Storm is a young female Lombax/Markazian hybrid and Ratchet and Talwyn's daughter. She has brown fur, red stripes, and blue eyes. She fights using an omni wrench that shoots lightning bolts.
Storm is tough and fearless, willing to face any adversary with weapons raised. She also shows great compassion towards her friends and family, risking her own safety for them, but unwilling to see them risk their own and often expressing deep concern for Raiden when she states she wants to face Nefarious on her own.
Storm loves her half-sister dearly and even risks her own life to protect hers.
She adores her sister Zula whom she often works with on projects.
Storm is also close to her half-brother Jericho.
Storm had a negative interaction with Azimuth on their first meeting, but soon grew to trust him.
Storm loves her parents dearly and doesn't seem to mind having two mothers.
