New Year's Eve celebrations are fast approaching in the charming town of Middleton. Cassie Nightingale is busy with the party preparations at Greyhouse and she enlists the help of Dr. Sam Radford, much to Grace's surprising disappointment. Early S2 and minor AU (no Ryan, Linda or Ben).

Cassie/Sam. Good Witch AU. Following her husband's death, Cassie Nightingale moves to Middleton with her twins, searching for home and family. Settling into Grey House with her cousin Abigail, she sets about rebuilding her life and healing her broken heart, with a little help from the grumpy bachelor next door, Doctor Sam Radford.

"And did it help?" Sam asked softly, his lowered voice sending a thrum of desire through her body. "Did you think of me while you were using it?" Cassie/Sam.

The night that Sam and Nick Radford officially moved to Middleton was normal. Uneventful. Completely and totally unremarkable. Just a man and his son, moving to small-town America for a fresh start. It changed everything. Only . . . it didn't change anything.

Cassie and Sam have been happily married for over two years. Life is great until someone from Cassie's past returns and turns things upside down.

Cassie/Sam. One good night's sleep and a hearty breakfast in the same kitchen as a beautiful brunette would not magically solve any of his other issues.
