Angara then went back to work. When it was nearing the time for supper, Garrett gave her the last document.

"Garrett; while I am gone, are you the one who looks after things?" Angara asked.

"Yes, I am." Said Garrett.

"Then I can trust that you'll keep to everything, I've put into motion?" Angara asked.

"Yes, I would. Everything you've put into motion, has been for the betterment for the kingdom. I would not disrupt that; especially since I agree with all you've done." Said Garrett.

Angara went to supper pleased that everything would be fine while she was gone. After supper, Angara headed to her room. As she was opening the door, someone called to her. When she looked, it was Tia.

"Did you need something, Tia?" Angara asked.

"Came to turn down your blankets." Said Tia.

As Tia was doing that, Angara was taking off her shoes. When Tia was done with the bed, she went to get Angara's nightgown.

"Tia, can I ask you something?" Angara asked.

"Of course, my lady." Said Tia.

"What was the commotion in the kitchen. I heard it just before I left the dinning room." Said Angara.

"A wild animal had gotten into the kitchen. We were able to get it out, but all the yelling was just trying to get everyone into position to corner the animal." Said Tia.

"Ok. Tia did you get the list I gave to one of the other maids?" Angara asked.

"Yes, I will have everything prepared for the trip in time." Said Tia.

Once Angara was ready for bed; she climbed in. Tia said goodnight, and headed out of the room. She then headed home, to get her own son into bed.

The next morning, when Tia arrived at the kitchen; she seen Lesten speaking with Olin and Balina. Tia came over, and asked if everything was ok. Lesten looked at Tia, and said that Olin heard from another that Lady Angara was looking for way to improve the kingdom, and accepting recommendations.

"Yes, that's true. Do you have one?" Tia asked.

"Well, our fields. Actually, fields across the entire North kingdom. They are having trouble producing crops. That is why I lost my job in our village. The fields are just not producing what they used to. In fact, they have started producing less, because of the soil." Said Olin.

"Well, when Lady Angara comes for breakfast, you'll tell her." Said Tia.

"You want me to speak to the Lady herself. You are the closest to her, can't you do it for me?" Olin asked.

"No, it will mean more to her, if you tell her yourself." Said Tia.

Tia said that they had to get breakfast started. They all went to work, soon the meal was ready, and the guards were the first to eat. Then the staff, and as they got everything their dishes cleaned up; Tia went to wake up Lady Angara. Before long Tia was back, and told Olin that Lady Angara would be down in a few minutes.

When heard a chair scrap against the floor, she knew that Lady Angara was in the dining room. She got Olin's attention, and told him to come with her. Olin looked over to Lesten, and then put down the box he was holding. He walked up to Tia, and they went out into the dining room.

"My lady, Olin here has something he needs to tell you." Said Tia.

"What is it, Olin?" Angara asked.

As Olin started to tell Angara about the trouble with the fields, and how he came here with his daughter just to earn money. Tia went to get the breakfast dishes. When she got back, Olin was just finishing with what he was telling Angara.

"I'll check on things just as soon as I have breakfast." Said Angara.

"Thank you, my lady." Said Olin.
