"Hey Tsukauchi you need to see this."

The detective in question was currently sorting through any cases that required his immediate help. As one of the few people alive with a lie detecting Quirk he made a lot of cases far simpler by being there to check if witnesses are telling the truth or if someone is guilty or innocent of a crime.

He is aggressively overworked if he's being honest with himself, however upholding the law and serving justice is his duty and he's fine with the extra work if he can help keep Japan safe.

However a fellow police officer, Sansa Tamakawa, who possesses a mutant Quirk which makes him resemble a cat, passed him a particular file that he didn't recognise.

"What is this?" He asked, feeling rather tired from his long day of work.

He opened the file as his feline friend began talking." About two months ago in Kamino four people were sent to the hospital with broken legs in a comatose state, because of the lack of evidence and any witnesses being unable to answer, for obvious reasons, the case had to be postponed to find the one responsible."

Reading through the details Tsukauchi was disgusted to find that three teenagers were among the victims, how could anyone do something like this to a few kids?

Tsukauchi had to admit this was a bit concerning but what he didn't get was-" why are you showing me this? I'll admit it's a bit interesting but what's special about it that you had to tell me personally?" At the question he didn't fail to notice how the ginger man with a cat Quirk seemed to tense up at the question.

Sansa sighed and looked him in the eyes grimly which only increased Tsukauchis nervousness." The victims have recently awakened and well... their Quirks aren't working."

At those words Tsukauchis eyes widened and the hairs on his neck felt a cold chill pass through them. Did- what did he just-

"What do you mean they can't use their Quirks?" His voice was noticeably tenser than usual and his face has a slight sweat on it which unnerved Sansa since the lie detecting detective is usually the picture of composure.

Sansa answered carefully." I mean that they haven't been able to use their Quirks at all, almost like they've disappeared or been destroyed or something."

At his words Tsukauchi immediately flipped through the file to find out deeper details of the case. He's being ridiculous, All For One is dead and even in the unlikely case that he was alive he wouldn't go around taking the Quirks of some kids and a teacher at some random schoo-

"Who's this?" Now that Tsukauchi is looking at the picture carefully he feels like he's seen this boy from somewhere, but where is the question, it's not like white hair and red eyes are a common combination.

"His name is Ryoto Saito, a student at the school where the victims were found, and we've confirmed, from the testimonies of the victims, that he was the one responsible." Sansa reported in an even tone befitting of police officer.

Tsukauchi was disturbed at the thought that a Fifteen year old could beat four people into a coma like that and just run away like it never happened." What was his Quirk exactly?" Was it dangerous? Was it a Quirk that could make him strong enough to break bones?

Sansa hesitantly answered." Well his file says at least... that he is Quirkless."

Tsukauchi blinked at the information and looking down at the file he could see that written next to the Quirk section there were only a few dashes, an indication that the user didn't have one.

With this new piece of information Tsukauchi could already picture the kind of backstory that this kid probably has, he's seen this kind of thing a few times, he was bullied and neglected by his teachers and at one point he just had enough and snapped. It was wrong but a bit understandable. The only question is how did a Quirkless kid beat up three Quirked individuals his age?

Looking at the kid he again seemed very familiar, Tsukauchi just couldn't quite place him.

Tsukauchi placed his thoughts aside and focused on the bigger picture for a moment." Do we have any idea where this boy is right now?"

Sansa shook his head." The trail had gone by the time we figured out who he was, whatever he did to his victims could have life altering affects, the Quirkless aren't treated very well you know."

Suddenly Tsukauchi froze and took a second look at the boy in the photo, he looked very familiar because they've met before.

I'm Quirkless

That's where he's met the boy before, four months ago during that case with when a hero accidentally killed a civilian, that boys Foster mother, he was the one who-

"I've met this boy before."

His words catch Sansa off guard but he continues." Four months ago during a villain attack a hero named 'Pyroball' accidentally killed a woman, this boys Foster mother, but the HSPC wouldn't let me report on the case that he was responsible. I tried to talk the kid down but he just ended up yelling at me to leave. Why would he do this?" Was it revenge against the society that killed his mother? Was it him being tired of the way society treated-

He shook his head. Feeling sympathy for a villain is pointless. The boy did something wrong and so he needs to pay.

Sansa looked sadly at the photo." Must have been lonely?"

Tsukauchi had to find this kid, he might have created something bad, someone bad, so it's his responsibility to make sure that this kid doesn't hurt anyone else. Tsukauchi can't let his personal feelings get caught up in this situation. He needs to serve justice.

