby Part of the cliff the Hisuian Zoroark is climbing up a cliffside with its Claws digging into the Rocky Cliff until it makes it to the top. It begins running when suddenly a Vine bursts through the ground and wraps itself around its fangs. Before the Same Vine wraps arounds its stomach and Trevenant bursts through the ground landing in front of it).
Trevenant: Tag, and you are it, Fang Face. (The Hisuian Zoroark manages to get a couple of the vines around its mouth off and in range of its Fangs and bites him). Ow! So, did you want to fight dirty, huh? (Trevenant submerges into the ground taking the Hisuian Zoroark with him. Then Trevenant burrows through the ground hitting a couple of rocks in the process and breaking them too. Before they burst out of the Ground again). Going up. (Then the Hisuian Zoroark crashes onto the ground. Just as Trevenant lands on the ground his Pokétrix logo begins beeping which is not what he wants right now). Not now. (Trevenant turns back into Ash and becomes nervous and Afraid that he practically has nothing to defend himself from Hisuian Zoroark's wrathful powers. He then says nervously).
Ash: Uh, that Fang face nickname, I meant it in a wonderful way. (The Hisuian Zoroark goes to attack Ash as payback for what he did, but he barely dodges its Shadow Claw attack). Unh! (But he keeps chasing after Ash). Aah! (But then Hisuian Zoroark attacks Ash with its Bitter Malice Attack. Luckily, the Attack does not hurt Ash as it hits the Pokétrix device instead. The attack still knocks Ash to the ground on his back. He then hears a voice call for him).
Voice: Ash! (He looks to see it is his grandfather, Zoroark, Pikachu, and Brandon. Brandon then Draws a Pokéball and shouts throwing it).
Brandon: Regirock I need your assistance! (Regirock appears from its Pokéball and makes beeping noises as its Face lights flash). Use Stone Edge! (Regirock uses Stone Edge, while Mohn directs Zoroark and Pikachu to attack the Hisuian Zoroark).
Mohn: Zoroark use Shadow Ball! And Pikachu use Thunderbolt! (Zoroark uses Shadow Ball, and Pikachu uses Thunderbolt. These 3 Attacks hit the Hisuian Zoroark but not defeating it, knowing it that it could not win against them it retreats. Before the attackers chase it off the edge of the Cliff. Then Ash looks at his Pokétrix to see it glowing bright yellow while the faceplate's screen rotates around. Ash wonders for a second what is going on but decides to ignore it for now and walks off with the others).
(Now later that night, the group is reuniting near the Northern Star. When Ash asks Iris and Axew).
Ash: So, did Lillie say anything about me?
Iris: Maybe. Possibly not.
Axew: Sorry Ash.
Ash: Iris!
Iris: Just do not seem overly interested. Girls can totally sniff out desperation a mile away.
Axew: Like a musty odor.
Ash: Right. (They see a Group of People and Pokémon with Backpacks walking away from them).
Iris: Where are all those people going?
Brandon: Off the reservation. They fear the Evil Zoroark's return, and with tonight's full moon, its power would be Greater than ever.
Ash: Well, after I went Trevenant on it, I am sure it is long gone. (Then Lillie and Snowy approach Ash and Pikachu having heard about that).
Lillie Hymes: My grandpa told me what you did. (Ash says bragging about it a little).
Ash: Yep. It is just one of my Multiple talents. I do not like talking about it.
Lillie Hymes: I understand.
Ash: But I am Pretty Much This Total Superhero 24/7. (The two of them walk off with their Pokémon by their side).
Lillie Hymes: So, like, what things have You done? (Strangely Ash begins scratching his body unexpectedly catching Pikachu by surprise).
Ash: You know, the usual... arrest criminals, take down Forbidden Pokémon, save humanity. (He looks over to see Iris Standing on a table mimicking his scratching act here).
Iris: Scratch yourself like a Mankey? Ooh-ooh ahh-ahh-ahh-ahh!
