After the Battle of Misaki City, Bal Masque surrendered and is now detained by the KND and Outlaw. With 4 quadrillion dollars in reparations, and with a brewing refugee crisis (due to the restoration of those who disappeared), Bal Masque proposed the creation of a new nation-state. Approved by all parties involved, Yuji and Shana sets off on a journey to establish a new nation.
