Sir,
During a storm on Dewford yesterday, one of my undercover agents saw a strange white Pokémon acting as a trainer. I believe this trainer was Ash Ketchum, who took part in the Silver Conference recently.
Ketchum sent out a Pokémon he called 'Koraidon'. I have no record of this Pokémon or anything matching its description, though it apparently bears some small resemblance to Cyclizar, but the moment it was sent out and without the use of any visible move the storm abruptly began to weaken. It did not dissipate entirely, but the area immediately around Dewford Port became calm for the whole of the time that Koraidon was out. There was also sunlight, though this was intermittent.
During this time, Ketchum and a group of other trainers, apparently his friends, helped to bring in boats that were under threat from the storm.
Koraidon was returned after the boats were all ashore, and the storm returned to full intensity.
I don't know how correct this report is, but it may mean that Koraidon is important to us.
I will put someone on following the whereabouts of this Ketchum. It should not be hard, he's quite conspicuous by all accounts.
