Inkaliber: Hey guys! It's time for another chapter of Miraculous Gamer Guild. As you can guess by the title, it's time for the DuPont students to get back to school. There will be reunions, drama, fluff, and a whole lot more. Now, who's ready to…

BANG!

Inkaliber: What was that!? You guys better not have broken anything!

James: It worked, boss! The chimichanga trap worked! We've got him!

Inkaliber: Ha! Finally! Bring him in here now!

Deadpool:… A chimichanga trap? That's low, even for you.

Meowth: Well when ya jeopardize da multiverse by forcin' that mitosis stuff ya get trapped.

Inkaliber: After hearing from one of my reviewers that his Deadpool gave you parts to create your little dimensional mitosis machine, I bribed him to tell me of a trap no Deadpool could resist. And as you can see, you fell for it.

Jessie: You ran for that huge plate like a Snorlax to a buffet. And lucky for us, you dropped the ray. Here it is, sir.

Inkaliber: Thank you, Jessie.

Snap!

Inkaliber: And with that, it's gone. No more dimensional mitosis for you, Wayde.

Deadpool: I still know how to build it! I can make another one! I will have my ships become reality!

Inkaliber: I thought you might say that. That's why you're going straight to the Hypno. Take him away, fellas.

Deadpool: NO! NOT THAT CREEPY POKEMON! SPARE ME!

Inkaliber: Heh. That's what he gets. Anyway, time to answer some reviews.

Fregreg- I'm glad that you liked the chapter! I wanted to show that the characters support each other, especially when it comes to Marinette's happiness and the newest relationship within the group. Well Bunnyx hasn't appeared yet and Dick actually returned to America to start going over who would be the best team to help with the Hawkmoth situation.

P96822- And everyone was excited for their relationship. Your Deadpool was really helpful in the creation of the chimichanga trap so I hope he's enjoying that lifetime coupon to his favorite Mexican restaurant. I understand shipping, but then there's going too far like the Deadpool over here did.

Njistar- Oh he is going to soak up every bit of information that he can get his hands on. It'll definitely be helpful later on. I guess I did pull out some big stops when it came to his confession to Juleka, lol.

darknessslayer- I'm glad you liked it! I wanted to give them a less crazy chapter and bring up Danny and Juleka's relationship to the rest of their group. Sam will definitely need time to process everything. Well he can use the Watchtower to move from place to place, so he could very well be back in America. The whole guild has Marinette's back, and things will definitely be interesting when it comes to Lila and Alya.

Moiiracst- I would send more emojis, but they aren't picked up on FFN. I'll just have to keep thanking ya for the emojis, lol.

The_Keeper_of_Worlds- Thanks!

adran06- Oh don't worry about that pal. Juleka will soon be well protected when it comes to Vlad.

Mace- Lol. You're good Mace.

OceanaMM- Glad you liked the chapter! I like to answer the reviews/comments on the most recent chapter in the following one as a way to shoutout to reviewers.

Speedykitten1634- I'm glad you liked it! I figured that they'd want to let the others know as soon as possible. Lila will definitely be a problem. Alya's plan will be very interesting, I can promise you that. You'll just have to see how everything plays out.

Nightshade- Thanks! I like being able to excite readers with things to look forward to, which is why I tend to use foreshadowing. I'm glad the format is working, and I also relate to having an online friend group. Glad to know that everything is working out, especially the character growth. I'm happy to have ya as a fan!

Inkaliber: Looks like that's everyone. Let's begin the chapter. I don't own Miraculous, Danny Phantom, Marvel, DC, or any other series that show up here. I do own any original characters, concepts, creatures, and places that work their way into the story unless stated otherwise. Action!

Paris, France

Marinette slowly packed her bookbag, a frown on her face. Today was the day she had been dreading for a while now. DuPont was set to open for the first time since the investigation was launched. Many students would be returning to the school, including her local friends in the guild. What had her worried the most, however, would be if Lila and Alya were coming back to school.

She still couldn't get over what happened that fateful day, feeling at the cheek that had been struck by her former best friend. It still stung sometimes, mostly due to the memory of her worst day ever. She sighed as she looked at the last book she needed to pack, holding it in her hands.

"Can I really do this, Tiki?" questioned Marinette. "I don't know if I can go back to DuPont if Alya and Lila are going to be there. Lila is going to make things much worse for me after everything that happened, and she'll go after the others once she realizes they stand with me. Maybe I should just ask to transfer schools." Tiki flew into view, her face looking serious.

