Humming Skeleton with Two Spooky Guests

The scene shows of a big and lone ship sailing deep through and within a dark thick fog that the sun cannot break through making it seem like it's always nighttime, the ship itself is also very spooky looking with how badly it's damage that it could only sail slow and not a single soul is left.

"Yo hohoho, yo hohoho Yo hohoho, yo hohoho! Yo hohoho, yo hohoho Yo hohoho, yo hohoho!"

Until a strange yet peaceful harmony song starts singing through the fog almost echoing like and the singing appears to be coming from the broken-down ship.

"Yo hohoho, yo hohoho Yo hohoho, yo hohoho! Yo hohoho, yo hohoho Yo hohoho, yo hohoho!"

The scene zooms in closer to the broken ship to the source of where the singing came from until it stops to the most unexpected thing in the world.

Something so unreal and crazy at the same time that most people would have nightmares for months upon seeing this strange thing.

"Ah, nothing helps smooth one's heart from this nothingness than a beloved tune of a classic pirate song. Except I don't have a heart to smooth with. Yohohoho!" The figure laughed.

The strange figure is a literal walking and talking skeleton that is standing at the deck of the ship.

This skeleton is tall dressed in formal attire complete with top hat and cane. Standing at 266 cm (8'8½") in height. The crack on its head appears to be in a familiar shape of a diagonal omega sign (Ω). His clothes are tattered, but they are formal gentleman wear of a black coat and pants with matching shoes while the inner linings of his coat are yellow orange. The cravat that is tied in between his coat and around his neck is blue. He also has a large round black afro on his head with a top hat.

This goofy-looking and singing skeleton is known as Brook, a man who was once a pirate until a tragic fate hit him and his dead crew members.

"But still, that song along with the promise is keeping me to move forward." Brook said to himself.

"I cannot stop even if I wanted to… For I have reclaim what was taken from me, and until I do." Brook clutched onto the helm.

"I can finally set sail out of this cursed sea and make it back to him!" Brook determined as he looks up at the sky.

"Back to… Laboon." Brook said, remembering his special friend he left behind all those years ago.

"I wonder how big you have gotten right now, and if you're still waiting…" Brook said.

Brook starts walking around again trying to come up with something to do to keep himself from getting spooked or crazy of the loneliness he had to suffer through.

"I wonder what are the chances of another pirate ship coming by and I end up joining that crew." Brook laughed softly.

"That is a nice thought." Brook said.

But then Brook heard something bump onto the side of the ship that which startle him that he almost jumped off deck.

"Oh my, that noise was unexpected that my eyes were gonna pop off. Although, they would if I had any. Yohohoho!" Brook joked.

Brook heard the bump again coming from the other side of the ship and he hurry over hoping that it's not something scary like a Sea King or some other sea monsters, but that wasn't the case when he looked down.

"Wait, is that what I think it is?" Brook asked surprise.

Below the ship and on the sea appears to be a small boat carrying what seems to be a small girl laying unconscious on what looks like a coffin too.

"Oh dear, a girl in distress out on these dangerous waters and seems to be all alone!" Brook shocked.

"I better help her right now and hope she isn't hurt too badly!" Brook hurried to fetch the rope latter.

Brook throws the rope latter down to the small boat while it is still bumping onto his ship and climb down to help the poor girl, and he looks down seeing the girl more closely.

"Her hair is white like snow, so does that also mean…" Brook looked down to the waist level of the girl's skirt.

"That her panties are white too?" Brook wondered as he wanted to see this for himself.

But just as his boney hand was about to reach the skirt, something came close to Brook's head striking the side of the ship spooking him that he almost fell off the rope latter.

"What was that?" Brook wondered as he looks to see it was the foot of the girl before it came back down.

But the strangest thing is that the girl is still asleep.

"(Could she have attacked me while still unconscious? It's almost like she's a born warrior with a sharp instinct.)" Brook thought surprised.

"Well, guess I can try asking her for her panties once she wakes up." Brook decided.

Brook holds the girl into his arm and climb up the latter only to find it difficult to go up which was strong as he can tell the girl doesn't look very with her size, then he saw her hand clutching onto the handle of the coffin.

"She's holding onto the coffin like her life depends on it, it must be very important to her." Brook noticed.

"Alright, little girl, I'll take the coffin with us." Brook decided as he doesn't want to upset the girl when she wakes up.

Brook climbs the latter again though difficult carrying the weight of the girl and the coffin at the same time as he hasn't done any exercise for his muscles, not that he had any to exercise with.

But Brook was able to carry them onto the deck of the ship though exhausted from the heavy duty as he gently places the coffin down along with the little girl.

