I have fixed the problems in the latest chapters, special thanks to Going Dark and SkeenTheDream for pointing it out! I really should have double checked, sorry about that.

I also wanted to thank you for reading my story, I know it's not the best one out there, but it's my first real fanfic and I gave it my best shot. Criticism is more than welcomed; tell me what you liked, disliked, absolutely hated or loved in my story. Things you wished I did different, or anything that sounds remotely relevant. I won't get mad...that's a Daedric pun.

Since I'm posting an announcement, I'll also take the opportunity to answer your reviews!

- Andrew1011: Great work

Answer: Thanks mate, glad you liked it.

- VitalSTRATS: why do people keep hating on Hufflepuff? Are they not the house of the loyal and hardworking?

Answer: They are, but people often prefer reading about swashbuckling heroes, cunning plotters and clever erudite over genuine good, hardworking honest or at least well-meaning folks. So basically, we want to meet Hufflepuffs, but we'd rather read about Slytherins. (Or a Slytherin sorted in Hufflepuff, no one suspects the puffs.)

- Shrewd: This really is an amazing, well-written story, though you could certainly benefit from a beta reader. Also, are you going to make him famous of his work in Alchemy or get him started in dueling from Flitwick? Both seem pretty good entry points of Fleur in his life, and I think that the TWT is too far ahead. An earlier intro to Fleur can have their relationship develop in letters, and they could capitalize on that in the 4th year.

Answer: Thank you! It's my first story, and things like beta readers and proper plotting weren't really a factor when I started it. I initially planned on doing exactly that, delving in alchemy and learning from Hogwart's resident duelling champion that is, but then I got the idea for the McGonagall Plotline and ending up aborting it. As for Fleur, I did think about making them pen pals for a period of time, but soon found out more than one person did it. You should try Letters, a Harry/Fleur fic with this element.

- Wyndser: 2 chapters in and it's already better the 80% of the HP stories out there, glad I've found this

Answer: You sir, are gonna make me blush. Jokes aside, I don't know if it's that good (or if the majority of stories here being Harry/Snape or some such lowered the standards) but I'm glad you enjoyed it.

- HotgirlSimp: This was a great chapter, i love the relationship Magus and Minerva have. I think in the future she will think of him as her son in some ways

Answer: Thanks, I absolutely loved writing it.

- HotgirlSimp: I love that the threat is taken seriously, other fanfiction protagonists kill it themselves like its easy to do

Answer: I know right! A giant instant kill monster? Easy enough, let me just use my Dumbledore level spell repertoire, use my visibly endless amount of magic and boom, dead snake. Now let's just call Director Ragnuk so he can send those honest, misunderstood goblins to gather it for me.

- Turtle Milker: It has been a delight to read this. I really like Magnus as a character. Please bless us with more to read, oh lord of chaos and cheese!

- : I get saying 'says' I over and over again can cause issues but my man you did have to use the word ejaculated in place. lmao. good story so far but goddamn that made me double take.

Answer: Glad someone noticed, hehe. It was a reference to the books, where a character (Snape) ejaculated on his students (Or was it on Dumbledore, can't remember.) Anyway, just google Harry Potter ejaculates and you should see articles about it...wait, don't do that! Don't do that!

- noggin78: The mad god can keep his cursed sanity! It be to early in the night for me to have any of that!

Answer: I would probably the random drunk uncle half the time, then alternate between being a fishstick or summoning eldritch horrors from the bowels of Oblivion.

Answer: If you're talking about the unreadable mess in these chapters; there was a problem with the files. I fixed it. As for the story itself, well, I'm sorry you didn't like it.

- Damoscinos:I was enjoying your story until I hit later chapters, they seem to have formatting issues. I would be most appreciative if you could correct this.