Pikachu: Ash? What are you doing? (Lillie then feels weirded out by Ash's Scratching body behavior here).
Lillie Hymes: You, ok?
Ash: I am fine. Just cannot stop itching. Iris, could you scratch my back for a sec?
Iris: My fingers on your back? Echh! Why I would rather pull out my nails one by one.
Axew: Ash, please stop scratching. It is not funny anymore. (Ash sits on the ground in front of the table, before taking his socks and shoes off as his skin begins turning into a shade of red and white. All to the horror of everyone including Pikachu, who is completely freaking out at seeing his Friend changing like this. Then Ash begins to scratch his face with his feet as his toenails become three black claws. As Mohn, Zoroark, and Brandon walk over to Ash, Pikachu, Iris, and Axew. Then Iris decides to tell Ash something).
Lillie Hymes: Ash, your face looks... (Before she can finish, he says interrupting her).
Ash: Handsome? Yes, I get that a ton.
Snowy: I do not think that is what Lillie was going to say Ash.
Lillie Hymes: Really, more like very hairy. (Suddenly Ash's ear become pointed, button ears with black tips).
Iris: Ash, what is going on?
Axew: Are you okay Ash? (Ash Gasps in fear and horror as he discovers that his hands are now just like his foot, with three black claws and his hair has now become a less like human hair and more like exceptionally long and very sharp pointy fur).
Ash: I do not know!
Lillie Hymes: So, this is not one of your Superheroes? (Everyone feels a Shiver going down their Spine as Ash's answer...
Ash: Nooooooooo! (... Becomes a Howling towards the Moon. They were all wondering the same exact thing. What was happening to Ash here?).
(Ash has begun showing sighs that he could be turning into a Hisuian Zoroark. He is now sitting on the table as Brandon asks him while crossing his arms).
Brandon: Were you bitten by the Zoroark?
Ash: When I was Trevenant, but it Did not even break the skin or, should I say, the root. (Ash says trying to lighten the mood with humor. But Brandon is not amused in the slightest by it).
Brandon: Ash, this is nothing to make Light of. The Hisuian Zoroark can create others in its exact image, and when it does, those followers will look to destroy those closest to them.
Iris: Lucky we do not like each Other, right?
Axew: I hope not for our sake. (Then Mohn asks).
Mohn: So how does Ash Unwolf?
Zoroark: (Worriedly). There must be a way, right?
Brandon: The only way to reverse its Spell is to stop the Hisuian Zoroark.
Ash: With a silver bullet?
Pikachu: Or Dark Type Moves?
Brandon: That is in the movies. And only Pokémon Battles. You must dip a silver pendant in the juice of the Salac Berry and place it against its heart, and we must Do it before tonight's full moon, or you could remain like that forever, Ash. (Ash gulps worriedly at hearing that).
Ash: Forever? (Lillie then tries to dispel Ash's Worries).
Lillie Hymes: The Kalos also believe that the Hisuian Zoroark is a god.
Snowy: A Powerful one at that. (Ash tries to calm himself with a bit of light humor).
Ash: You know, a little back hair not so bad.
Pikachu: I will be okay Ash, I promise. (Ash smiles at Pikachu's Words).
Brandon: I will get the pendant. (Brandon, Mohn, and Zoroark walk off to get what they need, while Ash's Stomach rumbles in hunger).
Ash: Hey. Is anybody else hungry? (Iris, Axew, Pikachu, Lillie, and Snowy exchange worried looks for Ash hoping they could save him).
(A Couple of minutes later, the group is sitting inside the Northern Star at the table. With Iris, Lillie, Axew, and Snowy looking at the Former's Computer while Ash has a bowl of Eggs, literal Eggs. Suddenly he begins wolfing them down with no sense of Manners whatsoever. As Pikachu watches on in shock and is close to being frankly amazed by it. Ash does not stop until he realizes what is doing a looks up to see that his sloppy eating got stains all over the girls, Axew, Snowy, and A Couple on Iris' Computer).