"No Marinette!" cried the little creature. "That would just tell Lila that she's won. You have to face this head on. If you can't defeat your fears of what might happen, how will you ever stop Hawkmoth or lead the Miraculous Heroes?" Marinette took a few moments to think before sighing with a smile.

"You're right, Tiki. I'm just scared to take them on alone." The little creature smiled at her, rubbing affectionately against her cheek.

"You're not alone, Marinette. You have all of your real friends ready to support you. That includes me." Marinette cupped her hands around Tiki as a form of reciprocating the affection. The sound of a knock at her trapdoor caused her to panic as she put her last book in her bag and Tiki hid.

"Marinette!" cried Sabine. "Are you finished getting ready?" Marinette slung on her bookbag and purse as she looked to the door.

"Coming!" cried the designer. She heard her mother walk downstairs as she opened the trap door. She carefully made her way down the ladder before rushing down the stairs. There both of her parents stood with small smiles on their faces. It was clear that they were trying to be supportive, even in their concern.

Marinette sent a small smile their way as she walked closer to them. "I'm heading out." Tom decided to speak as he held up his hands defensively.

"Are you sure that everything will be okay?" questioned the baker. "I could come with you to make sure nothing bad happens until classes start." Sabine looked at her husband with a small frown, earning an embarrassed chuckle as she turned a smile towards her daughter.

"What your father is trying to say is that if you feel like DuPont isn't a good environment anymore, we can try to work something out." Stated the woman. "We support you however we need to, but we also want to make sure you're happy and safe. You'll always be our little girl and we can't help but worry when situations like what happened come up." Marinette's smile grew, happy to have her parents on her side. She gave them both a big hug, immediately receiving the same in return.

"I love you guys, but I have to at least try to give them a chance." Stated the hidden hero. "I have so many friends there that are promising they'll rush to my defense. I don't want to potentially lose these friendships by going somewhere else. They're all important to me." Her parents smiled at her as they released her, nodding their heads.

"Then we will support you all of the way. Of course, that does mean you'll want to hurry and leave." Marinette's face morphed to an expression of confusion, only to freak out when she saw the time.

"I'll run late if I don't leave now!" She quickly kissed her parents on their respective cheeks before running for the front door. "Love you guys! Bye!" She quickly rushed out of the building as she ran down the sidewalk.

Halfway across the city, Danny and Juleka could be seen walking while holding hands. They had been dating ever since that day Skulker attacked. It was as if the entire world was brighter whenever they were together. Currently they were working out the details of their long distance relationship before Juleka had to head to DuPont for her first day back. Danny smiled as he had Juleka cradling her head into the crook of his neck as they walked.

"So we'll take time to call each other whenever we can." Began the ghost boy. "We'll take a day every other weekend to have digital dates. If we start to miss each other too much, I can take weekends to try and visit you. Maybe I can figure out how to teleport so we can go to exotic places." Juleka smiled brighter as she rubbed her head against her boyfriend's neck.

"That sounds beautiful." Admitted the local girl. "Of course, if you ever bring me to Amity Park that way, you'll have to tell the others that I know about your powers." Danny sighed as he shook his head.

"Don't remind me. I can see Tucker being okay with it, but Sam will make such a huge fuss about it. I'm going to have to convince her that I did it of my own volition. She has some obvious trust issues when it comes to new people." Juleka frowned a bit as she nodded her head, only to stand straight as her frown turned into a scowl.

Danny looked her way, immediately recognizing that something was seriously wrong. He followed her line of vision, his own scowl making its appearance. Looking over a stall selling berets was Lila Rossi, the girl looking like she was queen of the world with the smile that she had on her face. It took everything in Danny's power not to transform immediately and hit her with the worst prank he could think of. Juleka squeezed his hand tighter as she looked away.

"Let's go another way. Walk me to school." Danny nodded his head, beginning to walk away with his girlfriend. He did his best to move at her pace, hoping to get out of the area. He felt like the Fenton luck was kicking in as he heard a gasp behind them.

"Juleka!" cried Lila. The duo tried to walk faster, but Lila had apparently been running. She came to a stop in front of the duo, forcing them to also stop. "I almost didn't recognize you!" The formerly shy girl crossed her arms as she bent her knee a bit.

"Is there something important you have to say, Lie-la? If not, we'd like to walk together in peace and quiet." The liar sounded her interest as she looked between Juleka and Danny.

"Did you get a boyfriend during the break? Talk about a cutie. Here I was hoping we could walk and chat on the way to school. I could use a friend with Marinette reportedly coming back this year, that horrible, no good…" Juleka growled as she pointed an accusing finger at the bully.

