"Hey MJ. You come for training?" Wildcat said when she saw MJ at the DEO.
"No. Mom thinks I'm a shapeshifter so I have come to be tested."
"Isn't everyone being tested?" Wildcat asked.
"So that makes it right that she doesn't know me?"
"What are you talking about?" He asked confused.
"Mom, shouldn't she know whether or not I'm her son?"
"You think maybe you are projecting a little because you didn't spot she was a shapeshifter?" Wildcat asked.
"So you are on her side too?"
"Well your mom is my boss, so I kinda have to be loyal." Wildcat said. "But loyalty aside I know all she wants is for you to be safe. That is one of the reasons we are all being tested. I'm about to get my test done, want to come with me?"
"Sure." He said following Wildcat to the infirmary.
"Maybe after that I can teach you some new moves, it's been ages since you had any lessons."

"General Harding, why are you here?" Vasquez asked as the General and five escorts entered the control room.
"To see the shapeshifters."
"Why?"
"National Security. And above your pay grade. Where are they?"
"I can't let you see them. Not without orders from the President."
"He's on the line waiting for you. Verify the orders and then meet me by the holding cells." He said walking past Vasquez.
"Problem?" Supergirl asked approaching.
"Maybe. Look, MJ is here getting tested, can you make sure he doesn't cross paths with General Harding."
"Sure thing." Supergirl said.
"Thanks." Vasquez replied. "I better take that call before I upset the President and the General." She added walking off as Supergirl went to the infirmary where she heard her nephew complaining to the other occupants.
Standing outside the door she took a breath and then went in.
"Hi MJ." She smiled.
"Can I go yet?" He asked.
"We are still waiting for the results." Wildcat reminded him.
"Might as well lock me away now, I'd get more freedom. Plus in prison I probably wouldn't be accused of anything."
"It might help you keep to your curfew as well." His aunt pointed out, earning her a scowl. She then added. "MJ, no one is accusing you of anything. Your mom just wants to make sure you are safe. That means checking that everyone is who they say they are." Kara reminded him. "We are all being checked. Including me and including Alex. Everyone missed what was happening with your mom and Steve we need to make sure we don't miss anything that puts you in danger."
"So I am forced to come to the DEO? A place with hostile aliens?"
"That's never bothered you before." Supergirl said.
"That was before he had a girlfriend to hang out with." Wildcat pointed out.
"Well Jess doesn't think I am a shapeshifter. She knows I am me." MJ countered as the doctor approached the group.
"Well?" MJ asked.
"Results are in and you are you." The doctor said.
"Told you." MJ said as some alarms started to ring.
"Stay here." Kara said to her nephew.
"I've got him." Wildcat said to Supergirl who left the room.

"What's going on?" Supergirl asked as she sped into the control room.
"Someone just raised the alarm in the holding area." Rose said.
"Who?"
"Don't know, none of the security feeds are working."
"Okay, I' m heading down there." Supergirl said disappearing at speed. As she reached the corridor leading to the infirmary she saw two DEO agents lying on the ground. Stopping by them she realised they were dead. Tapping her radio she said.
"At least two agents are down." She then used her x-ray vision to look into the infirmary and saw several bodies lying on the ground. Hitting her radio piece again she said. "Seal the DEO."
She then walked into the holding area and saw the General and his men as well as Vasquez and a couple of DEO agents laying on the ground. Fearing the worse she dropped down by Vasquez, and relaxed when she felt a pulse." She then stood and went to the main console and looked at the logs just as a group of medics rushed in with Ruby's team.
"What's happened?" Ruby asked.
"No idea." Supergirl said looking up from the console. "But the shapeshifters are gone."
"What?" Ruby asked.
"Fake Alex and Steve are gone." She said showing Ruby the logs.
"Templar verify that." Ruby ordered.
"Ruby, one of the General's men is missing." Coleman called over.
"You sure?" Supergirl asked.
"Yes. He came in with five, now there are four." He said as Rose radioed.
"All exits are sealed. The last people to leave the building were Sharpe, Giggs and Coleman."
"I've not left." Coleman said.
"Get him tested." Ruby ordered another of her team before radioing Rose.
"When?
"Two minutes ago."

