Chapter 1099 Rosetta and the Well
I don't own Bleach or any of the powers and gear used in this story.
Zack was at Rosetta's place having some lunch with her.
"You know Rosetta this has been a good time with you." Zack said.
She smiles. "Yes, I think we became great friends."
Zack then saw her cat Camellia.
"Well you've seen nice too Zack." Camellia said.
He found out Camellia can talk, but that's not surprising when he had a talking dog too.
"Well thanks, excuse me i'm going to check the outside." Zack said. "For some reason i've been getting a bad feeling."
Rosetta nodded and Zack goes outside.
"It seems you've been getting attached to him." Camellia said.
"It's hard when he's so handsome and nice." Rosetta holds her face with a blush.
Camellia shakes her head with a smile.
Zack goes out to the woods and looks around. "Where is that thing?"
The moment he came he sensed something dark in the woods.
He looks around and said: "Now where could it be?"
He hears a snap of a twig and looks back. "Okay show yourself."
He then saw a big blue spider came out that's metalic, it's the Battle Spider Shadow.
"Wow, what are you?" Zack said.
"I am Shadow, it seems i'm not in my world." He said.
"Yeah it seems like it. So need some help." Zack said.
Shadow moves away. "I have no need to get help from a human."
"Hey!" Zack jumps on to his back.
"What are you doing?!" Shadow tries to shake him off.
"I don't like being insulted buddy." Zack said.
Shadow knocks him foward before he noticed a device on his arm that's blue. "A Manacle."
"What you know this thing?" Zack lifts it up. "I found it on the ground."
"Yes, it's supposed to bond a user with a spider like me." Shadow said.
Zack's eyes widen. "What? No way. So we're supposed to be partners?"
"I don't want one. What can a human like you... Wait a minute, your half human." He senses it.
"Yes, I'm part ultra and reionic, it's something I got, look I just want to help others. Don't you want to be a hero too?" Zack asked him.
"A hero?" Shadow thinks about it.
They heard a roar and saw four humanoid sharks come out of the ground surprising them.
They are Ripster, Slammu, Streex and Jab.
"Wow, okay you want to fight." Zack changes into a humanoid raptor surprising shadow. "I'll take you on."
They blinked in confusion before they shook they're heads.
"No, we're not here to fight you." Ripster said.
"What?" Zack said.
"We're the Street Sharks, we are Ripster, Slammu, Streex and Jab." Slammu said.
"Don't tell me Leonidas made you guys." Zack said.
"No, you see we were humans before this crazy doctor who we call Dr. Piranoid, turned us into sharks." Streex said.
"Your friend has been helping us to find a cure while helping out." Jab said.
"Yes, so we came to check on this part of the world since many aquatic creatures are here." Ripster said.
"Okay, well thanks for coming." Zack said.
They saw Rosetta at a fountain talking to a pale mermaid with black arms.
"What's with that mermaid?" Slammu said.
"That's no mermaid." Shadow said.
"No, Rosetta!" Zack charges foward while changing to human form.
Before
Rosetta goes to check this well with black water. "Hello?"
She waited before something emerges out of it.
"What?" She got surprised as the mermaid came up.
"Good evening." The mermaid said.
"Who are you?" Rosetta said.
"Excuse my manners, my name is Galatea." She said. "We're you the one that called me?"
"Well yes. But why are you inside of this well?" Rosetta asked.
"I was left here a long time ago." Galatea said.
Rosetta felt bad for her.
"It was a long time, but can you tell me more about the outside world." Galatea said.
"Oh of course, many wonderful things." She said.
She told Galatea about the city and her grandfather being the King of the seas.
"I didn't expect to be talking to royalty." She smiles.
"Well yeah." Rosetta was nervous.
"Also what would be your most important person in the world?" Galatea asked.
"Wow that's a hard question but..." Rosetta then blushes. "Zack, my new friend is so nice and he helped me a lot during his, so I say he's one of the top."
"I see, I have a favor to ask of you, it's the way to escape this well." Galatea said.
"How?" Rosetta said.
"I need your legs." Galatea said.
"What?" Rosetta was surprised.
"In order to escape I need to trade places with another." Galatea said.
She waits for her answer.
"Rosetta!" Zack dives foward tackling her away.
"Zack! What are you doing?" Rosetta said.
"That's a fake." He said.
"Yeah." Ripster came with a boulder and throws it at the mermaid making her scream as black goo comes out of a crack.
"Ew, that's some awful stench." Streex said.
Rosetta felt sick seeing that. It was like a corpse now.
"So little lamb." Galatea voice was different like there was two different ones. "You have some unique friends. But I must feed."
Black hands came out of the well and went towards Rosetta.
"Keep away!" Slammu said as they grabbed on to it.
The hands throws them off and Jab hits the kitchen.
"Oops." He then saw a bag of salt. "I got it."
He throws a handful at Galatea making her scream.
"Like evil spirits." Ripster said.
Shadow came and shoots webs at her before the mermaid got sent down.
Then the well grew red eyes.
"It's the well." Rosetta said.
"Well it seems these creatures are too strong for Galatea, I am Pygmalion my dear Rosetta."
"So that's why, you use your victims and then turn them into lure." Rosetta said.
"Well my dear, I still think we can be good friends." He said.
"Wait a minute, your like Shinnok, a fallen God." Zack said.
"Shinnok was a fool, but I cannot be killed but mortal hands." He swings his black arms hitting them back.
Zack rolls around before he landed on Shadow's back.
"Well thanks for the save." Zack said.
"You wanna help her, then let's go." Shadow said.
Zack's manacle glows before he changed having the Spider Rider suit for Shadow.
"Hey, not bad." Zack looks at himself.
He takes out his new weapon Axial Pike and his master sword to charge at the fallen God.
Pygmalion attacks him but Zack slashes the arms making the God roar out in pain.
"And now..." Zack jumps up holding his sword up. "How about you be a wishing well and grant this... I wish to destroy you!"
He stabs the well making Pygmalion roar out in pain before he explodes.
They saw all that remains was black blob
Camellia came and scratches a piece off revealing a skull.
"A skull?" Jab said.
"Galatea." Rosetta frowns.
"So that's all that remains of her." Ripster said.
Rosetta hugs Zack and he smiles at her.
"It's okay, it won't harm you anymore." Zack said.
Rosetta felt safe, in his arms.
Ripster nudge his brothers to give them the signal to give the two some time one so they leave the couple.
At another world
Inside a dark lab was the mad scientist Dr. Luther Paradigm.
"Where could those sharks be?" He said.
He's been trying to find them but no luck.
"I must find them or everything will be for nothing." Paradigm said.
"Maybe I can help." He looks back and saw Guildenstern.
"Who are you?" The doctor got surprised.
"A friend, a very interested friend." He grins.
Note: Zack saved Rosetta from the evil Well, which in this story is a fallen God like Shinnok, also the Street Sharks from the show off the same name and Spider Riders' Shadow is here, Zack became his rider and the evil doctor from Street Sharks joined with Team Dark. Guest-Z-01 maybe.