Ash: Heh-heh. (Then he picks up a napkin and offers it to them). Napkin? (Then Iris and Axew hear a beeping noise on Iris' Computer and find the object of their search).
Iris: The Salac Berry Tree. (Ash leaps from his seat to the fridge and opens the door to it).
Ash: Let us see what else I Wolf can down. Get it? Get it? (Iris, Axew, Lillie, Snowy, and Pikachu all hear sounds coming from the Fridge and look over to Ash's Body becoming more Slouched and his very sharp fur now long enough to cover his back and shoulders).
Lillie Hymes: You are looking increasingly like a Hisuian Zoroark. (Ash finishes wolfing down a turkey leg and says).
Ash: Well, I still feel like just me. (Then he hears a noise and leaps out of the RV before leaping onto the top of the RV and looking out into the horizon. In his Vision, he spots a wild Bunnelby and goes after it. He leaps to the ground as the others watch before he begins digging in the ground sending dirt behind him. But he stops once he realizes what he is doing). Huh? (He sees Lillie and Snowy standing behind him, upside down. Then he straightens out and sees them both covered in dirt from him with annoyed looks on their faces. Then Iris teases Lillie and Snowy saying).
Iris: Guess you can teach new Pokémon dumb tricks. (Ash feels guilty for this and apologizes saying).
Ash: Uh, sorry. (Then Brandon gets their attention as he, Mohn, and Zoroark return to the scene with the Pendant in their possession).
Brandon: A sort of Hisuian Zoroark just destroyed the NASADA tracking station on the north ridge. It almost ripped apart the guards there.
Ash: What did it want?
Brandon: It took a couple of satellite equipment.
Ash: And it ripped down that Receiver you had here. What do you think it wants?
Pikachu: And could that have something to do with Ash's Condition here? (Pikachu asked worriedly).
Brandon: Obviously, it is angry that Technology has invaded what it considers its sacred land. We need to find the Hisuian Zoroark. And find it fast.
Lillie Hymes: You will not be able to look for the Hisuian Zoroark. and the Berries.
Snowy: That would be too much for you three.
Iris: So, let Lillie, Snowy, Axew, and me look for the Berries. once we find it, we will call.
Axew: That is a great idea, Iris. (Then Brandon, Mohn, and Zoroark walk off to do that, as Ash and Lillie say to Iris simultaneously).
Ash and Lillie Hymes: Be careful.
Iris: I bet I am gonna vomit.
Axew: Oh boy.
(A Short time later, Brandon, Mohn, Zoroark, Ash, and Pikachu are together in one part of the Canyon. With Brandon formulating a strategy using a stick to draw a map in the ground).
Brandon: The NASA station is west of here. lakes to the North, south, and east surrounded it, which means the Hisuian Zoroark. should have come this way.
Ash: Let me see if I can help. (Ash then using his developing Hisuian Zoroark skills howls into the moonlight before getting an echoing Howl back and knows where they must go). He must be this way. Ash leaps off in the direction they need to go with Pikachu crying out to him).
Pikachu: Hey Ash! Wait for us! (Pikachu runs after him with Brandon, Mohn, and Zoroark following close behind him).
(A Little later, the Group minus Ash somehow is checking an Area out with Flashlights and are sticking close together. Mohn Shines his flashlight on a Footprint as Brandon readies his Rifle).
Brandon: The footprints end here. (Brandon then feels a presence nearby), I sense its presence. (Mohn and Zoroark look up to see something on a cliff nearby).
Mohn: There!
Zoroark: Look out! (Emerging from a Cave like area is Ash, but he does not at all look like himself at all. He was now a Pokémon that was slouched and much taller than he was before. Skin that was a shade of red and white. His hands had become paws with three black claws on his Hand Paws and Feet. He now had pointed, button ears with black tips. And hair that has now become a mane of fur that was hanging over the right side of his face. With a Body that was more Slouched, and his Mane was now covering his back and shoulders. He also had a mouth full of sharp teeth. His mouth was still the same shade of Brown Ash always had as a Human).
