I found this in my laptop hard drive in the txt documents. I played a short stint of the campaign of Half-Life 2. I wrote this back in October 2013. The Xbox version of the game, where I simply play through the first few levels of the game, before effectively giving up on it. Krystal from Star Fox is modded in HL2 as nothing more, than window dressing. Very unconventional game.

The destruction of Black Mesa and the invasion of Xen wasn't the only thing the Resonance Cascade brought to the world. It also was the final push needed to bring about the Tragedy. And three years of stasis aren't helping Gordon Freeman's case as he's dropped right into the world he accidentally ruined.

Dr Freeman was given a new Job from his Benefactor after Alyx has things covered. His new assignment? Prevent a world from killing itself, and possibly fix a few other issues. (FreeBuki)

Since the Black Mesa Incident and Seven Hour War, the Combine became the undisputed masters of Earth and the remnants of Humanity lived in fear within dystopian cityscapes. The few who live beyond the borders of the decaying cities are the Resistance, a small, almost harmless group to the War Machine of the Combine. After the events of Half-life episode 2, Gordon is left to wonder what to do next and Doctor Kliner has the answer for him. It will take him to strange new dimensions in meeting interesting people to warn of the Combine threat, the real question remains is he already too late?
