The events of this story take place following Streets of Rage Volume 7 (Wood Oak City Bleeding), where Wood Oak is finally at peace after the fall of the Y-Syndicate. The same cannot be said for it's neighbouring city.

Poison tells him that she always gets her way, and challenges him to a street fight. Something completely unexpected happens. M for a reason.

In Metro City, all of the gangs have been consolidated under new management. Their first order of business: kidnap a daughter, a girlfriend, and a fiancé.