"Cut the crap, Lila." This caused the liar to pause, her face turning from one of annoyance. "I know the truth about you now. You'd be a fool to think I'd ever be friends with a person who lies and enjoys it." There was a small moment of silence before the liar's expression turned to one of a sinister smirk.

"Calling me out where only your little boyfriend can hear me. You must feel really bold thinking that changes anything. You don't want to be my enemy, Juleka. Otherwise, you might just end up forgotten by everyone while you hide away from the spotlight." Danny quickly got between Juleka and Lila, a suspiciously friendly smile on his face.

"Let's take it easy, Lila right?" questioned the ghost boy. "I've heard a lot about you. Is it true you know Neil Armstrong, the famous astronaut, personally?" Juleka looked at Danny in confusion, only to smile as she realized what he was doing. Lila surprisingly took the bait as she flipped her hair.

"Why of course. Neil and I go way back, ever since he babysat me in his teens." Danny mocked a look of surprise as he ran a hand through his hair.

"Wow! You must be really, really, really… old." Lila's smirk dropped to a confused frown as Danny gestured to her. "He was a teen in 1943. I'm surprised you can be held back in school so far that you'd be in your 80s and still be allowed to attend high school. I mean, either you're a particularly stupid liar or I need to ask how you keep your skin so moist even as an old hag."

Juleka let loose a bout of laughter as Lila's expression turned into one of fury. "Don't bust a blood vessel, Granny Lie-la." The Italian liar growled as she poked Danny's chest, her anger growing.

"You have no idea who you're messing with, do you? I can ruin your entire way of life with one lie. I've done it before, and I'm not afraid to do it again. You'll take your rightful place beside Mrs. Forgettable over there." Danny's smile fell as he leveled a spine tingling glare at Lila.

"You think the world revolves around you, don't you? People like me are here to remind you that this world can spin along just fine without filth like you mucking it up. You can only get by with lying and cheating because you are too incompetent to do anything else. It's really sad to know that bullies are the same no matter what country I'm in. As long as you decide to continue wasting our time, I have a warning for you."

Lila looked like she was about to interrupt, only for the air to become frighteningly cold. This was supposed to be a warm spring day, so the sudden feeling of a cold winter caused her entire body to shake. "Stay away from Juleka and never bother Marinette Dupain-Cheng again. If I find out you've hurt any of my friends here in any way again, I will tear down everything you've ever built. This is your one and only chance."

Danny stood taller than he normally would, his natural slouch gone. In Lila's eyes, he was like a titanic entity that was glaring at her with eyes as cold as a tundra. "Now get lost. You've wasted our air enough." Lila scoffed as she turned away, gesturing for a nearby vehicle to approach.

"Don't think for a second that I'll forget this. I never forget a face. See you at school, Juleka." The car stopped in front of Lila, allowing her to get in. Danny took a deep breath as the vehicle drove off.

"That was hot." Stated Juleka. Danny turned towards her, blushing in shock as he noticed the attractive smile on her face. Realizing what she just said, Juleka mirrored his expression and tint. "I mean cool! It was cool how you stood up for me like a handsome, tall warrior…

I mean…" Danny chuckled as his blush slowly disappeared. Juleka smiled as he placed a hand on her shoulder.

"Any time, my Tigress." Acknowledged the ghost boy. "Now, let's get you to school." Juleka nodded her head, only to quickly realize something. She quickly pulled out her phone, hoping that she was just being paranoid. Her eyes widened in shock as she nearly dropped the device.

"Class starts in three minutes! We'll never make it in time even by car!" Danny grinned as he got a wild idea, Juleka immediately catching on as she put her phone away. "What are you…?" The girl didn't get any time to finish her question as her boyfriend suddenly scooped her up, bridal style.

"Did you forget who you're dating?" Juleka blushed from the close proximity to Danny and the romantic way he was holding her as he transformed into his ghost form. "One flight across Paris, coming up." The ghost boy quickly rose into the air before rushing towards DuPont with his girlfriend in tow. Said girl couldn't help but marvel in awe at the sight of the world zooming by her.

The way the wind hit her face and ran through her hair was exhilarating, though she did have to hold on to her beanie so it wouldn't fly off. She resisted the urge to cry out in excitement, knowing that it'd all be over if Danny's parents saw them. She didn't want them thinking she was being kidnapped by the "evil ghost boy." Sooner than she would have liked, they reached their desired destination before even Lila could show up. Danny turned both invisible and intangible as he flew them into the building through the walls. He stopped in the empty women's restroom, returning to normal as he helped Juleka to stand on the floor.