"Goodness, whoever is in there must be someone important to carry it." Brook panted a bit.

"I wonder why you're so attach to this coffin, maybe you're trying to find a proper resting place for the dead?" Brook guessed.

"I do feel you; I wish to give my crewmates a proper resting place too." Brook said looking at the doorway inside.

Inside the ship within a certain room, there are three larger coffins with one open showing more than a dozen skull heads of Brook's crewmates who have passed away.

"Now, what shall I do with?" Brook asked looking at the face of the little girl.

"Maybe I should try waking you up safe you're on a safer ship. Well, as safe as it can be." Brook said as he starts shaking the girl a little.

The little girl starts to moan a bit with her twitching slowly open up which Brook is glad to know that she is well enough to wake up, and the first thing the girl sees is a face of the skeleton looking down at her.

The girl blinks at least five times and being silent for five seconds until she clutches her fist and punch the skeleton away from her.

"Damn it, whoever put a skeleton in front of me for a scare then they're fucking dead." The white hair girl groaned.

"That might be difficult since I'm already dead." Brook groaned pointing out.

"What the… You're a talking skeleton?!" The white hair girl shocked.

"I am, and there's no need to be alarm. I'm a friendly skeleton who just saved you from the small boat you were on." Brook promised.

The white girl notices that she is now on a bigger boat and look down to see her small boat.

"I see, so you rescued us. Well, thank you, I guess." The white girl thanked though still weirded out of the talking skeleton.

"You are quite welcome, little lady." Brook said taking off his hat for a bit.

"My name is Brook, this ship you are on used to belong to my pirate crew years ago until we were killed and I'm the only left standing, sort of speak." Brook introduced himself.

"I see, so have you always been a skeleton or is this because of a Devil Fruit?" The white hair girl asked.

"A Devil Fruit, it was the Revive-Revive Fruit." Brook answered.

"Okay, my name is Shirone. Toujou Shirone. Again, thank you for saving us." Shirone revealed her name.

Shirone is a petite girl with white hair and gold eyes. The front of her hair has two long bangs going past her shoulders and several loose bangs hanging over her forehead, while the back has a short bob cut. She also wears a black cat-shaped hair clip on both sides of her hair. She also has white cat ears with a pair of matching tail, and the pupils of her eyes are more cat-like. She wears a white long-sleeved, button-down shirt with vertical linings, a black ribbon on the collar, a black shoulder cape and matching button-down corset, and a magenta skirt with white accents. Breasts sizes: BB-cup.

"Nice to meet you." Brook greeted.

"Since I rescued you and all, would you mind… showing me your panties?" Brook asked.

"LIKE HELL!" Shirone threw a fast punch knocking Brook down and causes a swallow bump to appear.

"Yohohoho! So feisty for a young woman, that punch hit me to the bone! Because I'm a skeleton, you see." Brook laughed.

"I get it!" Shirone yelled.

"(Damn it, of all the things to be rescued from, why did it have to be a pervert skeleton?)" Shirone thought asked herself.

"Listen, while I'm still grateful to you for saving us, you better watch yourselves because I hate perverts and I'll kill if you try anything funny." Shirone warned with a fierce glare.

"Right, I'm sorry." Brook nodded.

"By the way, when you said "us", do you mean the corpse inside that coffin?" Brook asked pointing at the coffin.

"For your information, it's not a corpse. My king is alive." Shirone glared.

"Oh, that's right! I need to wake him up now!" Shirone realized.

"Your King? I'm a bit of lost here." Brook confused.

"Okay, the coffin was made to sustain your body and life throughout the days since you were put in there, but it's time to wake up." Shirone clutched onto the lid of the coffin.

"Gasper!" Shirone shouted out the name of her King and open the lid.

Brook became curious about this King Gasper that Shirone claims that he is not dead and walked over to see the young man, but his jaws drop in shock upon seeing a beautiful girl around the same age as Shirone.

"Oh my! What a beautiful little girl this is!" Brook complimented.

"Gasper is actually a boy." Shirone mentioned causing Brook to gasp in horror shock.

Gasper is an androgynous-looking male with platinum blond hair. His hair is styled in short bob cut with several small fringes over his forehead. He also appears to be wearing the same kind of clothing like Shirone is currently wearing only the colors are the opposite of the color schemes.

"Why is life so cruel to me… Making me fall for a boy of all things…?" Brook depressed deeply.

"Guess that's your punishment for asking about my panties." Shirone commented.

"Gasper! Please wake up, it's safe to move around now, my King!" Shirone gently picked up Gasper and shook him a little hard.