If only he knew what exactly he created.

It was completely silent in Kamino during the pitch black night as the pro hero 'Pyroball' was in his civilian clothes and heading home.

He was grinning at such an easy day of work, he didn't need to do jackshaft today, all he had to do was walk around in his hero costume and people looked at him like he was god himself. Best job in the world.

He parked up in his expensive car and unlocked the door to his three story home with haste and prepared to turn in for the night.

However, blending in with the black sky, he failed to notice that he was being watched, a teenager was using an invisibility Quirk to make sure that he remained out of sight and a few vision enhancing Quirks to keep his eyes trained on the 'hero' that murdered his only real family in this world.

The pro hero hummed to himself as he cooked some bacon. He grinned to himself the entire time and loved to think about how easy his life as a hero was, he left all the paper work to some egghead he hired and all he has to do is walk around the city and people shower him with praise. Hell he barely has to do any dangerous work and even then he can just call for backup.

He vaguely remembers something nearly half a year ago about 'some civilian dying blahblahblah be less reckless blahblahblah' long story short the commission took care of it.

"Hello 'Pyroball'"

The man in question snapped his head backwards at the creepy voice behind him. Turning around though he sees... nothing. He's probably jus-

Suddenly he feels nothing but darkness, deafness and blindness. He's scared out of his mind and everything feels so empty. What's going on?! Somebod-

"-y help me!" Snapping out of whatever the hell that was he realises that he's currently tied up with strange metal wires wrapped around his limbs and since when was he so damn high up?!

Looking for the one responsible he set his eyes on a boy who looked no older than seventeen looking down on him as though he were a god that deemed him unworthy.

A feeling of hatred ignited in his chest as he vowed to make the kid pay by-

But thrusting his hand forward to create a fireball that would end this arrogant brat for good the warm feeling if his Quirk working was never felt. Again and again he tried to summon a fireball but the fireball never appeared! Where are his damn fireballs?!

"Oh are you looking for this?" The brat spoke as a fireball formed in his right hand that almost taunted the fire hero as his eyes bulged out of their sockets from shock, seeing some kid use his Quirk.

The white haired teens mad grin widened at the pro hero's reaction." Sorry, I guess I just couldn't help but take your shitty Quirk. Maybe I can just dump it on a fucking chicken and throw them in a barn, see what happens."

The hero was too shocked at what he was seeing in front of him to care what the boy was saying. He stole his Quirk?! How?! Why?!

Blood red eyes hardened and became hateful and the hero suddenly just felt a massive wave of fear hit him that overruled all other emotions that he might have even thought of feeling, the piercing gaze of those two crimson orbs was enough to make him quiver.

"Do you know why I'm going to kill you, 'Pyroball'? I'm going to let you fall to your death because you killed my mother. I'm your judge, jury and executioner because only I know precisely how bad of a person you are-" the wires around his body loosened significantly causing him to cling on for dear sweet life."-all you deserve to do is die, quite frankly I'd say I'm being quite merciful." The boy raved on as though killing a hero was just another Monday.

Meanwhile the Quirkless man was pissing himself." Please don't kill me! God have mercy! I'll do anything you want!" The powerless fool begged his victim for mercy.

At those words the white haired teen leaned in close with a cruel smile on his face." I want Annie back."

With that the man found himself free falling from an insane height in the sky through the air at incredible speeds hurdling towards the ground. His screams were mostly muffled out through the sounds of rushing winds that were flowing into his face as he flipped and turned through the and the ground drew near.

A feeling of helplessness passed through him when he realised just how much he wanted to live. His thoughts were clouded with a feeling of horror and impending doom as his inevitable demise free near.

Looking down at a bloody puddle of crushed bones and flesh that was once the pro hero, Ryoto had a blank unreadable expression on his face.

The wind blew past him and through his hair though he remained unfazed. He'd done it, he'd killed the one who murdered his mother, he had his revenge but honestly it felt bittersweet. Its not like Annie is coming back now that the 'hero' is dead, at the end of the day she's still gone and isn't coming back.

Ryoto shook his head. Justice always prevails in the end, if nothing else he cam feel some grim satisfaction that 'Pyroball' won't be able to hurt anyone else anymore.

Bringing his hand up to his ear he spoke into his earpiece." Bring me back. I've got what I needed."

