Chapter 4: Dinner.
Just then, Ash's stomach grumbled.
"Oops, guess I haven't had anything to eat for a while." Ash said while blushing.
"You must be pretty hungry. I hope you like chili dogs." Barbara said as she came in with a plate of them. Ash looked at them hungrily.
"Those look good! Thank you!" Ash said before he took one and ate, instantly liking it.
"Delicious!" he said.
Barbara smiled, "Glad you like them. Sorry, Pikachu, but we don't have any Pokemon food. Will you be okay with chili dogs?" she asked.
"Pikachu!" Pikachu said, nodding before it took one.
Later, Ash and Pikachu were sitting on the couch with the plate of chili dogs being emptied.
"That was great. Thanks, Barbara." Ash said.
"You're welcome, Ash." Barbara said.