"Remind me to let you take me flying again some time. That was fun." Danny smirked as he nodded his head.

"I will definitely remember that. I gotta go before someone accuses me of being a perverted creep so, good luck!" Danny bolted the same way he came, his girlfriend chuckling as she shook her head. Juleka took a deep breath before walking out of the restroom. She saw the same school yard she hadn't seen in months, only there were balloons around and a "Welcome Back" banner hanging above the entrance. She quickly joined the others, being lost in the crowd.

Marinette smiled as she stood with the others from the guild, the group chattering about a game they played last night. She soon spotted someone amongst the crowd, her grin growing as she broke off from her group. She waved to the duo as she approached them.

"Mylene!" cried the baker's daughter. "Ivan!" The couple smiled as Mylene had her arms stretched out.

"Marinette!" cheered the normally skittish girl. The girls hugged it out as Ivan put his hands on their shoulders. The embrace was broken as the girls smiled at each other. "I missed being able to see you!" Marinette nodded her head eagerly in response.

"I missed you guys too. Let's do our best to make the rest of our school years better for everyone." Ivan nodded his head as his smile grew slightly.

"I'll help however I can." Stated the bulky boy. The atmosphere suddenly changed as a group of footsteps caught everyone's attention. Lila stood in the entrance, smirking as she was not alone. Standing together to her right were Nino and Alya, the couple carrying neutral expressions as glares were leveled Alya's way. To her right was Nathaniel, the boy looking downtrodden and nervous.

"Nathaniel!" cried Rose. She ran over to the redhead with a smile on her face. "It's been a while!" The blonde stopped just before she reached the boy, a look of shock on her face. Nathaniel had quickly backed away from her, hiding behind Nino as Lila smiled in Rose's direction.

"You'll have to forgive him, Rosie dear." Stated the liar. "He doesn't know who's still his friend, so he's become incredibly shy. I've had to step up and make sure who's friend or foe for him." Rose took a step back at this, realizing that something was very wrong. Before she could voice her concern over what happened, the mics of the school came to life.

"Attention students, please turn your eyes towards the back of the school for an important announcement." Requested a woman's voice. All eyes turned to the designated location. A man with dark tan skin, brown hair, and green eyes stood in the spot Principle Damocles would stand for his speeches to the school. He wore a dark green business suit with a black dress shirt, a black leather belt, black loafers, and a brown satchel. He tapped a silver coated cane on the ground a few times to make sure he had everyone's attention.

"I'll keep this brief with class soon to commence." Stated the man. "I am Jackson Pines; your new Principal going forward. Back when DuPont High School closed down, lies and bullying were allowed to run amok through the use of power and privilege. I am here to assure you that this will no longer be the case. Everyone will be treated equally, regardless of familial status."

The new principal looked to Chloe in the midst of a short pause, causing the former bully to frown and look down. He then turned his gaze towards Lila. "That also means that punishment will be dealt equally depending on the weight of the actions of those involved in any incidents moving forwards. We will also be keeping track of students' medical records so that no further excuses may be used for bad behavior based on false conditions. Anyone who is caught lying about health or mental disabilities will be dealt with accordingly."

Lila frowned slightly with a growl, realizing that the principal was speaking directly to her. Principal Pines then looked around the school with a small smile. "It is my hope that you will all grow to be such wonderful people. In order to make our fair city a better place, communication is key. If you feel that something is wrong or you witness someone breaking the rules, do not hesitate to speak up.

"It is never wrong to report an incident, even if it is just a misunderstanding. That being said, anyone found falsifying claims will be punished accordingly. Now, I have taken up enough of your and your teachers' time. Have a pleasant day, and welcome back to DuPont." The man bowed politely before making his way upstairs.

The bell immediately rang after his speech, people rushing to get to class. Marinette locked eyes with Lila, the liar now smiling as a result. The bakers' daughter might not have liked that the bane of her existence was back, but she had to focus on one thing at a time. Right now, she needed to figure out what was wrong with Nathaniel. She reluctantly went to class, her guildmates making sure to stay between her and Lila.

Inside the classroom, the tension began to mount. Marinette found herself sitting alone, Lila was sitting with Nathaniel, Chloe and Sabrina were sitting in Adrien and Nino's spot, and Alya was sitting with Nino in the spot left vacant by the prior duo. Marinette did her best not to glare at the back of her former best friends as she kept her eyes on the front of the classroom. She was thankful that Ivan moved to sit between her and Lila behind her, keeping the liar from messing with her. The sausage haired girl tapped Ivan's shoulder, keeping a small smile on her face as he glanced back at her.