After a few seconds nothing happened, the air was completely silent, Ryoto remained floating above the scene of the crim-

"Bleeeh!" He immediately started throwing up a black sludge that tasted like vomit at a high rate as he allowed the feeling of the Quirk named 'Warping' taking effect to take him away from the scene of the crime. The sludge surrounded and swallowed him whole, a disgusting method of teleportation but alas it can't be helped given the extreme rarity of such Quirks.

Nothing but darkness surrounded me for a moment however soon the vile black sludge that surrounded me dissolved and I was in a completely different location from where I was in the sky.

"How was it?" A feminine voice asked from behind me and turning around to face Shouko my face remained neutral.

"Bittersweet." I answered quickly, he got what he deserved. That's enough for me.

She seemed to look at me with concern at my lack of emotion but didn't judge given that I just killed a man.

This is Shouko, my person warper. A week ago I got my hands on a warping Quirk, the only downside is that whilst the range is relatively impressive the user can't warp themselves and the location can only be either themselves or a place that they are extremely familiar with, that is all. Having a loyal ally use this Quirk for me is the best use of this Quirk.

Though I might be able to overcome the limitations of 'Warping' if I can master my original Quirk and alter the Quirks affects somehow.

To be extremely blunt nobody really understands how Quirks work fully, whilst yes science and research can somewhat tell you how they work there's something almost spiritual about Quirks that only special individuals can understand, with me being one of them.

'All For One' is a Quirk that steals Quirks but that's not all it can do, when I first awakened my Quirk I was practically a baby when it came to how to actually use my Quirk.

Every Quirk has a unique 'feeling' to it, that's my best way of describing the sensation of analysing a Quirk that I see, and I can 'feel' a Quirk a lot better one I take it.

First you need to understand that a Quirk I'd never as simple as they might seem, for example for a fire Quirk to function properly the Quirk user needs to have a multiple 'layers' inside of the Quirk that give the user resistance to fire. For example Endeavour has many of these layers so his body is extremely resistant to extremely high temperatures however Dabi in the anime presumably has none of these, instead his body was resistant to the cold which made his Quirk incompatible with his body.

I could in theory add or take away these 'layer' from a Quirk to change the function of how it works.

Then again Quirks aren't something a person should simply be tampering with, I could accidentally turn somebody into a nomu for all I know. Questions for later.

Recruiting new people to my cause isn't exactly easy but I wouldn't say that it's difficult either, people respect power and ideals, I have no lack of either.

"Ryoto." I snapped out of my inner musings when my turquoise haired warper asked to bend my ear.

She grimly looked." Apparently your victims awoke from their coma a few weeks ago and the heroes know who you are."

Instead of reacting like a fool at this development I calmly responded." A minor inconvenience but it won't be a problem in the longrun. We're growing fast and soon enough hiding won't be necessary." Shouko was such a worry wart, though a cute one.

Shouko was a down on her luck Quirkless girl who was also imprisoned inside the Foster system. I've found that the Quirkless are good people to recruit given that they can be unquestionably loyal to me if I give them a Quirk. What isn't ideal though is several of them have issues such as depression, low self esteem etcetera, however they are hard workers and I make sure to appreciate any who are willing to devote their time and energy to my cause.

Another thing to be noted is that I can't just shove ten Quirks in a person at once and they'll simply stick, most people can only handle two Quirks depending on how resilient their body is, I like to compare it to how a computer only has so many gigabytes of storage and a Quirk can take up a large amount of that storage, depending to the Quirks they're holding and how much memory those Quirks take up are key factors to consider.

As for how I can hold so many Quirks at once... I honestly don't really know, perhaps my body is an abnormality that has the capacity to hold multiple Quirks in at once, maybe I do have a limit but I just haven't hit it yet, whatever the case my body certainly isn't normal given how many Quirks I've taken over the last three months and my body remains unaffected.

Stacking Quirks is also an interesting ability of mine, for example if I combine multiple different Quirks that I have in my possession the results would be far greater than if only a single Quirk was used.

For example I've taken a few Quirks that seem to be able to multiply the power if my other Quirks. Say I used 'Air Wall' but added a few enhancers the durability of the walls created would be far greater than normal, I've taken my time to stockpile Quirks from places such as hospitals or old people homes where the users are either unable to use their Quirks anymore or just don't remember that they have them. Either way they're mine now.

Shouko just shook her head at my daydreaming and mumbled something about 'being in that phase of my life' as we walked out of the basement and into the open streets.

Using a Quirk I stole and pulling out a hat my eyes and hair were turned into onyx black and my skin became a touch paler. This is the use of a Quirk called 'morph' it allows the user to change their eyes, skin and hair colour at will, I stole it off a man with alzheimers.