Ash: No! It is me! Ashwoooolf! (Pikachu panics at seeing his trainers new state).
Pikachu: Oh No!
Brandon: Your transformation is complete. We need the Berries. (Brandon takes his Phone out to call them only to get more unwelcome news). No reception. (He then takes out a Flare gun). We will have to summon them Another way.
(With the girls, Lillie, and Iris are walking through another part of the Canyon Desert with Snowy and Axew on their Shoulders).
Lillie Hymes: The canyon de chelly is a sacred place. It is where our spirits go.
Iris: Well, likely the spirits could help us find that Berries Because I am about ready to give up. (Iris takes a seat for a second, she pricks herself on something and screams as she collapses onto the ground). Aah! (Sticking to her pants is the Salac Berry they were looking for).
Lillie Hymes: The Salac Berry. Hmm, I presume the spirits work in strange ways.
Snowy: We found it.
Iris: And painful ones.
Axew: But otherwise, are you okay Iris? (Lillie takes her Phone out and finds herself in a similar conundrum to her grandfather).
Lillie Hymes: Oh. No phone signals. (They look up and see the flare in the sky from Brandon's Flare Gun). Over there! They must be sending us a signal.
(Back with Brandon, Mohn, Zoroark, Pikachu, and the fully transformed Ash they were eagerly waiting for the girls to return with the Salac Berries that would hopefully save Ash).
Ash: I hope they found the Berries. (Suddenly the Evil Hisuian Zoroark dropped down behind them with a threatening glare on its face. While a couple of the group members were worried about what could happen, Ash was not afraid. Believing that his new Hisuian Zoroark body and Powers could help them in defending themselves from the Evil Zoroark). Who are you looking at, ugly?
Brandon: Ash, we need the Berries to destroy it.
Ash: Yes, but it does not need anything to take us out. (The Hisuian Zoroark attacked them with its Hyper Voice attack and blows the group away and knocks them to the ground. They recover quickly as Ash notes to). Unh! Guess its bark is worse than its bite. (Ash and the Hisuian Zoroark go and engage in a fight where they tackle each other to the ground. Before they begin exchanging blows with each other, knocking each other around. Before the Hisuian Zoroark ends up knocking Ash down and pinning him to the ground. Then he sees Mohn coming with a Stick, and shouts to Hisuian Zoroark threateningly).
Mohn: Back off now! (Mohn Strikes the Hisuian Zoroark in the head with the stick but it breaks upon hitting, and it does to nothing to the Hisuian Zoroark. He growls at them as Mohn backs away in fear. And decides to go after them, leaving Ash alone to himself. Ash takes this chance to go Hero...).
Ash: Going Sceptawolf. (... Only to discover that the Pokétrix is Gone!). Wait. It is not on my wrist. (He quickly tries to think of a plan. As the Hisuian Zoroark closes in on Mohn, Zoroark, Pikachu, and Brandon a Rock hits it in the back of the head. It turns to see Ash is there and they engage in another fight with each other. Just as Iris, Axew, Lillie and Snowy arrive on the scene with the Salac Berry. They watch as Ash and the Hisuian Zoroark continue Duking it out with each other. Then Lillie hands the Salac Berry to Brandon).
Lillie Hymes: Here. (Brandon Squeezes the Salac Berry gently enough for it release a drop of its juices on the Pendant. Then he runs towards the Hisuian Zoroark where Ash and Mohn are each holding one of Hisuian Zoroark's arms. Brandon then shows the Hisuian Zoroark the pendant, making it angry and thrashes, managing to throw both Mohn and Ash off him. Mohn goes flying into Brandon. Iris sees the Pendant on the ground and picks it up, before deciding to do it herself. Ash gets back up and grabs the Hisuian Zoroark by the Arms holding them behind its back. Then Iris takes the Pendant and places it against the Hisuian Zoroark's Chest. And waits for something to happen... but nothing happens as she pulls the Pendant back and stares at it. The Hisuian Zoroark growls at them as she backs away).