"Could you please move, Ivan?" requested the liar. "I'm having trouble seeing the board." The gruff teen looked forwards as he crossed his arms.

"You can see the board just fine from there." Stated the big man. "The only thing I'm blocking is your view of the seats in front of me. These are the assigned seats. If you have an issue with it, ask the teacher to move you." Lila frowned, doing her best to glare a hole into the back of Ivan's head.

The door was quickly opened, causing the whole room to go silent. A man with red hair, fair skin, and green eyes walked into the room. He wore a brown overcoat, a blue dress shirt, a black tie, khakis pants, a brown leather belt, and black leather shoes. He wrote a name on the board, causing the class to lean in a bit. He turned towards them with a serious frown on his face.

"Welcome back to history, students." Greeted the man in a gruff voice. "I am professor Jaune Doute. You may call me Professor Doute. Mrs. Bustier has been moved to another location for correctional training, so I will be taking her place moving forward. I know many of you have fond memories with her, but in life people will come and go so I request you allow me to do my job."

Lila quickly raised her hand, the man looking her way. "Mrs. Rossi." Lila lowered her hand as she allowed a small smile to grace her face.

"I'd like to request that Nathaniel and I change seats with someone closer to the board." Stated the liar. "I'm having trouble seeing it." The man shook his head in denial.

"I perfectly planned out seating arrangements based on a number of factors. The medical records that the school is allowed access to, prior seatings that already existed in this class, and the events known publicly as the DuPont incident. Not only are you listed to have 20/20 vision, but there are students that are stated to need their particular seats to see the board. If you wish to change seats, you will have to ask another student to swap with you." Lila growled as she folded her arms, realizing that this instructor was going to be a problem.

Professor Doute looked towards the other students with his serious expression intact. "Any more questions or requests?" No one raised their hands, causing the man to nod his head. "Then let's begin with a review of the material. Please turn to chapter 1."

The class quickly pulled out their textbooks, turning to the requested page. The professor actually did a pretty good job going over the material, fitting several chapters in the span of class time. Even those who would normally have a hard time keeping up found themselves only needing to ask questions when they didn't understand something. Marinette found herself rather impressed by this strange man's teaching skills. Still, she couldn't get Nathaniel off of her mind.

The redhead would have never winced away from any of them before, especially not sweet Rose. Lila had to have done something. It's the only explanation she could think of. She was thinking about how to approach the situation, only for the bell to go off. "Please look over the material at home to make sure you understand it. I will see you all in French class."

The kids began to filter out, Ivan and Kim waiting for Marinette to get out of her seat before walking between her and Lila. They made it very clear that they were walling the liar off from her victim. A few more classes went by without a hitch, though Nathaniel seemed to be dependent on Lila in each one. Marinette had no idea what kind of hold the vrăjitoare had on the artist, but it was starting to worry her.

Soon the lunch period arrived by the sound of the bell, many of the students leaving to have lunch at home. Marinette walked down the stairs of the upper level, only to stop as she saw Nathaniel looking towards Alix nervously. He was starting to walk her way, only to be pulled towards one of the now empty classrooms by Lila. The bakers' daughter growled as she whistled to Chloe. The blonde looked her way as she gestured to where Lila was while making devil horns with her fingers, causing the mayor's daughter to nod in response.

The duo made their way over to the room, making sure they weren't seen. They each stood on one side of the door, doing their best to get a look inside. Inside, Nathaniel could be seen looking slightly miffed with Lila.

"Can you please not do that?" requested the redhead. "I was working up my courage to talk to someone. I've wanted to talk to Alix for a while now. I can decide for myself whether someone is my friend or not." The liar sighed in disappointment as she shook her head.

"Oh Nathaniel, can you really say that?" questioned Lila. "You saw what happened between Alya and Marinette. Everyone thought they'd be friends forever, but Marinette just couldn't help the liar that she is. Do you really think that Alix will be your friend when she supports Marinette so much? I don't think you understand how bad that baker's brat has the others around her finger."

Marinette felt a growl begin to form in her throat as she clenched her fists, but Chloe stopped her before she could rush in. Nathaniel tried to find the words to argue his case, but Lila quickly held up her hand. "This is why you need me to help sort these kinds of things out, Nath. Why don't you go on ahead to our usual restaurant spot while I take care of some things?" The redhead sighed as he slumped forwards, walking out of the room.