The streets of Musutafu were quite peaceful all things considered with very little actually going on. All because of All Might.

I allowed my frown to show through my features at the thought of that man. All Might was a man that I had mixed feelings about, his actions of driving down crime rates and a noble goal of creating a world of peace where nobody is afraid are commendable, however he ultimately didn't create the world that he thinks that he did.

Even if villain aren't running rampant in the streets people can be just as bad, if not worse, than villains. Heroes who only care about the lifestyle that the profession will bring them, people with no Quirk or a 'villainous' Quirk that society rejects and spits on, the HSPC's corruption and interest in only maintaining the status quo. In the end All Might didn't create the world he thinks he did and what the world needs isn't a symbol of peace, what it needs is a symbol of change.

The night was still young and the pleasant feeling of the cool summer night allowed my thoughts to clear up and focus on what I need to-

I grabbed Shouko by the shoulder bringing us to a complete halt. This action confused her." Is something wro-"

My eyes widened as I activated 'Tempo' and my body kicked into action to summon a pressurised wall of air that was raised not a moment too soon as a powerful foot crashed against the Quirk.

Air ran wild in the streets of Musutafu and Shouko was nearly blown away with the black hat that I was wearing.

Making use of one of my Quirks 'Airwall' quickly pushed out in a way that forced whoever struck me to go flying the opposite way of the streets as I dropped 'Tempo' to save its use for later.

"Well your pretty good, for a brat anyways." A vaguely feminine voice called out as I let the Wall of air momentarily fall.

For starters the one who attacked me is definitely a hero, she has long white hair and wheat skin with extremely muscular legs. Her most prominent features though are definitely her rabbit ears.

My eyes narrowed at the hero I recognised. Whilst not yet at the point of her Canon self, being a relatively new hero, Miruko was still quite high in the hero ranks at the top hundred before she has even turned nineteen. She's a capable fighter, and will be a deadly foe.

"And your surprisingly brutish for a little bunny." My words quip out of my mouth before I could even think of such an obvious jab with Shouko actually giggling a little bit behind me.

My words seemed to rub a sore spot since that got her triggered." Shut up you idiot, and I'm a rabbit not a bunny!-" She pounced at me suddenly with impressive speed.

" Luna impact!"

Heroes really love their drama don't they?

Holding my hand up I activated multiple Quirks at the same time in order to create an ultimate move of my own.

Jetstream + Wind Manipulation + Kinetic booster + Strength enhancement

'Jetstream' is a Quirk that is very similiar to a Quirk that I remember All For One having, what was it called? 'Aircannon' however instead of blasting air out of my hand like an actual cannon 'Jetstream' is more like pushing air out of my hand if that makes sense. Add 'Wind Manipulation' and I can literally control the air which 'Jetstream' creates, the result is really quite exquisite.

A tornado of wind is created from my palm that stopped Miruko dead in her tracks and after a moment of stagnation she was sent flying through the air at high speeds and crashed into a building a few dozen meters behind her. She's probably fine.

Shouko was openly gaping at the way I simply swatted a hero away as though they were a fly, this really isn't much though compared to the real prime All For One.

My mind reminded me of how after using 'Rewind' All For One was strong enough to kill Gigantomachia in one single high powered laser despite how much trouble the massive oaf gave the heroes. A shocking amount of power. That's how strong I'll need to be if I want a chance at beating the hero society.

Miruko groaned and her body protested with getting up after such a powerful blow was dealt and she crawled her way out of the building she was just launched into with a bleeding head.

My mind was running through possibilities about how the heroes might have discovered my location. Then again Miruko does patrol this area a lot and she does appear to be alone, if they really knew I had the same Quirk as the biggest supervising in history then they'd have likely sent more people to help apprehend me.

Either way we need to shake them off.

Swiftly picking up Shouko I activate one of my Quirks that enable me to fly and use 'Wind Manipulation' in order to accelerate my speed through the air, where Miruko will be out of range given that she can't do distance.

Shouko flailed a little and seems to be afraid of heights since she clinged and latched onto me for dear life as we were among the clouds.

"Calm down, it's not like I'm gonna drop you is it?" All she seemed to hear was drop since she clung even tighter to the point where it just looked like she was hugging me really tight with her neck over my shoulder.

Looking down on Japan was strangely nice, the bright buildings and houses seemed to light up the entire place as though it were a Christmas tree, truly a sight to behold.

My smile turned grim as I looked back to where the rabbit ambushed us. Just how much do you heroes know about me?