"How are you feeling?" Supergirl asked when Vasquez started to open her eyes.
"Terrible, what happened?"
"You were all knocked out with some type of gas and then-" Supergirl started to explain only for General Harding to cut in.
"Your team screwed up, that's what happened."
"Actually," Supergirl said turning. "It was one of your men who led the breakout."
"What?" He asked.
"Captain Rothstein." Supergirl said.
"There is no way he would do that, I have known him for years."
"Yet we have him on video putting on a mask and then dropping a device that gassed you." Supergirl said showing him the video.
"I can't believe it." The General said causing Supergirl's tone to soften and say. "Technically it wasn't him, it was a shapeshifter."
"Another shapeshifter?" Vasquez asked.
"Yes." Supergirl confirmed.
"Where are they?" The General asked.
"They escaped." Supergirl explained before asking. "Why did you come here?"
"Are you accusing me of being behind the escape."
"Well it wouldn't be the first time the army has been conducting itself in a way unbecoming." Supergirl said.
"I had nothing to do with that Chemical." He said. "I was here at the direction of the President. We were concerned about other shapeshifter activity. I was hear to reach a deal."
"A deal?" Vasquez asked.
"Information for freedom." He said. "We didn't tell you as we knew you wouldn't approve." He then looked at Supergirl and added. "Plus we thought you may take matters into your own hands."
"Well now there are three shapeshifters out there." Supergirl said. "Or out another way, three killers who can become anyone."
"Killers?" The General asked.
"Vaughn and May were killed by them during the escape." Supergirl said, her anger clear. "But not before they raised the alarm."
"I'm sorry." The General said to Vasquez.
"I'm going to help with the search." Supergirl said walking off.

"MJ? Are you okay?" Alex asked when her son walked through the door.
"No thanks to you." He said. "I told you I wasn't a shapeshifter, but like always you didn't believe me and your tests put me in danger."
"MJ, that's enough." Eliza cut in.
"Whatever." He said stomping upstairs.
"You okay?" Kara asked her sister.
"What happened?" Alex asked.
"Let's get you sat down first." Kara suggested. "What are you doing downstairs anyway?"
"I wasn't going to sit in bed while MJ was attacked."
"Technically MJ wasn't attacked. He was safe." Kara said as she helped her sister sit down.
"What happened?"
"General Harding came to talk to the prisoners. One of his team was another shapeshifter who triggered an escape."
"So there are three shapeshifters?" Alex asked.
"That we know of." Kara pointed out.
"Why was Harding wanting to talk to them?" Alex asked.
"To strike a deal."
"That son of-" Alex started only for the doorbell to ring.
"I'll get it." Kara said walking out into the hallway and returning a soon after with Lena.
"I heard from Ruby what happened. Is MJ okay?" Lena asked.
"Apart from blaming me for putting him in danger." Alex said. "And he has a point. I mean anything could have happened."
"He was safe." Kara said.
"Whoever is behind this killed two of my Agents." Alex countered. "If they figured out MJ was there they could have taken him or killed him."
"Or they used him being there as a distraction." Lena said.
"What?" Alex asked.
"You have to admit the timing seems to be a big coincidence."
"How would they have known? I mean we only decided last night and Vasquez only found out a few minutes before he arrived." Alex pointed out.
"Either way, I have a way to help." Lena said.
"Your prototype works?" Alex asked.
"Still being tested. What I bring is this." Lena said showing Alex a small metal object.
"A tracker?" Alex asked.
"This tracker will only work with the correct DNA. If it is put into a body with the wrong DNA the person will meet a very unfortunate fate. What happened to you can't happen to anyone else. Plus I have sensors you can put at the DEO, anyone not using a tracker will trigger an alarm."
"Well that's a start." Alex said. "Although those alarms are going to be going of constantly." Seeing every one's blank expressions she reminded them. "Kara doesn't have a tracker."
"Well, we won't put one up at the balcony." Lena said. "Anyway I just check MJ was okay, I should go and bug fix those detectors. I'll see you tomorrow."
Once she had gone Kara sat next to her sister and reiterated.
"MJ is okay."