The duo waited for Nathaniel to be far enough away before nodding to each other. They leapt into the room, locking the door behind them. Instead of looking shocked or surprised, Lila just smiled at them. "Well if it isn't Marinette Dupain-Chump and the Little Mrs. Daddy's Girl." Marinette sent a glare the liar's way as she pointed at her.

"Looks like you're up to your deceitful ways again, you vrăjitoare." accused the designer. "You're totally gaslighting Nathaniel!" Lila groaned as she rubbed her temples.

"What does that even mean? You're like the second loser to call me that today." She removed her hand from her forehead as she allowed her smile to return. "I have to say, I figured you'd disappear after what happened last time. You really are a glutton for punishment.

"It wasn't enough that your stupid bestie ruined my chances with Adrien, who is now confined to his home other than being with his little robot girlfriend. Now you're going after my little friend." Chloe flipped her hair as she leveled her own glare at the vrăjitoare.

"Don't you dare play the innocent card." threatened the blonde. "We all know that you're clinging to whatever power you can after you were outed by Mrs. Bustier that day. I'm surprised you were able to make four people believe that you're innocent. Most of our class now knows what you're really like." Lila's smirk never faded as she held her hands together behind her back.

"You'll find that I can be very convincing. Like how I convinced Nathaniel that he is unable to tell friend from foe in these turbulent times. It was so easy, especially with him being unable to communicate with you or anyone else in our rather foolish class. He even spooked out when that ditzy loser ran over to say hi." Marinette clenched her fists even tighter as she took a step towards the liar.

"You can't get away with this forever!" cried the bluenette. "The whole class has their eyes on you and there are security cameras in every room other than the bathrooms. Even then the doors are monitored by cameras. One way or another, you will be caught in the act." Lila's response was to pull out a little remote, showing it off to the duo.

"What good are cameras when I can shut them off in an instant?" She pointed to the camera in the room, the good girls realizing that it was lowered into an off position. "If they replace the cameras due to 'glitches', then I'll just set the remote to their frequency. You can thank EvilGeniusSpicer and his website for getting my hands on a piece of tech like this." Chloe narrowed her eyes, as if something in that name was familiar to her.

Lila held the remote behind her back as she walked up to Marinette. "I'd watch your step, Marinette. All the eyes in the world won't matter now. With just a click of my remote, I can make anything into evidence I need. I suggest you leave Paris and never come back, or else I will ruin your life forever."

The camera came back on as she waltzed past the duo, unlocking the door and opening it. "Have a great lunch, losers." She then walked out of the room, presumably to catch up with Nathaniel. Marinette remained silent as she had her head down. Chloe looked towards her with a concerned frown, reaching out for her shoulder.

"Just forget her, Nettie." stated the blonde girl. "We can beat her if we work together. I bet there's a way to counter the remote if we get…" Marinette held up her hand, as if to stop her from speaking. The baker's daughter looked up with tears threatening to break out.

"I don't know why I thought anything would change." huffed Marinette. "Just when it looks like everything goes against her, she finds some way to have an edge over everyone. I should have stopped her first thing instead of listening to Adrien about taking the high road. Maybe I should just disappear, seeing as I only ever make things worse." Chloe tried to argue against this notion, only for the designer to quickly run out of the room.

Chloe felt a huge pain in her chest at the sight of this. It was like watching the slap all over again. A fire was suddenly lit in her as she pulled out her phone.

"That does it! If Rossi wants to play dirty, then I'm ending this my way. I'll get the whole guild involved and…" She soon noticed someone enter the room, a small glare forming on her face. "What the heck do you two want?" One of the individuals held up a recording device, a small smirk appearing on her face.

"We want in." stated the girl.

War Room

Inkaliber: And that's the chapter! Danny and Juleka talk about how they're going to work with their long distance relationship, and it looks like Danny is willing to experiment with his powers more to make it work. The Parisian kids are back in school, but it looks like Lila has found a way to keep up with her twisted games. Chloe is about to make this a war with a mysterious benefactor providing what seems to be evidence. Only time will tell what will come of that in this three part event. Everyone's a little busy making sure Deadpool actually forgets about the device he made, so I'm ending things here for now.

What did you think of the chapter? Did you like how Danny and Juleka planned out their long distance relationship? How about the others actually coming through on doing their best to protect her? How will the guild ruin Lila's plans? Let me know what you think down below, and I'll try to get back to you ASAP. This is Inkaliber, signing off.