Iris: Wait. Should not something Happen? (The Hisuian Zoroark growls and thrusts his back against Ash forcing him to let go. Then the Hisuian Zoroark throws him to the ground). Ohh! (Suddenly the Hisuian Zoroark goes and leaps towards Iris and Axew).
Mohn: Look out! (Iris Ducks in time and they watch as the Hisuian Zoroark retreats climbing up the rocky cliffside wall. The others are confused as to why the Pendant seemed to fail against the Hisuian Zoroark and why Ash was not turning back to normal).
Brandon: I do not understand. (Brandon takes the Pendant back from Iris and Axew). That should have worked.
Lillie Hymes: Grandpa, the pendant did not work because Likely we are not dealing with a Hisuian Zoroark.
Snowy: If Ash is not a Hisuian Zoroark, then what is he?
Ash: But it bit me. Is that not why I am like this? (All of a sudden, Ash begins thrashing around in pain. He bends over in pain, getting on his hands and knees, before standing up again roaring loudly).
Pikachu: Ash!? Are you okay!? What is going on!? (Before anyone could Answer, Ash's body began to transform yet again. Now Ash's Body becomes a brand-new Pokémon while keeping A Couple of his already existing traits. His new Pokémon form made him slouched and gave him short red fur with white on its lower legs and a white streak that covers its face, underbelly, and tail. He now has pointed, button ears with black tips, three large tufts of fur on each side of its face, a triangular black nose, and a mouth full of sharp teeth. With eye that all glow a pinkish red and a mane of fur that covers its back and shoulders, sweeping forward over its head to form a crescent moon shape. On either side of its body, just below the shoulders, two small rocks resembling claws poke out of the mane. A single, bigger stone projects out of the front of the mane over its head. Finally, each of his paws has three black claws. Upon seeing this change Iris realizes that Lillie is correct here).
Iris: Lillie's right. Likely you are not a Hisuian Zoroark. Because now you look like... (Iris gasps as she realizes exactly what Pokémon has become) A Midnight Form Lycanroc! Which is why you have not been able to go Hero because you are already a Pokémon. (Axew is in amazement at hearing this).
Axew: Wow! A New Pokémon transformation.
Brandon: That would explain that howl of his.
Lycanroc (Midnight Form): And why the Pokétrix is not on my wrist anymore, but how did I go Pokémon then?
Pikachu: Yes, how could that have happened?
Iris: Did that thing ever grab the Watch or anything? (Ash then remembers something during his fight with Hisuian Zoroark earlier).
Lycanroc (Midnight Form): Right. When we were fighting. Both times, it attacked it with its Bitter Malice attack, and it glowed yellow. (He has Flashbacks to when Zoroark's Bitter Malice attack hit his Pokétrix device).
Mohn: A Midnight Form Lycanroc. Just when I thought this Summer could not get any stranger. (For a reason this looks to bum Ash out).
Lycanroc (Midnight Form): Oh man!
Mohn: What?
Zoroark: Is something wrong Ash?
Lycanroc (Midnight Form): Well, if I knew I could just go different Pokémon if they Touched the watch, I would have let them scratch it a long time ago, I would be a formidable Necrozma. (Iris and find that Particular notion ridiculous right now).
Iris: Well, right now, I would just worry about you being Ash.
Axew: Yes, can we please focus on thing at a time Ash? (Then Suddenly the ground begins to shake as if an Earthquake was happening).
Iris: Unh!
Pikachu: What was that?
Brandon: Something tells me we may have a couple of other worries, as well. (The group all begins heading towards the mountainous Cavern. As they approach the Cavern Entrance a group of Wild Zubat come flying out as everyone braces themselves while Lycanroc himself does nothing about).
Iris: Aah! (He laughs at Iris' Screaming).
