Set after the events of Nick and Charlie the novella and the Heartstopper graphic novels, finds Nick and Charlie struggling to make long distance work while Nick is away at college. Their love is still going strong but it's hard to cope with the distance. Charlie is holding on but Nick has started to come apart.
