Days Later
Lucas and Brooke were aware that something wasn't right with Ethan 's bio parents. Just coming out of nowhere. How did they find out where he lived and the fact that him and Brooke were his parents didn't seem like a surprise which was odd.
The adoption was private. At this point everyone in town knew that he was adopted. Which brought up the thought with them both that the two must of been in town all this time.
Lucas and Brooke only had that one date. And they planned to have more.
But at this point they wanted to stay close for the kids. So they were spending the night in the guest bedroom they both had at each other's houses.
(We like having all of us together.) Brendan announced.
(We get to be a family again. It's better like this.) Brenda added on. Looking to their mom.
(So when I get to see them.?) (They want to be in my life what's so wrong with that.?)
(I don't understand why you and momma are making such a big deal.)
(The both of you read the letter. They love me.)
(They're my parents.) Ethan proclaimed.
(No they aren't. We're you're parents. Those people are strangers.) Brooke replied.
(This is a complicated layered situation.)
(You're mom and I don't and won't let you see these people or have anymore contact until we know more about them we are in full agreement on this.) Lucas stated matter of fact.
Ethan 's eyes went wide. (That's not fair. You can't do that!) He proclaimed.
(We're you're parents. You're 12 years old. We are the ones in charge here and this is being done for you're own good.) Brooke stated matter of fact.
(You just want everything you're way! That's why our family broke up you drove dad away!) Ethan proclaimed.
(That is enough. You will not talk to you're mom like that again.)
(You're grounded until we say you aren't. No t.v. Computer friends After school activities.)
(School and home. That's it.) Lucas stated matter of fact.
(Until work and Peyton become all you care about again.)
(Then it's like we don't exist. I hate both you!) Ethan exclaimed.
Before rushing upstairs and slamming his bedroom door.

(Oh Nathan. Remember how much fun and trouble we used to get into?) Peyton asked.
Nathan stared at her wide eyed.
This unplanned family trip to the beach house. Just took a turn that he didn't expect.
And given the fact that Haley and their kids were out exploring the probably shopping.
He wanted to stay back. And now he wished he had went.
(Peyton I'm happily married. And we were friends up until all that mess with Lucas started.)
(I don't know you anymore and I want to keep that way.) Nathan replied.