Lycanroc (Midnight Form): Ha-ha-ha! (Minutes later, the Group is walking together through the cave when Iris, and Pikachu all pick up a peculiar scent).
Iris: Do you smell that?
Lycanroc (Midnight Form): What? And My Lycanroc breath's not that bad.
Pikachu: (Sniffs and Picks up the same scent Iris did). No, no I smell it too.
Axew: What is it your smelling?
Brandon: A sulfur smell is the sign of lava, but the volcanoes Around here have all been inactive for millions of years. (Then Lycanroc looks over and sees something Quite possibly troubling).
Lycanroc (Midnight Form): So, then That is not real lava? (Everyone looks over to see a Wave of Lava is coming their way).
(The Group is running as fast as they can from the Lava, knowing that if it gets them, it is Game Over).
Mohn: It must have reactivated the volcano somehow.
Zoroark: But how? And why?
Brandon: Likely it wants us off our Land one way or the other. (They keep running through the cave before reaching a cliff with another platform across from them with a Large Gap in between them. Seeing the Lava incoming Ash knows that this will not be easy by any means).
Lycanroc (Midnight Form): Time to see how far this big, bad Lycanroc can jump. Who wants a ride? (Ash grabs Lillie and Snowy who have Axew, and Snowy on their shoulders. Then Lycanroc makes the massive jump across the gap safely. He sets the girls down and leaps back for Brandon, Mohn, Zoroark and Pikachu. There is not a ton of time left as the Lava is coming quickly). Because I will need to take all of you at once, and I will need all the help I Can get. Get on my Shoulder Pikachu! (Pikachu does so without a second thought. Then Lycanroc takes a big breath and uses his Hyper Voice attack to blast them off the ground and into the air and over to the Other Platform. Mohn, Zoroark, Brandon, and Pikachu crash onto the Platform just as the Pokétrix logo begins beeping while Lycanroc is still in mid-air. Lycanroc falls below the platform just as Pokétrix times out with a red burst of light. Mohn at once panics at this shouting).
Mohn: Ash! (They look over the Cliff and see Ash is there barely hanging onto a ledge not far below them. Mohn quickly saves him as Pikachu feels relieved after that).
Pikachu: Phew, what a relief.
Zoroark: That was too Close for comfort.
Ash: The Pokétrix finally timed Out, and check this out. (Ash then looks to his Pokétrix seeing something new and Familiar in there).
Iris: The watch absorbed its DNA.
Axew: Amazing.
Ash: Welcome to the club.
Pikachu: Cool.
(A Little later, the group is walking through the Cavern and so far, there have been no incidents when they arrive in a Large and Spacious area. Then Iris sees another cavern entrance in the distance nearby).
Iris: Look! A way out!
Axew: Freedom! (The Kids, Pikachu, Axew, and Snowy all begin walking towards it while Mohn, Zoroark, and Brandon hang back as Mohn asks).
Mohn: So, I wonder where all the satellite equipment is he took.
Zoroark: Good Question. (Then the three of them catch up to the others. While they walk towards to the door, they are being watched by something in the shadows. It is not long before it pounces in front of them making Ash and Pikachu gasp upon seeing it. It is the Hisuian Zoroark who quickly attacks them with Hyper Voice. But they all manage to dodge it in time. Ash then activates the Pokétrix).
Ash: Going Hero! (Then Ash begins transforming into his Pokémon of Choice... Snorlax!). Yes! Finally! (Then the Hisuian Zoroark goes and tackle Snorlax, but nothing happens other than just bouncing off his humongous Belly, sending it back in the direction it came from. Then Snorlax goes and attacks with Rollout, hitting Hisuian Zoroark with it before bouncing off him into the air, hitting the ceiling and Body Slamming him. The others watch with mixed reactions, all just hoping Ash could manage this. Suddenly, through the Smoke, Hisuian Zoroark strikes Snorlax sending him flying away, luckily, they duck but he crashes into the wall leaving a hole he is currently plugging up with his Big Butt. When Zoroark dislodges himself from his Spot a Whole Bunch of Lava comes flowing through the hole in the wall Snorlax made).