The boy known as Gasper open his eyes showing them to be pinkish-violet eyes as he moans a bit and lets out a yawn, then saw Shirone who is smiling in relief to see him waking up okay.

"Shirone, is that you?" Gasper asked.

"That's right, we're in a safe place now." Shirone answered with a hand on her head.

"Are we on a ship?" Gasper asked.

"Yes, but a very old and beat up looking one. Better than being in that small boat, and we were rescued by a new friend." Shirone gestured to Brook.

"Oh, thank you very mucAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH?!" Gasper screamed at the sight of skeleton man.

"SKELETON DEMON?!" Gasper screamed.

"WHAT?! SKELETON DEMON?! WHERE?!" Brook panicked as he looks around to find this monster.

"He's talking about you!" Shirone smacked Brook on the side of his head.

"Oh, right! I'm skeleton!" Brook realized.

"Shirone, what's going on? Why is there a talking skeleton here and… is he the Grim Reaper?" Gasper asked shaking and hiding being her.

"Don't worry, like I said, he's a friend who rescued us." Shirone assured.

"Really? You're not gonna try and take our souls?" Gasper asked looking at Brook, still a bit scared.

"Cross my heart, young man. I will not harm you and your companion, but that's kind of hard to believe since I don't have a heart to cross. Yohohoho!" Brook laughed.

"Blablablabla!" Gasper laughed from his joke, seeing this skeleton isn't a bad guy.

"Oh my, that's quite the unique laugh you got!" Brook complimented.

"You think? I got it from my mom." Gasper blushed.

"So, may I ask why are you wearing girls' clothes when you're a male yourself?" Brook asked about Gasper's way of clothing.

"Oh, you see I was…" Gasper paused for a moment.

Gasper then starts to see some painful memories of fire everywhere in his home and the people he knew were screaming in fear and remembering himself and Shirone escaping toward the small boat.

"Shirone… everything is gone. Our home, our families, everyone…" Gasper started tearing up and clutches onto Shirone who also looks sad and comfort him with her hand on his head.

"I know, I know." Shirone nodded.

"Goodness! I'm so sorry, I didn't mean to bring up any bad memories!" Brook apologized.

"That's alright, you didn't know. We just went through a lot." Shirone said.

"I can't give you all the details, but we were attacked from our homeland, and we were forced to leave. Gasper is wearing those clothes because people wouldn't be able to recognize him, considered he already look like a girl with that face." Shirone explained.

"I see, quite the ordeal you must've went through." Brook said, feeling sad for these kids.

"You two can stay on this ship if you like, but I'm afraid I don't have any food to offer since this ship has been empty for decades." Brook stated.

"Food? Wait a minute, Shirone? How have you been feeding yourself since we went out to sea?" Gasper asked concern.

"I was able to catch myself some fish during the trip, but unfortunately, I lost the rod and only kept the bait." Shirone showed the bait from her shirt.

"Do you have anything I can use as a rod?" Shirone asked.

"Oh, I do have one and surprisingly it's still in good condition. I'll be right back." Brook hurried into the ship to fetch the fishing rod.

"You know, when we set out to sea, I didn't think we end up meeting a living skeleton." Gasper smiled.

"Yeah, he told me is because of the Devil Fruit known as the Revive-Revive Fruit." Shirone mentioned.

"Seriously? Does that mean he died once and came back to life?" Gasper asked shock.

"That's what he told me." Shirone nodded and look up at the sky.

"Speaking of Devil Fruit, we need to head out soon and find that one Devil Fruit for you." Shirone said.

"Oh yeah, that Devil Fruit…" Gasper said softly and worried.

"I'm not sure if I'll be able to handle the power, what if I mess up and do something stupid?" Gasper asked worry.

"You won't, you'll be able to do amazing things once you get that power and we'll also train together in order to get stronger and avenge our home." Shirone believed.

"Gasper, I know you will do great things because of how amazing you are!" Shirone said.

"You really think so?" Gasper asked.

"Of course, I do! I wouldn't be your fateful servant if I didn't believe in my King!" Shirone smiled with a fist.

This made Gasper happy to hear this from his one remaining friend as he looks up at the dark sky thinking about his destroyed homeland, and what he has to do from now on.

"(I promise, I will get stronger and never lose anything again!)" Gasper thought determined as he stands up with his head held up.

They will be meeting a certain pirate group that will help them live a better life and ways to get stronger, and Gasper will also be the one getting the harem too consider his awesome manly cuteness! I'm also going to call Koneko here by her real name Shirone, but I might make the other name a nickname too and she also has her own Devil Fruit power which will be shown in the next chapter.