Snorlax: Huh?
Brandon: We cannot let this lava go down the Mountainside and reach the village.
Snorlax: I will seal it all up. Go! (Then the Hisuian Zoroark tackles him to the ground. As Mohn feels very worried that Ash will not be able to make it out this time).
Mohn: Ash no! (Brandon needs to hold Mohn back to keep him from Interfering).
Zoroark: Please come with us! (Snorlax ends up being pushed into a corner by the Hisuian Zoroark).
Snorlax: Just go! (Having no other choice, the others retreat running as Fast as they Can with the ground crumbling behind them but manage to make it out of the mountains alive. Except for Ash of Course. They all feel sad that Ash is gone with no one to return as the mountain crumbles behind them with rocks barricading the entrance. Until suddenly they fear a tremor and fear the worst, but then Bursting through the rocks is a rolled-up body that unrolls itself, revealing it to be Snorlax himself! As he Says happily to everyone). Oh, yes! Defense Curl Power! (The Other smile in Relief that Ash is okay. And that the Hisuian Zoroark is gone for good).
Mohn: Way to go, Ash.
(The Following morning, the group has returned to the Village and Brandon has good news to share with them).
Brandon: Good news. It looks a couple of people are returning. Thank you.
Ash: Eh, it was nothing.
Pikachu: So not the Drama.
Lillie Hymes: What do you think that Pokémon Wanted anyway?
Snowy: Yes, I frankly am still wondering about that.
Mohn: Since we never found any of that satellite equipment or Your receiver, I cannot say for sure.
Ash: Who cares? We kicked its butt, and now Maybe I can collect Pokémon DNA.
Pikachu: Just be Careful Ash. You never know what is out there. (Ash chuckles at that comment from Pikachu).
Brandon: Come in the museum, I cannot send you on the road without A Couple of souvenirs. (Mohn, Zoroark, and Brandon walk off).
Ash: It is a long Summer. Likely I will see you again.
Lillie Hymes: The thing is, Ash, you seem like a nice guy, but you are Just not my type. (Iris says to try and be polite about it but Ash gasps when he hears that).
Snowy: Sorry Ash. Pikachu.
Ash: Huh? I thought you really liked me.
Lillie Hymes: Well, that was before you turned back into, well, you.
Ash: What is wrong with me?
Pikachu: There is nothing Ash is there?
Lillie Hymes: Nothing, and the Pokémon stuff's cool, just not as cool as when you were a Lycanroc, I figured I could train you, tame you, you know? (Iris and Axew take huge issue with that comment from Lillie. As she confronts her, poking her in the chest).
Iris: Train him? Tame him? He is a person, not a Pokémon. You cannot talk to my cousin Like that! (Iris exclaims angry that Iris was valuing Lycanroc over the real Ash).
Axew: Yes, what she said. (Ash and Pikachu smile at Iris and Axew defending him like that).
Ash: Thanks.
Iris: Only I can talk to my cousin Like that. You just blew it big time.
Lillie Hymes: Oh, well. Whatever.
Snowy: See you around Maybe. (Lillie and Snowy walk away as Iris and Axew go to comfort Ash and Pikachu after that).
Iris: The thing about a crush is, sometimes you get crushed. Do not worry. There are tons of other girls out there.
Ash: Do you think so? But how do I impress them as me?
Iris: Two secret words is all you need to know. really?
Ash: What are they? (Instead of telling him Iris and Axew just walk off leaving Ash begging to Iris). Come on! You got to tell me. Iris! (She laughs at his cluelessness).
Iris: Heh-heh. Boys. (Ash just stews in annoyment of Iris' antics).
Ash: Girls!
(Meanwhile, back in the Cavernous Mountains lies a secret area with a Giant Satellite-like Device. The Machine begins to power up before a swarm of Crobat's flies out of the room).
